"It would also be good that if any of us gets caught by the police, we don't rat out each other" Lance finished his second cookie. "True friends don't betray one another" Lance got up to get a soda. His parents knew that he was spending the night at Torrence's. He told them it was a sleep over party. They obviously couldn't know the truth.

Tenshi stopped playing when she saw a small boy who tripped on the sidewalk and started wailing for his mommy. She sighed and opened the window. She jumped out and walked over to the wailing boy,"Are you hurt?" She asked in a sweet voice and faked a smile as she bent down.
The boy stopped screaming and nodded, tears still falling from his eyes,"I-it hwurts....." He whimpered.
"Come with me, I'll make the boo-boo go away okay?" The boy seemed a bit hesitant at first, then held her hand and followed her to the house.
Tenshi shook her head,Another one for Felix, she thought as they went to the front steps.

"Right now I imagine the police will be the least of our worries," he said taking a second cookie. He had told his parents that he was spending the night at Torrence's place. He had to repeatedly assure them that nothing shady was going on. They gave him a cell phone so they could call him occasionally to make sure everything was alright. He didn't like how tight laced his parents were with him. It was most likely the reason why he turned out so introverted. He nibbled on his cookie.

"Ok well... You would need to tell the police if any of you do go, that the one that got captured was dragged inside while we were walking. Understand? If you cant get the person out of there, you HAVE to go to the police." Torrence didnt like the fact that they were saaying dont go to the police if one of them got captured. If lets say she got captured than the fastest way of getting her out is by the police, not some random raid only to get captured themselves. "Its a lot faster that way... Just come up with a good story for it. I dont want any of us getting into more danger than we have to alright?"

(whoops took a long bit... sorry!)

Felix was fast in busy work, and got a basic profile about the kids outside. He noticed Tenshi, his 'niece', come in, but he didn't pay much attention to her. When he heard her open up the door and a child come in he smiled. Good. New 'food' for the experiment. He couldn't let the child live. But that doesnt mean that he has to die either. "Thank you very much Tenshi. I'm sorry I ignored your earlier. What were you going to say? And hi there!" Felix now waved friendlily to the child. "What's your name? I'm Felix!" This would be an essential piece to the part of the puzzle Felix has had a problem with. He need to figure out the transfer rate, but couldn't find any volenteers. That's where his 'niece's' come in. They help out with that occasionally, but usually find people for him. They were also essential, but not until much later.

The child looked scared and replied,"R-Rex,"
Tenshi nodded,"The kids outside went to a different house, I expect them to be back tomorrow," She reported.
Rex looked up at Tenshi,"Sister? Are you leaving?"
Tenshi worked up a fake smile yet again,"Yes, but my Uncle Felix is going to take care of you okay?"
He nodded and walked to Felix. Tenshi looked at Felix,"So "Uncle," how many more kids till this is done?"

((sorry my mind is blank here so just asume that Airx is listening quietly and nodding his head in agreement))

Lance sat back down with his soda. "Ok, when we enter the house, should we stay together as one group? Or should we split off into teams? If we go with the latter, I want to be paired with Jamie" Lance had always seen Jamie as a brother, and felt it was his duty to be his guardian.

Jamie looked up and nodded to Lance. He felt more at ease knowing Lance would be with him. If they encountered anything Jamie wouldn't be much good in a fight anyway. "When are we doing this?" Jamie asked.

"If you go as a whole group it will be easier to get caught. If we do teams one will be left by them self." Airx said absently as he drank his soda, he started to play with his lighter absently, he wantted a smoke but he wasn't allowed to while at Torrence's place, it was on of the things he respectted since he stayed over here more then he did at his own place.

Torrence looked between the people. "Well split up into teams. Lance you can go ahead and take Jamie. Ill go with Arix or one of the other two if they ever get here. If not, we go without them at midnight. Its when most of the people in this neighborhood are asleep, including my parents. Get some sleep at least before we go so that we arnt tired by that time... Thats what i had planned anyways. What do you guys want to do?"

"I could use a power nap. Is it ok if I sleep on the couch?" Lance stretched and cracked his stiff neck.

Torrence looked at Lance. "you know you could use the guest room. Thats what its there for." She giggled a little at the thought. "But the couch is ok if you really want to sleep there." She walked back to the fridge and opened it, grabbing a soda and then closed it. She clicked the soda open and looked at the other two. "what do you guys want to do?"

"I think I'll go take that power nap. wake when it's time to go ok?" Lance made his way upstairs to the guest room, and plopped down on the bed. Lance had always had a secret crush on Torrence, but he was afraid to tell her. Besides, he thought that she had a crush on Arix.

