Name: James Sinclaire / Xeriahalt
Race: Demon Type: Rogue Personality: A generally private, quiet man that is not necessarily a young man. For a demon he is surprisingly calm and lacking in the hostile attitude that the darker half of his brethren share between them. He tries to avoid the subject of his past but finds it haunts his mind and will often find things that bring back the old memories, if the subject comes up he'll change to something else as immediately as possible. He would prefer to live a peaceful life over returning from the human world to the Netherworlds and the constant warfare of the demons. http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/7/...kashi6edit.PNG |
Alana walked around the town. She was bored. Sometimes being good could be so boring. She never used a car. Yes she could. Money was not an issue for an angel but she felt no need to do this. She looked around at all the people wandering through. They were all in so much of a hurry. She remembered when she first came down the earth. It was so exciting and scary. It took her forever ot learn what everything was. She noticed an older woman struggling with some bags and ran over to help her out. She smiled at the lady.
"Would you care for some assistance?" The lady smiled back. "Thank you my dear. no one ever bothers to help older folk nowadays. No children have respect for there elders. I remember when I was younger we had to treat older people with the utmost respect." Alana smiled and took the bags helping the lady carry them to her apartment. She even helped her put her food away. When she was done she went to a public park and sat on a bench watching the children play. SHe did so love children. She had always wondered what it would be like to be a mother. Boy that would be fun. Dante was bored. He was in hell. He was just bored. There was nothing here to do. He had already seduced every woman there multiple times and he was still not satisfied. He looked around at what was going on. Nothing at all. He sighed. He walked up to the overlord of hell and bowed respectfully. He had a high rank here and was proud of it. In fact when he got a chance he wished to be overlord. "Hello o mighty one. I request an assignment. I am bored here. I have nothing to do and I am afraid I might lose my mind if I stay any longer. Surely there is something you need done." |
"Hmph.. There is nothing to be done at this time.. The other Netherworlds have fallen silent, broken away for their own small skirmishes for resources, I have sent allt he necessary forces to keep ane ye on those problems." The Demon King announced sat upon his throne and leaning in an equally bored fashion on his knuckles as he stared at Dante, eyes gleaming in the dark, reflecting the orange haze of the small magma streams running the length of his throne room and disappearing off to the sides,
"The angels have even become complacent since their last attacks, cowards.. Accursed creatures.. Yet in their arrogance they wander the human lands, pretending to be the innocent and the virtuous, uncorrupted.. Have you ever seen an Angel infected by the darkness, Dante? Have you ever had to deal with those out of control monsters..? I'd have to say the only worthy challenge I have ever seen.. But that does not matter.." Azaeril sat a little straighter, "Go to our dimensional gate, go wander the human world and mind you keep your powers withdrawn or the angels will find you and rain on you like.." dark chuckle escaped him as he looked aside, "The heavens.. For a lack of a more tasteful term.." The demon king looked toward Dante again and waved his arm, "Do as you please up there, bring me something amusing, even if it is just a tale of your exploits.. And return here in a timely fashion, by the time you return I will have more work for you," Azaeril clapped his hands together with a hollow laugh, "While you're there, why not rile up a few angels if you can? Lead them down here in a chase! I do so look forward to having SOMETHING new to play with.. A succubus can only amuse me so much. I cannot enjoy the thirst for another's fear from their mockery, there are no sweet tears to taste from their faces, no untouched bodies to ravage, no noble soul to damn as my servant till their inevitable destruction." He grinned, leaning on his knuckles again, "Go before I change my mind.." |
Dante grinned. Finally a little action. It would at least distract him from his boredom. Who knows he may even be able to seduce a few angels. They were amusing for a while until they bored him enough to kill them. He grinned at the thought of killing angels. One of his favorite hobbys. He loved to rape and kill those good two shoe brats. They served no purpose except to amuse demons.
