Rin look around and saw that Jerome's life was slowing fading away. She ran to him and slowly removed him from the metal pole. "Jerome, its going to be alright just stay here with me." Rin had enough energy left to heal Jerome's injury even if he was really damaged. She placed both hands over his wound and recited a saying she was taught from her mother to heal other. Light started to shine from her hands over his wound and she could feel his wound closing up. "I hope you get better." Once it was over, she help him up and laid him on the bed while she went back to finish the fight.

The bitten snake girl laughed, a sickening laugh that was only meant to taunt the werewolf. "Now you silly dog, that was really quite pointless," she said with a snicker before exploding into a cloud before fading all together. The other one shook its head before saying, "You dogs always react without thinking don't you?" She held her tail out, poised to strike the wolf solidly in the gut, but then a 'shing' sound echoed around all of them. It was the sound of a blade neatly cutting through something. One by one all the snakes turned to see Jessie down.
Iri's eyes widened at the sound. There's no way this girl can take out Daymieon and Jessie, she thought frantically. What is she exactly? The girl then barked her order and the girl glared at her from her spot by Devon. Who was she to hand out orders? Technically the deceit demon didn't have to listen to her but at this point, with a fallen leader, it was wise to fall back. Obviously she didn't have to say anything to her other parts seeing as they feed off of her. Each one hissed at the remaining girl. Iri looked back at Devon before carefully scopping him up in her arms seeing as she was taller than in this form that her normal. She gave him a sad look before whispering, "Don't worry, we'll make sure that you get better and we'll do everything to help Jessie." Rather than taking on her winged serpent form, large bat wings molded and morphed from her back. She turned and shot Rin one last look before beating her powerful wings and taking to the sky. "Oh looks like playtime is over," the tailed girl said as it looked like she was about to leave, though the other never let up. "But I suppose orders are orders," she chided before coming back and plunging her tail between where his rib cage met, her own snake venom pumping into him once in. She laughed pulling her tail out roughly saying, "See, two can play at that game." She disappeared, the one holding the wolf disappeared as well. "Looks like we must leave," the last one said talking to the winged girl in front of her. "And I was sooo looking forward to fighting you too." Without a threat or an attack, the last form quickly grew its own wings before slithering over and gathering Jessie before taking to the sky behind her creator. It wouldn't be long until they got to the castle though the flight would take longer in this form. |
Lilith shook her head and cursed under her breath.She looked over to rin and Jerome.Lilith put her sword back into its scabard and ran to jeromes side.She looked up to rin as she knelt down beside him.'What happend?'Lilith said.She felt bad for coming so late,but it was better late then never.

Rin looked at Lilith. "Jessie happened, she always happens. I'll go see Ike, you stay here with Jerome." Rin got up and left the room to go see Ike. She jumped out the window and landed on her feet without breaking anything. Then she started looking around for Ike.

Lilith nodded and pulled jerome into her arms.She stared down at him and smoothed his hair out of his face.She would have to pay more attention to what happens for now on.Lilith sighed.'Jerome...'She whispered.Lilith couldn't believe what all had happend.She was not involved within the fight and all of this happend without her knowing.Lilith kept jerome in her arms and stared down at him.

Ike was still laying on the ground and growling. He was trying to get his beat to calm down and let his human side. But it wasn't working. He couldnt' get it under control and he was just a mindless beast.

Rin looked around the front to where she last seen Ike. She takes a steady pace and sees him lying on the ground and he doesn't look happy. Rin decides to slowly walk up to him and sit three feet away from him. "Ike, it's me Rin, are you okay?" she looks at him and hopes he's all right.

Ike turned to her a growland snarled before he realized it was her. The beast inside him slowly started to let the human side come over him and he slowly started to calm down. He then looked at her and nodded, "yeah.. I think so." he said softly but wasn't completely sure.

Rin moved a little closer to Ike and looked at him. "Then grab my hand and lets go inside to see what type of condition you're in." She held her hand out to Ike hoping he would take it. She was glad this was over, but she keep thinking something was missing for the whole thing. So she put it out of her mind.

