Kane just kind of looked away. "I am sorry that all of that happend. I see why Ray has such hatred towards the humans. But they should not all be judged because of the actions of a few. As for me, I am nothing like the previous leaders. And I intend to prove that"

Arch looked to the water as she laid there. "I have no doubt you will Kane-San. Just remember that there is always a price to pay for every action that you do." She said as she rose to her feet and jumped into the air opening her wings as she flew way. She had enough talking about depressing subjects for one day and enough of being outside. All she wanted was her bed and another glass of wine...maybe a bottle or two after this day.

Kane flew after Arch on their way back to the mansion. Kane landed in the garden and shifted to human form. He checked on his roses. They were growing quite nicely.

Arch landed and shifted back into her human form as she watched Kane. She felt slightly guilty as she remembered Ray and what had happen. She hadn't even went to check on him. "Kane-San I am sorry but I must leave now. Thank you for everything, I hope your evening goes well. I will see you in the morning." She said as she waved then shifted into her dragon form. She felt near the city and quickly shifted into her human form as she began her search for Ray. She followed his sent as she went. After a while she found herself at a strange barn of some short. She then followed his sent to a house where she took a set on the porch and waited there where others there beside his, but if he could trust them then she could as well.

Kane watched Arch leave. But he had a bad feeling. He waited awhile, then Shifted to dragon form and followed Arch's sent. He landed in the woods and Shifted to human form. Kane hid behind a tree as he watched Arch from a distance sitting near a barn.

Libby looked at her two friends. "I want to find Akio. He's a member of our Clan and he needs our help." she said softly. Libby started to sniff the air. "I smell him." she said as she continued to sniff the air. "Can you smell that?" she asked. She followed the smell to a small cave. "Akio are you in here?" she asked.

Lilith looked up at Ray. "want to go home with me?" she asked. There was something about Ray that she had never seen in anyone else before. She liked it.

Morgan pushed his hand away. She looked down at the water. "Water is not to blame." she said softly.

The panther in the darkness heard Libby's voice as it opened its yellow eyes looking up at her standing at the entrance. ~Hmm?...looks like she came to find you....how about...we kill her?..hmm?~ he told Akio with a little grin as Akio was seemingly feeling dead inside not hearing anyones voice at this time.

"Akio..." she said softly as she tiptoed into the cave, where the smell was getting stronger. "Akio can you hear me?" she said a little louder. Then she ran into something. It was big and warm. "Akio please tell me that's you." she said. A cold chill ran down her Kitten spine.

Kay hurried into the cave after Libby. She couldn't see anything so she stopped at the mouth of the cave and listened to Libby approach Akio. SHe was silently hoping for the best.

The panther saw how close Libby was as he grinned a bit softly and growled almost sounding demonically. ~Die...~ he said quietly as his paw let onto her little chest and pushed her to the ground. Suddenly inside, Akio felt the warmth of Libby's chest for a moment as his eyes widened inside himself. What the?!...Li-l-libby?! he thought as he began to struggle even harder knowing if he didnt get control back this time, he'd really kill her. Let me go!!!

Ray smiled as he nodded. "Yes I would like to make sure you get home safely." He couldn't help but smile around Lilith. He knew he should be worried about where he was going to stay and about the clan he had enraged but he just couldn't when he was around her. All he wanted to do was smile and laugh. Ray closed his eyes as he turned into his dragon self. He bent his neck down for Lilith to climb on if she wanted to and would take them back to the house. Besides the altuids he could get they would be able to see Bo if he was on the ground or sky.

Bo looked at his hand after Morgan had slapped it away. He let the cigar fall to the ground as he stomped it out. His eyes shifted back to the lake as he thought about what he had said. He then looked to her then to the ground as he shook his head. He couldn't believe that he was going to apologize. It was not in his nature to be so caring he never had to be before this was quite painful for him and annoying but Morgan had saved his life and he couldn't help but feel drawn to her. "Your not a normal human are you. Your a Shifter like I am arnt you Morgan. I should have known it when you saved me. I am sorry for insulting the water and you. I was not thinking. How long have you been in that lake? I didn't know that there where any water shifters left I thought all the fishes and aquatic shifters had died along time ago or went to the coast." Bo felt like such a jerk fro the things he had said. He may as well have just open his mouth and shoved his foot in it because he was just getting himself deeper in trouble with Morgan he could tell. After tonight he vowed he would stay way from the drinks.

Neko walked around. He was all alone and becoming a bit afraid. He was young so he was not used to being alone he could get into alot of trouble.