He marched off to the entrance to the human world. He stepped through it and looked around him. God he forgot how bright the mortal world was. So much light he didn't know how anyone could function. He walked slowly down the sidewalk looking for something of interest. He wore an amulet with a simple spell on it around his neck. It litterally made him undetectable to an angel. They would never know he was a demon until after he told them or showed them. He noticed an angel sitting in a park. He could tell she was an angel from the pure whiteness radiating from her. That was known as an aura. He frowned as the sight made his eyes hurt. He hated to look at those goody goody brats. He walked slowly towards her grabbing a newspaper and sitting on the opposite end of the bench. He noticed her staring at some children and grinned. This would be to easy. "They are cute are they not?" Alana turned towards the voice with a smile on her face. She blushed when she saw the handsome man. She wondered who he was and why he chose to talk to her of all people. "Yes they are adorable. I would pay all the money in the world to have one of my own." Her green eyes lit up as she spoke of them. They were indeed something she wished she could possess herself. SHe always did love children. She assumed that was part of being an angel. |
"My lady..!" a young archangel called, he was Lenshir soft-spoken and gentle, and often abject to strange thoughts, concepts or visions. He was looking around the Seraph's personal guardian, a place in Celestia open to only the Seraph, her Archangels and any she would welcome in of her own accord. Lenshir was the newest instated Archangel and had often come to the Seraph with problems and concerns, often trivial but then, some of the more important ones, they had meaning and truth that was never understood until it was too late.
"My lady, please it is urgent.." He spoke, his attempt at a shout little more than raising his voice a little. He looked around the garden desperately, keeping tot he stone pathway and wandering through it slowly as he turned his head either way, the golden crosses upon his ears waving softly as each step he took felt in his heart like the ringing of a silver bell, he always felt that ringing when he knew the Seraph was close. --------------------------- James was making his way through the town, his hood raised, he'd done his job for the day as he found his way to the baker shop no more than a couple of yards from the edge of the park. His demon side.. He hid it in a different way. He had delved into the mana flow inside his own body and repressed it, pushing it down into the darkness out of mind and out of sight until he was noting more than a passing human or so people thought, he had brushed past angels without notice. He entered the shop on moment, then walked out the next, holding a roll of bread to his mouth as he took a bite of the warm fluffy meal, he'd always enjoyed the strange simplicity of warm bread ever since he'd come to this world. His eyes raised from the ground slightly as he stared into the park, noticing the children, but then the woman.. And the man.. .. Probably nothing.. He shook his head to himself and continued down the road quietly, biting into the bread again. |
Laylawas walking through the garden. She was enjoying her time. She loved to have quiet time to herself. Nothing in the world made her happier than to spend time alone in the quiet. She looked up as she heard a voice calling her. She frowned. Urgent. What could be wrong now? Had the demons attacked again? She had thought that they were all settled down now. She walked over to her archangel and looked at him with a smile.
"What is the matter Lenshir? What is so urgent that you must disturb the peacefulness of the garden?" Dante chuckled a bit at this statement. This girl was very unusual. She was an angel but she obviously longed for more. This may indeed make his job much easier. The idea of bringing his lord a new pet to play with pleased him indeed. It would keep him happy for a period of time. Besides it would piss off that good two shoes queen who thought she was so much better than everyone else. "Well My dear I would help you with that but with your appearance you must be an angel from heaven itself. You are the most beutiful thing I have seen in this city since I have lived here. You must tell me your name." One of Dantes most powerful assets was his ability to charm any woman. He could make any woman love him after talking to her for a day. He thought about all the different people he had done that to. Alana smiled at the flattery. She had never had anyone talk to her like this before. It was strange. Something inside of her started to tingle. She just couldn't believe that someone would actually be interested in her like that. She thought about it for a moment and then paused. No Alana stopt it. You are an angel. No letting guys charm you. Even if it gives you a child like you have always wanted its not worth it. You could marry another angel easily if any interested you and then have your own angelic child. Now wouldn't that be wonderful. She turned back to the guy in front of her. She was not going to be swayed by his sweet words. She would not allow him to seduce her. She was not going to fall for any tricks. "I am Alana. Alana Vartos. And why would you say I was an angel. Angels dont live on earth. They live in heaven." |
"I apologize, Seraph Layla.." Lenshir lowered his head shamefully for a moment, he had always been one to show complete and proper respect, but then any angel that did not show enough would be reprimanded for it, however Lenshir was practically immaculate in his manners,
"Please forgive me," He placed his hands together in a prayer form and looked up at Layla, "Seraph, I have been.. Feeling odd, being disturbed by odd notions, and a feeling, a thought deep in my mind.." He started, trying to put a finger on it as he lowered his hands again, "I was sitting beneath the boughs of the willow, His tome in my hands, and as I read the chapters I could not see the text before me, but instead an ominous feeling, as though something dark were approaching. Though the skies were bright and blue, in my heart I could feel the terror that would strike every time storm clouds would raise overhead." He pointed a finger to the sky, but then looked at her again, "I know it is a phenomena we only witness in the human world.. And the image I saw next, upon the very pages of the book, a dove with gold and silver plumage, dark hands tearing at its wings.." He stopped there, lowering his head again, "I am sorry that I come to you with these troubling thoughts, but when I cannot as Him I can do nothing more than ask you," Lenshir stated, not taking his attention off her though he wanted to, to look upon the garden was one of his favorite things to do, to stand and consider life, the wonders of mana and the Celestian's purpose, though he knew it well enough. |
She listened to him speak for a moment and frowned. She wondered what the horrible visions could mean. She thought about them for a moment but as she thought she could feel the tears well up. She could not even let the thoughts play through her head. They were to horrible.
