Sophia laughed and tilted her head to the side, "Umm I didnt say anything about maracas. I as tlking about the fast food place macdonalds." She laughed and chewed slowly on a chip, "Who was your love? what happened to her? oh! and you can so have friends, just cause your a vamp and all!"

Rroy's lips curled up as he laughed. "Oh my b! I thought you meant those musical shaker things. You know, maracas?" Laughing at his stupidity, the demonic male realized that he would need to do a little more than pay attention, he'd actually have to pay attention. He was used to assuming what people were talking about and missing conversations, but this time around he'd have to listen and watch.

His eyes dropped to the female's feet before him. "So, you live here?" He was doing his best to shake off the uneasy feeling he'd created for himself being the idiot that he occasionally was.

Nick walked along the street, nodding his head in time to the song he had stuck in it. As he wlaked he found himself passing by a house with a man and woman staning outside it. The girl was doing lots of laughing and giggling and the guy seemed embbressed about something. He couldn't help but to stop and watch them, laughing and talking. It looked like they were having alot of fun. Its been a long time since i laughed with my girl friend. Or at least since she laughed with me...i wonder if she misses me at her new home...no i bet she found someone she could rally talk to...not just send emails and play cherades over webcam. It took him a while to realise he was staring at them like a complete dork. Oh just pull up a chair and popcorn why don't you? You dweeb...and you're still staring! He started to walk again but was unable to force his gaze off the two...they looked to much like everything he wanted.

"Hey, hey, hey! You can't just stare without paying a fee!" Running over, Rroy practically tackled the guy to the ground. "Heh, oopsie. Guess I don't know when to hold off on my strength." Tugging the newcomer up, Rroy laughed. "I'm Rroy Skytun, and you are?"

Poking the male in the forehead, Rroy scattered off to the grill. "Are you hungry? I made a load of burgers and such. Feel free to take some. And if you don't like what I have here, ask away and I'll get your something else." His calm suave smile returned. "What? Can't a guy be a gentleman every now and then," he said looking over at Sophia.

Nick's eyes got wide as looked at the guy who had just tackled him and pulled him up again. What the hell was that?! He shook his head in answer to the burgers and followed the Rroy into the yard. He dug through his pockets for his note pad, but must have forgotten it at home because he couldn't find it. When Rroy was looking again he answered the question of his name in sign language hopping he could understand, but guessing he couldn't. His attention then turned to the girl, who he smiled and waved at.

Four? One girl can eat four bugers? Nick grinned and nodded, he may as well execpt the fact that his staring came at the cost of being fed. Why exactly he was being fed he didn't know but he sighed and took the buger offer. When he realised her hand was out to shake he did the polite thing and shook it. I'm not sure i'll be calling her anything...and how on earth did i forget something so important again!? He forced his hands down into his pockets for another search and still found nothing.

"Okay, so it's been a while since I've done sign language, but I do know it." Rroy's fingers wriggled as he spelled out the entire alphabet. "So I'm assuming you're not deaf, so are you... mute?" As he said mute his thumb folded beneath his three following fingers and rested nicely on his pinky. It then changed to a closed peace symbol followed by a movement of his thumb looping behind his index finger. Ending the the 'E' which looked more like a clawed grasp, Rroy leaned back up against the post he found himself standing beside.

His eyes seemed to scan the man as he stood there. "Okay, so I'm not the fastest signer in the world, but at least I can and know my ABCs. But if you would like, I can get you some paper or an iPad to draw on." He laughed at the iPad's silly title, but figured it would be better for this new comer Nick to be relaxed rather than annoyed.

((Oh, I should add that I actually know my ABCs in sign. I got to a college that has a school for the deaf at it. :)))

Nick smiled, having accually found someone that could understand him and replyed, answering that yes he was mute and had been since birth. He paused to make sure Rroy was still following then said it was up to him but he didn't know if Sophia could understand him or not. He didn't want to turn Rroy into a telephone, be left out of the conversation himself or push her out if she couldn't.

XP This is why he would assume i would find someone else...which is depressing since he knows i'm not like that. Rroy couldn't help but notice the look on Nick's face. "Oh, I do believe I know that look." His eyes lit up as he pulled his cellphone from his pocket. "And to prove that I do, I shall describe your thought with a... song." Putting the phone up to his ear, he flipped it open and began to smile.

Laughing and now unable to finish the song, Rroy looked over at Nick. "I promise, I don't mind being a telephone. Although, you might not be able to reach me." His tongue poked from his mouth as he moved closer to Nick. "I might even have been left at home." Winking he walked back over to Sophie. "So anything. Hmmm, I shall call you Sopha. You know, like a sofa?" Rroy's devious smile appeared as he let out a dark laugh. "Oh, I really need to stop being a freak. Anyways, welcome and please enjoy your stay. You can rent Sopha's place for thirty cents an hour. It's quite a deal!"

His arm moved around Sophia's neck. "Not really, I'm just a kidder. So... what brings you out here? Just wandering Nicker Wicker? Or were you looking for someone? Or maybe something? Or were you just looking for... trouble?" His eyes sparkled as the word trouble rolled off his tongue. Rroy was obviously talking about himself.

Nick watched Rroy sing, part way between bursting into his usual silent laughter, and stareing like a child hearing its favourite story. When Rroy broke into laughter without finishing the song, Nick clapped his hands jokingly. Nice singing! Bravo! And the use of props! If only i could sing like that!....well acually that would be nice but... He rolled his eyes at the song jokes and followed Rroy over to Sophie. He pulled thirty cents out of his pocket and handed half off to each of them with a wink, a nod, and a playful grin. Sure thirty cents and hour... He raised an eyebrow at the nature of Rroy's last question/comment and responed to all the questions at once holding one finger. What kind of trouble is he hoping to get into?

