Bio: William was very young when he found out he could move the leaves in the trees by moving his hands in the direction he wanted the leaves to move. When his parents saw this occur they thought nothing of it but when he did it indoors and threw his older brother across the room they got concerned. They finally decided to send him to a specialist and got his powers under control or so they thought until William’s 16th birthday when he went to blow out his birthday cake a week before school starts and he blew the house apart with one breath. His parents made a last minute admission to the St. Aether Elemental Finishing School.
Personality: Normally Will is very free flowing (What a shocker there) and just prefers to go with the flow. He prefers very open spaces as he is claustrophobic and will use his powers to try to force a space to be larger.

Bio: Maya was always known as the girl who picked fights. She rarely lost them due to the fact that her fists seemed covered in ice. In the winter, it was always on her side. After her parents were killed off in a sudden accident with her abilities, Maya was found by some of the Elemental School authorities, thus being brought to the school to learn to control her powers.
Personality: Fiery, spunky, ready to kick butt almost constantly. Will not back down to a challenge . . . no matter how stupid.

One . . . and I was thinking of making an instructor. :sweat: I'm not sure if I'll do it at first. :D

William got to school a day early and was watching the other students arrive as he did this he spotted a girl arriving and thought he would go say hi. Getting out of the tree he was in jumping down right next to her as she walked by without saying anything.

Maya muttered to herself as she walked toward the school's large staircase. Looking up at the top in disdain, she grumbled a few things under her breath before trudging up. Half-way she stopped and allowed herself to breathe. I'm not that out of shape!! Glaring up at the top of the stairs, the red-head shook a bit of the frost that had built up at the tips of her hair. That happened when she was upset - and this moment in time was definitely one that she'd call upset.
I can't believe I forgot my stupid bag inside! Growling under her breath, Maya started up the second half of the stairs. When she got to the top, she leaned against the nearest wall and caught her breath.
"I hate it here," she snarled, lifting her lip in disgust as she looked out over the school grounds.

Looking around william noticed a red head in the window watched her. Will decided to wave to her and wondered what she would do back knowing that relationships were prohibited but never the less it could always be just a friendship. He smiled at that thought waiting to see if she would do anything.

Movement caught the girl's eye, and she slowly glanced over to see Will waving at her briefly. She slowly raised a wrapped hand, giving a sudden three fingered wave that bordered on disrespectful. Do I know him? Pushing herself away from the wall she was leaning against, Maya cleared her throat and pushed past a wimpy electricity student, making her way inside. Looking over to where she'd seen the boy waving, the red-head moved toward him.
"Do I know you?" she asked, her tone brisk and challenging. Who knew who this guy was. Stalker, old friend, enemy, someone she'd beat up a few weeks ago . . . one could never tell.

Will watched maya as she approached and said to her "No you don't i was just wondering why you were here durring the break?" looking at her he watched how she was standing noticing that she was a little on edge. "My name is will, i am an air user mainly to move around and other things." he held out his hand for a hand shake.

The girl eyed Will's hand before firmly returning the gesture. "Maya," she introduced herself, mentally approving of the boy's forward manner. "And I left my things here." Glancing back to the car that slowly drove off, her blue eyes flashed with anger. "And apparently I'm being left here for the entire break. He wasn't lying."
Yanking her wrapped hand away from Will, she grumbled a few curses under her breath. "And why are you here?" she asked, turning her frustrated gaze to the boy. "Nowhere to go?"

Looking at maya's eyes will noticed they were blue and very pretty, quickly shaking his head to clear his thoughts "Oh my family prefers i stay here cause i can't cause much dammage around here." Remembering how strong her grip was he decided to leave it at that "Well it looks like we will see a bit of each other around here seeing as im the only guy aside from the male teacher that hates it cause he is always the one who has to Babysit me." doing a quote un qoute around babysit. "Whats your element?" looking at her noticing she wasnt wearing a coat.

"Haha," Maya chuckled at the thought that only two men remained in the school at that time of year. She barely caught him asking for her element. "Ice," she said without thinking. Her expression hardened then. "Got a problem with that?"
Challenging, as usual. THIS is why I don't make friends. I scare them all off.
"So . . . have you seen pretty much anyone else around here?" she narrowed her blue eyes turning them out the front window. "Besides that puny electricity elementalist, I've seen you and myself."

'Im not a puny electric user i prefer to compliment your element with mine i am an air user" Will said not afraid of her challenge. Looking at maya he smiled "Well your actually the first student i have seen on campus this winter and all of my friends are gone." Well she may have a hard side but i like it shes cute too. Looking around seeing no one else around he smiled at her very innocently and winked at her.

Maya's blue eyes narrowed when he winked, and she turned her gaze away from Will. "Not interested," she growled, crossing her arms moodily. "So let that settle in your mind, buddy." A bit of frost hardened at the tips of her hair, and she brushed it away in irritation. A cool mist seemed to be flowing off of any bit of skin on her, and the red-head merely glared out the window again.
"I'm going to have to deal with this all break." She shook her head. "And to think - I wanted to get out of here for once!" A grunt of frustration left her lips, and the well-muscled girl snorted. "What a day it's been."

