Chapter 1 The Begining It was a cold day downtown of Feeders Pride as it was snowing.A Young teenage vampire named Shinku was walking a bit slow as she looked very weak and quite pale as she was wearing a white coat with a blue scarf and a blue uniform looking skirt along with white tall socks and normal kind of blue shoes. As she walked in the middle of the town's courtyard as she was actually healing from a massive wound as she was in an accident earlier that day as it was the towns worst accident yet and was all over the news,there was no possible surrvivors.Somehow Shinku survived the crash and needed to feast on someone before she begin's to attack and regrets what she was going to do.Her vision began to blur as everyone seemed to look like they had two bodies when they only had one.i....i need blood....and fast.... shinku thought as her long hair was down as her hair normally wasn't,her hair had a bit of blood along did her coat and she had cuts all over her body,she was ready to faint as she began breathing heavily. i can barely walk..i need to find the right feast but...im too weak to examine all of these people....i feel like im going to dieShinku fell to her knees as she was shaking a bit from how cold it was as she had scraped both her knees badly as she fell to her knees.she needed someone to come to her and help her |
Anther cold snowy day and a little more trouble following Alexander. At that very moment he was being chased out of his new hotel room, which he only got to use for a week. Why you may ask, well things had been going well for Alexander. He had gotten good sleep, talk to a few new people. Got close to others but last night that demon of his took over his body. Destroying the hotel room and causing that young lady lots of pain; luckily she didn't go to the police.
" Get out! get out you demon child. " Alexander quickly ran pulling his backpack on, keeping his head low because things were being thrown his way. Wanna know the sad part that old man who owned the hotel didn't know what Alexander was. Just figured the cigarettes were the reason for the fire.Too bad that old man was wrong, not to bad really. Good thing he didn't run into the danger of the demon side. "I don't want to see your face in these parts again. Or the cops will be called!" Was the last thing he heard as a book hit the back of his head. Oww.. he mumbled to himself while putting a hand up to the back of his head. He could feel a lump forming as he gently rubbed it. A large sigh past his lips as he pulled anther cigarette from his jacket pocket. He lit it and kept walking, one puff, two puff and then three. Before he could hit the four puff he stopped and turned to see a young girl laying on the side walk bleeding, crying in pain. Alexander looked around, people walked by as if they didn't realize anything. He couldn't believe humans were so shallow. Dropping the cigarette, he stepped on it then walked up to her side. The girl was unusually pale, he figured it was the cold weather and lose of blood. " Lets get you to a hospital.. " He bent down and pick up her light little body. He sense something funny from her but at that moment he couldn't put his finger on it. Lets hope she didn't try sucking his blood, because if she tried she could become very ill with demon blood flowing through her. |
When Shinku noticed him she could already sense he was a demon.w-why would a demon help me...if humans don't demons shouldn't either...all beings don't get alongshinku thought as she could barely move her body,she could only move her finger tips though at the moment she didn't bother trying to move them.Shinku's whole body felt like it was becomming pure ice she felt stiff and she could barely see who Alexander was she was so dizzy she felt like she was about to die.
"am i going to die?"Shinku whispered to herself as her unusual pale skin turned a bit paler as she could now only move her finger tips as her fire eyes had turned blue like ice.as she remembered Alexander saying that they needed to get her to the hospital her eyes widened a bit. As she was fearful of doctors because they hate vampires at least thats what she could tell from all the years she's been in one,"i ...d-don..'t w-w...want to go...to the hospital...they...'ll h-hate me" Shinku said in a weakend tone as she then began to cough up a bit of blood as she looked at his neck a bit as her fangs began to show a bit Shinku covered her mouth quickly with both of her hands so Alexander wouldn't notice what a monster she could become n-no..i need to resist... |
Alexander watched the young girl wriggle around in his arms, scared to be going to a place that would help her. Then that sense from before he could pick up hit in and it didn't sit well in his head. " Vampire..." He mumbled. But low enough so she wouldn't hear. How could such a beautiful girl be such an evil thing. He rethought that one.. he was just the same.
