Nate blinked. "What are you talking about? We saved you for those two men who were carrying you off. If you want to save yourself from whoever is after you then you need to come with us." There was stern tone in his voice as he spoke to the girl. "We didn't have to save. We could have just let them take you away, but we didn't. By the impression we got from Eric's journal he would want his daughter to go to Earth and from the way you acted before we thought you might be his daughter. So we did what we thought was right." Nate was getting irritable due to his lack of sleep and he wanted to know who those men where working for.

Katie looked at Nate and then at the girl."Were here."She said before jumping out of the vent so everyone could see the bright light the ship was giving off."I told you you would be thanking me someday."She said towards Elli with a smirk."But,thank Nate too."

Haylie gasped, "Wow, shiny..." she fell on the ground and groaned. "I want a nap." she muttered and closed her eyes and started to snore.

"Wow, it's huge." Nate stared in amazement. "Who would have ever thought something like this was underneath us this entire time?" He stood beside Katie and looked around. "Great, it looks like I was getting supplies for nothing. Almost everything we need is already here." Looking around some more he noticed something was missing. "Where's Bella and Isabella?"

"I don't know..she was at the begining of the tunnel with the doctor and Isabella.

Nate just nodded as he went off to explore the huge cavern. Tinkering around the ship would be fun he thought. It was hard to believe that just Eric had managed to get and hid all of this stuff by himself.

Elli stood up in the cavern with the ship in amazement. First, they had known she was Eric's daughter and she had only just figured that out the night before. Technically only a few hours before. And now there was a gigantic ship. This group of kids hadn't been kidding, they really were trying to save everyone. They were on her side. A small smile creased her lips and she nodded. "Thank you." It was quiet, she wasn't really saying it to them or she would have gotten closer, after all she was embarrassed about how she was acting, but Elli felt that she still needed to say it.

Katie noddedand then looked at Nate."So should we get everyone down here? I almost died going down that way.."She smirked looking at the cliff like area towards the ceiling.

Nate looked up, then at Katie and back up again. "Do I even want to ask how?" He sighed. "We probably should get started on getting everyone and having the farmers start bringing their equipment and rounding up the livestock their going to bring."

"Well..its interesting really..I tripped and almost fell of the cliff..but I had a rope on my waist."She laughed and looked at Nate again."Ya..that would be good.I can go get Isabella and everyone up there."

"That was lucky. We're also very lucky that you are still alive and with us." He nodded. "Alright. I'll go talk to the farmers so they can start getting stuff ready. I'll meet you back here in about an hour. We'll have to find an entrance large enough for equipment and livestock to come through."

Katie nodded and gave Nate a quick hug.She didn't know why she did though..but she gave him the hug anyways and then turned walking towards the rope of the cliff to climb up to go get Isabella and the others."When you get the farmers and people..bring them threw the vents."

Nate was surprised by the hug, but he hugged her back tightly. "Be careful Katie," he called as he started to head back to the vents. He nodded, "I'll make sure to do that." As he crawled into the vent he couldn't help, but to wonder if he'd be heading into danger since that guy seen them and ran off.

She noticed he was gone as she was climbing and sighed."Please be careful.."She mumbled.She climbed up and got the doctor down but then Isabella wouldn"t come down.She refused.Katie ended up having to hold her while climbing down and got her to the ground safely.

"Wheres Natey?"Isabella asked lightly.
"Hes out getting the farmers and stuff..okay?He will be back soon."
Isabella looked at Katie and gave her a hug."You look worried Sis."
"I look worried?Please.."She said with a smirk and then turned walking towards the ship and going inside<everybody was already getting there rooms that look huge.Bigger then Katies whole house!She picked hers and Isabellas room and walked outside..picking up random crates or supplies and taking them inside.

Nate crawled through one of the side vents and came out behind a row of bushes near the farm fields. "That was lucky," he said to himself. Cautiously he came out from the bushes and head off. It didn't take long to notify the farmers he talked to earlier. He had them go ahead and send their children to the ship. "I'll let you know when we find the entrance to take the equipment and livestock through. So you should have plenty of time to get things ready to go. I made sure to give the older kids a map of the vents so they can get to the ship. Thanks for all your help."
"No, thank you. Some of have been worried about what was going to happen with Eric gone. We're glad to help and that there is a way to make sure our children have a chance to live," said the appointed leader of the farmers.
"It wasn't all me. It was Katie and the others as well. I must be off though. I have more people to get." With that he was off to town. He decided to take the vent so he could lead the children halfway to the ship and they wouldn't get lost.

Bella took her time slowly climbing down. When she finally got down she helped Katie and the others load the things.As she finished she picked out her room which was next to Katie's and layed on her bed before going back out.

After leaving the children Nate went down the vent that Katie had lead him through. Coming back up where the box had been he was surprised to see a very confused baker wondering around. "Hello, sorry Haylie left you. She found me. If you take this vent you'll be able to get to the ship." He finished giving the baker the directions before helping him into the tunnel. He made sure to cover the vent back up with the box. "Well time to go round up some more people." Off he went down the alley. He didn't know that he was being followed by one of the men behind Eric's murder and Elli's kidnapping.

Elli shuffled her foot nervously watching everyone work. Finally when Katie came outside to load another barrel she stopped her. "Hey, is there any way I could help? Or am I just going to be in the way?"

"You can help me load supplies."She said with a small smile.

Elli lowered her head in a small nod. "Okay, I'll do my best." She felt horrible for her actions earlier, and she already had apologized but that just didn't seem like enough. She looked around and picked up the closest crate that looked like the ones Katie had been carrying in. "Any place in particular it goes to?"

"If you go down the hallway theres a big center room,just put them in there."She said,picking up another crate.

The man watched Nate and once he was far enough away he called someone. "Hey I just seen one of those kids you told us to watch. He came up out of a vent near the ally where we lost Elli. I'll keep tracking him to see where he's going. He was talking to the baker and said that the tunnel lead to a ship. So you might want to have one of the boys check it out."

Nate went around talking to those who he thought deserved to go to Earth. He had managed to find several other vents to help make things go faster. Exhausted he took a break outside of the ice cream parlor. "Who else should I talk to?" He was running out of people. Looking at the sky he thought that maybe he should go ahead and head back to get some rest. As he was leaving a man confronted him. "Who the hell are you?" Nate hadn't expected to run into trouble so quickly. The man replied, "Just someone who would like to have a word with you in private." The man then motioned towards an alley. "Ok, fine." Nate said. He was ready to fight if he had to. He followed the man into the alley where a women was waiting for them. Wonderful, he thought.

Elli walked into the ship carrying the crate and walked down the main hallway to the center room and set it down. They already had a bunch of stuff in there and she looked around the huge room in amazement. She started making trips back and forth with Katie helping her bring in all of the supplies that they had.

After about the 20th box Katie took into the ship,she stopped and looked towards the vent.She noticed more people and there animals and other possesions were coming..but out of all of them she saw no Nate."Um..Elli..is it okay if I leave you here to be in charge so I can go look for Nate?"She asked lightly when she came out to look for another crate.
