][I'll do it, I guess. >.> Watch out Eram. I'm coming for you!! lol][
"Ugh." Loki groaned lightly, he was still sitting in the floor and propped up against his bed. His shoulders ached from the way he had slept, as well as his lower back. Slowly he stood, one hand on that bed for support as he felt light headed. The ache of his shoulders and lower back almost quickly faded. His other hand moved up to feel the bandages around his neck. Some blood had soaked through and from the way it felt the wound still hadn't fully closed. Odd. "Whatever." Loki stretched a bit before sitting on the bed.
It was morning. Of that there was no doubt, morning sunlight filtered into his room almost gently between the curtains over the window. It was still a bit early, perhaps the others were still sleeping? Loki stood and made his way out of his room, he sniffed tenatively at the air before heading off in a direction. The dungeons.
He wanted to see what was down there and why Eramthgin's scent led in that direction. Loki also wanted to know what Eram was. The scent wasn't wholly unfamiliar but it wasn't wholly familiar either. On light feet the wolf demon moved through halls and soon found himself inside the dungeons. He gave his skeleton key a soft kiss before depositing it in his pocket. That key was so much more than it looked.
Eram's scent was stronger down here..and..a scent of dragon, faint. The dragon was probably a bit deeper in the dungeons. Deeper than Loki wished to explore.

((@Kry: Yay, company ;3
@Val: Come back soon! :)))
"Nnnrgh..." Eramthgin mumbled and rolled over, causing a small avalanche of gold coins to roll downwards and across the floor. He wasn't a morning type of creature, but he hadn't slept all that well during the night. He blamed it on the jewel-encrusted goblet that had wedged itself into his back during his sleep.
Sighing, he laid in the dark for a few moments, his mind still hazy from sleep. Then the events of the previous day came back to him and he sat up, more awake now. Running a hand through his hair to rid himself of some of the tangles, he looked around for a comb. Tangles were irritating. He probably would have made his disguise bald if it didn't make him stand out much more that way. Humanoids and their stupid fur that sprouted out in abundance on their head but lacked in other parts of the body.
Finally he found an ivory comb, buried beneath a stash of silk, and grabbed it, running it through his hair roughly. After he was done, he tossed the comb aside carelessly and skidded down the mountain, heading towards the sack of wine he had brought back. The pull was gone, and he wondered if it was safe to go out again. If things didn't improve, he would have to start looking for some protective amulets in his stash, and that would be a pain to do with all the stuff strewn here and there.

The deeper Loki ventured the stronger Eramthgin's scent grew. Eram wasn't human, of that Loki was almost certain, that train of thought caused him to pause for a moment. His hand going up to feel the bandage still around his neck with a light grimace. No doubt the scent of blood was already preceeding him. That wound, why was it healing so slowly? What exactly was Surya, then? He frowned deeply, the bandage was still a bit moist, stained where the wound had bled through it a little. Too many things just didn't make sense.
With a shake of his head as he lowered his hand, the wolf demon continued. Deeper into the dungeons, Loki's ears were up, almost tense as they strained to hear anything, his tail was still behind him. Only moving slightly occasionally. Loki was being a bit cautious. There was no telling how Eramthgin might react to his being there. The man could be territorial and not appreciate Loki's intruding.

After he got through with his second bottle, Eramthgin tossed the empty bottle aside (which landed on the ground and shattered) and stood up, making his way over to the door. As soon as he opened it, he frowned. There was a new scent, and it wasn't one of those usual creatures that lurked around in the dungeons...it was also faintly familiar. His room was pretty well sealed-off, so unless someone had a loud fight right outside his door and bled all over the place, usually he would not be aware of what's going on outside. He liked his quarters quiet and undisturbed.
Closing the door behind him and locking it, he looked around. The scent was becoming steadily stronger, mixed with the coppery smell of blood in the air. Sniffing, he tried to make out who or what it was; he was sure he knew that scent from somewhere...something that told of a mammal, a carnivore, and......Surya?
He blinked. Who did he know that would smell of the female that wasn't the female? The only one he could think of was the wounded predator he met in the halls with Surya, which would explain the scents...but what was he doing down here? He glanced back at his door, then decided that he would rather not expose the whereabouts of his room just yet, and proceeded to head briskly over towards the source. The further away from his room before meeting up with the creature, the better.

Loki had stopped, panting slightly, with his tongue peeking out of the corner of his mouth, much the way a dog or wolf might when tired. One hand was on the wall and he leaned heavily against it. Just a short break, he would take a short break. Loki sighed softly, perhaps he should've had breakfast before venturing down here? Afterall, a lot of his energy still hadn't been recovered, and then he'd let Surya have his blood.
"Foolish dog." He muttered to himself, shaking his head slightly. He turned a bit so that his back was now pressed to the wall and his hands down by his sides, but his palms also pressed against the wall. Loki's head was tilted back slightly. He would rest like that for a few minutes.