"What do you think this means? What do you think could be the cause of such unrest in your head?" Dante chuckled a bit. She was coy wasent she. It figures that angels would not admit to the fact to just anyone. He wondered about the best way to seduce this angel. He thought about the possiblity of raping her. He loved the idea of it but he was unsure of how powerful this one might be. "But my dear someone of your beauty must be an angel. You have to be for no mere human is quite as lovely as you appear." Alana frowned at him a moment. What was he so insistent on this for? This was making her seriously suspicious. "Why do you insist on me being an angel? I mean theres a chance that I may be a pretty young woman." She studied him a moment up and down. For some reason she had no problem trusting him. "Very well I am an angel. What do you require of me?" |
Lenshir could see the worry he had placed upon Layla, it had not been his wish to cause her concern but he could not keep it inside and hide what he saw, maybe one day his visions would stop a coming darkness, he bowed his head to her once again as she asked him what he could make of it,
"I am unsure what I am being told.. But I have seen such images for a very long time, indiscernible, but almost always linked to happenings around us." He looked up one more time, dull blue eyes focusing on her, however he held up the tome in his hand, "The ability to see is often mentioned but not once do they explain what the sights ever meant, perhaps if I consulted the great library I could find an answer." Lenshir replied, looking aside, "If I had to guess.. It is certainly not a blessing to come, but a darkness as black as the burned lands of the demons." He brought a soft hand up, raising it to his chest as he once again felt the darkness in his own heart, "I must find what this feeling leads to, before I am too late, have you anything you wish of me, my Lady?" |
Layla smiled at him. He had always been so devoted. When she achieved power after the last queen had died she remembered her dearest friend from when she was young. She had made him her most trusted advisor and assistant. She had yet to regret this choice.
"No my dear. You are good to go discover what your vision means. I will meanwhile check on my angels who have been sent to earth. It is important that they be safe from harm." She kissed him on the forhead and left slowly. SHe needed to go to her meditation room and figure out how her angels on earth were doing. He chuckled a bit as she finally confessed to him. "I need your help my dear. I have lost my soul and only an angel can get it back for me. You must follow me and I shall show you where to find it." He stood up and took her hand in his helping her up. He headed off towards the forest in the park pulling her along with him with a smile on his face. He was going to rape her. He was going to rape this angel good. And when he was done he would kidnap her and bring her to his master. He paused a moment. He thought for a second. Would his master want to be the one to take her virginity. Maybe he should just bring her to him as is. She followed him curious to see what he meant by his soul being stolen. She wasent sure what was going on but as an angel she had to at least attempt to help him. She knew that she could at least try to help. |
Lenshir smiled a little when he was kissed upon the brow, again bowing to her one more time before silently walking away, though he hated to leave, the wondrous presence of the Seraph fading away whilst he moved further form her, looking back only once before he continued on away from the garden, holding the box to his heart and clamping his arms over it.
