Akio slowly took his hand back as he looked at Tala a bit. "Did you ever think...that we could take him?" he asked with his frown coming back as he slowly began to look away from her as well. He felt a bit sorry for her having to hold the secert from him now since he knew already from the pain he had to go through, how strong that demon really was. "You have to learn to forgive yourself....b-before you expect me to forgive you.." he said as he jumped off the stool and began to walk away with a frown on his face. He really wanted to help her at this point realizing how bad she felt, but he really meant what he said and wanted her to stop feeling so bad about herself.

Tala jumped off her stool as Akio started walking away. She qiuckly walked up behind him and grabbed his hand. "Don't go," she said softly but firmly, her eyes pleading him to stay. "I didn't think I could have taken him before, he never seemed to be caught off guard by my transformations as easily before. But you, you were a whole different person out there, I know you could take him on your own after seeing that but it would just be a matter of if you were you when the fight was done." Her body language read that she was recovering, but it was more that since she had found someone somewhat like her she didn't want to let them go. It was like a safety blanket knowing that she wasn't the only one tricked by the demon.

Akio slowly turned his head back slightly to look at Tala's eyes as he noticed how she really wanted him to stay. At first he didnt say anything since he wasnt really sure what to say, his eyes widened from her telling him about the demon. "Just because I've changed...doesnt mean...he wont come back....Just stay here...I have to face him, I have to kill him." He said as turned around and placed his hands onto her waist leaning down to kiss her lips gently. "even though...you may have betrayed me....I cant seem to stop caring for you..." he said quietly as he leaned to her ear for a moment. "I love you....Tala." he whispered to her turning around and walking out of the kitchen heading to the front door.

The action didn't seem to faze the angel, it did but her mind couldn't really process it, the words were odd for her. She knew what they meany but she never heard of such feelings coming in such a short time. Akio was walking away, and as stubborn as the angel was she followed him. "Like I said, I'm not letting you lose yourself and besides I'm not helpless if you haven't figured that out," she told him defiantly, the look in her eyes dared him to tell her that she couldn't go. The odds of her listening to that anyway was practically zero. She knew what she had to do anyway and she was going to make sure that it got done.

Akio sighed quietly as he just contiued to walk away until he finally opened the front door and left, he didnt really say anything to her while she followed him from behind though. He walked into the forest until he reached the plains where he had fought the demon before as he stared up at the night sky with his eyes closing. I was so close....so close.... he thought as he clentched his fists feeling the night breeze against his body. "dont get in the way....next time..." he said with a bit of a cold tone as he slowly glanced back at her with a frown.

"You just worry about yourself," Tala retorted, her tone just as cold as his. Perhaps it wasn't her that was unfamiliar with the term love because whenever she saw someone in love, they never seemed to act like that. Her wings were back up, folded behind her back as she casually clasped her hands behind her head. It was like she wasn't worried about the fight they were looking for, she wasn't really. After all, the last time the demon didn't seem to stand a chance in beating them so what would be so different now?

Akio gave a little grin as he nodded and looked back forward of the plains and contiued to walk across the plains. "Go back to the house...I will be back soon...I must.....train." he said as he looked around the area for a moment to see what he could use as a dummy for his fists. Hmm...guess the trees will have to do... he thought as he slowly walked up to one and test it out by knocking on it with his knuckle.

Tala watched him for a moment, her hands on her hips and weight shifted to one side. "You know you can hit a tree all you want but that's not gonna make you any stronger," she stated boredly as she out stretched her wings to releave the tight muscles. At that point it was clear that she wasn't leaving, like she didn't think his tree training would do any good if the demon were to show up. She wasn't even sure where all of this was coming from from the fallen angel.

Akio didnt listen to what Tala said since he really didnt care about what kind of training he was going to go through from punching a tree. He closed his eyes as he took a deep breath for a moment and reopened them slowly as he pulled his fist back punching the tree with full force and breaking every single tree that was behind the one in front. The force was only able to make it a quater of a mile from the spot where he punched as he cracked his knuckles and shook his head. "Hmph. I've gotten weaker." Akio said to himself as he begean to feel as if the feelings he had for Tala still were getting in the way of his strength. I wish I never met her!! Then I wouldnt have lost!!

Tala shook her head and sighed as she lay down beside a nearby tree, her arms folded under her head. "Stationary targets, yes those are always the best to train on when you want to fight a demon," she said sarcastically as she closed her eyes. She was trying to get Akio mad, he had fought well in that state before. She was also thinking that if she managed enough then she would be able to get him to agree to fight with her; it would have been better training at least. Yet with all her talk she remained calm, just a taunt that was all she needed. That and to not be impressed by his power, though she knew if he were in the same state as before those trees wouldn't stand a chance.

