He didn't say anything to start, Luke was concerned that she was after him, but after he saw that she meant no harm he relaxed. His smile grew a little wider and his blush a little deeper.
"It's probably the alcohol talking, but you look nice.." he muttered under his breath, looking at the bottle of water before taking a long swig of it. |

"Thank you....you know something.....your adorable when you blush." she said to him as her smile grew also, she was now blushing but it was hard to tell with her dark skin color. She didn't bother looking away from him or occupying her self with something or pretending that she didn't notice this time. "Oh...about the guy i mentioned earlier that had your eye color.....i loved him and well his death was hard for me. I guess you could say i am attracted to amber eyes." she said to him as he eyes looked off into the distance, her smile seemed to become more sad then it was. |
"Hey.. Don't dwell on the past now. You'll end up like me." to his surprise, Luke actually laughed a little bit. " And thank you as well.." he muttered, his Amber eyes almost appearing to smile at her as well, earning some emotion.
I haven't felt like this in.. never.. I've never felt like this. he thought, smiling on the inside. But it feels good. |
Eve laughed with Luke at what he said to her, it was nice for once to actually have someone to talk to until she was hired to kill that person off. "I am sorry to say i really rather like being a girl." she said as she laughed, she looked back at him, a smile on her face. She noticed how he seemed happier which was a good thing from him, she on the other hand can't really be happier.

"There's nothing wrong with being a guy!" he protested, nudging her slightly in a playful manner. He wondered why she seemed a bit distant.. like she had something on her mind. "Is something bothering you? I can see it in your eyes." he said, leaning down to look into her eyes again. He was almost certain.. but he highly doubted she would tell him, it was probably the same kind of secret he had.

“Your right there is nothing wrong with being a guy but I still prefur to be a girl.” she said to him as she nudge him back. Then he said something that got to her, normally she was better at hidding her emotions then what she was but around him it just seemed harder. “Just thinking about work is all.” she said to him as she reached a hand up and pushed some of his hair out of the way. She smiled at him before she took a swig of her drink, she looked around and saw that almost everybody was leaving now, which meant it was close to closing time.

" I see..." he muttered, also noticing that everyone was leaving. "Well, looks like I should leave too, then." Luke stood up, leaving the bottle there, thankfully most of the alcohol out of his system, enough to where he could walk normally."Thanks for the company. Perhaps I'll see you tomorrow?" he said with a short smile, heading for the door, unaware of anything she might do behind his back.

Katie walked out the door and to her corvet,unlocking it and sitting in the car with her head down on the steering wheel.She was upset of course from tonights events but she definetly wasn't in the mood to drive.She closed her eyes thinking about a few things in her life,most of them being the secrets.She grimaced when the pictures came into her head and tried to think of something else.

she wakes and can't sleep she goes and gets dressed and goes to the park she sees the moon out full she feels alon again in the world she feels something about the girl she meet why did she have a gun and why she didn't kill her is she like this but she forgets it she looks at the moon and draws it and reads a book for a while until she falls asleep outside under the moonlight

“Your welcome….maybe next time.” she called after him, not really getting up to leave, she played with the thin silver chain around her wrist again. I might see you sooner then you think. She thought to her self as she saw her ‘boss’ walk in, this wasn’t going to be good for her, she just hoped that it wasn’t the man that she just met. He was nice and she was actually starting to like him but then again he might not think that about her either. She sighed heavily before she moved to the booth in the darkest corner of the room, waiting for him to come over to her.

Luke had headed back to his home, empty, quiet, and lifeless. He shuddered, having forgotten to set the thermostat. " Cold in here.." he muttered, as he turned it on and felt heat slowly begin to return to his home.
"That woman was strange.. I wonder what secret she was hiding..." he mused as he plopped himself down on the couch and felt his eyes drooping, wanting to sleep. He relaxed, and eventually drifted off. |
she wakes up and sees the moon still she smiles at the moon she loves the moon she doesn't go home she sleeps more but still looks at the moon is safe while it is dark and cold and the moon shining on her

Eve had listened quietly to the mans request, it was not something she liked not at all, but she was glad that she didn't have to go after someone she knew this time. She just nodded her head, taking the money he shoved at her, she picked up the enveolope and shoved it into her leather jacket pocket. She gave the man a ruff estimite when the job will be done, she finished off her drink and started to move towards her motorcycle, she had to go home and change before she did anything else.

Katie woke up around 1 in the morning seeing that she had fallen asleep in her car.The chill of the cold wind had awoken her sine the top of the car was down and the loud noises of the passing cars.She shook her head knowing that she was in for it.He would try to kill her again like he tried so many times before. |

Katie sighed and drove back to her 'loving' home.She stopped outside and got out,taking her sweet time before going to the door and unlocking it.She walked inside only to find Drake with a beer in his hand and a dirty look in his eyes."Where the hell were you bitch?"He said,his black bangs fell into his eyes.((He kinda has emo hair ))
"I was out,honey."She said and dropped her key on the nearest table."What the hell are you doing drinking again?!"She said in a mean tone. "Don't put this on me you whore! I know you were with someone else."He growled and stood up. Katie closed her eyes,almost knowing he was going to hit her across the face prettty soon."I wasn't with anyone else..I juse fell asleep in my car." "Don't lie to me!"He screamed,loud enough for any neighbor to hearing and punched her in the face. She hadn't started crying yet but fell backwards from the impact."I'm not..please stop."She said,looking at her feet. "Your going to make this up to me."He said pulling her by her hair towards their bedroom. "STOP Please!"She screamed,trying to grab onto something,now your probably wondering why she is with a man like this?Well,Drake used to be the perfect guy some would say.Everything about you drew you in,and then once you loved him he became controlling and abusive,almost insane.He started to beat her and if she tried to leave her would find her.He had friends everywhere.One reason she couldn't kill him was because she didn't have the guts.She was afraid of him even though she knew she shouldn't be. she hears screams she doesn't know but she runs to it and heares it from here she knocks on the door she doens't know it is the girl she as a crush on she knocks on it and said "hey are you alright let me go in" she is scared what is happening in there

Drake had just gotten Katie to there room and was about to do to her what he had done many times before when he heard a knock on the door."Tell her your fine."He said in a grimace and put let go of her,standing up and following her out of the room. Katie walked over to the door and opened it,drakes arm around her waist."Hello?"She said with a smile."Oh,if your here about the screaming our tv was up to loud."She said,looking down at the ring he had often forced on her finger.Once they had graduted from highschool he had forced her to marry him. |

Katie looked at the girl."He wasn't abusing me.My husbands a wonderful man."She said,going over the script that she had been forced to say over and over again in her head.
Drake looked at the girl."Your insane."He said and started shutting the door."Now please go,your going to wake up our kids." Katie winced hearing him say kids.They had none but he wanted one more then anything,and sooner or later he would get his way like always. |
'This was the place.' Eve thought as she slipped into the window, she had watched everything that had happened so far, she wasn't going to regret killing this man, she ducked into the closet as they had made thier way to the bedroom. There was a knock at the door, he forced her to go and pretend like everything was alright, like there was nothing wrong. She saw a red dress next to her, it was skimpy but it would do, she slipped out of her clothes and pulled it on, she used her glamour to make her self appear as his wife. She just hoped that what she was going to try and do would work, she slipped out of the closet and before slipping into the bathroom that was a few feet from the bedroom door, she left it open a crack as she waitted for them to walk back towards the bedroom.