" They will.. help you. " He pretended like he didn't know she was a vampire, but it was pretty hard to get off your thoughts. " Doctors don't hate.. Not even creatures that shouldn't belong.." That could of been a hint to her being a vampire, or a hint to him being a demon. Something went wrong when the word demon crossed his thoughts. His eyes started to shift and faded to a dark color; Black. His head started to hurt and he winced in pain, if he glanced up at his head horns began to brake the skin. At that moment he dropped her to the ground, backing away from her slowly. " RUN " He screamed as his hair grew to longer and longer and his nails began dagger like. He was now someone knew, someone dangerous. He glanced up her way and grinned with an evil look on her face. " Hello little vampire.." |
Shinku heard Alexander say the word 'Vampire' as she knew she knew what she was as she tried to hold in her tears"they refuse to help a monster like me.who has no control..last time i was in a hospital i nearly killed all the doctors"Shinku said still covering her mouth with both of her hands as she was embarrassed and that she was coughing up more blood damn it i look so weak and defenseless i feel as if im about to die Shinku thought as she looked up at Alexander his horns were comming out. i-is he transforming?why now..is it something i said?
As Alexander dropped her and backed away from her,Shinku had scrapped her arm along with breaking it as she landed on it hearing the bones breaking in her arm as she yelped a bit.Her eyes grew wide of how he could transform that fast.Shinku's eyes flared bright red as she had blood on her hands from coughing up blood. strangely i don't want to run..i actually not afraid of him...im more afraid of my ex than him...to me this demon isn't as deadly as he think he is Shinku thought as her whole body was trembling from the begining stage of to loosing control. As Shinku was on her left arm,she looked a bit deeply into Alexander's demon's eyes.im afraid of him but then again im not...but i can't get up. As SHinku heard Alexander's demon talk to her she became a bit afraid that he would kill her. |
" Now what is a little vampire like you doing in a big city like this.. " He stood up slowly, his hair falling in front of only one of his eyes. So one dark eye started at her with an evil look that pierced her soul. " Seems to me like you can handle the real world.. " He stepped closely, smelling the blood that quickly sipped from the young girls body. He began to walk around her, just staring pondering in thought. Poor Alexander couldn't help himself, he was stuck in deep. He was even Alexander when in the form, the demon went by a different name. Stephon, the demon the control Alexander only when he was strong enough too. He bent down to her side and pushed his hair back with a grin across his pale lips.
" You couldn't even help yourself. Not even one bit, your dying already. No point in keeping your worthless little self alive. " His dagger claws graced her cheek, gently sliding downward. The other wrapped itself tightly around her neck. But not so she couldn't breath. His grin grew as his whole eye even the whites became black. " You cold heartless creature.. at least i beating heart. " He whispered into her ear. And with no sudden movement she was alone, now with two broken legs and a broken arm. Before his disappeared he broke them quickly, and she didn't even see it happen. He was one of those fast demons you never see coming but you feel all the pain that they put you through. He left her for dead in the middle of no where. Nothing better then to let something weak die painfully and alone. |
As shinku felt the pain she began screaming in pain as she couldn't feel her legs nor her arm i-it hurts..but how...why?he's probably right though im weak...i can't even protect myself. she thought as she layed onto the pavement on the ground as she couldn't move at all...why can't one thing go right in my life she thought as tears from the pain wouldn't stop falling down her cheeks. so this is the end?my life wasn't worth living was it? Shinku thought as she tried getting up as she told herself im not going to have anyone tell me that im weak...even if i can't do much now i am not weak!

An ambulance came rushing in to wear the young vampire laid dying. " Stay still miss, your going to be alright" The men picking her up where vampires themselves. They would keep her safe, seeing how they knew what she was. They put a gas mask over her face and soon she was out like a light laying there ready to be fix. Guess it wasn't time to die.
