Din laughed at his cruel idea and he went over to the man sleeping and punched him in the crotch. He may have been almost an adult, but he was still an evil teen at heart. He laughed as the man awoke to an act that would almost sterilize him and he vanished, expecting Ana to follow him. It was a mean and terrible exit, but Din needed a laugh and what better way to get one then making a stranger suffer?
"Shoot" Ana vanished after Din taclked him into the bushes. "You idiot!" Do you want us to get caught?" She watched as Din continued to laugh and smacked him upside his head. "Goodness your so immature sometimes. Stupid monkey." She got up and dusted herself off and walked in the direction of her home.

((Sorry I flood you with pictures of different characters. Dx))
Din frowned slightly and waved to her goodbye and walked back to his own house. It might not have been the best Idea to leave the new vampire all by her lonesome, but he thought she could handle herself and it wouldn't be any good if he always crowded her. Besides, he missed his family and hadn't seen his friends since he left everyone a few weeks ago. On his way home, he felt very cold on the inside and he looked at his hand to notice his skin turning to the color of granite. "What's happening?" he whispered to himself and began to wonder if the exorcism only required blood. It was already to late and he felt his body become overwhelmed with a power evil enough to make Satan saintly. Din nearly fell to the ground and a black fog surrounded and swirled around him as a hideous transformation occurred. 'I should have known that it would be too easy just to drink the blood of a newborn...' were his last thoughts before the transformation. (Which left him as shown below.) http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/d...393a/1zaru.jpg |
((It's ok))
Ana took her time walking back to her home. She was glancing around and enjoying her new sight. She founf herself spying on her neighbors. She giggled when she caught Mr. Johnson sleeping with a woman who wasn't his wife. Peple are so interesting she thought lazily. Had her gaming really blinded her from all of this. Anna saw the gardener from earlier again. She couldn'y hold back the smirk and so danced over to him. Her hips swaying. When the man noticed her she waved seductively. "Evening Sir, what are you up to?" Ana nibbled her lip and tilted her head tot he side in a ditsy fashion. "Nothing much, just mowing. What is a pretty thing like you doing out her by yourself? It's starting to get dark." She gave Ana a lopsided grin that expose one of his dimples. Ana just kept up her charade and approached him. He hands snaked around his neck. "You what they say about night, don't you." He leaned into her without hesitation. "No, what to they say." Anna pulled him down a little more so she could get more access to his ears. She lightly placed her lips against his lobe. "The freaks come out." Anna fangs grew and she plunged them into his jugular while dragging both their bodies into the bushes. No one would be interutping her this time. |
The freaks come out.... How true it was for Din at the moment. Or what had become of Din. His true spirit felt as if it was an a cage and the once thought as exorcised demon loomed around to get a feel for it's surroundings. "It's been a long time since I've felt what it's like to walk amongst the living again," rumbled his deep voice and he flexed his fingers, balling them into a fist and then stretching them out. "You thought you killed me so long ago, Din, but I warned you I would return and I love revenge." The hell-based creature walked the streets in the direction of Din's house. "I will take away everything dear to you."
When Ana felt the man's struggling cease and the blood flow become non-existent she sighed and sat up. Her hands were on the gardeners' strong chest providing a leverage. His eyes were lifeless as the stared into an empty space in shock. "You poor bastard. You never saw it coming." Anna chuckled humorously. She scratched the place where her bites were noticeable incase someone saw the body. You couldn't have the public noticing them. Ana glanced at her surroundings and found that no one was out at the moment. Using her strength and speed she hoisted the man onto her shoulders and ran back to her house. She dumped him into the trunk of her car and sped down to the river bank. Ana looked around for something heavy eoung to keep him weighed down.
Once she did she tied it to his neck and tossed him into the river with a loud splash. "There we go." She smiled innocently she she got back into her car. She tapped the steering wheel wondering where she would go next. Anna decided to drive around some more before heading home for the night. She would tell Din of her muder tomorrow. |
The monster walked out of the last of Din's friend's house. Blood was stained on the walls of all of his friends and family. He had killed them all. The fiend had no inkling of Ana's existence and meaning to him, so he left her, but wouldn't let Din be so lucky. The thing flew out of Din instantly as a smoky phantom and turned to glare at Din, who was now on his knees gasping for air. "Your debt is almost settled," the ghost rumbled and then flew past Din to cut open multiple spot of his body. He was caught of guard and still out of air as he felt searing pain. Blood shot and dripped everywhere as Din fell to the ground to bleed out. "It's done," the ghost said and disappeared.
As Ana laid on her bed playing her video game a sudden shot of pain erupted grom her abdomen. When she looked down there was nothing there. It was an unbareably stabbing feeling. She groaned in pain until it finally stopped. Ana huffed and panted as she shakily stood to her feet and went downstairs for a glass of water. When she finally had enough control of herself she began to ponder what the sudden attack was about. She paced around her kitchen trying to go through multiple possibilities. Is it some strange side effect from the change?Ana thougth quizically. Then she realized her mind felt strangely empty but not in a ditsy way. She couldn't feel her lover in her head like she normally did. Ana tried calling out to him mentally a few times but nothing happened. Worry and panic imidiately seized her and she changed and ran to her car. Ignoring the speed limits she rushed off to his home to see what she could find.
