Din smiled. "I'm glad you liked it. My favorite color would be white, but you'd never guess it. It symbolizes purity. My favorite food is you," he said and kissed the tip of her nose. "Bless you by the way." Din noticed how lovely and shiny her eyes look. She looked so pretty when she was happy.

"Prevert." She mumbled under her breath as she tried to hide her blush. "Purity? I never thought about it that way. I wonder why I like blue so much?" Ana heard the bell ring and started pulling Din along to gym class. "Come one we're going to be late for gym. Oh! I got another one, your favorite sport?" Ana asked excitedly.

Din rolled his eyes when she began to pull him along. It would have been quite a humorous site to another vampire. "My favorite sport? Well... I'm an inside person so I can't say that I ever really take part in any sports unless I have to. Which is what gym does; make me play sports. But I do enjoy playing soccer more than the others. What's yours?"

"Swimming!" She didn't need anytime to think about it. "I like being in water. But of course my gaming comes first." She gave cheesey smile. Her father had taught her to swim when she was 6. Her parents had been home for two weeks, it was a small vacation. "My dad taught me. Aparently I had a spaz attack when he put me in the pool." Ana eyes gave off a distant look as it the scene was playing out before her. "Looks like its time to seperate." She said as they approached the locker room. "I'll see you after I change."

"Aww. You sure I can't join you?" he teased and walked into the boy's locker room and out in about three minutes. He refrained from wasting time talking to all the stupid and ignorant underclassmen. He was one of the first of those in the gym who were already dressed. He sat down in his roll call area and stared at his hands. Din did this to reflect and remember his past, but his attention shifted to Ana when he noticed her walking out. He never noticed how lovely her legs were until now when she was in her short gym shorts.

Ana dressed and tried to ignore the multiple glares and curious glances she was getting. Her stunt in the caffeteria was catching up to her. When she was putting way her things in her gym locker a group of three girls 'accidently' bumped into her and walked out. She let out an exasperated sigh and left the locker rooms. When she saw Din her smile came back immidiately. She sat down next to him and leaned into his side. "I wonder what we're doing today, I think we have a substitute."

"Maybe we can convince that me and you get our grade from lip exercises." Din laughed lightly and pulled her closer. He did his best to ignore the jealous glances and glares. They'll get over the fact that they can't have him and any guy making a move on her would sorely regret it. "Are those girls giving you trouble? They didn't seem to mind bumping into you earlier," he asked and pointed to a small group and was already contemplating how to get a little revenge.

"You saw that?" Ana hung head in shame. "I'm fine. They just want you is all." She gave him an encouraging smile. "I guess I should just keep rubbing it in their faces. There're just sour bullies." She kissed his cheek to distract him. The look he was giving the group of girls was slightly intimidating. She could almost see the gears turning in his head. "Revenge will solve nothing Din."

"Yes, but it will be quite enjoyable," Din looked at her with a cunning smile. "But I won't if you disagree." His devilish smile turned soft when she kissed him. "You always know how to get your way," he teased and pulled her into his lap to give her a kiss of his own. The others only took glances now, knowing there was little they could do about it.

Ana giggled into his kiss. She didn't want to break but she heard someone clear their throat. Thefirst itme she ignored it. But the second time she pulled away with a small pout. She turned to see the substitute standing across from them.

"This is gym not a brothel." With the man walked away and began doing a head count.

"Brothel?" Ana rolled her eyes and stood. "Come on lover boy. We need to participate in human unneeded activities."

Din felt a little devious and looked up at the angered substitute and said, "Your just jealous because you haven't been laid in longer than I've been alive." He knew that the reaction was going to be priceless and he did his best to hold in the laughter. 'This should be good...'

"Oh Lord." Ana hung her head andwatched as the teacher stopped his count and turned on them. "Din, what the hell are you thinking?" She whispered harshly.

The coach laughed softly. "Nice to see a kid who actually has some balls these days. We are going outside today." The coach turned and left, while Din stood there with a triumphant smile on his face and stared at Ana. "See? I got everything under control," he said and gave her a peck on the lips.