Akio slowly looked back at Tala as his anger was growing widely inside him, he didnt realize how angry he was getting as he bit down onto his lower lip. At first he didnt say anythign trying to keep himself calm. Dont lose your mind...dont lose your mind... he said taking several deep breaths and contiuing to train on destroying the trees. Just ignore her Akio.....just ignore her...she doesnt matter...

"You're losing control aren't you?" Tala then asked as though she could sense the change just from the silence. "Don't think you can beat the demon again if you can't control your emotions. You have to anticipate that he knows you're coming after him again. He's not gonna be so easy to beat next time." She didn't bother opening her eyes, it would be evident enough when she had managed to push Akio over the edge. Sure she felt bad for doing it but she didn't want his emotions to get the better of him.

Akio began to bite down onto his lower lip when he realized that he couldnt stand his anger being held down anymore, he quickly turned around as his eyes were filled with the same anger he was when he was hitting the demon from before. "Shut up!!!" he yelled loudly clentching his fists tightly. "You dont understand how I feel!!! You will never understand how I feel!!!" he yelled as he was holding back his tears of both anger and sadness.

Tala stood up slowly that point letting out a sigh. And just like that the fallen had reached his breaking point. The angel's eyes were soft as she looked at them, but were still stern almost like that of a teacher. "Losing your temper that easily is not going to help you," she said softly. "I can help you if you let me, I can learn to understand you if you let me. All of this depends on if you want me to help you and then if you let me. You can't do this on your own and I want to make things right."

Akio was still filled with blind rage as he looked at Tala basically giving him a lecture. "Shut up!!! I dont want your help!! Just leave!" he yelled as he suddenly fell to the ground on his knees as he punched the floor from the pain of his anger. With one punch on the ground the entire ground seemed to shake in fear from the distance while the spot where he was at created a large crater with him in the middle making it bigger and bigger as he contiued to punch.

The demon had heard the screaming and punching as he jumped onto a tree branch nearby glaring down at him. "Well....looks like someone's angry." he said quietly to himself as he refused to jump down and fight him considering the demon hadnt fully recovered after their last fight and how angry Akio was at this point.

Tala casted the angel an unappreciative look. "Fine, I will go but don't expect to be completely welcome if you decide to come back," she retorted bitterly before turning her back to him and taking a few steps. "Oh, and good luck fighting the demon." She had been trying to help, but perhaps some things she had heard about the fallens were true. She wasn't going to push the subject though so rather than furthering his rage the green haired girl began walking once again. This wasn't her fight after all; she had made her choice when it came to Akio's fate and that ruined her chance of her previous reward.

Akio didnt look at Tala leave as he slowly stopped punching the ground and turned around without a word. She acts as if I should care... he thought as he clentched his fists tightly slowly starting to make them bleed as his wings began to flutter uncontrolably in the darkness. "I know your watching...come out..." he said with his head down toward the demon as he slowly began to close his eyes trying to lower his hatred for everyone and everything at this point.

The demon grinned as he tilted his head and jumped down into the crater staring at Akio with him shifting his weight over to one side. "Well...that was a bit cold..dont you think?...shunning her off like that?" he asked as he slowly began to walk toward Akio.

"Dont take another step closer to me!!!" Akio yelled back with pure anger as his wings felt like they were burning on his back. "lets just finish this fight....here and now.." he said as he slowly looked up with his eyes full of a slight bit of darkness and seeming evil.

"And so the fight begins," Tala sighed to herself as she continued her slow walk back towards her home. "He will lose himself if he does this and yet he doesn't seem to care." She then shook her head, rubbing her temples for a moment. "If he doesn't care then there should be no reason for me to care and then maybe these verbal talks with myself could end." The angel then rolled her eyes before tilting her head back to the night sky. Akio was going to be at a disadvantage at this point, at least that was how many spoke of demons and their powers.

The demon grinned as he tilted his noding a bit. "So.....your almost there...arent you?...just a little longer..." he said knowing what would happen if Akio was already a fallen and if his anger or sadness completely took over his sanity. He knew for a fact if this contiued not only will Akio be a fallen angel forever, but as well as a demon himself.

Akio looked at the demon with his anger getting stronger within him. "Die...d-die....DIE!!" he yelled charging at the demon blinded by anger. "I'll kill you!!" he yelled pulling a punch back and right about to hit his face, but as he was about to make contact, the demon grabbed his fist and threw him to one of the crater walls.