-------------------------- "Stop right there, demon man!" A yell behind the hooded man made him freeze as he swallowed th elast of his bread, looking over his shoulder at the small child, a wooden swor din hand. however he was not alone, backed by several other children, all brandishing toy weapons. Immediately he whipped his entire body around and made a mock surrendering gesture, "B-but I'm just on my way home.." "Not today! You promised to play with us after work!" "Ah-hehe.. Can we talk about this..?" James asked, grinning to himself. "Nope! GET HIM!" James made a mock, yet surprisingly convincing scream before turning on his heel to run at a slowed pace as the children chased after him. He allowed them to catch up until they'd tackled his legs and brought him crashing to the ground, a small dust cloud parting around him from the dirt road. As the marauding pack of wild children latched on and piled on James weakly crawled toward a pair of very familiar feet standing before a shop and looked up towards his friend, "Heelp meee...!" He managed before one of the children sat on his shoulders and used their fingers to pull his mouth back further, "Hah! We've defeated the demon!" the leader called, but then rubbed his head, "Is defeating demons really this easy..?" He poked at the fallen James' ribs with his sword, "Are you sure you're a demon..?" "Omne whe ya wan me oo-bee." James struggled tot alk, the kid on his back letting go, "Wha?" "I said.. Only when you want me to be..!!" |
Shalinalooked down at her feet with a grin.
"Children are you guys torturing people again? I don't know how many times I have to tell you to behave yourselves. James why do you encourage them children to behave like this. At this rate they will never learn to stop hurting people. You kids run along now." She smiled as she bent down to help him up. She looked at him with her dark eyes. Her voice was very soft and soothing. She was a single mother of one child. Her son Thomas. He was her baby and only three years old. He lay on a blanket behind her flower stand. "Are you ok?" He led her to an area that had a lake nearby and sat down in the grass. He pulled her down with her and kissed her hand. "Thanks for coming. I couldn't talk about this dreadful problem in the city so I thought we would come out here where its more peaceful and quiet. I must say Alana I have fallen in love with you. Just the first sight of you and I was smitten." He kissed upwards on her arm slowly. When he reached her white neck he sucked on it a little. Alana sat down on the grass and listened to him. When he confessed that he was in love with her she blushed. This was sorta unexpected. She moaned some as he kissed her arm and then sucked her neck. She pulled away from him. "NO I am an angel I cant succumb to desires of the flesh. If I do then I will forever lose my place." her heart was raceing and she was feeling warm throughout her body. She had never felt like this before. |
James got up eventually, brushing himself off bit by bit, but not seeming to mind it as he chuckled to himself, one he was sure he could see everything he'd gotten dirty, though checked his money purse quickly then pocketed it again. He put his gaze on Shalina and smiled a little, red eyes hidden beneath the shade of the hood,
"I do not promote violence against other people, just demons, in case any of them ever grow up to be warriors or soldiers." He lowered his hood, shaking his hair free then sweeping it back but it stubbornly held out before him, "I mean okay yeah they go after me but I'm okay, I can take a beating after a hard days work," he banged a fist on his chest softly, but then rubbed the spot he'd hit sorely, "www.." "We'll see you again tomorrow Mr. Sinclaire!" The leader of the pack called, waving as he ran off, James turning to wave at him, "I'll be ready next time!" James called, smiling rather calmly before he looked back at Shalina, his hands upon his hips, "Well I think that went rather well.. How are you and Thomas today?" James asked, rubbing the back of his neck, though he cracked it either way calmly. |
Shalina smiled and went over to her baby rubbing his head gently as he slept. She gave him a soft kiss and then turned back to James.
