(I could join you) He thought to himself and chuckled. His feeble attempts at that were not going to work while she had to take care of him. "I will let you know this time if I need you, but I am going to try really hard and not. Do not worry I will probably just perch up in a tree or something, just relax for awhile." He smiled as he left her in the river. He traveled for a few minutes and sat down near a large tree, just sitting there completely calm

She grinned, "Don't perch too close" she yelled after him. She finished stripping down and climbed into the water. She sighed as the cold touched her body releasing a small shiver. I could live in this feeling forever if it were possible. She loved the water. It helped her relax more than anything. She slowly sunk herself into the water only leaving her eyes above it her auburn hair swirling about her head.

He was really comfortable sitting there in his tree, listening to the woods and all the sounds that came along with the morning time. Eventually his hunger became an issue, so he grabbed a quick snack from his pack. He munched down in peace as he continued to watch the serene scene of nature and peace of being out in the world.

Deciding she'd been in the water long enough and feeling quite rejuvenated she climbed out and re-clothed. "Targo?" she called out, "I'm going to get some food ready if you'd like some. We can discuss some techniques while I do so or you can continue to sit about out there. I personally do not care."

At that she began setting up a pit to create a fire in.

More food? that sounds great to Targo, as the little snack did not really quell his hunger. "I will be happy to join you" he called in reply. He quickly made his way back to the river and assisted in making the fire.

She began pulling things from her bag and began setting up a small grill-like object over the fire. "I've got beans, veggies, some rabbit, a little bit of poultry what would you like?"

"O man that all sounds good. Whatever sounds good to you right now, you are the hero of the morning." His stomach grumbled at the thought of such a tasty meal, and his mind wandered in anticipation

"Then we shall go with poultry and some vegetables." she began setting everything in the pot that was to be cooked and worked on it. Once it was finished she dished out a bit to him and then some to herself as well taking a seat next to him. "So, how was your wanderings?"

"It was very pleasant, I did not do very much at all. I wanted to keep the drama away." He said as he gave her a pat on the shoulder, smiling. "That food smells absolutely amazing, do you cook often?"

"You learn to pick it up a bit when youre on your own as often as I am. You'll learn to because i am not cooking every night for you." she smiled softly at him and then began eating some of her food. "After we eat we can do a quick swords lesson and then we can try to rest up a little bit for our walk tomorrow morning."

"Well I do not think that I need to have such a meal every night. However I will try my hand at cooking, it sounds like a great skill to have." He patiently ate his food and tried to remain cool. This food was so tasty and he did not want to devour it in front of her. The idea of actual rest also sounded good now, as the sleepless night was starting to bother him. "I am looking forward to our little sword match" he said with a grin

"Well, you really only get this sort of meal when we've managed to scrounge up the ingredients for it. Most nights we will just be eating what we can find around or some bread we may have left in the pack," she responded to his first statement. Finishing her food she stood and went to the river to wash off the slab she had held the food with. Her back was tense as she could feel the strain sleep coming, but she wanted to at least get an hour of swords play in before giving in to the desire. "Well, once you finish up we can get started. "

"Yes yes I get it, don't get spoiled." He quirked and then returned to finish his food. He mocked her in washing of the dishes and drank some more of the delicious water. "I am ready when you are, master? Yeah I think master is a good term here"

She laughed at his terming, "Master? Really now, love? You're going to give me a big head, here." She turned away from him and began fiddling with some of the things in her bag. Not finding what she wanted she began sliding her hands over her legs and hips, "where the hell did I put that thing..." she reached around to her back, her fingers grasping the handle that she was looking for and she pulled out a very thin, but long dagger. It was no where near the size of a sword, but it was the largest she had at the moment. "All right, we're going to teach you when and how to swing, I suppose. I've got this here, its a got a long enough reach and it will teach you to keep me back. You ready? Step away from the fire."

'That thing'? he thought to himself. 'my sword is going to break it, but at least I can learn some of the basics'. "Well i think it is a fitting term for you, you know more than I do." Already having his sword he simply grabbed it from his back and took a simple stance. Keeping her away was actually going to quite a chore with this blade, and he wondered about the dangers of using a real blade. "Are you sure we should be using the real deal here? seems like someone could get hurt easily?"

"You'll never learn if you're not being hit. Plus, you're a pussy. You need to learn to take a bit more of a hit. You had a dagger go into your leg and you passed out. You know how ridiculous that is?" she tried to keep a straight face as she said this, but instead ended up giving small little giggles. The thought of a grown man passing out from a small dagger wound to the leg was just hilarious to her. Giving herself a moment to calm down her giggles she continued, "besides, I wont hit too hard and I'd imagine you'd do the same. A few scratches here and there aren't anything and hopefully we'll be able to dodge enough of the blows to not be phased."

She smiled sweetly, "ready?" and without awaiting a reply she lunged towards him making it seem as if she was going to go for a straight attack. Her blade was held tightly in her hand, but placed to the side leaving her wide open.

'O what a bitch! Why the hell did you join her Targo? Not only is she totally making fun of you, she is about to kill you' Natural instincts took over once she took charge. "Is it just me or is this attack sloppy?' He just let his minimal training and basic feeling lead him to a straight counter attack. He took his massive blade and came down for a mighty chop, which could easily do more than scratch her

She laughed, it was almost childlike and that mischievous look hit her eyes again, "Sloppy?" she continued to laugh and as his blade began to swing downwards her body quickly changed positions. She landed well beside his swing with her blade poking out towards his stomach now. "tsk, tsk Targo. There'd be all your insides. You should never let your enemy decide how you're going to counter it will rarely lead you to where you should be."

She smiled and jumped back taking a quick swing at him as she did, "Parry."

"You are quite annoying you know that." He quickly responded as succeeding in the easy parry, not feeling that great. She was going to toy with him some, that was just her personality. That was something that could be very problematic down the road, especially since the normal reason he was with women was not apparent here. Hmm somehow he should probably be thinking about he should be fighting as opposed to other things. He took a more defensive stance this time, striking out so that a counter would not be easy.

She pouted and made a hurt face, "Annoying? You don't mean that do you, Baby?" Delilah sniffled as if she was going to cry and then immediately started laughing when he parried. She jumped away again this time ducking rather low to the ground, "Oooo, Targo, did I strike a cord? Are you mad at me, big boy?" She giggled again and moved backwards this time assuming a casual stance with her blade at the ready.

Her teeth met her lips and she gave him a coy smile. She lifted the hand not holding her blade and motioned him forward with her index finger, "I'm ready for you, Baby."

One thing just dawned on him, was she just a girl? "You know I never got around to asking your age." She would have to be, I mean she was just being childish. Or maybe not, how the hell knows with these magic types. "Also you would never be ready for me sweetie" He once again came with a strike, merely for fun to keep the game going.

She swatted his sword away with her dagger, a cross look on her face, "Why do you need to know my age? Haven't you ever heard that you should never ask a lady her age? I do not think I care to continue, thank you." She turned away from him and walked towards the water.

"woah woah, come back" He followed her cautiously behind. "It was just something came to mind. I did not mean any offense by it." Maybe this was some crazy elf thing, but he definitely had offended her. it would be quite nice to know, what the hell was her problem?

She smirked, "I'm sixteen." Swinging her arm up quickly she sent a punch to his face. She hoped he was fast enough to block, but wasn't all that concerned either way.

What a bitch! This time he would show her, instead of a simple block he went for a straightforward tackle. He cast aside his sword and dove right at her.