Ana sighed and moved along. "Yah, I see." Ana stepped into the sunlight and winced. Switching from florescence to natural burns. She tossled her black hair and kept walking o her gym teacher.

Din walked outside and was greeted by an unyielding and bright sun. He covered his eyes for a moment and grumbled at the pain of how quickly the amount of light changed. A student decided to make fun of him in his "solar defense" state and pushed him. "Awww poor little vampire boy!" he teased and swiftly received a backhand to the left cheek from the "poor vampire boy." The smack caught a fair amount of his nails, which slashed the boy's face and drew blood. "Don't call me that," Din said darkly.

"Oh my god!" Ana looked dumb founded and students began to gather around Din and the bleeding boy. "Din..." She approached him carefully. The look in his eyes was scaring her. "Din, lets just skip today okay?" Ana reached towards his face and gave him a gentle stroke. "We can go and visit your band? You said you haven't done that in a while?"

It was as if someone had pumped about a thousand milligram sedative into his blood stream when she stroked his face and spoke softly to her. Din's foul mood quickly changed into pure bliss. "Sure," he murmured and smiled at her. He was a fool for Ana and the imprint only deepened the feelings. Din took a hold of her hand and walked away with her. "Would you like to change first? You look lovely, but I'm sure that look doesn't suit you," he said and his eyes trailed down to her legs.

"You sure? I thought I looked cute." Ana said in a teasing tone as she walked off with giving an extra swing in her steps. "Gimme a sec." Ana changed her clothes and walked out to see Din. She dangled her car keys infront of his blood red eyes. "Can you drive?"

"Come now Ana. Do you think that I would drive when I can teleport from one place to another. Driving to me is both absurd and obsolete, but to answer your question, yes I can drive." Din let his eyes take in her appearance and was starting to regret mentioning changing clothes. "Maybe I should start picking out your clothes," he winked and rolled her shirt up and exposed her mid-drift. "Because for a nerd, you have quite the body."

Ana blushed and pushed his hands down. "Mr. Tsoni I am not a nerd." She pushed up her glasses. "Just because I'm near sighted, like video games, and don't like the outdoors does not make me a nerd." She puffed her cheeks and pouted. "Pervert." She muttered teasingly and stuck out her tongue and ran to her car.

"I'm the pervert when you are yet to pull your shirt back down?" he countered and followed her to the car. "I think you are going to like the band and we play a lot of music. Our drummer, Jack, sometimes raps and I think you will get along well with Liara. She likes games as much as you do." He sent out a telepathic message, that worked much like an email, that they should all meet at his house. "You'll even get to meet my parents too."

Ana stopped so fast she almost tripped over herself. "She fixed her shirt and turned on him. "Y-your p-p-parents. As in mommy and daddy?" Ana suddenly felt the weakness of earlier this morning creeping back up on her. She coughed violently. "I don't feel so good maybe I should go home?" It came out like a question. She was trying to convince herself of her illness. "Yup, home sounds nice. Drinking fluids. Lots of rest." Ana was scared at the thought of his Mother and Father. What if they didn't approve? "Din, I shouldn't be at your house. I am so scared, what if they don't like me? Or I make a horrible impression on your friends, or..." Ana began to list the worst possible situations. This meeting could go so wrong.

"Ana, vampires are a lot more understanding than humans and even more understanding than you think. Also, I'm the only one of my family and friends that have a little trouble controlling a thirst for blood. Don't be scared. You'll like them!" he said and opened the car door for her. "My parents have wanted to meet you for awhile. They're certainly curious when I take a liking to someone."

"You've been talking about me?" Ana sat in the passenger seat and pulled her knees undeneath her chin. "They don't think I'm weird?" Ana turned to rest on her cheek. "And what do you mean by blood lust. You only fed on me once. And you slapped a kid today until he was bleeding and you seemed okay."

"No, they read my mind sometimes. And that's my point. You see my reaction to blood and have to keep in mind that I react the worst to it. I guarantee you'll be fine. Just give them a chance," he said and started the car. A moment ago, he was telling her how much he didn't rely on cars and how useless to him they seemed, but now he was driving one.
