Rock enterd the medical bay and stood by Alice. "The doctors are going to inject you with something that should flush the venom out of your system. But it will also cause withdrawl. Kind of like forceing a drug addict to quit cold turkey"

Alice frowned as she heard Rock talk about her having withdrawal symptoms. "Great...so what am I going to do attack people because I don't have the burning venom in me that hurts every cell of my body? I figured I would be in RA for alcohol abuse not because some idiot couldn't keep there teeth to themselves." She said in annoyed voice as she saw the Doctors coming back with something she assumed it was what they were going to use to flush the venom from her body. She kept perfectly still as the doctors interjected her with another fluid though she closed her eyes as she felt the fluid move about her body. It hurt worse than the venom did. She open her eyes as she saw the IV of blood filling up wither her own blood though it was darker than normal. Once her blood turned back to the normal color the scientist removed the IV from her arm and took the dark blood.
Alice sat there as the bandage her up wishing she had some pain relievers close. She would take the venom back it didn't hurt half as bad. She felt light headed from the loss of so much of her blood and sick at the smell of food. She closed her eyes as she sat there wishing she would have kept the venom it wasn't as painful. She began to speak hoping to get her mind off the pain. " Why did you give up on Neon Rock? You know you still have time to save the relationship you had or start a new one with her. She isn't that far gone." Alice closed her eyes as she ran her tongue over her teeth and noticed she no longer had the teeth she had been born with instead they where like knifes. She open her eyes as she turned and looked at him. "Great couldn't I have turned that way I could have been immortal or mostly immortal. It looks like I get to keep the teeth." She said as she smiled for him showing her new set of Fangs. She then frowned as she turned and looked to the floor. "Great now I am some half freak human vampire hybrid with fangs of a vampire and claws..." She thought to herself as she looked down at her nails and saw how long and hard they had gotten there was no way she could cut them now.

Neon heard what had happened with Alice and calmed herself down a bit. She was walking the track now, speaking with one of her co workers from the information room. They were speaking about another threat in England. Neon was debating if it was big enough yet to send in an entire squad. The threat was just a bunch of woodland elves getting too close to humans. They already had a bunch of hybrids, and they were very peaceful. Except when you try to take control of their way of life. This mission was merely a lot of careful talk. "Maybe even just a small group?" He suggested, making Neon think a bit. Neon could read up on Elven politics and go. She already knew the language of them from readings she had to do. Though she completely doubted she would get that kind of clearance. Neon stopped on the track and rubbed her knees a bit before continuing.

Rock looked down at Alice. "Get some rest, soldier. Your still a member of this squad, no matter what you look like" Rock left the room and went to the comunications room. "Neon, can I have a word with you?"

Alice just sat in the room as she stared at the floor wandering when she could leave. She crossed her arms more annoyed than anything at this point. Not only was she in more pain than what she had started with she couldn't sleep and had nothing to do but just sit there as the doctors used her as a free amusement exhibit. She hoped the anger she was feeling was just a symptom and not a permanent issue, because if it was she was going to kill one of the doctors who kept coming by to get a personal laugh and kick out of her condition. Alice pulled out her daggers as she began to throw them at the other walk making one area her target trying to get some of the anger out that she felt. If she had to stay there much more she was going to hurt someone or something. She was just like the lizard man just a experiment.

((She's at the track, just walking around it with a co-worker.))

Neon looked over to the doorway seeing Rock calling. A few men ran by as Neon said her good byes to her co worker as he took off running. Neon made her way over to him, walking much better than she had been doing. "What do you need?" She asked Rock, taking a seat on a nearby bench to rest her body. She had been working it very hard since Alice's words. even depriving herself of sleep at times. "Is it about the file I sent you? We are still discussing how to handle the sitution." Neon went on. That was mostly what Rock came to speak to her about any how. May as well get to the point.

"No, it's not about that. I wanted to talk about us. To see how well you were doing, that's all"

Alice waited till the doctors had turned their head then walked calmly out of the room and back to her hanger. She could sit there the whole time in pain or she could get back to work in pain. She took a set in the pilot chair as she ran test on the hawks systems trying to make sure everything checked out. She bit her lip as the pain seemed to increase again. No wander vampires are so moody she thought they are in so much pain or where.