"You'll never beat me...why cant you get that through your head and accept your fate?" The demon reponded tilting his head to the side as the dust from Akio hitting the wall slowly disappeared, it showed him kneeling on the floor slowly grinning and his right wing completely black.

Tala finally stopped, a little voice was calling to her at the back of her mind. She groaned as she looked at the ground. "Yeah, I suppose it wouldn't be wise to leave him would it?" She asked aloud, almost as if that little voice had actually spoken to her. She scuffed her feet on the ground for a few moments before looking back over her shoulder. "What good can I do though? I already ticked him off, it's not like I can help the kid." She then rubbed her temples with her index fingers before turning around completely and starting to walk back. "Alright, alright, I'm going," she grummbled before an alerted look came to her face.

She wasn't sure what was going on but something didn't seem quite right. The angel started running and soon after that her wings had picked her up off the ground and were propelling her back to where she had left Akio. It didn't take her long to get there and see what the panic was about her eyes widened as she saw the demon once again. "You leave him be!" She yelled at the creature. Though she hadn't landed on the ground she hovered but a few feet away from the males.

Akio kept grinning as he let his only black wing spread out widely until all the smoke from the debris disappearing looking at the demon and noticing how he was ignoring him for the moment, Akio looked up at Tala hovering above them as he was frowning deeply with anger. "Why are you here?!?!" he yelled with a slightly demonic voice overlapping his own.

The demon heard the darkening voice coming from Akio as he grinned knowing that he was almost done changing into a demon himself, he just looked at Tala though as he was grinning now. "Why do you care what happens to him?....I havent even done anything...he is doing this on his own free will." he said with a little laugh pointing over at Akio's second wing slowly being covered in darkness just like the first.

Tala shot a dark glare to the demon and his comment before saying, "You were the one that started all of this so do not think that you are not to blame." She then sighed as she looked sadly at the half fallen. She then landed and began walking up to Akio slowly. "Yet to say that I am not guilty as well would be far from the truth." She then stopped so that there toes were just inches a part. Stepping back she knelt before the chaning fallen, her head down. "Akio, please forgive what it is I have done to you," she asked, her voice calm and serious yet completely sincere as to the apology. "I tried to help you avoid becoming what it is you were hunting, but it was my own pushing that caused this." The green haired girl then shook her head as she slowly stood back up. After a few moments she looked into Akio's eyes, almost as if she were seeing them for the first time. Her brows furrowed together slightly as she lifted a hand and placed it lightly on his cheek saying, "You have so much good in you Akio, so much light. Don't let it be burned out so easily, your goals lost." She then swallowed slowly before whispering, "Your parents wouldn't want this."

When the demon saw and heard how Tala was apologizing and trying to change Akio back he grinned beginning to laugh a bit manically. "Do you really think your going to change him back?!" he yelled with his laugh as he couldnt seem to hold any bit of it down letting out as much of his laughter ever, he knew for a fact that it was because of him that all of this was mostly happening because he was the one to kill Akio's parents causing him to lose his mind.

When Akio felt Tala's hand on his cheek, he didnt seem to move any longer as he just looked at her with his slowly changing demonic expression. This was the closest he was going to get to sanity since he usually would go nuts and would've hit her if he still was changing and losing his mind. "Ta-t-Tala......" he said with a calm and slightly pained tone.

A slow, small smile came to Tala's face though it was wavering slightly. Her eyes traced his face quickly; she was getting to him, barely but she had. Her hand slid from his cheek and went back, around his neck as her other arm wrapped around him, just under his changing wings. "Don't do this Akio," she whispered, her voice quivering with the threat of tears. "I couldn't bare to see you like this and I may not know you half as well as I want to, but I know this isn't you." She pulled herself closer to him, pretty much as close as she could without going through him. She rested her head under his chin where she was still able to hear his heart beating. He was still there, at least at that moment.

Akio kept looking at Tala with his eyes slowly beginning to widen from her touching his cheek at first. He didnt say much as he gasped for a second when he felt her pull herself closer to his body. He slowly reached up with his hands as he moved his wings over his head and over her head as well. He didnt say anything as he just reached up with his hand placing it onto her cheek as well.

The demon was speechless when he saw what was happening to Akio, noticing how his wings completely stopped changing. What the hell!? Wh-w-why did the transformation stop?! he thought getting angier then usual. "What are you doing Akio?! Kill her!! She betayed you!! She was just another person in the plot to kill your parents and she got you to me so you would die!!!" he yelled even though Akio didnt hear a single word at this point of what the demon was saying.