Lilith gently climbed on the Neck of Rays. "Your so big in your dragon form how do you hide it from the humans?" she asked. " She gently touched the ruff scales that lined his neck. "there beautiful." Libby said softly.

Libby tried to get out of this one, but she couldn't move. "Akio... Help..." she said softy. Unable to get much more then a squeak out.

Morgan walked into the water. "I'm the last of my kind, my mother and father died a long time ago." she truned into a fish, and looked up at him. "This is my shifter form. I'm a little gold fish." she said as she turned back into her human form. "I forgive you you Bo...." she said softly. She wasn't sure if she could trust him to keep her secrate. "Please don't tell your family what I am. I don't think they would like to see us together." she said softly.

Akio began to look through the eyes of the panther as he saw Libby on the floor in the darkness. Libby...no!...Let me go!!...I cant let her die!! He thought as he struggled more then he had ever done before until his panther's side began to feel the little struggle going on inside. ~You know...your getting very...annoying...~ he said as he looked down at Libby pressing his paw on top of her chest crushing her a bit into the ground. ~Maybe...it'd be better...if she died..hmm?...then maybe...you wont be struggling anymore..~ he said as he gave off a quiet growl at her.

Libby let out a small meow as she Closed her eyes. She could feel the weight of the Panther on her rib cage. "I'm sorry Akio, I don't know if I'm going to make it. Your always going to be a part of my family" She said softly, as she could no longer keep controle over her cat form. Laying helplessly on the ground barrly breatheing she looked into the beast eyes. "I'm sorry." she said to it.

Ray open his wings as he leaped in the air and flapped them twice then glided through the air with ease. He looked down at scenery below as he rose higher in the sky taking shelter with the clouds. "As from hiding we use the sun and clouds. And thank you Lilith next time I shed I'll save you one if you like." He quickly flew through the skies as he made his way back to Lilith's house. He landed and shifted into his human form as he saw Arch siting on the pouch. "Ar...Arch what are you doing here?" Ray said as he moved from Lilith and ran to Arch staring at her surprised to see her there. "Arch..I....uh...no were just....ARCH!" He yelled as he watched her leave. He turned and shook his head as he let out a growl. He looked to Lilith then turned and faced the sky.

Arch looked up as she saw Ray landing and the strange girl on his back. She rose a brow as she sat there and stared at him. "I would ask you the same thing Ray. You have a home and why are you with her?" Arch shifted her eyes to Lilith as she closed her eyes and hung her head. "You have found the dear Lilith. A bird shifter mmm humans want do but birds they are ok to fool with arnt they. I am sorry for worrying about you Ray I want do it again I promise. You yelled at Kane for wanting to help the humans and look at you playing with a bird. There isn't much difference there Ray. You are playing with fire you know what they say Ray. If you play with fire your going to get burned. I am sure the elders of our clan and the bird clan want allow this. You mad a ass out of yourself for nothing Ray. I never pictured you as a hypocrite till now." Arch rose to her feet and walked passed Ray as she shifted into her dragon form and open her wings. She leaped into the air and left him there as she felt back home.

Bo nodded as he smiled at her slightly. "I promise your secret is safe Morgan. I am sorry for your loss. You know I don't live far from here and maybe I could take you into town some time if you like and come and visit you. I promise I want feed you any of Lilith's cooking. She can't cook to save her life you know it is bad when the animals want eat a persons cooking." He said trying to lighten the mood.

"LIBBY!" Ana jumped onto the panther's back. She was trying to pry him off of her. "Get off AKIO! WAKE UP!"

When Akio heard Libby's voice seeming to disappear, his eyes widened from within as he couldnt believe that he was going to kill another person he cared for. No!! he yelled as loud as he could as the panther began to take his paw off in shock from hearing the volume of the scream in his head as well as with Kay on his back. I dont care anymore!! Let her go!! I dont care if this means that you get to have my entire human body and everything!! just let her go!! he yelled as his panther shook his head contiously roaring loudly with the echoing of his roar going all over the cave.

Kane shifted to dragon form and follwed Arch through the sky. He could from watching that she had had an argument with Ray over the bird clan member he had seen Ray with earlier.

Morgan looked up at Bo. "I would love if you would come see me more." she said. She took his hand in hers and gently looked down at it." Your hands are so ruff." she said softly.

Libby looked up at the panther in a lot of pain, everything was a bit hazy. "Kay?" she said softly, Libby smiled. "You came to help." she said to Kay.

Lilith walked over to Ray. "I'm sorry." she said as she gently put a hand on his shoulder. "I understand if you need to go." she was hurt a little by the other Dragons words.

Kay winced at the sound of his roar. She turned into her cat form and sunk her teeth into his neck. Vampire style. She tasted nothing but thick fur. "AKIO STOP THE MADNESS!"

