Bob kissed her long then when he was done he smiled, eyes glistening, and said,"That is for another time my dear goddess..." And he left to his stallion back to Club.

Meanwhile

Shadow stood next to OnYeen as he spoke to everyone else,"Okay people now there's a good damn chance he's gonna bring back a girl and say he's running off somewhere so be prepared."

OnYeen giggled and hugged Shadow,"I can see it now..." She said.

Emily looked at Ryu and asked,"When are my helpers coming?"

Ryu smiled,"They will be at your ball."

Emily hugged him,"Oh thank you!"

Eclair was in the corner,"I want Alexander..."

((Cole will be able to have a better relationship with one of the people I am bringing in *cough*Rita*Coughcough*

Samantha sighed as she watched him go and sat on the bed next to Katie, letting Katie read to her.

((I know! Wanna do a magic time skip forward?))

Bob smiled as he walked in,"I'm back!"

Shadow rolled his eyes but was smiling slightly,"Great..."

((Sure, Kionas people weren't doing anything anyways. But can we just say they're invited to the party? ))

MAGIC TIME SKIP FORWARD WHOO!

Emily stood in a gold gown and matching crown with her dear friend OnYeen who was wearing a sapphire gown and a silver crown with emerald gemstones.

Everyone was there wearing spiffy clothes too.

Emily was VERY nervous.

OnYeen giggled,"You'll do fine. The newcomers are behind the curtain waiting for you to announce them when Spade comes. Diamond might I am not sure..."

Emily nodded,"Okay..."

((They're in Heart Palace.))

Katie entered the Heart palace wearing a black dress with lace at the top and one blue gem in the middle. She looked around and then noticed OnYeen."Wow, you guys have really turned the place around.."She said with a small smile.
Samantha looked around for Bob.

Cole followed Alexander inside.

Drake waited at the castle for Kilyo to get ready.

Emily smiled,"It feels good to be back at my role..."

OnYeen laughed,"As you can tell the herb worked for me! The Darkness is outta me and now Shadow won't let me out of his sight."

Shadow blushed but groaned.

Ryu laughed,"Queen...it's time."

Eclair walked next to her uncle.

Bob hugged Samantha from behind,"Gotcha!"

Emily smiled,"Everyone! I'd like you to meet my helpers since I'm really alone without them! Here is Pepper, Chess, and Rita!"

They walked out to the open.

Katie smiled softly."I know of a girl thats looking for a job and a place to stay..and I know she would love to work as something for hearts" She said, looking at all the people.

Cole immedielty noticed Reita and blushed brightly.

Samantha giggled and turned, kissing him softly."Gotcha back."

Bob laughed.

Emily looked at Katie,"Really? That'd be nice. Oh just warning you Pepper is SUPER protective of her man..."

Rita walked up to the edge of the staircase and jumped off, landing on the floor gracefully. Then she bowed,"I am at your service, all of you."

Pepper twirled down,"Don't touch my man girls..."

Chess sighed and floated down,"Now now Pepper calm down. You're acting like we're married damn it."

OnYeen laughed.

Kilyo finished dressing in her purple gown and flung a cloak over it, not wanting to show it off before getting to the ball. She had just bought it at Beatrices and wanted it to be a surprise. She went downstairs and out. She found Drake waiting for her. "I'm ready if you are." She smiles at him a little, still thinking what she does everytime she sees him. He's handsome.

Katie smiled."Well, Drakes bringing her over tonight." She said softly. "I'm sure you'll like her..shes a very hard worker."

Samantha smiled."So what were you talking about in katies room?"She asked in a pleading voice.

Squirrel gave Kilyo a small smile when she came down the steps." Hello, I'm Katie's friend Squirrel..Drake is going to be taking me over to the heart kingdom because i'm in desperate need of a job." She said with a small grin.

"You look great," Drake said, leading her out to the carriage and helping her inside. They arrived at the hearts soon.

Katie noticed all of them enter and pointed at Squirrel."Their she is." She waved a hand towards Squirrel so she would come over.

"Yes?" Squirrel asked softly, looking at Katie and then at Emily. "I would love to be at your service Madame."

Drake put out an arm for Kilyo."Is your brother coming tonight?" Drake sighed, he wanted to tell Kilyo how much he really liked her..and that she looked beautiful..but he couldn't bring himself to it.

Emily nodded,"You seem to be a good person. Why don't you mingle with the others?"

Rita walked over to OnYeen and hugged her,"My old friend!"

OnYeen hugged her back,"I missed you...you need to talk with the others around here too."

