Eleanor shook her head at the commotion around the house. It was still a mystery to her as to how it got so lively so quick around there. Em had gotten up and left and with that the conversation seemed to die. Looking at the clock that hung off one of the walls the dark haired girl deemed that it was still far too early to be up.
Standing, she pushed her chair back in and walked into the living room. She plopped herself onto one of the chairs. Her legs hung over one of the arm rests while her head was drapped over the other side. It wasn't the most comfortable position but she got tired of her 'siblings' sitting on her when she lay on the couch. So far the chair had been good to her and kept her safe from being squished. Closing her eyes, Eleanor tried blocking the sound out in order to get maybe just a little bit more sleep, after all, it was going to be a busy night. |
James stood at the foot of the stairs, after stuffing the list into his pocket, when Raven fell from the stairs and she grabbed hold to his waist. He began to flush a pale pink color once he'd felt her linger there for awhile. Pulling her up with one hand, JR's sallow color, a result to his drug use, returned to his face. He looked down at Rave and spoke through a crooked smile, "You okay Rave? I think we should get going. No telling how traffic's gonna be out here today. The guy knew how bad traffic would get early in the morning and late in the evening, so he walked over to the front door, opening it for Raven to walk through. "And they say chivalry is dead," James said in a soft tone. The badass kept his gaze upon the young lady as he waited for her to walk through the threshold.

Though the kitchen was in mild disarray, Ripley was still able to notice Emily tip toe away from the area and upstairs. Of course, being the guy he was, he decided not to follow her up there. As much as he wanted (no not like that you perv!), he figured that it'd be best to leave her alone. He could easily catch up with her later and he didn't have to spend every morning with his "sister". With a sigh, he drank more of his coffee, contemplating how the party would go about tonight. He knew that the usual things would happen, but would there be anything new? Any new songs, party games (no matter what way you do beer pong it can get boring after a while), or even people. But one thing was for sure, he'd be too hungover to wake up Sunday morning.

Raven smiled and giggled softly as James helped her back up. She nodded and collected herself, wiping her dress down she then looked at the door and bounced on through it, “Thank you kind sir.” She smiled and skipped on to his car. She went to open the door and then stopped. What if it was still locked? So she stood next to the door, ready to open it and slide right in. [short!!!] |
The only thing Liling could do was laugh when she watched her brother use the frying pan as a sword. But then she stuck out her tongue he he told her that he only spoke English. "You're silly~" was all she said as she grabbed an apron and grabbed a two rubber bands to tie her hair into two messy pigtails. Once satisfied with her hair, she then shook her head before she began to prance around the kitchen, collecting the supplies she needed for her family's mid morning breakfast. With that in mind, an idea suddenly came to her, "Ah ha! Nicki, we can make brunch!"
She laughed out loud as a soft tune began to play within her mp3 player. It was a song she recently got from one of the drama osts she ordered awhile back. It featured one of her favorite Taiwanese boy bands Fahrenheit. And the mental image of her favorite of the four... Wu Chun, appeared within her and unconsciously she blushed. Oh here we go again... She mentally pouted and mentally slapped herself a few times as she turned around and walked over to the refrigerator. Opening the said object, she squatted down, staring at all the ingredients she could use for the brunch. "This, this, this, this..." she thought out loud as she placed what remained of the eggs, the milk, some vegetables, bacon and whatever was available at the moment. Standing up, she then turned to Nicki, "You can start frying the bacon~" she instructed with a playful wink and tossed him the unopened bag of meaty goodness. Yes... She loved bacon... Who seriously didn't love bacon? |
( I still have to find out who everyone is. O w O.. What are you guys doing? ) |
Emilia sat up in her bed. She could smell bacon being cooked in the kitchen. Being a little hungry, she lifted herself off the bed and headed to the door. Stopping for a moment, she put her bear on top of her dresser. She closed the door behind her and made her way back down to the kitchen.
She got in the kitchen and took a deep breath. "Mmm, bacon." She said. She looked over to the table and seen no one had gotten any yet. She also seen Ripley sitting, sipping on his coffee. Emilia walked over and sat herself down beside him. "Hope they make me some," She joked to him. Emilia didn't want to ask for them to make her bacon, but she usually cooked for her if she was in the room. |
[OoC| LOL! You haven't missed much, don't worry. Everyone's pretty much doing their own thing at the moment. I think everyone's awake... My character and Remaro's are cooking, Coonie and Cassidy's characters left to go to the store... AS for everyone else, they're just doing their own thing. So yeah. xDD]

