Luchen swims over to a dresser-like spot and pulls out a roll of fishing line. He tosses it to Lucius. "Will that work?"

"Ahh yeah yeah that could work!" He smiled nodding he took it thinking for a moment, "You have any rocks or coral?" He asked bitting his lip.

Luchen digs around. "I should have rocks, seeing how they fall on my head all the time." He frowns at that, unamused. He pulls ot a few rocks. "Here." he hands them to Lucius. He then stands back to watch him.

Lucius sighed quicky tying it down with the strings and rocks arranging it in a way that was artistic and catching to the eye. And happily kept it in place. Lucius swishes his tail looking to Luchen, "There what do you think?"

Luchen eyes it for a few moments. "I like it," he states, a fleeting smile coming to his face. It seemed like he didn't smile a lot. His tail flicks happily.

Lucius beamed happily, "Yay that's awesome…" Hecsaid happily looking at his new friend.

Luchen chuckles, looking at the picture again. "I believe she was taken by Pirates... which is another reason my Uncle blames me. I should have seen that." He shrugs.

"I wlalways wanted to be a pirate…" Lucius said softly. He sighed thinking, "Want me to help you find him?"

Luchen thinks about that for a moment. "...I would have no idea where to find them," he admits. "It's been about two years now, so they won't be anywhere near here, unless strange luck brings them back." He shrugs.

"Oh…" Lucius said lookig down sadly, "Well we could always try…who knows maybe they will come back and it could be a fun adventure!" He said swishing his tail.

Luchen shrugs. "I suppose we could. There's no harm in it." He chews his lip, thoughtfully. "There might be a way for me to sort of 'track' my sister, and we could go from there," he murmurs, thinking.

"Track her?" Lucius asked tilting his head, "How so?" He asked intiriged as he moved over to the bed.

"Not sure. Maybe go on land and see if people have seen her?" He doesn't seem thrilled with the land idea, however. He shrugs. "We used to think we had a sort of telepathy, but I don't know it that's still true. Or if it ever was."

At Luchen's words on land Lucius' eyes began to twinkle. "On land…have you ever been?" He asked swiming around a bit looking at Luchen.

Luchen snorts. "Hell no. If I'm this anti-social here, I'd die before being on land worked." He shakes his head, amused.

"Oh...." Lucius frowned, "It's fun...I've only gone once though..."
|
Luchen nods. "I suppose I should get in contact with my friend first. She's a shapeshifter, but one of her forms is a mermaid." He chews his lip, trying to figure out how he's going to talk to her.

Lucius looked at him thinking, "You have other friends?" He said a bit shocked. He tilted his head to the side thinking.

"One." He says this with a straight face. "And she's more my sister's friend than mine. She's just one of the only friends of my sister's that I can tolerate. ...So friendly acquaintance would be a better term. But, she's out best bet."

"Okay bit I'm your friend right?" Lucius grinned happily.

"So far, you've given me no reason to say no." He chuckles, still thinking. "Ack. This can't be as difficult as I'm making it."

"Well where does she live?" He smiled happily looking at his no-reason-not-to-be-friends-friend.

Luchen thinks for a moment. "'Bout a day's distance away from here. Assuming she hasn't moved since my sister got captured..." He frowns. "That's the issue with nomads..."

"Oh....yeah that's a problem..." He frowned as he thought, "It's worth a shot though..."
|
"True, even if she's not there, someone that knows her may be." He sighs, stretching. "I'm just glad she's not uber hyper. I'd die."