][I was waiting for Fading's next post..but whatever. Guess I'll go again...-.-][
Loki rested there for a few moments. Not too long before the wolf was moving again. He rounded a corner and stopped dead in his tracks, barely saving himself from walking into Eramthgin. A quick step backwards would save him from being walked into by Eram, if the male had noticed his nearly sudden appearance from around the corner. "Ah." Loki cleared his throat softly and smiled at Eramthgin. "G'morning?"

((Sorry about that Kry :gonk:))
Blinking in surprise, Eramthgin also stopped abruptly in his tracks. He hadn't been expecting the creature to be so near around the corner.
"Good morning." He responded. In truth he had no idea what time it was, but if the creature said it was morning, then it probably was...he was horrible at keeping track of time, after all. "What brings you down here to a place like this at this time of the day?"
((Short post, sorry. :())

Loki shrugged abit, rubbing the back of his bandaged neck for a moment before he shrugged again. Those ears twitching slightly, "Just being a bit curious.." That head tilted to the side just slightly and those eyes narrowed a bit. The demon stepped up to Eramthgin, so close that there was barely an inch between them. He inhaled deeply a few times, taking in Eram's scent, before he stepped back, allowing the male his space. "Your hiding your true form, aren't you? I can smell it..you aren't what you appear to be.."
Loki bit his bottom lip, hesitating for a moment. Uncertain, some people liked to keep there secrets. Would this man attack him for asking such questions? For a moment Loki looked away, when his eyes met Eramthgin's he asked his next question. "...What are you?"

Taken aback by the abrupt closing in and sniffing, Eramthgin took a step back, frowning slightly.
"A bit too curious, it would seem..." He mumbled. Then, speaking at a more normal volume while carefully keeping his tone neutral as to not give anything away, "That...would be a secret. It shouldn't be too hard for a creature of your nature to figure out." He said lightly, the corners of his lips quirking upwards in the smallest of angles.
In fact, he didn't really care if his real form was given away or not, but he was curious to see to what extent the creature (perhaps of the canine family, from the sniffing, he thought,) would go to figure it out. There were many snippets of hints here and there, one such as his accidental crushing of the desk in the hallway the day before, and another by taking a peek of the contents inside his room.
Though in retrospect, the latter was probably a suicide mission for the curious. He didn't like having his room disturbed, after all.

Armguards... checked. Seals... checked. Blades... checked. So, she seemed ready for a trip to the dungeons. It was quiet in the halls, and it was heavy with scent of blood. Kel'irana frowned, at the sight out of her room. She could see the smokes of shadows lingering in corners, traces of auras, and not precisely bidding any good. Perhaps having her breakfast in her room was a good idea afterall.
She walked through the hall quietly, pausing in front of the door leading to the dungeons, elven lady recalled what had been told to her on her journeys. If she were to drop her guard, or allow herself a moment of distraction, she was going to be savoured. There was no doubt about it. She knew and faced a few creatures of the foul kind, which enjoyed and favored elven flesh. Taking a deep breath, she climbed down the stairs.
"El'dora lien..." she muttered softly, and a soft glow appeared in her right palm.
She brushed the glow over her eyes, they glowed shortly before both lights faded and it became dark again. Now, she could see in the dark. A neat spell if you needed ultimate stealth yet want to be aware of your surroundings even at the moonless darkest nights. She started walking off, slowly, taking time.
After quite a time spent wandering in the dungeons, -let's say, a couple hours- she had already encountered quite a handful of creatures lurking in such places. She was weilding her both blades, a scimitar and a kilij, the faint light enscripted on the both elven blades were fading. It wasn't completely dark down here as she expected, there were some torches lighted up here and there. Of course, corpses of unfortunate and many humonoids were scattered around. Mostly they were stripped off the valuables, by thiefs -probably they also joined the fallen folk, or bared enough wisdom to run away alive- or the residents of this level. Elven maiden seemed barely aware of such vigorous sights were existing around her, it was obvious she was used to such encounters.
Right when she almost gave up, about to return to the inn, her elven ears picked up an intelligent form of speech. It was curious, also a relief. She couldn't hear what was speaken, giving the fact that she was hearing faint mutters of whisper quality from a great distance ahead. All thanks to the dungeon's maze-like structure of course, though better be prepared than be sorry. She whispered an enchantment slowly, gritting her teeth for a moment as the magic washed over her. Perhaps she was being overcautious, but never hurted to have a few spells protecting while you're wearing apperantly such a delicious looking skin.
[back to game guys 8DDD lemme know if I missed a detail]
