Katie stood up and opened the door with a smile."Hey Nathaniel, You looking for Vince?"She said.You could clearly see all the chaos behind her.

"Wow!! Awesome bed, Bells! Let's see who can jump the highest." announced Haylie, then she heard her stomach growl. "I kind of forgot to have lunch and dinner." she got off of Isabella's bed, "Right after I have food I'll play with you." then she heard the door. Haylie went up with Katie. "Hey Natie, you happen to have food with you right?"

Isabella jumped off her bed and landed by the door."Food?"Her eyes widened.

Vince sat down in a chair. all of these little muchkins were giving him a headach.

"Hey Katie. Yeah I am, but I have something to tell both of you? Are the little terr..oh hey there Haylie. I might have something in my backpack." After all the times he has been tackled after saying those words he has learned to just toss his pack over to the little terrors and step out of the way. "Anyway, is there a place where the three of us can talk away for the munchkins?"

"Yeah,hurry while there scavaging."She smiled and walked outside to the basement doors on the other side of the house.She opened the metal doors and waited for Vince and Nathaniel."I think Bella is asleep..so I'll just tell her in the morning."

Vince quikly rushed out of the house and into the basement. "Ok Nate, what have you found?"

Nathaniel quickly followed them into the basement. "While I was out earlier I overheard some of the adults talking about how they didn't want to go to this place called, Earth. Which is apparently where we all came from. They like it here in the "new world". They also seemed to be happy that Eric is dead other then the fact that he was the only one that knew the formula for the pills."

Katie pulled out the journal and handed it to Nate."Read these.They'll tell you a lot about this..'earth'."She said puzzled."nate? Do you want to stay the night tonite to? Aparently everyone is..so whats one more?"She smiled.

Vince started to pace back and forth. He could the withdrawl setting in from not taking the pills. "Has anyone else been feeling weird lately? Like something is wrong?"

"I feel..more out of breath and tired."She said thinking of how she could be upstairs and in bed."Well boys,I think much better after getting some sleep.."She said quietly,rubbing her eyes but staying to hear some other things there feeling.

"Hmmm there's only fruits and chips." Haylie muttered, "Oh well these will do." while the two girls were munching on their food. "Hey Bello, wanna find out what they're talking about?"

"Sure," Nate said as he read the journal. "Holy...so Earth exists and we're suppose to repopulate the planet basically? That's messed up, where is our say in all of this...," he let his thoughts trail off when he heard Vince's question. "Not really, though I have had some messed up dreams lately. We should probably wait to continue this in the morning. The little ones will be getting curious soon and come looking for us."

Vince suddenly collapsed on the ground, his heart raing at a hundred miles an hour. "The..pills.....I need the pills!"

Katie pulled on of her pills out of her pocket and gave it to Vince,putting it in his mouth and making him swallow it."I only have three left..one should last 23 days."She said quietly."I'm going to bed."She said,walking up the stairs of the basement and outside,going to the front door and walking in.

Isabella ate her food."Great..we can't now.."Isabella nodded.
"Time for bed girls."Katie said leading them to Isabellas bed with there food.
She walked over towards the fire and sat down trying to warm up.

Nate waited for Vince to start feeling better before helping him upstairs. "You okay now? And just wondering, but it hasn't been 23 days since you took one of the pills has it?"

"Aww, I wanted to know what they were talking about. Being little sucks." Haylie walked over to where Isabella's bed was and fell asleep on the floor. "'Nite everybody!"

Vince began to calm down. "I'm alright Nate. I just need some rest. I think I'll just spend the night here" Vince went upstairs and layed down on the couch. He fell asleep instantly.

Katie woke up,tieing her hair back in a firey red ribbon.She looked out the widow of her small home and pondered on what to do,or how to try to save there humanity.

Vince woke up, and groggly looked at the clock. "Five more minutes" he went back to sleep. The world could wait.

Katie turned hearing Vince and walked over,looking down at him sleeping."Wake up or I'll make Isabella jump on you."She said quietly into his ear.

Bella woke up and saw Katie looking at Vince. She walked to where she was standing "so what did I miss yesterday?"

Katie smiled."Well..were all from a strange place called earth and we have to find a ship to get away from here."She smirked.

Nate was still asleep, sprawled out near the fireplace, where he had passed out sometime early that morning. He had stayed up late watching the fire and reading in the journal that Katie, Vince and Bella had found. He turned over in his sleep causing the journal to fall off his stomach. The journal opened to a page they hadn't read yet and a slip of paper fell out of it.
