Feeling the touch on her cheek, Tala slowly pulled away so she could look him in the eye. She then held a hand out to him and it began to glow that same blue as when it had healed him. "Come, let's end this Akio," she said softly as her eyes remained locked on his, her other arm dropped to her side. "Let's make sure that this demon can't hurt anyone anymore." Her eyes were serious and unlike Akio, she could hear the demon. She was tired of his kind taken advantage of those willing to them. She wasn't sure what good it would really do but at least it was something that could help Akio.

Akio looked down at Tala's hand as he tilted his head slowly reaching for it and touching it. He nodded slightly still looking into her eyes as he glanced up at the demon and began to glare at him while his wings began to change slowly back to their normal brightly white color."You almost turned me once already....I wont let that happen again..." he said with a quiet whisper.

The demon frowned deeply looking at at Akio and Tala holding hands now at this point as he bit down onto his lower lip. "Your so weak Akio.....you would let your hatred be overcome by such weak feelings such as this?" he asked taking one step backwards as he clentched his fists tightly burning them up with pure black flames. "I'm giving you one last chance...come with me...and all this power..will be yours." he said showing his hands burning with black flames.

Tala watched Akio for a moment, a smile coming to her face when she took him hand. She slowly turned and look at the demon, no long all that phased by what the demon could do. "I think you have been spreading your lies for far too long Artemis," she said without hesitation. "I was once foolish enough to believe you and your powers but they come with many drawbacks." She held her free hand out, palm up, though she never removed her eyes from the demon. That had began glowing and she continued talking, "I once thought that you could help me, but that was a lie. Yet, by the graces of Micheal, the Great Arch Angel, what you could not restore has been restored and I thank my brother for that.

"Yet even with that, I am not all that I appear to be," she then snapped her fingers and the glowing orb appeared above her glowing free hand. "You noticed that before, just as I noticed your so-called 'power' is merely an illusion." Her eyes were almost dead, though they were giving him more of a challenging look. The blue light began spreading over the rest of her body, her face remaining calm. "Humans all share one trait; they never want evil to win, that is white in battles of light and dark, light always wins. It is your choice Artemis, I will allow you to flee like the cowardly creature you are, or you can fight and see what sort of fate lies in wait for all of us."

Akio looked at Tala and how she was basically threating the demon as his eyes widened a bit. "So.....pick." he said glaring over at he demon as well, noticing how he was getting furious at both Tala and Akio at this point. "Stay and die....or leave with your life."

The demon bit down onto his lower lip as he clentched down onto the ball of black flames in his palm making it cover his fist. "I retreated once....and I will not do so again!!" he yelled with a scream as he charged at the two with one fist burning with the flames of hell.

"Dear brother Michael protect us," Tala said as she closed her eyes before holding her free hand out. The light around her body seemed to glow brighter as a beam shot out of her palm and towards the demon. She still wasn't entirely sure as to what she was doing but a part of her told her just to trust it and let what may be happen. Her grip on Akio's hand was soft yet firm, she knew he was there and that helped her. It was better than trying to figt off both of them. At least someone had at least a little bit of faith in her, with that it boosted her moral.

When the beam of light shot from Tala's palm, the demon's eyes widened wih fear for a moment as he tried to move out of the way but couldnt because he was already charging too quickly to stop and move as the beam peirced right through the middle of his chest. "Wh-w-what the hell!?...wh-w-whats going on?!" he yelled coughing up a bit of blood looking at the ground.

Akio was in shock when he saw the demon get struck so easily by the beam of light as he looked over at Tala with a soft smile. Sh-s-shes really....different. he thought slightly squeezing onto her hand in his pulling back his fist glaring over at the demon.

Tala looked up at Akio once he squeezed her hand, a smile came to her face as well before her gaze fell back to the demon. The glowing vanished, all but around the angel's hand. "I was foolish to have come to you for help Artemis," she said cooly, not moving from her spot beside Akio. "I was under the impression that you could return my memories to me. That was a mistake," the angel then shook her head, her cool eyes once again falling onto the demon.

"I should have trusted my dear brother," she said as she held her glowing palm up before her, causing the light to look almost like white fire. "He helped me with Akio from our last fight and brought me back here." Her eyes then snapped back to the demon, her hand closing into a tight fist though the glow still remained. "I was sent here to look for you. To look for you to reclaim Akio's honor by destroying you myself. You didn't just do this to Akio to watch an angel kill their own parents, you knew of his power."

Her eyes then narrowed as she said, "I am Tala Wakanada, the wolf of the high kingdoms and servent to the high king. I am here under orders of Michael the Arch Angel to send you back into the burning depths of hell where you shall once again be tried for your crimes against Purgatory and Paradise. You shall never set foot upon this land as long as you live. What do you have to say to these charges?"

When Akio heard Tala's voice this time, his own eyes including the demon's widened as he and the demon looked over at her. Akio was speechless seeing how well she knew about the angel's justice. H-h-how does she know all of this...an-a-and yet she worked for a demon... he thought looking back at the demon with his arm slowly going back down to his side and awaiting an answer.

