"So where dio you stay?" Dustan asked Sophia, she pointed towards her little house not far away from the park. He smiled, "It's nice. I''m over on Chester, Penthouse...that's the big room on the top right?"
Sophia nodded. "Sounds nice, closer to Heaven, eh?"
"Yeah..." He smiled and then again brought up Kiri, "Why did she run?"

"I'd be a bit worried too, if I was outnumbered by the enemy race." Sophia stated the obvious.
"By the Council of Luminus, it has been firbidden to have a friendly relation with Demons. Corrupt and savage, you should know that." Dustan said.

Walking past her house Sophia decided to be sly, an attribute strange to an Angel and opted to offer Dustan to go get a coffee...
*we are going to starbucks! say something now! lol *

In all of that, Kiri had almost forgotten her mission. It seemed rather pointless now. Even f she did manage to befriend an angel, it's not like she could actually carry out her orders. Her guess was that the other demons had simply wanted to get rid of her, so they sent her on an impossible task. She sipped her coffee. She had never felt so miserable.

"She's up to something." Dustan pointed at Kiri as the two of them wandered into the Coffee shop. "Can you not feel it in the aura?"
"I do, but it was so weak during the time we spent in the mall. I shook it off expecting it was just an urge to shoplift." Sophia explained.

Kiri looked up sharply when Sophia and that other angel walked in. Had they followed her there? It made her angry the way they had ruined her day. And the feeling that she was unable to complete her mission. It made her feel useless. But was she going to give up? It was a lot riskier with two angels. If they found out what her ultimate goal was, she probably wouldn't stand a chance outnumbered. Unless she took one of them hostage...
She wasn't going to let a lowlife angel like him get in her way. She wondered if she should go join them? But then again, it looked like they were on a date. She didn't really want to interrupt that... for some reason.

Sophia's favourite little waitress came to their table and asked them for their order. Sophia smiled as she saw every human woman in the place cross their legs very tightly and grin when Dustan grinned as he ordered.

Had they even noticed her? Of course they had, they were angels. It would be impossible for them not to. So they were choosing to ignore her? She couldn't really blame Sophia for that, she supposed sulkily. After all, what kind of an angel would choose to spend time with a demon rather than one of her own kind. Kiri stood up to leave, but before she left found herself doing a very strange thing. She paid for her coffee.

Dustan smile made Sophia feel a little put out, he was far more beautiful than she. However, she loved the smile, didn't want it to go away. Sophia caught a glimpse of Kiri paying for her coffee and spluttered with a sip of coffee. "Oh, Jeebus!"

What was she doing? She'd acted on a random impulse. Kiri hadn't even realised that she actually had money in her pocket, since she never used it. She grabbed her bags and was about to leave when she suddenly felt the urge to buy another coffee.

"What's wrong with you?" Dustan laughed watching Sophia clean up the coffee on her sleeve. Then he followed her stare and saw the Demon buying another coffee.
"Wait, she's paying for it?" Dustan quizzed.

Kiri sat down again and caught the two angels looking at her. She ignored them.

"Dustan..? We Angels, have we got it wrong?" Sophia muttered looking at his big blue eyes and almost forgetting her point. He looked confused, "Got what wrong?"
"We are to be forgiving and give everyone a second chance to prove us or correct us. With Demons we just assume they are blood hungry because the first of their kind were exiled to hell and Tartarus. We write them off as evil because they dont live in the clouds. Why do we do such things?"
Dustan was slightly speechless, he went to say something then swallowed his words.

Kiri gave up on ignoring them when they were clearly talking about her, and she got up and sat down at their table.
"If you have something to say about me, Angels, then say it to my face."

"Actually, Demon, she was putting our karma into rebalance. Somethign an Angel does not do for Pride, or atleast most Angels." Dustan put Kiri in her place and smiled at Sophia.

"Well don't you have a stick up your ass," said Kiri, mockingly immitating his voice as she said it. She took a sip of her coffee. She really didn't like his type.

"Well, Kiri. I was just debating why we are against each other, Race wise. You obviously heard from the migration to this table." Sophia smiled, trying to be friendly.

"We are against each other because we're different," said Kiri. "People don't like people who are different. Well. most don't, anyway."

"No, Demon, we would not have a problem with your kind if you didn't murder for pleasure." Dustan muttered. Sophia shook her head.

"And maybe I wouldn't have a problem with you if you didn't judge so quickly," Kiri countered. "You only met me today. Have you seen me kill anyone?"

"That is a point, Dustan. She has frightened a poor bloke staring at me and her...that can be classed as perving in the fashion he was looking with. So that's classed as defence. She hasn't killed anyone." Sophia smiled lightly. Dustan rolled his eyes at Sophia, "You are a Angel that is ffaarr too kind."

"And even if I did indeed kill someone today," said Kiri, because, while it was true that that day she had not killed a single person, she had indeed murdered many in the past. "Who are you to say that's bad? You have your own set of morals and expect everyone else to follow them, something I find quite selfish. So don't all high and mighty, Mr Stick-up-the-ass-Angel."

"Kiri, not to side up but do quiet down a smidge you're both scaring and confusing the Humans. The only thing I will say in this matter is that I don't understand justifying killing a innocent. Howver, punishment to the sinners of the highest standard is considered in my morals acceptable, but yet, innocent until proven guilty." Sophia said quietly enough for them to hear, Angels and Demons had amazing hearing abilities.
