Hayner glared; those words made him want to punch his lights out. Mostly because somewhere deep down, secretly, he did...and Seifer had him pegged.
"I have them coz mom thinks I do." He sighed, "I'll try on whatever you want, and if you find an outfit you like, I'll wear it to school tomorrow." |
Still in all his naked glory, and not bothering to pull any clothes on, Seifer stood up and sidled over to the closet. He picked through a bunch of outfits, trying to to find a favorite.
Finally, he pulled out a slightly frilly blue outfit, and a...slightly skimpy...green outfit, handing them to him. "I like these. Pick one," he offered, simply. |
Hayner blinked a little at the choices, having been distracted by that naked body as he'd been choosing.
"How about...you choose?" He offered, taking both outfits. He set them on the bed, tugging off the pink thing for a moment and pulling on the skimpier outfit first. He stepped away and showed off a little oddly; the shorts were nearly booty shorts and his tank top was a bit more obviously girly. |
That staring, and nearly drooling, did not go unnoticed.
Seifer examined the two outfits for a moment, and then nodded. "The green one's better. Wear that one." |
Hayner supposed he was being incredibly see-through; he wanted Seifer, and that was that.
"Okay.." He offered, looking down at it. He had a feeling he'd get tons of shit tomorrow, but that just meant he'd have to beat some ass. He moved over closer, slowly leaning up and kissing Seifer again. When he broke away again, he licked his lips, "Want me to put the pink thing back on?" |
Seifer wasn't fully prepared for a second round--he wanted some relaxation, first--but he humored Hayner and returned the kiss.
"Of course," he replied, raising an eyebrow. "That was the deal, was it not?" He still sounded teasing, but it was more playful this time. |
Hayner was interested, but relaxation sounded quite a bit better. His stomach roared at him after he got the top back off, making him blush a little. "You hungry?" He questioned, looking down. "We could get some take-out."
He changed back into the pink thing, feeling kind of stupid but keeping Seifer's compliments fresh in his mind. He'd never been complimented by the man before; and he wanted more of it. |
Seifer grinned when Hayner's stomach growled, and nodded, stretching a bit. "Take-out sounds good. Hang on...lemme get my clothes back on..."
Seifer quickly pulled his clothing back on, even smoothing out his hair to pull his hat back on. He seemed to feel a bit more relaxed with his clothing on. |
Hayner smiled a little, "Either you let me have clothes, too, or you're getting the door when they get here." He offered, because he refused to do that; he wouldn't show everyone this secret thing, nor would he let them all know he ran around in little clear nighties for Seifer.
"I'm hungry, though...what do you want? Pizza? Chinese?" Anything sounded good to him. "I know a good Chinese place that delivers..." At that word, Harker perked on the bed, barked once, stood up, and towered over the teenagers standing on the floor. |
Seifer stared at him. "I think I'd prefer to answer the door myself," he informed him, grinning. "Can't have the delivery guy eyeing you up while I'm here, now, can I?"
"Chinese sounds good," Seifer mused, reaching up to pet Harker's chest. "I assume this guy likes the sound of that, too." |
That thought, the simple thought that Seifer could be jealous of a delivery guy getting an eyeful, had Hayner's heart fluttering and his body shaking slightly. Hopefully the man in question didn't notice. However, with the way his eyes raked over his body, he was sure nothing went unnoticed.
"Okay...yeah, Harker loves Chinese, don't you, baby~?" He made a baby-voice as he flopped the dog's ears around, making stupid faces at the dog. "Him an' Bentley always share some chicken fried rice. We get a big thing for them, and it is healthy for them...in the way the place cooks it, it isn't really greasy and stuff, so it's fine for them." He smiled a little, petting the bulldog's belly. "And they just love it..." |
Seifer did catch it, and he was a bit puzzled, though he refused to show it. It seemed like simple things he said or did could make Hayner swoon like an obsessive fangirl. He noted this in the back of his mind.
