"So, your only doing it out of spite then?" Rock took a sip of his beer.

"Started out that way, yeah." Neon said to him. With a small smile. It was true, she wasn't going to deny it. "At least I'm walking better now."

"Oh, I've noticed" Rock always thought that Neon had a hot body. "Neon, do you ever think about us?"

"About us?" She repeated. Then noticed his eyes on her. "Every now and then I do. Now for instance I am." Neon looked back at him while taking another sip of her beer.

"Do you suppose we could give it another go? See if our time apart was for the best"

"I don't know. I don't want to weight you down again. Though it could be good.." Neon said. analyzing the sitution much like she would at work. She had to shake her head to get her mind out of that. "Though I'm not as good as I used to be, you'll have to be patient. Can you promise me that?"

Alice picked the corpus of the deer up and took it to the back of the cabin as she put her headphones in and turned on her mp3 players so she didn't have to hear Neon and Rock. She went to work skinning the deer. Once she had all the meat from the deer she built a fire and cooked it on there using some of the natural herbs she had found near by to season it. She spent the rest of the night outside feeling a little better after drinking the deers blood. She still wasn't sure witch side was wining with in her but didn't care anymore she was going to be a monster either way at lest this way she would be alb to bite back now.

Rock put his hand on Neon's knee. "I'll be as patient as possible. I still love you, Neon"

"Alright, then let's give it another try." She said to him, bringing a small smile to her face. She heard a bit of movement from outside, but figured it was probably Alice.

Alice open the door to the cabin as she brought in the hot and fresh deer meat she had been cooking. She placed it on some plates at Rocks table then walked into the kitchen and fixed a salad to go with it and a glass of water for herself. She went about fixing the table for them to eat purposely ignoring them so they could finish their conversation. She hated interrupting anything that was going on between them. Lord knows the two of them needed to patch things up. Alice thought as she went back to the kitchen for the napkins and silverware. She wouldn't tell Rock about the deer blood or the fact that after drinking it she felt 100% better. She figured that was not what he wanted to hear and that it probably meant she was either almost turning or she had already turned.

Rock got up and went to the table. "Smells great, Alice. Neon, do you need any help to get to the table?"

Neon got up also, and stood straight. Her wheel chair was back at the base, and for good reason. "I got it. Thanks" Neon told him, heading into the kitchen and taking a seat. "This looks great Alice. Thank you."

Rock took a bite of the venison. "This is delicous. You are an excllent cook Alice"

Alice smiled at the pair as she stud over them and watched them eat it. "I am glad you like it. I learned from the best Drag.....I mean hunters in Asia." She said as she smiled at them. She then took her plate and headed out the front door. "You two have fun." She shouted over her shoulder as she walked out the front door and shut it behind her. She took a seat on the porch as she ate her own meal.

Rock turned to Neon. "I feel sorry for Alice. I wish she didn't have to go through what she she's going through"

Neon took a bite of the meal. It was very good in deed. Though When Alice started to leave, Neon turned, "Why don't you join us?" She asked. Alice shut the front door a second later. Neon had a very strong feeling she knew what was going on. Alice was probably worried about what they would think with her new vampire thirst. Neon honestly didn't think Alice would harm them. She would have attacked them already. She heard Rock talk suddenly. "I feel the same way. It really does suck.. There has to be something we can do for her. I mean.. It was my fault this happened."

"No it isn't Neon. It's my fault. I should have had her back, but I didn't. I'm the reason she is the way she is"

Once Alice had finished her meal, she sat on the pouch and stared at the sky. She wandered if Ace or the others would accept her now that she was half a monster or would they try and kill her. It hurt her to think of Ace or any of the others wanting her dead but she knew that part of being human was when you feared something you wanted to kill it and hate it. She slowly stud as she left her pate there and walked into the woods. She closed her eyes as she began to run. She ran much faster than she had before but nothing like the other vampires she had seen move in the cave systems. She was following the sent of the Moth Man. She want to find him and talk to him. He knew so much then he could help her she hoped.

Indrid Cold appeard before Alice. "You have come for answers. What is it that you are looking for?"

Alice stopped dead in her tracks as she saw what she was looking for. She glared at him as she stud there. "How am I suppose to save them and from what? And did you really heal him or did you give him false hope?" She said no knowing really why she was there. She just knew he held the answers she needed.

"The supplies were not checked." Neon said simply. "Even Alice herself said so in the plane before." Neon put her fork down and took a sip of the beer.

"The cancer is gone. You need to stay how you are in order to fight an enemy of equal power" Indrid Cold replied.

"Great so I am some half breed mess up. So what am I going to fight a dog mixed human? Or maybe fish boy? And what happens After I save them I die right. I die because neither side can win inside of me. What you couldn't tell him is you couldn't save me isn't that right. The only way to save me is to let one of those things bite me again and turn me completely. At lest the dragons told you the whole truth." She said as she stared at Indrid cold not feeling anything for him. He was rather getting on her nerves. He was suppose to help not speak in riddles. "If you where his friend you would heal Neon as well and let them be happy together for some time." She said as she shook her head not believing everything she had witness in that one day.

"You are not ready to know the futur. Be ready, the battle is near" Indrid Cold then flew off.

Back at the cabin, Rock's phone rang. "Hello? I see. We'll be there" Rock hung up. "We have to go. There's a werewolf problem in England"

"Alright, what is the problem?" neon said standing up. "and What about Alice?"
