What surprised her the most wasn't so much the presence of the beautiful dresses themselves, but where they came from and how he knew her size. The green one was her favorite, but it was too nice to wear. Sighing as he seemed insistant, the female semi reluctantly stripped, donning the blue dress. Rhianwen felt her cheeks flush deeply. She rarely wore dresses, and often felt most comfortable in a modest skirt or, more preferabbly, pants.

Taking a deep breath, she tentatively walked out of the room, walking towards the festivities, hoping desperately no one would pay her much attention.

Alexander was playing the fiddle , when he noticed Rhianwen coming out of her room. A smirk grew across his face as he whistled at Senji, who was in the crow's nest. He slid down the mast of the ship, landing on the deck. As he picked up another fiddle to join along.
Alexander stoped playing for the moment as smiled at Rhianwen "So decide to have some fun? That dress looks beautiful on you." He chuckled a bit as he began to play agian. With in rythmn with Senji, as they began to feed off of each other. One would play higher as the other played lower.

Flushing slight pink in embarassment, Rhianwen shrugged. "Didn't give me much choice did you? But..I guess i'll oblige."
came her simple reply, not wanting to waste words on the captain as she stubbornly went out of her way to ignore him. Seeing Senji, she blushed a bit more, bowing her head in greeting to him. "Hello again." murmured the young woman, watching him.

Senji nodded a bit as he play the fiddle. "Hello. Nice dress, captain has a good eye."

Alexander wrinkled his nose a bit as he put his fiddle down. As he extend his hand to Rhianwen. "Care to dance. I promise to behave." He smirk a bit as he looked into Rhianwen's eyes.

About to speak to Senji and ask him that question, Rhianwen paused, looking over at Alexander. She sighed. "That smirk on your face makes me think otherwise captain." she informed him bluntly, standing there watching him carefully.

Alexander "I'm naturally merry, I promise if I don't behave. You can personal stab me. Pirate code. I know I'm a brash man, but I do try to keep my word." He looked into her eyes, letting her know that he is being truthfully. As he keeps his hand outstretched to her.

About to say no, Rhianwen sighed, nodding a bit. "Well...ok." she murmured, hesitantly taking his hand and letting him lead. Rhianwen had to admit, he had a point. Most pirates lived by specific rules and regulations, articles they called them, and punishments for going against the codes they swore to were usually very fitting and effective in deterring a potential misbehaving pirate.

Alexander smiled as he wrapped his arm around Rhienwan. He began to lead in the dance, he looked into Rhienwan's eyes.
"You do look very beautiful." Alexander felt a bit calm, knowing that he was actually happy for the first time in his life. So much for being a brash man, he thought to himself.

Senji chuckled a bit as he began to play a soft song, he closed his eyes as he rocked with the song.

Blushing, Rhianwen looked down at her feet to hide her light pink cheeks. "Thank you..." came her soft mumble. She tensed at the closeness and his arm around her smaller frame, but otherwise showed no sign of objection for now. Dancing and swaying with the music, the young woman felt akward as several groups of the crewmen looked on and watched their captain.

Alexander chuckled softly again, as he smiled at Rhianwen. "Any time, So whats your favorite sea creature?" He countiued to dance with Rhianwen as he blushed a bit. He desperatly wanted to kiss her agian but didn't want to get slapped in front of his crew. Not good for morale plus he would be teased for weeks.He attempted though to bring her a bit closer to his body, very slowly. Though he keep his one hand on her waist and the other one was holding on to his hand.

"Dolphin.....maybe also an eel." she said, trying to think. Mild confusion crossed her face until she felt even stiffer as Alexander drew her closer. "Why do you want me so close?" she whispered, feeling her cheeks heat up. Rhainwen hid her face in between their chests, hating to be noticed or looked at too much, especially by many people. "Why are they looking?!"

"Ah dolphins are beautiful and so playful. Though I have personal never seen an eel yet." He felt the tension a bit from Rhianwen. He whispered back into her ear, "Well I like you, and are very fond of you. Also it makes it a bit easier to lead you in dance." He chuckled as she saw her hide her face in his chest. "Well I aplogize they aren't use to seeing many woman on the ship." He looked at his crew, "Buzz off, and countie the party. Don't you guys have better things to do than watch your captain dance?"


Senji chuckled as he began to pick up the beat of the song, as an other crew members grabbed a drum and another member grabbed a flute.

Alexander smirked as he felt the beat to pick up and instantiously he began to match the speed countiueing to hold on to Rhianwen.