He lay on the ground, face to the grass breathing heavily. A slightly growl pasted his lips as his horns slowly slide back into his skull. " God damn it!" He screamed to the world. He knew he did something wrong to that young girl he tried helping out. But he didn't know what, he couldn't remember anything. He never remember when the demon took over him. His eyes burned and his chest hurt. Sitting up he stared into the cloudy sky. It beganto pour, real hard and it was real cold. What a great ending to a horrible day. |
Shinku breathed a bit heavily as she couldn't get her own breathing undercontrol. w-who are these people they seem to be..vampires like me?i can't feel my body at all...if he that demon didn't kill me does that mean he's waiting for his chance to do so? Shinku asked herself as it was hard enough to keep her eyes opened,as her heart was beating slower than normaldon't fall asleep i can't!

Alexander quickly got up from the now moist grass and began to run back to where he last saw the young girl. But now she was gone and so was any sign of her being there. Standing there for a moment he thought where can a dying vampire disappear to. But then he realize the hospital on the out skirts of town has vampire doctors in it. He turned to walk that way but stopped and sighed; she wasn't going to want to see the man that almost killed her. He turned back to the city but he knew he had to make it up to her. And turning once more be bolted down path way.
By the time he got to the hospital he was soaking wet, very cold and coughing hard now. He glanced at the door and shook his head a little. " This is a bad idea.. " But he still walked inside to find her. |
The nurses began setting up all kinds of machines in Shinku's room as she was in critical condition.Shinku had the same gas mask on her as it helped her breathing if she couldn't breath on her own.The monitar had shown that Shinku's heartbeat wasn't going a normal pace as it should be it was going a lot slower.The nurses gave her a shot that had IV fluids inside as her eyes were closed shut as her skin was paler than normal .
Along with the nurse holding her chart as she was brought it to the doctor as her chart had things such as her blood type and description of shinku having massive cuts and bruises all over her body along with a rough mark on her neck.The nurse brought the chart to the doctor."she needs a donor for blood as soon as possible doctor"the young nurse with orange hair said as she slightly frowned looking back at SHinku."she could die very soon if she doesn't have a blood donor to donate blood to her" The nurse said to the doctor as the nurse didn't want to see a young teenage girl as beautiful as her to die this soon."it looks like she got in some kind of fight as she has large cuts around her ribs and stomache along with several bruises all over her body and a rough looking bruise and a large cut on her back along with under the bruise and cut is a large scar"The nurse said telling the doctor the details."both of her legs are also broken along with her left arm she is in very bad shape doctor what do you think we should do?"The young orange haired nurse asked the doctor as she hoped they could do whatever it takes to save her life |
The hospital was packed on this day. Everything was going wrong, many people sat in the waiting room. From sick, to the old, to the people who have nailed themselves to something. Or those people who always think they have an illness; but really they are healthy. Nurses and paramedics were rushing in, then rushing out to get who ever else needs to be brought to a room. Alexander was bumped a few times and told to get out of the way. Which he did, he moved to the side and for a moment in time he got caught up in everything. Time slowed and everything was simple, clear. It was like he could understand everything. But of course time had to speed up, and quicker then normal to catch up to what time he lost.
" Can i help you? " Alexander didn't answer, he was zoned out thinking. Just thinking about everything. And kind of trying to control the demon inside of him. This type of place, Stephon would love this place. To many easy people to hurt and kill, and destroy. His head shock quickly, the words finely got to his brain. " Um.. Yes, i am looking for a girl that just came in; Long blond hair, blue eyes, very pale and skinny too. I think.. she may have been badly hurt. " The nurse shook her head no. That must of been wrong, this was the only hospital with vampires. He realized something at that moment, the nurse that just walked away was one of them. They were hiding her. He shrugged his arms and turned to leave, no point of looking for a girl that doesn't want to be found. He would just move on with his life, trying to hide from everyone the demon that lived inside of him. Shaking his hair, he stepped back into the cold rain and glanced both ways. Time to find a new place to call home, this time maybe i can stay longer then a week. |
As Shinku was getting worse by the minute the doctor wasn't even sure what to do."do whatever you can to save this young girl's life"The doctor said to the orange haired Nurse named Kitami.Kitami nodded and told the other nurses as she went to get the other equipment.
