1: It consists of what he learned from the ages of 12 to 14 saying that he had fallen in love with the butcher’s daughter.
2: Consists of his life from 16 to 18. He was still in love with the butcher’s daughter though she didn’t even know he existed. 3-5: Were all the same on how he was so depressed that butcher’s daughter was married off to the local lord. This covers from 19-28. 6: Contains only one year and that was his 29th year. The book that tells how a female vampire lured him in and he was told that if he didn’t help her she would kill him. He was forced to give her an heir; unlike male vampires females can use a human to bare a child. She then bit his neck as he gave her his seed turning him into his lover and life long mate. 7-15: Comprise of the next 71 years of his life with her, she was eventually killed by a vampire hunter when she tried to have another child with someone other than him. Vladimir then hunted him down and killed him on sight bleeding him dry and crying when he did this. The only other time that he bleed a single human dry was the son of his first love and that vile lord for he did not deserve to have been with her. 16-20: Comprises only 5 years of his existence all of which tell how he will never kill another human being, feed from or even turn them, for he had become a monster and he realized this. The strangest bit of information is that he was still extremely religious praying to the same god every night before he would go to bed, making sure to pray that he would wake from this nightmare and that he would one day be able to have a child of his own, even if he was a vampire he would teach him chivalry towards all beings, even the mammals that he would eventually feed off. |
As Stella read, there were so many times she wanted to toss the journals. Not so much as it was because of him but because of the others. The part where the female left him to bare the child of another, stung her so much, she was glad that the woman was in the right place at the right time to be killed. She just couldn't understand why he killed the hunter over it. She deserved what she got, at least Stella thought so. When she finally got to the end it was dark, and her stomach was growling. She figured how this was going to end and set it down. So what if he wanted another heir? Why couldn't he just go find another vampire? The females seem willing enough to throw themselves out there. And what ever happened to his first child? She scowled at herself for being so interested and finally got up for food. |
Vladimir walked in to the courtyard followed by many servants carrying food and drinks. "I hope that you don't mind if we eat out here tonight, it is a very beautiful night" he said to stella looking up at the cloudless night and full moon. He smiled but didn't show his fangs knowing that they would upset her. "So did you read my journals?" he asked her as he sat down across from her and being a pure gentleman, "Do you have any questions for me?"
|
Stella hadn't been paying attention so she never heard his entrance. At least not until he spoke. She quickly turned, angry for not realizing sooner. She snorted some. "You mean that you hope to sit out here and watch me eat." She said and turned away from him, following the servants to the table. Having missed lunch because of those journals she was glad to finally eat. "Yes I read them. And yes, I think I do have a question." She shifted some, hoping he wouldn't get to mad at her feelings. "Why kill the hunter? I honestly believe he did you a favor. Not only did the witch change you but she also used you and then practically threw you away for another." She picked at her food a little before going on. "But then again, vampires have a different set of morals entirely." |
"I admit those born into being a vampire think they are better than everyone else, but i still carry my human morals but i will not give up on getting an heir to my throne." he said in a very soothing tone. "I killed the hunter for he had killed the one person that i loved after esme, the butcher's daughter."
While stella ate vladimir drank a glass of wine, unlike most vampires he still enjoyed the taste of human pleasantries. "Do you have more questions for i will be happy to answer them but i can not answer them till you ask them." he sat there drinking his Merlot that was 100 years old. |
Stella paused a moment before shrugging. "I do but I'm sure they can wait. I'm upset enough as it is." She went on to finish her food and pushed the plate slightly away. "Have you ever thought of the possibility that I can't give an heir? That I'll just turn out like all the rest?" She asked, crossing her arms across her chest. She been wondering about that for quite some time now. As long as she was on earth she was mortal, though her life considerably extended. She wasn't ready to die, although she had a feeling she would wish for death soon enough. |
"I have never heard of an angel not being able to bare a child. In fact a vampire that is trying to impede on the town down the hill, that i protect from other vampires, was born from an angel." vladimir said looking at stella, she is very beautiful when she is mad. "Most turn out to be blood thirsty beasts as you would see all of us because they lack a proper raising. Most parents stop caring after about 40 years allowing a very young vampire to fend for itself, I would never allow that to happen."
He then picked up his wine and walked about the courtyard. "Do you know how the heir of a vampire takes control of the throne persay?" he asked stella as he looked at the stars. |
Stella growled. He was so damn set on this that he didn't even care what happened to her in the end. If anything did happen. No matter what she said, he would only bring up more excuses to go along with it. It was a load of crap to her. Most women of this planet had a say in weather they, indulged, in these kinds of actions. But all she was to him was a maker. Her body started to tremble at the thought. She was here to give an heir, not to fall in love and then create something special. Just something to harbor his creation. That's all.... Her head dropped and she had to fight the tears that threatened to fall once more. It was all to much for her. There had to be some way out of this, even if she couldn't think of it right this second. |
"Please don't cry stella," vladimir walked over to her and put a hand on her back "I don't want you to cry." He then hugged her and let his human nature take over allowing him to feel again. "What can i do to make you feel more comfortable?" he asked her looking at her with a sincere face, "please tell me what i can do for you."
(i thought id post red when it was vampire nature and blue when he is in human nature) |