Rhianwen blinked then shook her head, frowning once more. "You aren't as smart as you look. You don't become fond of someone so quick. You just met me, how can you like me? There is no such thing as love or attraction at first sight. That's just lust, and I don't trust it." she informed the captain, turning redder and squeeking softly in surprise as the tempo picked up and he continued to dance with her.

Alexander chuckled a bit, "Oh really? Did you ever hear about the old man at the sea who fell in love with a selikie? That story was nothing but love at first sight." He twirled Rhianwen outwards a bit then twirled her back in, "Call me daft, call me dense. I don't mind. Because I believe in what my gut tells me." He smiled as she squeaked a bit, Adorable he thought.

"Well your gut is wrong. Of course I heard that story. But I don't believe that story turned out well did it? He stole her seal fur to keep her with him. How is that love? That is obsession and possesiveness, not more than imprisonment. She ran off first chance she got. You obviously didn't remember the tale well." countered the female, flushing a bit as he twirled her. It had been years since she danced, and she was shy of it.

Alexander frown a bit, "Well little miss my gut is never wrong." He wrinkled his nose a bit as he ended the dance. He bowed towards Rhianwen. "Well I am sorry to end this so soon but I have to retired my quarters. Since I allowed my crew to basically party them self out. " He gestured to many passed out crew members. "So one still has to make sure this ship won't hit anything." He stood close to Rhianwen and looked down at her, then lightly kissing her on the top of her head.
Then he headed off towards his room.

Senji was exhausted as well as the rest of the crew, he stopped playing a long time ago. As he jumped down to the main deck and headed back into the kitchen.Which where also his bed was.

Rhianwen scowled. "Don't call me little." After the dance, the young woman looked away, hiding her faint pink cheeks as he kissed her skin. Watching him go, the woman felt strangely sad to see her comapnion walk off so soon. Odd, why would she care if the man she disliked was leaving?

Watching Senji, she walked over to the male, smiling gently as she offered him any last minute help cleaning up.

Alexander sighed a bit as he sat on his bed, "Stubborn girl." He lay back as he stared up at the ceiling, he began to hum softly. As he difted off to sleep.

Senji shoooked his head as he was unlocking the door to the kitchen, "No milady, I am just heading to bed. So I can get up for the morning rush." He chuckled at he shut the door and you heard sereval clicks.

"Allright. Sleep well then." Rhianwen smiled a bit, walking off to the stern of the ship. Sitting down with a sigh, she leaned her back and shoulders agaist the sides, the rail of the deck as she looked at the night sky. Only after a while did she remember she had her own room now.

Locking her door behind her, the young woman pulled off the pretty dress and placed it in the trunk, putting on a simple slip for underwear and sleeping garments. Sitting on the floor once more in a corner, Rhianwen leaned against the wall.

Alexander woke up after about an hour, he yawned a bit, noticing it was still dark out. He smiled a bit as he grabbed his fiddle agian as he went out. He walked up to the bow of the ship and he began to play a soft, though sad tune on his fiddle. He closed his eyes as he countied to play.

Rhianwen hadn't realized that the captain had come out onto the deck as well. She had left her room and pulled on a simple magenta robe over her nightdress, looking out at the ocean and wondering what would become of her now. What would happen now? She was, essentially, a prisonor, a captive on board a ship full of rowdy, drunken, probably perverted pirates.

Alexander looked around as he took a break from playing, setting his fiddle down by the bow of the ship, at the men who were all passed out around him. He chuckled, "Same thing happens every time we party, the crew drinks them self silly." He said towards the helm. He walked towards the helm as he began to steer the ship, he took out his compass to insure of the right direction. He began to sing a old pirate tune;

Rhianwen tapped her fingers lightly on the railing to the tune, looking out at the ocean. With a sigh, she turned her back, sliding so she landed into a sitting position on the deck and leaning her back against the railing. To her stunned surprise and irritation, she felt a few warm tears trail down her cheeks. Rhianwen was a stubborn, proud girl, and one thing she
hated--was crying.

When Alexander and finished the tune, he heard amongst the calm winds of the ocean. A faint sniffling noise, he cocked his eybrow as he invesigated where it was coming from. He noticed it was Rhianwen, his heart felt heavy. He walked over to her as he sat down on the deck near her.

Hearing and sensing his approach, Rhianwen stiffened, turning her back to the male as she growled ever so softly. She couldn't let him see any evidence of tears! The young red haired maiden frowned, looking down at the wooden deck she sat on, trying to ignore the captain. "Hn! what?" she hissed softly, keeping her voice bitter as possible.