On her way she saw alexander outside.She overheard he had been looking for someone and went outside to see Him."hello are you looking for someone here?i overheard you were.Their's a young girl who no one knows and i was wondering if you know her.Would you like to come with me to see if you reconize her if thats okay with you?"Kitami said with a smile. Kitami was one of the top nurses in the city.While Shinku's condition couldn't stop getting worse,the nurses gave her a few medications to help her heart beat go on track but nothing was working.They had been running out of options to help Shinku.On the announcer the owner of the hospital began to speak as he had just found out about shinku's condition."every nurse in this hospital was report to room 412 in the critical care center. We need as much help thank you"She had announced as everyone outside could hear it too including Kitami and Alexander. "it looks to be the young girl's condition is slightly getting worse....when they had picked her up both her legs were broken along with her arm as she had lost a lot of blood...she probably needs a donor though no one has the type of blood she has sadly"Kitami whispered to herself |
Alexander was already covered in rain once again when the nurse confronted him about the young vampire, that for some reason he didn't remember her name. But he knew he was told. " Yes and no, i was on my way to taking her here. When... " He paused, he couldn't say he did this to her; That his demon wanted a little fun and messed her up."... You know i don't remember, i woke up with out a clue. " It wasn't all a lie, well it kind of was.
"That sounds no good.. " He mumbled when the head doctor talked aloud to the hospital. He shock his head and sighed. Why the hell to i let him take over me, look what a mess i have made this time. . Alexander bit his lip and winced at the pain. "Broken legs... and an arm ? No blood.. donor. " What a jerk he left like, there was nothing he could do. So basically there goes anther life he took, that didn't need to be taken. " You can try my blood.. " He mumbled, and it slipped out before he could stop himself. And that was a bad idea, his blood well just might kill her. |
The nurse smiled."well lets try it then its okay if you don't remember what happened she probably wont remember either though it depends on how long she will be in here and depends how much she can take so we have to hurry because she could actually die at any moment"Kitami said as she frowned as she grabbed onto Alexander's hand and headed toward Shinku's room.
When Kitami took him to her room she looked so pale and she looked to weak."her breathing...has ben really bad....she can't breathe on her own due to blood loss and her heartbeat is going much slower by the minute"Kitami explained. As Shinku was in bed,her eyes were still closed as she looked so peaceful though...it was probably the most peaceful she has been since everything bad seems to happen to her |
Alexander stood in the doorway, afraid to move any closer. Afraid he might hurt her even more then what he has already done. A deep breath passed his lips while he turned to leave but the nurse just smiled and pushed him into the room. i was trapped, no way to get out. i caused all this pain and now, now i got a chance to fix it. But my blood, my blood is bad, pure evil. She, she is... is just a little girl stuck in the big world. He turned once again but kept his eyes away from the cold body. Instead he forced his gaze to the window.
"" you say she lost a lot of blood? .... how much, is a lot? " He let the words pass his lips. He did this, him the one and only Alexander Knight. His hand pressed against his forehead, and he let out anther long deep sigh. "Who could have been so cruel..." Anther question asked, this time the words burned on his tongue. He knew, he knew who was so cruel. Him. Him. Him. It may have just been the demon that controls him every once and a blue moon. But he still pinned it all on himself, because well that demon lived inside him. He was that.. evil demonic creature that everyone just loved to hate. |
"Its hard to tell how much."we've never seen someone loose so much blood.In all our lives that we've worked here,we've never even knew that a young girl that age could bleed out so much.She looked like to be that she had been beaten due to she has so many bruises and scars and deep cuts on her body.The poor thing looks like she had been through hell and back."
Kitami said looking at Alexander."If she doesn't get any blood in her body soon she wont be able to live.She is basically bleeding to death at this point.All of the doctors and nurses are scared for her.Even the boss of this hospital is afraid for what is to happen to her.We need a donor for blood and fast.I think your the only one who can help."Kitami said as she patted his shoulder a bit trying to make him happy at least and give Shinku his blood. |
Alexander just stared at the young girl in the bed. The girl he almost killed, the one he almost took a life from. Happy, he couldn't be. Thats the feeling he feels the least of. He couldn't look anymore, he turned his gaze back to the nurse and sighed deeply. " Must of been a real jerk, that son of a- " He stopped himself, biting at his lip. He was making himself angry but not at anyone person But that himself.