"All right, then, how do we order from the place? I haven't had Chinese in a while." He stared when Hayner started making odd faces at the dog, resisting the urge to laugh and just shaking his head, smiling. |
Hayner was not an obsessive fangirl for Seifer. Boy...fanboy. But he wasn't; he hated him. Of course, this hate seemed to mean nice sex and wearing floofy, alluring outfits at his request, but...shh. It was a cold-blooded hatred. Right? ...right.
"I can order...do you know what you want?" He questioned, "I have a menu for them downstairs...Rox and I usually get stuff from there, and he never knows what he wants..." He moved to his dresser and dug around for a minute, pulling out his obnoxiously feminine phone; he'd bought his black one so nobody would have to see it, but Seifer had already seen so much it wasn't worth hiding anymore. |
Seifer was aware of the sort of turmoil going on in Hayner's mind. He himself didn't precisely know or understand what was going on. His emotions were in a bit of a jumble, and for now he was just going with the flow.
"I'll eat just about anything with rice in it," Seifer informed him, truthfully. He didn't want to make him run all the way downstairs just to get the menu for him when he'd eat pretty much anything. |
Hayner's inner-self was frantically running around his mind like a chicken with his head cut off. The more realization sunk in about what they had done, the more terrified he became, but he held up a good front. He was never afraid, right? Never. Never, ever, never. Hayner didn't have the brain-power for fear. Right? He licked his lips and nodded a little, dialing the all-too-familiar number but not calling, yet.
"I usually get cashew chicken, and then it comes with two big things of rice. You can get just about anything, but if you like it kinda hot, then you should get the Seshy beef." He offered; he couldn't say it, so he just called it 'seshy'. "And I usually get an order of Teriyaki chicken and some General Tso's chicken, too." The dogs seemed to perk more, as if he was forgetting something. "And their fried rice." |
Seifer's mind was in just as much disarray, but he was a little calmer about it...more relaxed. He'd decided that what would happen...would happen, and that was that.
"Mm...that sounds good. Maybe getting all of that would be a good idea," he quipped, digging in his pocket. "I've got cash, so I can pay for my food." |
Hayner was slowly trying to get a grip on this, hoping that he would be able to handle this maturely...but 'mature' wasn't exactly a good word for the younger blond. He ran a hand through his hair and nodded, hitting 'call' on the phone. He talked to the person on the phone for a minute, smiling a little and looking genuinely happy. Soon, he ordered their food and hung up.
"We have about an hour." He offered, turning to look at him. He had so many things he wanted to say to the other, but...he...had no idea how to say it. It was obvious that he wasn't sure what to do, so finally he moved over, grabbed Seifer's hand, and began to head back downstairs. The clomping noises of Harker behind them were evident, as were the noises of Bentley's loud, snorting breathing. |
Mature wasn't exactly a good adjective for Seifer, either. But he tended to relax in stressful situations and go with the flow until he was confronted.
As Hayner started to pull him along, Seifer went with, noticing that the other boy looked choked up about something. He decided to wait for him, until he was comfortable talking about whatever was bothering him. |
Hayner wasn't good at all at this. He'd never had something like this....he'd had...foreplay with Roxas before, but they were best friends, and it was fine. But...this was a whole new experience, and he didn't know what to call it. He felt an odd feeling in his chest; he liked Seifer, he knew that much. As much as he had always hated him...something inside him clicked; it felt so right to be with Seifer, and he liked it. He...liked it.
"I..." Hayner started, opening up his mouth to talk. "Seifer...you've...been real different with me today." He observed, mostly thinking aloud to himself. "So...I want you to listen to me...hear me out...and if it's so funny that you have to laugh and act like you usually do, then go ahead, okay?" He paused on the stairs, turning around to look up at him. "O-okay?" |
Seifer had been in a few 'serious' relationships in the past. Mostly, he'd just had various fuck buddies, mostly females. He rarely ever put emotion into it. This was a completely new deal for him, seeing as he felt something...he just wasn't sure what it was, or how powerful it was.