The smell of breakfast started to travel as Liling and Nick started to cook, breaking out the eggs, milk, veggies, and bacon. He himself was a sucker for bacon, though knowing how many people there were in the house he didn't know if he'd be able to snag more than a piece. Hearing footsteps, he turned around and found Emilia, she too having the same love (or maybe just craving) for bacon. "Don't worry, I'll make sure to snag you a piece," he said with a smile. Sure it would be hard, but even if he only go one piece he'd give it over to Emilia.
|
Emilia smiled and blushes a bit. "I'm sure we'll both get some," She nodded to him. Emilia looked around, it didn't look like everyone was out of bed yet. Pulling her legs onto the chair, and to her chest, she looked back at Ripley. "So, what are you doing until the party tonight?" She asked him. Her & Ripley had spent a lot of time together, and she really enjoyed it.
|
Jason sat up in his bed and sighed, running a hand through his short, spiky hair. A smell hit him, and he realized they'd started breakfast. With a groan, he got up and searched for pants, not bothering to put boxers on first. Pulling the jeans up he zipped and buttoned them, grabbing a wifebeater (honestly, he had no idea why they were named so) and went down the stairs, pulling it on as he hit the kitchen. "Morning." He said to the others, leaning on the countertop. "What's for breakfast?" |
Ah Emily, she always so cute when she blushed. Well, at least Ripley thought so. She was younger than him by about a year, the youngest at the orphanage, but somehow this made her more innocent in a way (maybe more than the "poster girl"). At her question, he shrugged, not all that sure himself. "I don't know actually. I figure that I could hang around here and help Sarah," he answered truthfully. What more was there to do? Groceries would be done, cleaning might be too (depending on who does the chores), so there wasn't much left. And homework was out of the question. Man, if I knew I'd have free time I would have gotten a job, he thought, though dismissed it when he realized that it would complicate his raving (and babysitting Roni) and he just couldn't have that. "You up for doing anything other than reading?"
|
Emilia looked outside, it was a beautiful day. Loving the sunshine, she also loved being outdoors. She stretched a little and yawned. "I'm up for anything," she said with a smile. Emilia looked at Ripley. He was her big brother. Well not really, but sometimes it felt like that. Other times it felt like more. Though the feelings changed a lot, they always made her smile. Tucking her long hair behind her ear, she continued to look at him.

J.R. opened his side of the car and gently pushed Raven's door open for her. "There ya go, Kid." The thing about James was that anyone younger then him, he'd always referred to them as "Kid". It was just something he'd gotten into the habit of doing and he didn't plan on breaking it either. Putting the key into the ignition, the Cadillac roared to life as his music blared through the rolled down windows. He cracked a brief smile, but looking over to Rave, he turned the tunes down. "Sorry 'bout that. Didn't know it was up that high." He pulled off into the street and cruised through the neighbor that now seemed to be alive as he saw people, mainly girls, walking up and down the block waving at him. He merely nodded and continued through the area, occasionally glancing at his passenger next to him. He cleared his throat to try and start up a conversation with Rave until he finally found the right words, "So what are you doing later on? After work, I may just hang at the mall for a bit and then take care of some business."
|
Raven jumped in her seat as the music blasted loud. It wasn’t like she hated it loud, but it just startled her. “it’s okee James.” She watched the scenes as they drove on. She giggled softly as she saw the girls waving at James, though she also waved to get that funny glare from the girls. She turned to James she heard him clearing his throat, smiling when he started to talk. “Tonight, after work, um lets see, nothing really, sometimes I hitch a ride from someone else, or I walk it. What’d you have in mind?” |
James nodded attentively at what Raven was sharing with him. When she asked him what he had in mind for later plans, he chattered his teeth thoughtfully and after he mulled it over for awhile, he said quietly, "I was actually thinking maybe we could go skating. Besides I don't want you walking out late at night. The people around here are pretty bad and I don't need you or the others getting into something you can't get out of." There was a bit of a revelation as to what he said, but then again there wasn't much he believed he could do at the moment. He pulled up to the store and placed his hand over his mouth perplexed. J.R. looked at Rave and asked inquisitively,"So you need me to go in with you?"
|
Raven smiled and giggled softly at his suggestion. “that would be fun, I haven’t been staking in a while.” She smiled and then watched as they pulled up to the store. She took the list into her hand and Sarah’s money in the other. She smiled and turned to James, “Nah I’ll be just a minute of so, I’ll come out soon. Sooner then you can say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious in another language.” She stuck her tongue out playfully and then then got out of the car, skipping into the store she soon grabbed a cart and looked around for the things she needed. Looking around the store she grabbed everything that was needed and then soon went to the check out. She paid for the needed things and then thanked the cashier. Soon she was seen coming out of the store and standing next to James’ door. “Now you can help with loading the car.” She said teasingly. |
James raised an eyebrow and laughed almost instantly, "I can't barely say it in English." After Rave left, he began to drum on the steering wheel as he sat patiently waiting on his "sister" to come back from the store. When she came back to the car, he smirked and pretended he couldn't hear her from inside. Eventually, he got out and loaded the groceries into the backseat of his car. After J.R was finished he went on the other side of his car, opened the door for Raven and said calmly, "So you having any boy problems, Poster Girl." He chuckled knowing that she disliked the name.