"We are doing as well as can be expected. Unfortunitly flowers dont sell very well here. I don't know what I am going to do. Hopefully my savings will be enough to live on for a while if my flower shop shuts down but thats not likely. I am sure it will all work out. After all god has supported us thusfar." Dante pulled her close to his chest and kissed her forehead. He held her tight. He hugged her to him not letting go. "Please baby. I have to show you just how much I love you. You mean so much to me. If I can't have you then I know I will just die. I just cant stand the thought of life without you." Alana listened to him as she hugged him. Her heart was feeling warm and starting to actually hurt. Did she love him back? Is that what this strange feeling was? "I want to but I don't want to lose my angelicacy. I love it so much." She pulled away a little and looked at his sad expression. She leaned forward and gave him a gentle kiss on the lips. His lips felt so good against hers. It was the best feeling she had ever had before. She approched her meditation room slowly. Layla did not beilive in rushing around like an idiot. She sat down on her mediation cushions and closed her eyes concentrating. She went through the list of names and got a mental image of where they were and what they were doing. Gabriella- Helping an old lady across the street. Cory- Babysitting a neighbors three kids. Yuri- Sleeping "Wake up Yuri and go help people" Abriana- Helping a sick baby bird. |
[Wait, when did Dante tell Alana is name? xD]
James encroached on them quietly, particularly looking down on Thomas as he folded his arms, a smile crept on his face as he watched Shalina kiss the young toddler's head. The silver-haired man rubbed his head, lowering it a little, he remembered first coming to this town, perhaps a risky move considering how well liked it was by the angels.. Though they had not seen him, he had felt their presence.. Shalina had found him, a rather bedraggled, pale man given him the first hot meal he cared to remember and pointed him the right way to a number of places looking for labor. It hadn't taken him long to clean up and had since greeted Shalina often, thanked her for her help, though not once had he felt he'd done it right.. His attention perked up more fully when she mentioned the shop possibly shutting down, a strange tinge of guild running through him, he'd learned these emotions over a long time, yet too suddenly for him to understand, "Well.. Where He can't provide.." James reached into his pocket, pulling out the moneypurse and quietly emptied the substantial amount he himself had earned and placed it softly by Thomas, "Then the man who owes you his livelihood can." James smiled, using his pinky to softly straighten Thomas' fringe, "Besides, I can't sit at home, worrying about little Tommy going hungry," Before Shalina could refuse it he had pocketed his purse and smiled, "I wont take it back so you can forget about it," the demon smirked again. He could suffer hunger easily, he'd dealt with far worse. His mind broke back to an old thought as he watched his own arm shatter and explode, but then returned to reality shaking his head and putting a hand to it as though feeling dizzy, "I think those kids hit me harder than I thought.." ----------------- Lenshir paused, he had been heading to the library, but then looked to down the hall further, the visions were becoming more frequent all of a sudden.. He recognized this feeling.. Without thinking he ran further down the hall, finding himself leaping from the alter through the doors at the end, the podium from which the Seraph would address her fellow Celestians. As he soared through the air his wings spread from his back, the two great lines stretching out, feathers glowing a soft white as he flew. He remembered not only that when the feeling got stronger, it would happen, whatever it was, and that it always happened on earth or down in the Netherworlds, in the darkness. He felt the slip as his Tome fell from his hands, his form turning as though wanting to get it again, but no.. He couldn't go back for it now, it would be retrieved and returned to him later. He flew over the heads of the other Angels, even passing the other Archangels, many surprised to see the determined look on his face, even when battle ready he had always seemed faint of heart, too gentle, forgiving. Never could they remember that look, nor would they forget it as he dashed through the air, coming upon the gateway tot he human realm and, with no hesitation. His form slowed, raising slightly as he beat his wings once and sank into the water like gateway, being absorbed through it and disappearing beneath the surface, a flash of light signaling his being transported. His appearance in the human real was simple enough as he came into being in the nearby forestry, not far from the town's edge, a private enough grove. Simply appearing int he town would have caused quite a stir in itself, but so would his wings, which he withdrew, they vanished, a shower of loose feathers hitting the ground and vanishing like ripples upont he ground while he walked toward the town swiftly, no less confident than before as another wave of feeling embraced his body... What is it..? Where is it happening..? Lord above, guide me before it is too late.. |
