Yuichi involuntarily starts kicking his back right leg, enjoying the scratching. He pulls away from her for a moment then lays down, rolling to his left side, his tail going wild.

Allegria giggled, forgetting that Saito was right there, sleeping. She moved her hand to Yuichi's belly and rubbed "you like that, don't you?" she asked with a laugh.

Kioko and her company had fallen asleep after their meal. She rubs her paw over her face as she wakes up. He is still asleep. She looks around a bit. I wonder if my clothes are finished? I can leave his cloak with him. She trots back to the tree by the stream. before turning back and getting her clothes on, she decides to take a quick drink from the stream. As she lowers her head she could smell a slight sent of blood. Someone was hurt somewhere upstream. The curiosity got to her and she decided to take a look. She made sure to hide in the brush in case of danger. Soon she came upon a beast laying by the stream, and a small beast playing with an elf. Whats going on? Is that guy dead? She stayed hidden to observe the odd group.

Allegria's ear twitched as she heard the bushes rustle but paid them no heed. It's probably a rabbit or something moving, she thought. Being the huntress that she was, it was only natural for her to hear the small sounds made by animals.

Yuichi's ears twitch and he recoils from Allegria for a moment glancing at the area he heard the rustling. He crouches down a bit and starts sniffing the air trying to get a scent of the one that made the noise.

Allegria smiled and rubbed Yuichi's head "It's probably a rabbit or something, don't worry about it" she reaffirmed and then settled down to let Yuichi sniff the air to hs heart's content. She laid her head on her forearms and watched him.

Yuichi finally gets bored, unable to regain the scent of the creature he heard. He turns and looks back to Allegria and picks his stick back up to start writing in the dirt. Sorry about that, whatever it was, I can not discern whether it is friendly or an enemy. But it had a faint familiar tinge to it like that of Mr Saito.

Allegria scratched behind his ears "Perhaps it is the young woman that he is searching for" she offered, relaxing on the ground.

Yuichi nods his head slowly and paws at the ground to clear it up for him to write again. Aye, there is a chance of that. He turns to look at Allegria and lays against her, his tail wrapping about the right side of his body.

Allegria smiles and nuzzles her face into Yuichi's soft, warm body. "Are you tired?" she asked, dropping her voice back to a whisper.

Yuichi shakes his head a bit, trying to fight away his annoyance at the lack of communication between the two. He leans down and starts writing. No, Miss Allegria. He turns to look back at her and hops into her lap, curling up.

Allegria smiled and wiped away the "Miss" in Yuichi's message "I'm Allegria. I'm not Miss anything. I'm Allegria to friends so I'm Allegria to you, got it?" she told the fox, petting his soft body. "One day... you'll know how to transform into your human form... that or I'll learn how to speak your language. Until then, we just keep on with the small communication we have" she told him, scratching the soft spot behind his ear. She had learned that he loved it when she'd done that.

Yuichi shivers a bit in delight from the touch and pants slightly from the touch. He looks over at the dirt and closes his eyes, concentrating on the small bit of magic he does have to make words appear in the dirt. Sorry about that, Allegria. That is just the way I was taught. Forgot I could do this, by the way.

Allegria smiles and chuckles "it's quite alright, Yuichi. This certainly makes communicating easier" she said, a smile still on her face. Her hand moves from his ears to pet the length of his body.

Yuichi nods his head happily, his tail wagging happily behind him. Yeah, if only I would have thought about this earlier.....then I wouldn't have a couple splinters in my mouth. He slowly arches his back as she moves her hand down his body, keeping her hand at the high point of his back the whole time.

Allegria giggled and picked him up slightly "I apologize for being so forward, but you said something abut splinters? Open up and let me have a look" she demanded, supporting his upright stance while keeping one hand free to pull splinters out.

He looks her in the eye, trying to hold his composure. You want me to open my mouth for you? The words appear in the air between them. He slowly opens his mouth, a little afraid of what may happen.

Allegria peered into the darkness and spotted her targets "hold still, I'll be gentle. It's not all that bad, you only have two or three splinters" she remarked as she reached her hand out, gently taking the splinters out. She placed Yuichi back down when she was done. She stuck her hand into the stream to wash it off and send the splinters down the stream, then returned to petting him. "Better?" she asked.

Yuichi watches her wash her hand off and runs his tongue across the inside of his mouth, licking up the little bit of blood that came out. That barely even hurt.....how did you? He looks at her confused at the lack of pain from it.

Allegria raised an eyebrow and shrugged "I don't know. The only magic I have inside of me is the kind that helps my aim. That could be it, now that I think about it. my amprovides me with a steady hand, which would keep the splinters from moving around as they were being taken out, which would cause more damage and pain. That's all I can think of" she admitted.

Yuichi nods his head before cuddling up against Allegria's stomach. Sounds to be a valid enough reason on it. He yawns a bit before closing his eyes, laying against her. May I ask a question?

Allegria looked down "what is it? you can ask me anything" she said, preparig her mind in anticiption of Yuichi's question What could he possibly want to ask me? she wondered.

Why is it, you and Mr. Saito are so nice to me, while it seems that everyone else I have met since the war started has tried to kill me? He looks at her, his eyes innocent of any semblance of understanding the subject.

Allegria blinked in surprise "well... I can't speak for Saito, but I like meeting new people. I hate hurting people, hate it even more if they die. I'm not going to lie... I've had to do some self defence since the war. I don't know why, exactly I took a liking to you, but I did. I'm glad I met you, I have a feeling we'll make a great friendship out of this" she answered.