The panther kept roaring, but rather this time much louder as he felt the pain on his neck. ~Get out of my head!!~ he yelled loudly in his roar as Akio kept screaming at his beast inside him until he finally gave up. Just leave them alone!! Why must you always kill the people I care for?! he thought as he bit down onto his lip trying to stop the pain of Akio's thoughts ravaging inside him.

Bo felt a chill run down his spine as Morgan took his hand in hers. He just smiled slightly as he lessen to her then looked down at their hands. "Well what can I say I work a lot with my hands. Though your are very soft so you might not be use to land hands...not that I mean anything by that. I am just figuring since you enjoy the water your skin can stay hydrated better than mine. You know you are a very beautiful gold fish. You better be careful there are humans that come to this lake if they see you....they might try and capture you and make you a pet."


Ray just hung his head as he shook it. " I would say don't mind Arch but that would be a lie. She never lies and she is always right. I had always held such resentment for humans because of my brothers death that I ended up pushing Arch away." He turned and looked at Lilith as he felt his heart hurt like it never had before except when he had to watch his brother die. " By our clan rules every dragon has a mate chosen for them Lilith and you just met mine. Though that is not really true she was chosen for my brother but he died at a young age. Therefore the elders passed her to me. It is suppose to be a honor because of her title in our clan. But Arch and I have never seen eye to eye since the night I lost my brother and the way I am going we want. She use to be my best friend but I ruined that with one of my fights. I told her things that I shouldn't have and made her feel worse than dirt. I was just so made at having lost my brother and the rest of my family that I took it out on her. I am the reason why she is so afraid of other dragons and would rather be with and among humans. I am lucky though because of her title she doesn't have to have a mate and since they never chose one for me I don't have to have one either. I had promised my brother I would look after her but all I have seemed to to is hurt her and push her away because of the memories she brings up in my mind when I am around her. My brother and her where inseparable when they where young. The happiest my brother had ever been was with her. She could make him smile like nothing I had ever seen." He went quite as he just turned and let out a breath. "I don't know why I am telling you this it isn't like you want or need to hear any of this. I just don't know what to do anymore about the clan or Arch. I can't and want marry her just as she want me. But I have to keep my promise to my brother to look after her. Lilith I am sorry for all of this I never thought she would bother to come looking for me after the things I said about her...I wouldn't have. I always knew that she was a better person than most."

Arch sat on one of the rocks at the back of her house staring down at the water below it as she thought about Ray. She couldn't believe that he had yelled at Kane about his ideas then go lord knew what with some bird. She wandered if he wasn't trying to start some kind of clan war secretly. Playing around with a clan leaders daughter could get his head cut off if he wasn't careful and what did he see in that anorexic thing anyhow. She needed to eat a meal or something to get some weight on her. She knew Ray was strange but going after a bird was just wrong on so many levels. She was really mad that he was choosing to hand out and do lord knows what with some anorexic bird girl instead of dragon. If she would have found him with a dragon she knew she would have been fine but with some bird this was just a insult.

Lilith just looked up at him. "I understand your pain." she said softly at first. "when I lost my Dad... I didn't think I could go on." A tear rolled down her cheek. "He had just handed me the whole clan the night before he died. He told me that the clan was small now, but it would grow." She said almost choking on her words. "He told me that in the morning he would teach me everything I would need to know to be a good leader." she said. "When I woke up in the morning they were carring his dead body to our door. After that my mother closed herself off in her room for days she didn't talk to anyone. A few nights later she committed suicide. I was lost...." she said. "Then someone came into my life. A man, my brother. He told me everything and it gave me some hope." she gently let her hands drop to her side. "I don't know what I'm try to say." she said. she turned away from Ray and looked down at her feet.

Ray turned and gently placed his hand on her shoulder. "I do and it is fine Lilith I understand. Besides if you have any trouble I am more than willing to have free snakes out of anyone who chooses to oppose you. Right now you need your brother and the drunk bird brain of a friend Bo. Don't worry about it Lilith I know you will be a great leader I have faith in you. You just need to have it in yourself. Do you think Bo would have wasted his time making sure the two of you where safe if he didn't have some faith in you?" Ray gently kissed her check as he wiped away her tears. He gently pulled her into his arms and held her close allowing her to cry if she wanted and needed to. "It is ok if you cry Lilith we all have to some times. Go ahead and let out what is bothering you Lilith." He said as he waited for her to. All he wanted was to hold her close and protect her from the world for just a little while. He knew she was strong but he also knew that at her core she was weak and needed to cry and be breakable for a while.