Will looked at her and wondered why are you always so ready for battle? but shrugged it off. "Well at least you will feel at home while your outside. Fortunately for me i can make the air move around me so i stay warm otherwise i would not like it here during the winter one bit." Will then levitated a little with his powers to prove his point. "Is there anything i can do to help you feel better about being here with me and the wimpy electric users?"

"Yeah," Maya said slowly a sudden look of interest dawning on her. "Leave me alone." Her words were harsh, her tone cold, and her expression dark. The girl suddenly turned away from Will, and she walked briskly to to girl's dorm where she found her room. Using her key, she slid inside, slamming the door behind her.
Heck with this. I'm not having a good time while I'm here.

Will was a bit shocked at how she treated him, shrugging it off as she was mad about being left here all winter. He then walked towards the gym to go work on his powers and smiled when it was empty. He started by using the wind to move a basket ball around the gym in and out of the hoops and smiled when another air user was here and they made a mini tornado in the gym.

After his work out in the gym he went to the cafeteria to get some food cause he was hungry. Will smiled a lot when he was in the cafeteria cause he loved to eat. Grabbing three chicken patties and some mayonnaise with barbecue sauce mixed in it he sat down to eat his food.

((:XD I'll post later . . . I have to go. I'm going to say that Maya is in her room, moodily staring at the ceiling and listening to rock music. :lol: She moved out to the front steps after about an hour, thinking her room was stuffy again. :yes:))

Will started to head towards the dorms noticing maya on the front steps and decided not to say hi because of the cold reception from earlier. Trying to not make it noticeable that he was not going to say hi he took the long scenic route to avoid her but she can still see him because its winter and the snow avoids him like the plague.

It was later that evening when Maya finally decided that spending the entire break alone was going to be deathly boring. Tossing the book she was trying to read into the snow before her, the ice elementalist sighed loudly, standing and brushing some snow off of her shoulders. Yawning out of sheer boredom, the red-head glanced around. The only person worth talking to - that she remembered - was Will.
Snorting to herself, she headed in the direction she had last seen him. Maybe they could cause some trouble or something. Make a cool mess out of snow and wind or the like.
"Hey Will?" Maya called out, her blue eyes scanning the area. "You still out here somewhere?" Seeing he wasn't, her eyes were drawn to the footprints in teh snow. He had headed for the dorms - the boy's dorms. Shrugging, the girl tugged on her white tank top, fingering the wraps on her hands before slipping inside, heading in that direction. Against the rules or not, she was going to see what Will was up to.
Knocking on his door rather loudly, she crossed her arms, leaning back to wait for an answer. "Hello in there?" she snorted loudly. "Don't tell me you're already asleep, Princess."

"oh I'm not in there i thought you would try to come and see me" he smiled as he waked up behind her. "You know for being cute you sure do have a very interesting way of talking to people." will took off his hood and showed off his bright blue hair. He looked at her then opened his door to his room with his key. "Want to come in?" he asked as he pushed the door open, "don't worry no teachers will come by they never have even during the school year, I think they prefer to look for boys in the girls dorms over girls in the boys dorms." he waited at the doorway for a response.

Maya narrowed her blue eyes, but nodded slowly. "Alright. As long as we don't get caught." Being so desperately bored made her reckless anyway. "So what's your week looking like? Just as boring as mine?"
Alright, so he wasn't all that bad. In fact, he was sorta cute. Glaring at the floor, the red-head moved to flop down on Will's bed, letting out a loud sigh. "We don't have much to do here that we don't mess around with during school." The point of winter break was to leave, not to sit around while everyone else took off. Closing her eyes, the girl grumbled under her breath. "Got any breakneck ideas, bub?"

"Well we could always have you stay in my room the entire break, that might be fun" will said as he looked around picking up his room. "sorry about the mess but i am the only one that lives here year round." looking back at maya he noticed that she was on his bed. "I see you made ur self comfortable" he smiled and then blushed "well we could seal ourselves up in the gym and have some fun."

"A week long sleep over," Maya said, raising an eyebrow. Running a hand through her red hair, she sighed. "And a lot of fights in the gym." She was silent for a moment. "Throw in a bit of food and ice cream, and we've got ourselves something interesting to do for teh break." Her blue eyes followed Will as he cleaned, and she grinned a bit. "We could even perfect some battle techniques to surprise our instructors when the break's over."

"True though my teachers prefer to theorize over actually perfecting battle techniques though that is the nature of the wind, it does as it pleases when ever it pleases" will looked over and smiled at the girl that was still on his bed. "Mind if i join you" he said looking down at the empty space on his bed then laying down next to her. "Im sure we can find some ice cream in the cafeteria especially since i help out during the school year."

"Spend winter break eating icecream with a stranger while hoping that no one notices," Maya said aloud, squinting her eyes as she pretended to think. "Hmm. Well, let's do it." Looking over to where Will was beside her, she chuckled. "I see no harm in it. Yet." Reaching over as she sat up, she smacked his shoulder roughly. "Race you there, Windy."
Getting off of the bed, she headed for the door, slipping outside. Ice crested over her bare fingertips and gloves, and her blue eyes sparked with challenge. "Think you can get there first?"