The demon slowly began to grin after his shock went away as he looked down then back up at them. "Your a fool..." he said with a little bit of his mancial laugh coming back. "You truly are a fool!!!" he yelled laughing his head off. "If you think that I did this only for my enjoyment, you really are the biggest idiot of all the stupid angels up there!!!"

Akio was getting a bit frustrated when he heard how much the demon was laughing and yelling. .....h-h-hes not doing this for his own enjoyment?...d-d-dont tell me...th-t-theres another person that was behind my parent's murder...

Tala's eyes narrowed at the demon; she clearly was not amused with his reaction. She stepped forward, releasing Akio's hand so she could stand between the two. "Apparently you are unaware of how long of an absence I have had from up there," she retorted back at him. "We fought once when I was younger, I do recall this now. I looked the same though, isn't that funny." She then shook her head briefly before extending her wings to their fullest extent.

"Even in my absence my original order has been brought to my attention once again so I ask you this once again, what do you have to say to your charges? You only get one answer so you better make it a good one," she said seriously as her wings began to glow blue, her hands taking on that appearance as well. If she needed to she would resort to what it was that had caused her to forget but as of now the demon was of no threat to her.

The demon didnt say anything this time as he looked away from both Tala and Akio as he was seeming to try to get up but everytime he did his organs would seem to tighten up, making him cough up blood onto the ground. D-d-dammit!!...I guess this really is it for me... he thought clentching down onto his fists tightly.

Akio looked at the demon with a frown of anger and frustration at first, as it soon seemed to become like pity and sorrow. Wh-why do I feel this way all of a sudden?! H-h-he killed my parents!! I-...I should be angry!! he thought trying to change his own feelings, but seeing the demon so helpless and defensless, made him feel...uncomfortable. "Tala....I....I have a request.." he said with a serious tone as he looked away from the demon and glanced over at her.

"Very well, then prepare to face your-" Tala had started to say as her wings arced back, her hands coming to her chest as the blue flames on them shot to the center forming a ball. It was Akio's words that stopped her sentence and action though. Her arms had just moved out to launch the ball at the male when she stopped. Nothing changed, she just hadn't acted yet. Turning her head to look at the male she simply asked, "Yes, what may that be?"

Right before Tala had stopped her attack the demon clentched his eyes tightly thinking he was going to die as he suddenly heard Akio's voice out of nowhere as his eyes slowly began to open after five seconds since nothing seemed to happened to him. When his eyes were completely open, he looked at both Tala and Akio as he tilted his head. "Wh-whats going on here?" he asked with a little bit of a weak tone.

Akio walked in front of Tala as he glared down at the demon. "I really really hate you....I do want you to die and suffer for your crime against me....b-b-but...I dont want it this way..." he said glancing back at Tala a bit. "I want to finish this....fairly..." he said quietly. "C-c-can you heal him?..."

Tala's eyes shifted from the demon back to the angel, a bored look look in them. "You honestly thought that I was going to kill him?" She asked him as her eyes shifted back to the demon. "My orders had been perfectly clear and these powers can do no harm to the demon." Her eyes then shifted back to the fallen. "I was to send him to the higher kingdom for judgement and he was to be in perfect health."

The demon sighed shaking his head on what he heard Akio wanted as he laughed a little. "You really sure are a stupid fallen....didnt you learn anything from that damn school you angels went to up there?" he asked with a little laugh without even realizing that Akio never went to school in the first place.

Akio's eyes widened a bit brightly when he heard what Tala was planning on doing to the demon as he frowned stepping back behind her lowering his head. "oh..." was all he could say feeling a bit bad that he never learned that nor knew that.

Tala's eyes focuesd on the demon once again and his snide remark. She wanted to kill him but she knew she couldn't, he was too valuble at the moment, at least information wise. "Do not worry yourself Akio, not many know of this," she told him, not pulling her gaze from the wounded male before her. "Now, with your permission I would like to continue," she then asked as she rolled her eyes back to see him.

Akio didnt say anything as he didnt really care even if not many people knew about the rules of an angel's justice. He just sat on the floor looking down at the grass and clentching onto a few pulling them out of the ground then letting it go. I....I wonder....if my parents are watching over me... he thought clentching his fists and slightly crying when he thought about his own mother and father.

The demon tilted his head and chuckled when he saw how Akio began to cry. "only the weak cry over the dead....." he said with a devilish grin. "Just let it go...your alone, they wont be back...and your going to be alone forever." he said trying to lower Akio's self-esteem even more; which was working.

Tala glared at the demon before looking back at Akio. "It's your call," she told him. "I can just as easily kill him and say that I had no other choice. The high council would understand." She then looked back at the demon though her words were still directed at the fallen. "You're not alone," she said confidently. "Your parents weren't upset with you, at least that is what one of the elders said when he went to your home after your banisment. That was why I was sent out. The high council may act before looking at everything but they try to make amends for what it is they have done."