(told you I was sleepy lmfao)
Shalina smiled at him. He had just done so much for her. She remembered the day she had helped him out. That was before her son had even been born. She always liked this guy because she didn't have to worry about him wanting her for sex. That was always a wonderful feeling to her. She never expected to see him again after that but he never failed to pay her a visit. He was such a wonderful man and it puzzled her to death that he was not currently with a female. In fact she had never known him to be with a woman of any sort. She supposed he could be 'crooked' as they put it. "You have done so much for me. I don't know how I could ever repay you for your kindness to me and THomas." Suddenly THomas woke up and started to cry. She went up to him and picked him up in her arms kissing him on the forehead and coddling him. "Its ok my baby dont cry. Mommys here." As they lay there in the grass Dante laughed to himself. It was so easy for him to seduce a girl. Before this angel had been fighting the idea of having sex with him and now she was naked sleeping on his chest. He had only one more part of his assignment left. He knew that his master would be so proud of him. He figured he would not be allowed back up here for a while. The angels did tend to get a little pissy when one of there own was taken. He wondered how long it would be till the queen realized her little bee had left the hive. He laughed evily. He snapped his finger and an imp appeared. He produced an orb and gave it to the imp so his master could see what a fine job he had done. He waved the imp off who disappeared in a flash of light and in the throne room of hell. The imp flew with the orb to the overlord of hell and squeaked to get his attention. Tanya- Helping some children cross a road Ralph- Working at a grocery store Liana- Helping two soul mates meet. Alana- Sleeping with a demon.............. She yelled standing up suddenly. She screamed out in protest and sorrow. What had happened? What was going on? Why had her angel betrayed her like this? She snapped her fingers and two of her most trusted appeared. "Timothy and Isreal go and get Alana and bring her to my throne room. I must speak to her now." She took off to her throne room tears falling down her face. Whenever one of her angels left her it was like being stabbed in the heart. Nodding there heads Timothy and Isreal took off to the human plain. They shook off there wings and looked around quickly. They ran down the street and noticed there friend Lenshir. THey ran up to him. "Hey the angel Alana has lost her virginity to a demon. We are under orders to bring her back to heaven. The queen is keening her sorrow. Its not going to be good." |
James shook his head, a moment, smiling to himself when she spoke of repayment,
"I don't really want anything.. Helping out a friend is more than enough for me," James responded, thinking back again, getting friends with humans was a strange thing, there were so many ways since they were such a diverse people, the men at the mill hadn't liked him for a long time, he was a stranger, odd looking, odd acting. But when it came tot he lives of a couple of their men in danger when a pile of logs came down upon them, James had been there to pry them away one by one, sure he could easily have done far more but then it would have given away what he was. he'd earned their trust and friendship there. He couldn't imagine that kind of camraderie amongst his demon brethren, it was usually just who-could-serve-who that mattered, who was more powerful. James put a hand to his shoulder for a moment and looked aside, noticing a blond haired man and two others talking together. Angels.. He promptly lifted his hood over his head and smiled to Shalina, "Well, take care. I'm off home." He waved a hand to her calmly and placed his hands in his pockets to return to the hotel where he'd been paying room and board to live in the town. ----------- Azaeril was not paying attention to the imp, not looking like he wanted to be disturbed but upon it squeaking his hand grasped the small creature around the upper body, crushing its body in with a forceful squeeze as he took the orb tossing the imp aside and down into the lava stream. His eyes laid upon the orb for a moment as he held it in hand until the memory within melded into his mind and he began to chuckle darkly, "Aaah Dante.. Why am I not surprised..?" He pondered out loud, "Deflowering an angel certainly would grab their attention.. And she went so willingly, sometimes I ponder the will of these Angels, worthless celestial souls.." He looked up calmly, crossing one leg over the other, "It would be wise of him to retreat soon.." ======= "What..? It cannot be..!" Lenshir claimed, whipping around to look upon his companions, Timothy and Israel, "Why would she.. How.." Lenshir gripped at his heart as he turned around again, looking around desperately but calmed himself for a moment, closing his eyes to reach through the flowing mana of the world, trying to locate the familiar souls of the angels until he found the one furthest from the others, "The lakeside.. Hurry!" Lenshir commanded softly, moving away from the town and waiting until they were free of human eyes again before his wings grew once more and he flew in Alana's direction. |
Shalina waved at him.