" Take as much blood as you want. As long as it will help the young girl. He mumbled, and sighed shooting his eyes to the floor. He would rather die to save her, then live to see her die because of him. Only problem was, there isn't really anything out there that can kill him. |
"Alright..but we need you in the room with her."Kitami said as she held onto his hand and opened the door to Shinku's room.Once they were inside she sat Alexander on a stool and put IV fluids in him as she then had a needle with her."This might hurt a little."Kitami said as she opened up his clothes to where his chest was and stuck a little IV looking tab on his chest and onto his arms.It then began to suck the blood out of Alexander and put it into Shinku as the IV tabs were connected to Shinku's.
Once they had finished they had notice a difference as they saw Shinku's skin color was back to normal.Kitami then took the IV tabs off of Alexander as Shinku opened her eyes a bit seeing Alexander there.w-whats going on?W-where am i? |
Alexander sat back in the bed that he was put in, his body felt a little weak now from all the body he had given to the vampire that lay in the bed next to him. He had realized how well she looked again, she acutally looked very beautiful; even pale and knowing he was a vampire. A huge sigh passed his lips as he went to get up to leave but instead his body toppled over on him and he fell to the floor. On the way down he hit his head on the table in between the beds but for the moment he was still awake.
" Ehhh.." The mumble rolled out of his mouth, soft almost silent. He couldn't even lift his arm to run the spot on his head to rub his damaged skull. Too much blood, they took too much blood from me. They gave her all of it, i need my blood.. it was min... His mind trailed off, he had fainted and was breathing pretty routh now. |
Kitami the nurse helped Alexander up along with another nurse helped Kitami put him in bed.They put him in bed as it seemed he needed to rest off the rest of the day.
As Shinku was awake she didn't understand what was going on.She coughed a bit as her body still felt weak but now as weak as before.As She looked over to the bed next to her,her eyes began to widen I-its that demon!but why is he here? |
His body lay there, kind of lifeless. He looked so gentle and this time not dangeros. He looked like a normal person, a normal human being. His face was soft, a gentle expression filled it. His peaceful sleep didn't last long his body started to tose and turn on the small bed they put him back on. "Ehh... " his voice gave out. " Mmmf... " His eyes slowly darted open and he gasped hard. " my head hurts... " his voice was silent, you could barely hear it unless you were close by.

Shinku looked over toward Alexander. he doesn't look dangerous,though i know he is since his demon nearly destroyed me...but how is it that im still alive?i can't remember...anything after his demon attacked me.Shinku thought as her broken arm and and broken legs hadn't been bandaged yet as the nurses and doctors were more worried about her life than her broken legs and arm.
Kitami the nurse stepped back into their room as sh sat on the edge of Shinku's bed and began bandaging her arm and her legs."There that should help.I want you both to get rest alright."Kitami said with a smile |
"No no i'll be fine... i don't think i need to stay any longer. S-she may want to be alone.." He shifted in the bed, and slowly got up. His mind was spinning and he was very dizzy. " D-doesn't look like she is please to see me... His voice was low, in a mumbled like tone. Leaning against the wall, he walked his way to the door. Yes they were watching but he didn't want her to freak out. Besides, who knew when his little friend would be back. He pushed his way passed his nurse, and got half way done the hall before he passed out. His his body fell against one of the beds that sat in the wall, but something sharp pierced his sided. He began to lose more blood, and his skin color became paler and paler.

One of the other nurses heard Alexander collapse and let him stay on the bed he was in and put him in his own private room."Oh dear i think we used too much blood from him."The nurse said putting pressure onto his side that was bleeding to make the bleeding stop.
Shinku hated how he thought she hated him.she did hate him but not the real him just his demon.Though her body began to feel really painful."o-ow!m-my body feels so strange..it feels so weird like something is inside me that doesn't need to be."Shinku said to herself as she was alone in her room. |