Nick smiled and tried to hold back his embarrassing soundless laughter failing withing only a few minutes. In only minutes more he was on the ground unable to stand, and if he went on laughing much longer would soon not be able to breath either. After a few momments to collect himself Nick stood up and dusted off. He looked at her and pertened to write on a peice of paper in his hand, hoping she cought the drift and got him some before that happened again. That was the funniest thing i've herd in weeks, guess it's not always bad...

"Sweet! I can sell Sopha here for 37 cents! This is great. I'm gonna be a pimp after all." His hands covered his eyes as he looked over at Sophie. "Erm, I mean Soap? Soup? Okay, I'll just call you Sophie. But only because I cannot think of something interesting enough. And Nicker Wicker shall stay Nicker Wicker. I have a best friend named Nickivant. I always call him that, but seeing as he's not here, you shall get his nickname."

He looked down at the money in his hand. "Oh, and you really don't need to play us for food, room, or entertainment. I feel like I'm selling myself into prostitution and I'm the ring leader. Oi... I need to work on my communication skills. And Sopha... Sophie, if you get stuck with what we're saying, I'll communicate it out loud. But if I say it wrong, Nicker will just... smack the back of my head? I think that'd get the point across... maybe?"

Pushing his black bangs from his eyes, Rroy looked down the roadway to see just where Fox Boy went. "Hmmm, we seemed to have lost Foxy. Meh, he'll show up if he wants to. Until then, what should we do? It's getting late? Maybe we could set up a campfire?"

Sophia nodded to Nick, "Hey how about we go to mine, I have some paper Nick can write on for those of us non-sign language gifted." She laughed and pushed Rroy softly, "Your my Pimp now! But you ain't getting anymoney! I earned it from my good friend Nick here so it's mine! It's going towards the Sophia's Food Fund." She draped an arm over Nick's shoulders and began to elad him towards the house, "An out loud translation would be good 'cause as I said I'm not sign language gifted."

Him translating? I get this feeling everything i say is going to be taken out of context or twisted...oh well here goes nothing. He followed Sophie into the house, feeling a bit odd with her arm draped of him. Isn't that an akward stretch...she's only about five five if i'm guessing right...akward... He looked at Rroy to see if he was following or looking, and behind his own back pointed to the girl and made the letters lol with his hand.

His eyes narrowed as his entertainment, yes his entertainment left to find some paper. Crossing his fingers behind his back, he half hoped there would be nothing. Messing with Sopha was really all part of Rroy's plan. Being a jokester and all, he enjoyed making others laugh.

When he saw Nick look back, he ran a single finger across his neck - the typical symbol for I'm going to behead you. His tongue came neck as well as a cocky smile. Rroy took a few steps forward before he broke into a light jog. In sync with them now, Rroy swayed back and forth some out of sheer boredom. He wasn't really fond of getting Nick something. But if it made Nick happy, he'd tag along and not complain.

Before entering the house, Rroy took one last look around. His crimson eyes scanned the pathway that lead to Sophie's house. They then jumped up to look at the darkening clouds rolling in. Great. Rain. Hissing up at the sky, Rroy shoved the group into the house. "Let's hurry up now, I can smell the rain coming."

Nick looked at Rroy once he cought pase with them, and gave him the "But why?" deer-in-a-headlight look. Nick went from akwardly letting Sophie keep her arm over his shoulder to hugging her with one arm around the waist, for the sake of his nerves not exploding. What did i do?! He wanted to turn and run after the look he was just given, but didn't want to offened Sophie. he nodded when Rroy commented on the rain.

Way to go Rroy! Way to scare the poor guy. Ugh, now I have to apologize? UGH! Rroy's hand patted Nick's head. "I'm not actually going to hurt you. You've nothing to worry about. If anything, you should feel safe. I might be an assassin, but you're not on the 'to kill' list. So you're safe. Sorry if I frightened you back there." Rroy smiled and his fangs became visible. "So, are you just a human? Or are you something else like Foxy? I'm... well, a mutt. Ha ha. But I guess demon and elementalist come first. But seeing that I have no use for any of them here on this quaint little planet in the middle of nowhere, you won't have to worry about me killing you or anything."

Rroy twirled forward and looked about the house. "Hmmm, nice place. But it could use some cleaning. Never fear! Rroy is here! And it's a thing of beauty when I'm on duty!" Plucking a duster from a nearby shelf, Rroy danced about the room collecting the 'little vermin' as he called them.

A deamon assasin?! No wonder he creeps me out! And why did i move to this city again? Nick answered the question, of course he was just human...what you see is really what you got with him. He did agree that the house needed a bit of TLC, but couldn't stop himself from staring again when Rroy picked up the duster and started dancing around dusting. After a few momments he began cleaning off a side table, and fond a pen and paper in the process. "Ah-ha!" he wrote on it, and drew a little smiley face beside it, holding it up for the others to see.

Nick looked at Sophie and began writing one the paper "Oh so you did. I should stop now that you said it. Haha, yes, the four best friends. You, me, him, and the paper! Sure the pencil won't feel left out?...give my food to Rroy, i'll take the punishment.", He drew another smiley face beside it and passed it off to Sophie, then flopped himself down on a chair. He wondered what they were thinking of him right now; akward isn't it that he justs show up and already invited in for soda...