"Goodbye my love. Thanks for everything and here." SHe tossed a yellow flower at him. She liked him a lot. He had always been there for her and she appreciated it. Dante could sence the presence of several angels approaching and grinned. He would come back for this one after she lost her angelicacy. He stood up laying her on the grass and then took off towards hell. He was proud of himself. He had left a mark on her shoulder that pretty much claimed her as hells property. He made it to his home and bowed down in front of his king. "I now have you a new servant. She has the mark. She will lose her angelicacy and wind up down here." The two angels took flight also. They followed him to the lakeside landing a short distance from the sleeping girl. They looked at him waiting to see what he wanted to do. |
James whirled around to catch the flower in hand, standing in place for a moment as he lifted the flower so that he could smell it quietly, a smile upon his lips, he kept the flower in hand and turned around, continuing down the road, though turned his head slightly, finding a pause in his steps as he wondered for a moment,
Goodbye my love..? He questioned in his mind, looking forward once again, Love.. James repeated the word in his mind but continued to walk, smiling a little less, I don't deserve that, ------------- "The simplicity of what you've done is satisfying enough but it certainly will be interesting to see another fallen angel.. Even you know that they cry the loudest, after all I gifted you with just such a one.." He stood up suddenly, this action setting off a strange rumbling, a gathering darkness around him seeming to grow but then shrank, "I have decided! I'm sick of the pointless calm and quiet! The mortal world has been left to its peace long enough and those foolish angels are far too complacent to stop even a single one of their own being tempted by the darkness!" He held out his left hand, a dark lightning jumping from it and crackling in the air as he closed his fist, "Call forth my generals, prepare the soldiers...! I have a plan.. It has brewed in my mind for a long time, and I think it is about time I put it to action.." Lenshir landed also, looking in the direction of the sleeping Angel, but then lowered his head, shaking it as he looked over his shoulder to one of the mean, "Awaken her, get her dressed and take her back to Celestia.. She will have to be judged.." He swallowed a little, even he felt pain at such a thing, but it was their way. He turned around, his body vanishing from the bottom up in a white flash of light, his feathers falling upon the ground and rippling it as it would. I failed again.. Why do I always fail..? Why can I never stop it..? What use is a gift of sight if I cannot change what I see? |
Dante grinned and took off running. He chuckled a bit as he headed towards the area where the messengers awaited. He smiled at them sending each of them in a different direction to get a different general.
THis was just the excitement they needed. This would guarantee that he would be thouroughly entertained for a while. He wondered who would get the honor of breaking that angel. He always did love to do things like that but he figured the overlord might be interested in handling her himself. He haden't had one in a while and it would at least give him some excitement. They ran to her quickly and put her shredded dress back on her. Then they shook her awake. "Lady Alana you must come with us now. The queen wishes to see you." They flew off to the throne room and took there seats. Alana looked around quickly. When she realized what had happened her face turned red and she felt tears falling down her cheeks. She let out a mourningful cry and flew off towards where the angels were meeting. She bowed down to the queen on the throne. "My lady I apologize." Layla looked at her angel with a sad face. She glanced over at Lenshir and motioned for him to read the charges issued against her. |
Lenshir turned his head to look at Layla in return but then lowered his head, he did not want to do this but it was their way, Alana had lost her Angelic purity. He stepped up slowly, keeping his hands at his sides as his wings folded behind himself. He turned his head down slightly, staring at Alana,
"Alana Vartos.. You have broken two of our tenets.. You have given your virginity freely, a serious charge in itself, chastity is a vital part of our culture, had it been stolen we could have been lenient.. But worse, you pursued this course of action with a demon of all beings, this we cannot forgive." Lenshir gritted his teeth at the end oft he sentence, pursing his lips as he step a little further forward, "There is no forgiving these actions, even if you argued a point in your defense.. Your purity has been stripped from you.." He lowered his head again and looked to Layla, "All that is left is your sentencing.." Lenshir stepped back, still standing straight, though looked to his side as an angel cadet brought forth the tome he'd dropped. He smiled and bowed his head, checking the book and brushing it softly, but then returned his gaze to Alana, waiting to see what would result of Layla's judgments upon her. He had always been a friend to Alana, what troubled him about this was that every Angel that had to be judged were people he'd known. Though he had never had time for love, he had always been friends and Alana was the kind of Angel he would have wanted if he had been in love himself.. but now she was.. wasted.. The gripping feeling in his heart returned and he raised his right hand to his heart, looking up Alana.. Shouldn't this feeling have gone already..? |
Alana fell to the ground crying. She was sobbing. She had lost everything that had ever meant anything to her. She would never get anything she used to have back again. It broke her heart to be in this situation. What could she do? How would she survive? What would her punishement be?