Blood pumped from his wounds and he felt as if he couldn't move even if he tried. This thought was disproved when he saw a speeding car round a corner violently and rushing straight towards him. Din forced himself onto his knees and threw himself out of the street and into the driveway of Lilith's now lifeless house. He yelled in pain at the jostle and felt as if fire had been injected into his veins and arteries. His vision began to blur and he tried to picture what had possessed him and forced him to kill everyone. Din could see something familiar about the ghost, but he threw the picture from his mind as quickly as it had arrived because it only filled his head with images of the murders he had just committed and tears streamed his face while he thought of his dead parents.
Ana pulled into Din's driveway and glanced around the house. It was completely lifeless. There was no one around. The dorr looked like someone had broken in. Before Ana crossed the threshold she could smell the stench of blood but the smell was nothing compared to the amount of blood smeared around the house. It looked like someone had filmed a horror movie in their house. Ana covered her nose and mouth to keep from vomitting.
Ana though the worst as she searched the house for her missing lover. Si far she had found the father's body. His corpse was mangled adn looked beyond repair. Who did this? Ana thought as she fought back tears. She was entering the last room on her search when she saw Din's mom. Her eyes were wide from the shock of whoever killed her. She did not look as bad as his fther did. Ana gently closed the woman's eyes before leaving and following a small trail of blood. She firgured it would be easier than driving her car. She ran for a decent amount of time before she stumbled upon another house. She ran up the drive way when she heard the sounds of soft sobbing. She saw a bloodied body on the floor and she rushed over to it. She breathed a grear sigh of relief when Din's watery eyes met hers. She couldn't express in words how happy she felt to see him. But she really needed to find out what was going on. "Din, honey, what happened? Are you alright?" |
"No, I'm not alright. Do you think you would be if you were forced to kill your family and friends?" he choked out and leaned up for a moment, but fell back into his pool of blood. "I feel cold," he said before some kind of invisible force spread his wounds wider and he uttered another scream of pain as more blood rushed out. It was a rather pitiful sight and he felt his life and his dignity fade away. "That thing is still around here. Get away before it takes you too," he coughed up blood that stained his lips. His joints and ligaments felt severed from each other and he couldn't move at all now. He could only take short shallow breaths and look up at the blurred image that was Ana. Din could feel another transformation and a black cloud began to descend upon him. Before it could complete, though, the sound of a high-caliber gun shot erupted and a bullet flew through Din's head. Like the dream he had a few nights before, Lilith stood there with a smoking gun, bloody and panting.
"LILITH WHAT THE F***" Ana could only look at her boyfriend bleed out. She got of her knees and turned her hatelful glare towards Lilith. She saw the condition Lilith was in but it didn't matter. "Why the hell did you do this?" Ana's sight got blurry as she began to cry. Ana grabbed Lilith by her collar and snapped the wrist that held the gun. "Answer me." Her voice was shaky as she continued to scream at the other vampire.
"You fool! You know nothing of Din; Absolutely nothing! Even you, who has slept with him, doesn't even know the most intriguing thing about him. You can't kill him. Can't you hear his heart beat? You, who has been so close to it?" Lilith's voice was just as raspy as Din's and tears streamed her face while she struggled to get out of Ana's grip. "Ana, he's not a vampire. Can't you see that? Assume that because he looks nothing like one. Look at how beautiful we are and how much you have changed. Don't you think he would look just a little bit better if he was a vampire?"
Ana glared at Lilith. Not only did she shoot him but she was questioning their relationship. It was taking a lot of self control for Ana not to rip the girl's head off. "Don't question my relationship with him!" Ana shouted into her face. Ana was relieved to know that Din was not dead. But that did not make it okay for Lilith to go around putting bullets in his head. "I don't care if you if you gave him a small flesh wound. You. Do. Not. Touch. Him." Ana had never been this possessive before. Another thing she had said to her royally pissed her off. Din was absolutely gorgeous in Ana's eyes. How dare she insult him. "Din looks breath taking to me and that's all the truly matters." Her hand moved for the struggling girl's collar to her neck. She only applied a small amount of pressure. Nothing that could truly harm her. "You said he wasn't a vampire? What is he?"
"You underestimate me," Lilith growled and shoved Ana away. "I have no idea what he is and I've been closer to him than even you, so good luck finding out what he is." She wiped the blood from her arm and glared at her. "I'm happy to see you think he looks so nice because he looks disgusting in my eyes and the eyes of many other vampires. It's the main reason I denied our marriage set up for us by the king. I hope you really do love that filthy half-breed because you're all he's going to get and from how hot-headed you act, that goes for you too." Lilith flipped Ana the bird and walked away after spitting her venom at the both of them, as if she was never a friend of theirs.
