"Maybe we should...oh." Tzal paused, frowning. Then, he scuttled over to the door and pulled it open.
Lawrence was standing there, looking shocked. He'd been about to knock. "...Um...before Wyatt finds me, can you guys take me back to school?" He sounded hesitant. |
William watched as Tzal moved over to the door and opened it his arm resting on his knees as he sat there. He raised an eyebrow at Lawrence’s request. “are you planning on talking to josh or just going for your school work? If it’s the school work we could just go get it for you.” slowly he pushed himself up he pulled off his shirt and stretched.
(( he is being weird don’t ask)) |
Lawrence chewed his lip. "I'm afraid to go and talk to him. I think I'll need back-up..." he admitted, embarrassed. "Wyatt won't let me leave if he finds out what I'm up to, so can we go quickly?"
|
Smiling triumphantly William throw on his shirt and quickly strode towards Lawrence. “it is never wrong to need backup. Going into something like this… have backup is the best thing there is.” Out of thin air he pulled a cloak and tossed it over Lawrence before walking by. “Hay Tzal I think I need to go get some stuff from school want to come along?” when the cloak had fallen on Lawrence he had disappeared, but he was in truth still there. Had it been after sunset he would have shown up like a ghost. But with the sun still in the sky he was not to be seen. William was quick walking down the hall to the main door. “Hay thinks for having us, we may be back later tonight for Seymour. Thanks for the breakfast and all Aric.”
|
Aric peered out at him as he left. "Bye, come again soon!"
Lawrence followed William silently, trying to remain inconspicuous. He wasn't aware that he was invisible. Tzal followed them, eagerly. |
“Will have to come back. You make the best food in the area.” William smiled and held to door so that everyone passed through before he did. Because the spell was his he could see Lawrence’s siloeta and if Tzal was open to their link he could to but no one else would. Making sure that no one was watching them go William smiled and spoke near Lawrence’s ear. “You get in the car first before Tzal but be careful so that no one see. You’re not quite see able right now but if you do something that is noticeable then they will see it.” looking over at Tzal William frowned, ~open the door for Lawrence as if your looking for something.~ “hay did you remember to take that crap out of the back that you put in there. I don’t want to have to clean it off the seat if it melts dear.”
|
"Perhaps I did..." Tzal opened the back door, taking William's advice.
Lawrence slid in, quickly. He wanted to get out as quickly as possible. He was afraid of Wyatt's reaction, since he could be quite overprotective. |
Sitting into the drives seat William sighed. “if you cant find it we will just have to make sure when we get back to school. I don’t want to be late getting there.” He patted the seat beside him in front and waited for Tzal to get into the car.
|
Tzal closed the back door and went to sit by William, shifting. He was ready to leave. "All right. I suppose I will look in our room once we get back."
|
Driving as safely as he could without catching any ones eye, William looked over at Tzal then back at Lawrence. “ at the light up here you can take off the cloak dear. I don’t think he noticed that you were gone but he soon will. Would you like me to lay down a few tricks that will slow him down as he trys to get to the school?”
|
"Please do...I love Wyatt, but he's overprotective and takes things too far sometimes..." When they reached the light, Lawrence pulled the cloak off.
|
On their ride back to the school William said a few words or he tapped a few buttons on the dash of the car. Each time odd sounds came from the back of the car. “These will only trigger if he passes by. They won’t harm anyone just slow him down some.” Reaching back at one of the lights William patted Lawrence on the knee. “don’t worry we will work everything out.”
|
Lawrence sighed. On the ride over, he seemed to have lost some confidence.
Tzal seemed to notice this. He looked at William with concern in his eyes. ~...What are we going to do? We have to get them to confront each other, and neither of them is strong...we will have to provide a lot of back-up...~ |
~do not worry, I think that once Josh sees him he will feel much better. It is only going to take some time for them to get close again. Maybe he will lay with him for part of the night but not all the night.~ William smiled a small smile.
|
~I hope so.~ Tzal was frowning. ~I hate to be so blatantly rude about it, but I think I have had enough of drama for...the rest of the year.~ He perked up once they reached the school.
|
~I think I have had enough drama for the next few years not just this year.~ holding out his hand to Lawrence William smiled. “would you mind handing me the cloak?”
|
Lawrence extended his arm out, the cloak clutched in his hand. He pushed up his glasses, nervously, even though they didn't need to be pushed up. He seemed quite out of his element.
|
William took the cloak then pulled Lawrence into his arms. Tilting him slightly back he lend in as if he was trying to kiss Lawrence. “Relax you’re going to do find, and with this he is not going to even feel remotely afraid.” Standing back up he let Lawrence go then pulled Tzal into his arms. “Now love let us take this little love bird up to his nest mate.”
|
Lawrence had tensed up, like he was going to punch him in the face, but thankfully, William pulled away before he could.
Tzal clung to William, contently. "Let's." |
Above them Josh had seen all that had happened in the parking lot. Or all that William had wanted him to see. He was seathing that William would take his friend and kiss him in such a public place. His fear that Lawrence would blame him for what had happened was completely out of his mind as he dashed down the last set of stairs trying to reach the door. He did not want this to take place in the school but if they walked in he was not going to hold it back.
Both Tzal and Lawrence would feel Josh’s anger and need to protect Lawrence. |
Lawrence, sensing him coming, attempted to scurry away, out of fear.
Tzal, who'd been expecting that, grabbed his arm, attempting to hold him back. "Agh...damn it. Help?" he asked William, softly. He'd been feeling Lawrence's fear, quite powerfully, for some reason...and also for some time. |
Lifting Lawrence up into a bridal carry he turned to wait for Josh. He had a small smile on his face, a mischief smile. He knew what Josh would want to do to him, even more when he saw Lawrence in his arms. But what he had planed would stop that in its tracks.
As Josh stomped out of the front doors his eyes grew larger with outrage at willliam. Storming over he started to raise his hand to slap William only to have William dump Lawrence into his arms. “here you have him, we were told to bring him back he was fretting to much.” Josh’s whole manner changed and he pulled Lawrence close to him. something in him wanted to keep Lawrence close to him and safe from all the worlds harm. |
Lawrence was tempted to kick William, but didn't have time to before he was dropped into Josh's arms. He curled up into Josh's embrace, silent. He wouldn't say anything just yet, not until Josh was ready to talk.
Tzal sniffed, stretching his arms out. Something felt off to him, but he wasn't quite sure what it was. |
Looking over Lawrence’s shoulder Josh gave a low throated growl to William before burying his face into Lawrence’s neck. “I am sorry for what I have done to you Lawrence, will you forgive me?” josh held him just tight enough that it was clear that he feared that if he let go Lawrence would disappear and not return to him. “I tried to talk to you but Wyatt would not let me, he hung up.”
~you ok love?~ William ran his hand through Tzal hair as he watched Josh. he was not surprised that he got growled at but he still worried that he still had his work cut out for him. There was a darkness in josh that had not been there before, and Adam was to blame for this. |
"Yeah..." Lawrence's voice was quiet. "I didn't want to talk to you over the phone. I wanted to talk to you in person. I didn't tell Wyatt that, but he knew, since we've been friends for so long..." Lawrence wasn't upset. He was just worried about Josh.
Tzal looked around slowly, frowning. ~Something feels...off. I'm not quite sure what it is. We should keep our eyes open.~ |