"Before you judge me and give me my sentence can I please say something?" She stood up and dried her eyes. She looked around at the other angels around her and frowned. Her eyes came to rest upon Lenshir and she felt tears well up again. She had really loved him. She had been waiting for a while for him to ask her to marry him and he had never done it. In fact while she was with Dante Lenshir was the one on her mind. "Yes I deserve the ultimate punishment. I really messed up. It is true I had willing sex with a demon. I thought he was human. Nothing told me he was demon. I would never have done it if I would have known. As for why I did it......" She paused a moment and tried to stop the tears. "I loved another and was unhappy with the fact he never confessed his love to me back and therefore I fell into a lure set by someone else. I apologize please don't fall for the traps. Be more careful than I have been." Layla listened to the young angel speak. She frowned as she realized the deceit meant something else entirely. She realized the demons are schemeing again. They would have to discuss this another time. "I am so sorry my dear Alana but you will have to be cast down to earth. You are fallen and there is nothing we can do to change that. I am sorry that this has happened to you and I will miss you greatly." SHe snapped her fingers and two angels approached the girl. They each grabbed a wing and ripped it off of her back causing her to fall down in pain. Then the area she was standing on opened and she fell. SHe fell down to earth. She landed in the park at the same spot that it happened. She sat there in the grass crying. Her gown was torn and she didn't know what to do. She was not a human. |
Lenshir looked at Alana, her gaze caused him to quake inside, why did she look at him like that..? Who was the other she spoke of, certainly it had not been.. No he could not even let that possibility sway him from the code of the Celestians. He watched as the two angels that stepped forth carried out the deed of removing Alana's wings, that alone was a heart-wrenching sight, but at the moment it happened the image in his mind coincided, the doves wings been torn away.. The feeling vanished from his mind like a fading heartbeat and he watched mournfully as Alana fell from grace.
He stared at the spot where she had stood for a long while, the blood drawing away from his face as he turned away, beginning the long somber walk to his own bedchamber where he could begin to consider what had happened in his own mind. ============ James stopped for a moment to look at the sky, he had an odd feeling, something he remembered from a long time ago... Was it like that time? He stopped at the front of the hotel for a moment, though looked further out tot he towns edge, he had always liked living on the edge of town, as far away from people as he could manage, but close enough to seem relatively normal. I can return in a little while.. He thought to himself as he wandered out of town, one hand in his pocket butt he other held upt he flower. he was going to sniff it when a raindrop hit an inner petal, sliding down tot he center. He looked up again, feeling several droplets on his face. There were some who would call rain the tears of angels.. He wandered toward the lake, the light droplets beginning to make darker spots on the hooded shirt he wore, but before long he had found his way to the lake and spotted a young woman.. In fact.. Yes it was the woman from before, and her clothes.. They were ragged, torn.. What in the name of.. His mind turned back to the moment he had seen her with that man, his face had been obscured, by distance, shade and bush, he could not place the features of the man, but the woman was clear enough. James moved in her direction until he was looming over her, the flower in hand. He lowered his head to stare at the flower for a moment before offering it in Alana's direction, his face masked byt he shade of his hood. |
Alana was still on the ground where she had fallen sobbing. She had lost everything. SHe had lost everything she had ever known. She had lost everything she had ever loved. Lenshirs face passed through her mind. He would never love her now. She had wanted to be with him so bad and now her chance was ruined. It was ruined because some demon thought it would be fun to hurt her like this. She lost it because this demon thought she would be fun to torment.
She heard footsteps and looked up to see a male in front of her. She noticed him hand her a flower and she growled. She was so angry and here was a male to take her anger out on. She knocked the flower out of his hand and onto the ground and stomped on it. She then turned to him. "Who are you? What do you want? Leave me the hell alone." She screamed at the top of her lungs. Rain was pouring down harder now than it was before. She was soaking wet and shivering but the only thing on her mind was chaseing this away from her. Dante was in a good mood. He had seduced a virgin angel. He had pleased his master and now they were apparently planning an attack. He finished rounding up the generals and went with them into his masters throne room. "We are all here your highness. Tell us what you have in mind." |