Ana saw red for the first time in her life. She never wanted to hurt someone as bad as she did with Lilith. And hurt her she would. ANa had never been in a fight before but with the so called 'new' vampire strength Din was constantly bragging about she should atleast have a small shot. Ana took off in a full sprint after Lilith and tackled her to the hard concrete driveway. The stubborn, rude, and tactless bitch was going to get what was coming to her.
Din's eyes shot open and he cringed at the intense pain in his temple where he had been shot. Then he saw a terrible fight about to erupt. "Come on, Ana," and his arm looped around her waist and pulled her off her target. "You must control your temper and fighting her won't earn you anything, but I do thank you for your concern," he said and smiled at her. "I certainly didn't want to kill any of my friends and family, but now I know they were all posers like you, so I no longer care." Din glared at Lilith and before she could get to her feet, he backhanded her. "Let's go, Ana..."
Ana felt Din's arm wrap around her waist and she tried to make herself calm down. When Ana finally had reign over her emotions she heard Din mutter something near her ear then he suddenly back handed Lilith. Ana was in shock for a moment but she didn't really care. Lilith deserved what she got. Ana growled menacingly at her one more time before she walked away with Din's hand in hers.
After a few steps Ana turned and captured his lips in a mind blowing kiss. When she finally pulled away and cast a teasing glare at him. "Don't you eve scare me like that again. Do you have any idea how freaked I was when I saw you lying on the ground, or when that moron shot you.?" Tears were welling in her eyes but they never overflowed. She sniffled and smiled again. But the smile only lasted a second. Ana chewed on her lip nervously. She had a question she wanted to ask him but she wasn't she how to approach the situation. Her hand tightened around his. "Din, I know this isn't the right time but I can't help but feel nervous." Ana took her hand and nervously ran it through her hair. "Lilith said something that really stuck with me, what did she mean 'you are not a vampire?" |
Din pushed his fingers into the bleeding gash in his head and pulled out the remnants of the bullet and threw it into the bushes. "I'm sorry I scared you, but I didn't exactly want to transform and kill almost everyone I know, but she meant exactly how it sounds. I'm not a vampire... Well, not a purebred one anyway, or else I wouldn't be able to turn you. The other half of me is... Well, maybe it would be better if you didn't know. It's a little embarrassing and It's nothing important. You don't need to know." It was more than a little obvious that what he said would only fuel her curiosity.
"Din, do you not trust me?" Ana asked her face heating up from embarrassment. She felt silly asking such a stupid question. "I-I know you're afraid of whatever it is but I can't help you unless you tell me." She glanced up at him with pleading eyes. "You don't have to if you don't want to. I don't want you to think I am forcing you. I just want you to know that I am always here as long as you want me to be." Ana giggled and added, "And even when you don't like me. I'll be your own personal virus!" Ana stuck out her tongue playfully.
"Well that term wouldn't fit you perfectly because viruses are something that a person doesn't want and there isn't a time when I feel that way about you," Din poked her tongue and smiled. "I guess I owe you that information. After all you've been through around me and how much of a burden and trouble I've been, knowing what I am is the least you've earned. I'm half vampire and the other half of me is Yuan-Ti. It's a now extinct race of snake humans that used to roam the earth about 5 million years ago. Don't ask me how I'm part of the race because that's something I don't even know."
"What about your parents? Shouldn't your biological parents have something to do with it?" Ana rolled her eyes. "Honestly you cause me so much trouble." Ana huffed humorously and jabbed him in the side with her hip. "Din I really care about you and no matter what happens I'll always be here to bug you and complain about nonsense." Ana gave him a cheesey grin and then something Lilith had said struck her hard. A little green monster appeared in her mind. Her nails digged into her palms as she made a tight fist. She gritted and grinded her clench teeth and said, "You were in a relationship with Lilith?"
Din remained calm and gave a humorous smile. "It was an arranged marriage that I was forced into. I certainly didn't want to be with her and she felt the exact same for me tenfold. I'm puzzled she brought that up since that was eighty-two years ago..." He began to ponder until he remembered her first question. "My biological parents, whom are dead now, had nothing to do with it because I distinctly remember that they were both purebred, but I didn't turn out as such. Something wrong, Ana?"
Ana snorted and stubbornly turned her head in the other direction. "Of course nothing is wrong I was just curious about the woman's, and I use that term loosely, relationship with you." Ann calmed down a little and looked up at Din with a guilty expression. "I'm sorry about your parents no matter how long ago it was that you lost them. But maybe that can be a clue to whats going on. Did anything strange happened after their death?"
"If there is any tie between my parents and the troubles I've been experiencing lately, I wouldn't have a clue about it and there is no good reason for you to feel pity about what befell my parents. I already have all I will ever need." Din felt a feeling that could be explained as ones heart weeping or a gaping hole in the soul that longs to be filled. This melancholy emotion faded away into nothing when he put his arm tightly around her, resting his head against hers. "I love you, Ana."