Airx just watched everything, he streatched and scratched the back of his neck, he looked around at everyone. "Hey Torrence i am going to go and collect some things from my house. If I i don't come back you know what happened." he said to her before he left the house, once he was out side he went through her back yard to the next street over. He had to walk a few yards down before he got to his house, he never let his friends come over or let them see which house he lived in. His place was the worst looking house on the street, he walked to his window, he snuck into his room and started to shove some things into his black bag. He could hear his parents going at it, there was crashes and other things that said they were getting physical. He quickly left and headed back to Torrence's place.

Torrence looked at Arix. "ill call the cops if your not back within an hour" She joked as he left. "Ugh... Now what to do." She looked back in the refridgerater for something more filling to eat. "hmmm lets see.. theres stuff to make a salad, maybe a sandwich. No nevermind. Yeah i think ill make both." She pulled out the lettuce and the sandwich stuff along with tomatoes an the ranch. She also grabbed cheese and two boiled eggs. With all the stuffout she made a ham sandwich and then a turkey one for Arix when he came back. She looked at Jamie and then just made him a ham sandwich without saying anything. She put the sandwich stuff back in the fridge. All the sandwiches were made with Lettuce, pickles, mayo and tomatoes. If they didnt want one of those things they could take it out. She took a small bowl out of the cubboard and started to make her small salad. Once that was done she put that stuff away and took out a fork to start eating the salad.

Lance tossed and turned in his sleep. He was having a dream that he and his friends had been captured and locked in a dungeon. A shadowy figure was doing things to them, poking them with needles and injecting them with chemicals.

Skye's golden eyes bounced open. Blinking slowly, she sat up and rubbed her eyes.

Whoa. How long was I asleep ?

Yawning, she streached, clicking her bones. She stood up and made her way to her bedroom window. Across the street, she saw lights on at Torrence's house.

House party ? And I wasn't invited ? Dag nabbit !

Skye made her way to her wardrobe and got dressed. She threw on her usual sweater dress, leggings and high heels. Skye then put on some make-up and propelled herself down the stairs. She opened her front door and stepped out into the night air.

Skye had always had a thing for the night. She wasn't sure why but it always seemed so calm and beautiful. She gasped now, as she always did, as she looked up at the billions of stars that were scattered across the inky black darkness. She breathed in and out slowly before setting off to Torrence's house. She skipped across the road and knocked on the front door.

Jamie looked at the clock it was already past seven. It was hard to believe so much time had past. He laid down on the couch and looked at the blank wall. He should eat, but he wasn't hungry. He probably couldn't stomach it anyway. He realized he was alone in the room. He took a notepad out of his bag and a pencil. He began sketching, he had always done sketches. He never thought he was very good at them but they calmed him down.

Torrence heard a knock at the door in the middle of finishing up her salad watching while everyone left her alone. She decided why not. It could just be Arix or it could be the people we are still waiting on. She walked up to the door and opened it. It was Skye. She hadnt seen Skye all day and now she was there in a sweater dress leggings and high heels. "Hey Skye... Your late." She giggled. "Well at least your here now. Come on in. We leave at midnight. Do you have anything else to wear besides those clothes you might get caught wearing high heals cuz they make so much noise."

Airx had just got on to Torrence's pouch when she opened the door and let Skye in, secretly he liked Skye even though she was the more popular one out of them, but he didn't tell anyone. "Hey, Skye. Torrence, since i am the one who wears the most black since way back when, i brought some clean clothes over for everyone to wear, my older black clothes for you and Skye since they are smaller." He said to her as he walked in and tossed his back into a nearby chair, he looked over the sandwiches, finding the turkey one, he bite into and gave a satisfied sound. "you really do know how i like my sandwiches." he said with a little chuckle in his voice, he had stayed at Torrence's place enough that she knew what he liked to eat.

Lance awoke from his nap. He forgot about the strange dream and headed downstairs. He saw that Skye had arrived. "Hey Skye. Are you ready for tonight?" Lance look over and saw the black cloths that Arix had brought for everyone. "I already Have my outfit in my backpack Arix, But thanks anyway"

Jamie put his sketch pad away. He looked up at everyone entering the living room. "Hey Skye," he said. Skye was the most popular of the group, at least in Jamie's opinion. He looked at the bag of clothes Airx had brought in. Jamie didn't enjoy wearing other people's clothes. It was like invading another person's life. "Sorry, Airx, I don't really plan on changing clothes," Jamie said looking down at his zipped up dark gray hoodie and his dark blue jeans. He adjusted his glasses impulsively.