Ike tryed to reach out but it seemed when he moved even slightly pain spread threw him. When the beast had take over he didn't feel it since it didn't care for pain. But now that he was back in control he could feel the venom that was in him. He groaned softly and could feel the venom working its way in his system now. |

Rin could see that he wasn't all right and went towards him. She put him on his back and saw the extint of the damage to his ribcage. She laid his head softly on the ground before running inside to find anything that could help. She returned with a tonic for him to drink and some bandages and towels. "Okay you need to drink this and stay with me." She slowly opened his mouth and slowly poured the tonic into it. "You'll be fine once this is over and when the tonic enters your body it will try to clean most of the venom out. Also it will hurt, as it does so, so take my hand."

Ike took her hand desperately and gripped it tightly. He could alreadyy feel the toxin working and it hurt like he'll. He felt it slowly eating away the venom but slowly. The venom was putting up a good fight and he was breaking out in a sweat from it. He wondered if he was going to make it.

Rin laid his head on her lap as the tonic was helping. Then she placed her free hand over the wound and recited the same thing she did for Jerome. Cleaning the wound and healing it at the same time. It didn't take much time for her to do this, so when it was over she took a towel to dab the sweat from his forehead. "You'll be fine don't worry, I'm right here with you. Just five more minutes for the tonic to work and you'll feel better to just rest when we go back inside." A small tear came down her cheek.

Ike heard her and tryed to nod but he couldn't. He was concentrating on staying away and not passing out from the pain. He hoped that he could deal with the pain for five minutes.. But each second felt like a eternity and part of him wanted to just give up. But he felt something wet hit his cheek and saw rin crying. He frowned and knew he wasn't going to give up. After a few more minutes the toxin started to defeat the venom and he smiled a little.

Rin looked at Ike and saw that he was doing a little better. "How do you feel now?" She smiled a little and then she didn't. She still had a few tears come down her face and all she could do was wait. Rin held the rage inside that she had for Iri, but it soon started to show in her eyes.

Ike slowly looked at her and smiled, "better... Much better." he said and saw the few tears. He gently reached up and touched her cheek. He wiped her tears away and stroked her cheek. "not going to die." he said softly and saw the rage, "and don't you dare go after her."

Rin closed her eyes and then looked away. "Why not after what she did to you?" She was enraged and knew she wanted to do something about it, but couldn't. Then Rin looked back at Ike and then studied the wound that he had from Iri. Rin had let go of his hand and got up putting her hair in a ponytail before she'd take off and go after Iri.

Ike slowly got up when he saw her run off. His body hurt like he'll and he could hardly move. But he had to go stop her before she got hurt. They had already been threw enough and he just wanted them to go home. He slowly stumbed after her and hoped that she wouldn't get hurt.

Rin was running through the forest until she realized that Ike was following her. She stopped dead in her tracks, turned around, and looked at him. She walked up to him, "What do you like you're doing?" Rin didn't want him back in there once he just got out. She took his arm and placed it around her shoulder to give him support on the way back to the house. As they walked in, she lead him to the guest room downstairs instead of going up. She opened the door, went to the bed, and laid him down. After that she put a blanket over his body to let him rest. Rin sat in a chair that was next to the bed, but pulled it to the window and looked out of it.

Ike looked over at Rin and was glad that she didn't go after Iri's. He had been afraid that if she left she would of left him for good and she would die. He couldn't protect her in this state now and if she got hurt he could do nothing. He wanted to talk to her but his eyes started to close and he had to sleep.

After Rin saw that Ike was asleep, she went out of the room and sat on the couch to watch some t.v. She turned to some cartoons and her favorite show was on from when she was little. Rin laughed a little, but quietly so she wouldn't wake Ike. Then she laid down on a pillow and that's what she did for the rest of the day, just watched t.v and waited.

Ike woke up after a while and tryed to get up. But he still was in no condition to do that and just layed there for a little while. he could hear RIn watching t.v. in the other room and glad that she was still here. He didn't want her to get hurt and was glad she didnt' go after Iri's.
