Jessica beamed, she loved sharing her love for her beautiful animals with other people. "Yeah of course I could! Have you tried riding one before? You see, I don't really think It's right to ride them all the time with saddles and things, so I normally ride them naturally. I could show you the basics now If you liked?" She walked into the stables and rubbed both of the horses sides.
"Crystals I little harder to ride and If you fall off, It's a long way down but you can try Romance If you like? I see Cherry's enjoying the attention she's getting too much to come back." She smiled knowing that they were all happy. Even thought they couldn't really talk to each other, her and her horses were a family and she loved them dearly. "I can't wait until the next show, they've been doing so well together." |
Sophia stood up and walked towards the door and looked out, "Hi guys, what are you all doing?" She looked over her shoulder to Genesis and waved a hand to follow her. Not expecting an answer she danced her way over to the Lowes and put a slender arm acorss Odin's shoulders and whispered in his ear, 'If you don't hurry up and talk to Skye I will willingly talk to her myself. I have kept your secret for to long Odin." She giggled a little to show she was joking, "I'm kidding, but you seriously need to talk to her." She couldnt help but giggle again, 'I think it's cute that you two like each other." She looked over to Skye and watched her lean against the stable.

Skye smiled at Jessica's encouragement. She waved as she disappeared. She looked back over to Odin, sighed and walked up to Cherry, standing on the opposite side to the one he was on. She stroked the animal's mane, purring at it softly. She looked over at Odin and smiled again, giving him some space. She knew that if she tried to strike up a conversation too suddenly, the boy would probably have a heart attack. She decided to wait for him to speak first. Her face lit up as she saw Genesis bounding up to her, his tail and ears flopping about in the wind. His russet fur shone in the amazing sunlight as he ran. The wolf cub sprinted towards her at an immense speed, jumped onto her and knocked her over onto the soft grass. She giggled as he licked her face thoroughly, skilfully missing her make-up. "Hey, boy !" she said, sitting up, still in a laughing fit. "Howyah doin' ?" She looked up with her golden eyes at Sophia whispering to Odin and frowned playfully, poking out her tongue. "C'mon guys, don't start keeping secrets from me !" she said, winking. "Whats the gossip ?" |
Kirin chuckled and turned her attention to the horses.
"Well I've never done horse riding before so uhm...You'll have to teach me from the beginning I guess." she said smiling. Odin tensed when Sophia invaded his zone. She was much too touchy feely for him. He knew it was just a friendly gesture of hers to drape herself over him like that though. He grunted something noncommittal and pushed Sophia off him. He got up and led Cherry over to where Skye was. 'It seems simply...just say hi an ask...but...' he thought watching her a long moment. He opened his mouth; nothing happened. Frustratedly he closed his mouth again and glared at the ground as if it was to blame. 'Dangit...I can stare down a knife and the barrel of a gun if I had to and not flinch, but I can't even say hi to the girl I like...' he thought. Sighing softly he smiled as he watched her through his bangs while she played with the dog (At least I hope it is or I'm clueless as to what jumped her). He took another deep breath then clenched his fists and closed his eyes. He was going to say it right that minute. He just had to...well...say it...darn... Odin bit his lip "Willyougooutwithme?" he almost choked out. His face turned faintly pink as he stood waiting for an answer or for Skye to laugh at it. He couldn't look up, he was too nervous. |

Skye paused for a moment, taking in all of the emotions that seemed to flicker behind Odin's eyes as he stood there in front of her. She starred into his eyes for a long moment, having to lean slightly to see under his bangs. She frowned ever so slightly, a tiny crease appearing on her forehead between her eyebrows. She stood up slowly, still holding the boy's gaze. Genesis piped down and stood at her heels, the hackles on the back of his legs slightly raised. He was being protective, as per usual. Skye stood up on tiptoes so that she was the same height as Odin, hoping that it would make their first ever conversation slightly easier for him. "I'm sorry ?" she asked, a puzzled look on his face. She had never heard him speak a word for as long as she had known the boy. His sudden verbal diarrhoea was a major shock to her mind, which was so used to him being the strong, silent type. She fiddled with the edge of her skirt as she took in the boy's face -- or at least, what she could see of it -- and sighed. He was pretty, really. His eyes felt like they were burning holes through her, but they looked nice, at least. She smiled, hoping not to scare him. |
Jessica smiled wide glad to have someone she could teach from scratch. "Well, I'll teach you how to ride how horses should be ridden naturally. Do you think you'll be able to climb up? I have some steps around if you need them." Romance bowed her head making herself a little shorter.
She looked at the two standing by Cherry and noticed how uncomfortable they both looked. She guessed they were trying to talk, or that maybe there was something between those two. She decided to stay way out of it. Never having a relationship herself, mostly because she had always been so distant from any people, she found it hard to understand other peoples. She wasn't sure whether she wanted one or not, but she was a logical thinking and didn't bother worrying about it too much, until something actually happened. Crystal stamped her hoof and Jessica fed her a lump of sugar. "I know girl, you're getting bored. You'll be out of here soon enjoying yourself. Just you wait a little longer." |
Sophia rolled her eyes, 'It's not that hard." She said under her breath as she watched Odin walk over to Skye and stifled a laugh as he mumlbed out the almost incohearant sentance. She walked over to Jessica and said, "Hi would you mind having another student? I don;t think I've ever really gone anywhere near a horse before." She laughed and rubed Cherry's nsoe a little and laughed as she snorted in her face.

"That'd be great." Kirin said happily. She eyed her brother a moment and shook her head giggling at his behavior.
"He really likes her, but he's so shy he can't ask her out without blurting it out in one space-less line." she said petting the horse nervously. "I..that is..uhm...w-will you...with me...ah...together...w-will...g-go out! W-will you g-go out...with me..." Odin repeated nervously keeping his eyes closed now. |
Skye's previously blank face went through a series of emotions :: puzzled, surprized, confused, and then, somewhat happy. She'd never had much attention from guys apart from . . . Anyway. She smiled and brushed the hair out of Odin's face so she could see his amazing eyes.
"Nawh, honey ! You don't need to be so nervous ! I don't bite !" she replied chirpily, warmth filling her golden eyes. "Sure I will. Sounds like a pretty awesome idea to me !" |
