Felix, who's bar, The Cat's Eye, was completely deserted, which was new for him, as it was NEVER deserted. So he went to the place across from the bar which was very noicy. So he brought a wide variety of alcoholic beverages with him, and left the bar. He entered the room where people had been playing the game Truth or dare. So he decided he would wait until they were done with the first person, and give them a beer, regardless his/her age.