"Oh.." Neon said a bit confused. Something must have been up. "I'm doing alright. I still need the chair, but the drugs are helping. I work out whenever I get the chance, but need to take many short breaks." Neon said to him, leaning back into the bench to get herself comfortable. "How about yourself Rock? Something must be going threw your head after your last mission."

Rock looked down at the ground for a minute. "Neon, I have had meetings with the doctors. I recently found out something That I was too afraid to share with the squad. I have cancer"

Neon sat shocked. For only a second though before she put her hand on his shoulder in a very comforting manner. "You'll get threw it easy. Being sick isn't that bad when you think positivity." She told him. Though she didn't have cancer.

"The doctors say I have eight months, maybe a year. Which is why I wanted to talk to you. I don't want to spend my final months killing. I was hoping you and I could spend them together" Rock gently put his hand on Neon's knee.

Neon stayed quiet for a good minute as a few runners came by. She waited for them to pass before continuing herself. "You.. have thought a lot about this. Haven't you?" Neon asked him. Knowing the answer already herself. Neon thought about the same thing herself before, though no one was ready to settle down with then. Therefore she just kept working. Maybe being weak, but whatever, she was needed there. "Do you maybe want to talk somewhere more privately?"

"Of course. I'll let you get back to your workout. Just come see me in my quarters when your done" Rock got up and went back to his room.

"Alright" Neon said. It would take her much longer to get up there any how. She had to flag down her co-worker and tell him she was leaving the area just in case. She went back in threw the hanger since the elevator was threw there. She noticed one of the planes were running off schedule. "Umm.. That can't be very good..." Neon said to herself, thinking maybe the plane had just been left on by itself. Though she couldn't get up there herself. She quickly radioed Rock since she was going to meet him any how. "Rock, one of the planes down here is running. There were no scheduled maintenance reports today.." She calmly explained to him.

"I'm on my way to check it out. Stay put and see if anything happens" Rock radioed back.

"Okay." She told him. Standing up from the chair and stepping a bit closer. She moved herself around to the front of it. Trying to get at an angle to see whoever was inside. She could see blueish hair, but that was about it. Alice was the only one with blueish hair, but still it could just be the strange angle.

(Awe.....Rock can't die that is ok Alice can get a vampier friend to help him out)

Rock enterd the hanger and approached the plane. "Whoever is in there, step out now. That is a direct order"

Neon went over to where Rock was. Standing next to him. She held an Ipad type of device in her hand now. One that the maintenance workers used often. "The systems to take off are not engaged. Should I shut it down?" She informed him, since that would be the secondary worry.

"Yeah, shut it down. We wouldn't want there to be an accident" Rock said, trying to see who was in the cockpit.

Neon shut the plane down. She couldn't get the pad to show her any camera angle near the plane. But that was more expected since she couldn't override the observance system from that particular pad. Neon was able to also open the main door to the plane. Mainly because the person inside was not answering. The doors slid open, allowing the pair to enter.

Rock enterd first. Right away he saw Alice in the pilots seat. "Alice, what are you doing? Your supposed to be resting until your back to normal"

"Doing my dame job is that a problem now too?" She said as she threw up her arms and then crossed them over her chest. As she rolled her eyes growing angry from the pain and being treated like a child. "Look I can sit in some room in pain and be a science experiment/ side show for the doctors and scientist. Or I could just get my tail back to work and make sure that everything is in order. And why I am at it I'll do Neon's job and a few others in making sure that all the equipment is packed ok!" She said as she turned and faced them both her eyes staring back at Rock slightly starting to glow as her fangs began to show themselves as her anger grew again.

Rock had had a stone cold expression on his face. "We all have problems Alice. You are clearly not suitable for action. You can rest in your room until you are human again. At least to have soome privacy" Before Rock left, he turned to look at Alice one more time. "Your worried that your going to live forever? I have cancer. I ony have eight months"