Her eyes then narrowed at the demon at his comment about the dead. "The weak do not cry over the dead. All those tears are tears of mourning and empowerment. One cannot completely let go of the past without doing such and learning from it. It is a form of respect to those that have died, but of course I do not suspect that your kind can comprehend such meanings."

Akio shook his head at this point as he contiued to pull grassblades out of the ground and let them fall through his fingers onto the floor still. "I.....I no longer care...j-just do what must be done..." he said quietly not listening to whatever else was going on after that. Make amends?.....d-do they really expect me to forgive them?...it better be good....for me to forgive them... he thought clentching down onto his fists tightly from remembering the voices of the elders when he told them the truth.

The demon nodded a little with his grin still on his face. "Yeah..your right. I dont understand your little.....lecture." he said with a little mancial laugh trying to hide the fact that while he was talking, he was still secretly gathering back as much of his energy possible. "Your kind....they are too forgiving..." he said slowly beginning to stand up noticing how the hole in his chest was slowly healing itself. Just about done...

Tala watched the demon as he stood up; a part of her was worried but she knew that he had been beaten down too many times to be able to return any sort of attack. "Considering our forgiveness your saving grace demon," she told him bitterly as she opened her palms once again and the glowing began to grow brighter. "If it were up to me I would kill you but I know my orders." She then threw her arms to the side, opening them wide as her wings extended themselves.

"Celetial binding," she called out as glowing beams shot out from her arms and wings towards the demon. Like she had told Akio, these attacks couldn't kill him. This one in particular was what she said; it bound the person in the light. Seeing as her main powers as an angel were those of healing, he would be healed as well. It was a double bladed sword but she had never encountered someone who could break free of the binding.

The demon's eyes widened as the beams of light punctured his entire body forcing his entire body to go numb for a moment. "Wh-w-what the hell?!" he yelled shocked to see how he got caught off guard so easily. Suddenly though, he felt a strange feeling all over his body unknowing that all his wounds were being healed as he tried to struggle against it. "W-w-what are you doing to me?! let me go!!!" he demanded.

Akio slowly looked up as he heard the familar words of what Tala said as he looked at the demon being completely stuck in one spot. 'Celetial...Binding...huh?....that brings back memories.. he thought with a little sigh as he remembered when the elders sent out another archangel to capture him using the same technique to stop him from running away.

The glowing blue ropes began to wrap around the demon seeing as they had hit their target. "Like I said before," she said as she walked towards the male and away from Akio. "You have found guilty in crimes against Purgatory and Paradise. You are being sent to the high council for your trial. Do you have anything to say in the charges that are being held against you?" Tala looked back at Akio at that point; she hoped that this would help him somehow though how exactly she didn't know.

The demon grinned as he shook his head looking at Tala's face before she turned it to look over at Akio. "I have nothing to say about it." he said with a little provoking tone. "My death will only encourage another war...." He said with a little devilish chuckle.

Akio hadnt heard either of Tala's or the demon's voice at this point as he began to smile a little contiously remembering about how the elders banished him from heaven, and now, just as Tala said that they'd do anything to make amends. How very....humorous... he thought with a little bit of joyfulness.

Tala rolled her eyes before saying, "You demons truly are a foolish bunch if you are to think that you are going to be put to death." Her eyes then narrowed at the beast before saying, "You will be tried for your crimes and only when all has been accounted for shall your punishment be set." The angel was no longer glowing, not since the beams shot at the demon; at this point she was just waiting to send him off. She couldn't do that right away if he was still talking though, but she knew there really was no hurry.

Looking up at Tala the demon sighed and shook his head with his grin disappearing and turning to a frown. "You really are annoying....you know that?" he asked with a little quick chuckle as he stared over toward Akio seeing him smile. "You there..Fallen!!"

Akio suddenly heard the demon yell as his thoughts just vanished as he looked up at the demon quickly. "Wh-what?!" he asked in shock since he wasnt really even paying attention to what was going on in the first place. "oh, what do you want?" he asked with his smile turning into a frown as well.

The demon grinned as he looked at how shocked Akio looked as he tilted his head. "Just because these damn geezers are probably going to trap me in some stupid cell or whatever they do...Remember this..." he said slowly lowering his head to the floor and glancing up with his eyes burning red. "I will be coming back for you...."

"All you demons are the same," Tala stated boredly. She then shifted her weight to one side, a hand on her hip as the other arm extended towards the demon. "May god have mercy on what is left of your soul," she said as she snapped her fingers. The ropes around the demon started to glow brighter and brighter until the light consumed him. Once the light faded the demon was gone.

The green haired angel then fell to her knees, her breaths heavy as she tried to catch it. It had been a long time since she had done that and after stoping and starting cold turkey it wore her down. She hadn't even known she could do that so it was new to her; in fact a lot after meeting Akio was new to her.