Seifer chewed on his bottom lip, watching him. "Hm...fine. Go for it," he agreed, a calm look on his face. He would try not to laugh if it seriously was amusing. |
This was it; this was his chance; he had a forked road, here. Road A: Talk to Seifer about...everything. Tell him how he'd felt, what he'd wanted, what he was scared to go to him for...tell him everything. Road B: Claim that he's the best thing Seifer can get and hope he takes the bait. Road A sounded so much more...pleasant. He wasn't good with teasing and being sexy. At least, he didn't think so.
"O-okay." He sucked in a deep breath, moving to sit on the stairs and stare at the door, afraid to look at Seifer for a few minutes. Finally, he looked at him again and began to speak. "Over the years...I've felt a lot of different things about you. At first, I just thought you were a huge, pompous dickwad. Then...you began to start to look appealing. I never said anything to anyone about it, but I noticed. You started to really pick on me, and I wanted to hurt you several times, so bad you'd end up in the hospital. But...eventually, that hate...malfunctioned." He sighed, clasping his hands together and looking down at them. "Last year...I went with my friends to the football game, when Rai was trying to get into Olette's pants." He offered, "You were on the team, I remember that. I also remember staring at number 34 until Roxas boredly pointed out that that...was you." Themore into his confession he got, the worse he felt about it. The more he wanted to get away from him and go die in a hole. "Of course, I denied that you were the one I kept staring at, but I have a feeling he knew, anyway. We don't talk about it, he doesn't think about it..we just let it be between us. I have something over his head, too, so we just keep it to ourselves..." Making a face, he chanced a glance back at Seifer. "Today....at first, I was scared shitless when you came into the darkroom with me. But...after a few minutes...I started to calm down. I felt better about it...and...the more we did...the more I started to realize that it isn't just a physical attraction." A short pause, and before Seifer could say anything, he was speaking again. "I'm pretty sure I don't get these feelings from anyone else. You know, the butterflies in the tummy, the nervous need to make sure I'm not just the butt of another one of your jokes later on...it sounds stupid, I know but...I'm not gonna drop the L bomb on you, but..." He sighed again, his eyes averted and on the face of the dog head now in his lap. The Kangal had rested on the stairs, laying up them to put his head in his boy's lap. "I don't just want to be a one-time thing with you." |
Seifer was silent for a long while. Then, he spoke up.
"I'm pretty sure you know how I am," he reminded him. "I'm not good with emotions. At all. I don't precisely know what to do in a situation like this. I've been confused all day--I feel something, but I don't know what it is. I...I don't think it's just physical attraction, either. But I don't know what it is, and I'm not sure of anything right now. So deal with me for a while until I can tell you more...all right?" Seifer had had the 'butterflies' before, but only in anticipation for...inappropriate things. |
Hayner had expected a punch to the face...not a plea to be understanding.
"I...can deal with that." He paused, "I'm happy to keep doing this with you...if you want. Until you know." And then, it could go either way, it seemed. "Hell, I'll...wear those stupid clothes for you, if you want me to." He added, licking his lips again, nervous. He had heard about Seifer and how...he could be. How he'd been with nearly every girl at school that didn't force him away. ...or had Hayner to protect her. He'd kept Seifer as far away from Olette as possible. Maybe because he didn't want to see her mess up with Pence. ...but more likely was the fact that he would have been one jealous boy. |
Seifer nodded, breathing out a sigh of relief he didn't know he was holding. "All right, then. Now I feel better," he muttered, stretching a bit. He also looked nervous. "I'll be glad to keep doing...stuff...with you. And I would enjoy the outfits."
At the moment, the thought of being with a girl was almost nauseating, though...especially when he had this in front of him. |
Hayner felt better, as well, now, absently moving closer and resting his head against the other's arm. "Even if...something else comes of this, though...I don't expect you to be totally...different, or anything. Just...thinking about you actually wanting to sit down and cuddle with someone is....kind of weird." But, he supposed, just as weird as himself crossdressing. "I'll wear them. You can even pick out some stuff you want me to wear, if you so choose."
A sigh and he pet the dog in his lap, chewing his lip, until he tasted blood and stopped, sucking on it absently. |