Shadow sighed,"Great more people..."

Ryu laughed.

Eclair looked around,"Alex?"

Pepper looked over,"Squirrel?!?!?!"

Chess sighed.

Bob picked Samantha up,"Wanna go get a drink?"

Katie smiled as she watched everyone.

"Pepper?!"Squirrel ran over to her and gave her a hug."Have you seen Shep lately?" She asked, not really knowing what had happened to him."Nice catch." She grinned, reffering to Chess.

Alexander went up from behind Eclair and tapped her shoulder."Miss me?"

Samantha nodded."Of course."

Kilyo smiled weakly at him and took his arm. "I am assuming he is. He wouldn't miss seeing Katie, especially all dressed up."

Raien was still ridding in the carriage. He wondered what the girl was like that had taken over rulership of the hearts kingdom. And he couldn't wait to see Katie. He sighs. I freaking love her. He smiles a little to himself. It was silly that he loved her so soon but he did.

Bob walked over to the drink table.

Pepper laughed,"He and his siblings are hidden in the Club Palace because they wanted to hide from the world!"

Chess smiled,"Wonder why..."

Eclair giggled,"Did you meet the new people? They're interesting! I like Rita...she's a bunny too."

Drake chuckled."I'm just happy she found a nice guy ya know?" He said, running his hand threw his hair and looked at her slyly."Are you going to take that cloak off?" He asked with a small grin.

Squirrel smiled." Thats great! Oh I wish I could send him a letter..but he probably wouldn't get it." She sighed. "I miss him and Sophie so much. I had left the spades kingdom to look for my family because they seemed to be disapearing one by one..but when I came back sheps family was all gone and I had no one." She frowned. "But i'm so happy you and Chess are together."She smiled a little.

Alexander nodded, looking over at the lovestruck Cole."I think Cole likes Reita too."

Samantha followed him over. "Why won't you tell me what you were going to say?" She complained and made the adorable sad face.

Katie brushed her bangs out of her face."I don't know if Diamonds coming but I'm sure Raien will meet your new helpers sometime soon. Maybe at the wedding since it's so close.."

Kilyo smiled a real smile at him. "Ah, but do I have to?" She grins at him.

Raien arrived, the carriage pulling up to the front steps. He gets out in red finery, blue diamonds intermingled in the fabric. He wore the spade necklace that Alex had given him and a single diamond post earring glittered in one ear. He walked in and smiled, looking around for his queen-to-be.

(This is Karalin (Kara-lynn). She's an "ex" thief, having been caught once and made to employ the staff at the Hearts palace to "repent" her ways. :XD

Rita started doing a magic water dance to amuse the guests.

Pepper sighed,"There she goes again. Poor girl. She works so hard..."

Chess nodded,"Rita...anyway about Shep and them if you want you can tell Eclair what you want them to know and she'll tell them."

Bob grinned,"I can't...it has to be at the right time and place my goddess."

OnYeen looked up at Shadow and asked,"Do you think that my brother and the new Queen could...?"

Shadow held her close,"Couldn't tell ya."

Eclair giggled,"Yep."

Karalin held a tray with glasses of water on it. She moved around the room, offering guests refreshments. They never allowed her to carry the alcoholic drink trays. They found her too many times drinking it instead. She stopped in front of Alexander and Eclair. "Water, lord and lady?" She had been working hard on keeping the sarcasim out of her tone when she spoke to royalty but it still managed to be in there just a hint.

Squirrel smiled."Thank you so much Pepper!"She said, hugging her and then giving Chess a small nod."Thank you too." She said, walking over to Eclair. Alexander had his arm around her."Eclair..could I maybe ask you to tell Shep and Sophie something for me?" She asked quietly.

Katie looked over towards the door seeing Raien and walked over giving him a hug. "I didn't know you were going to be here tonight." She smiled.

Samantha sighed." Fine , my dear Knight." She said, leaning over and hugging him. "I wish I didn't have to go later."

Drake nodded."Please do."

Cole walked over to Reita." Umm..hello?"He said..watching her water dance.

Raien smiled at Katie, giving her a quick kiss. "I had to. I wanted to see you again before our wedding in two days." He smiles at her.

Kilyo smiled a little, a small blush already forming. She unhooked her arm and took off her cloak, setting it with others nearby. She was looking at the ground.

"I'm so happy you came!" She smiled, kissing him back. "Are you going to leave tonight to or do you want to come back to my kingdom to stay?" She asked, toying with his hair since she hadn't seen him. Atleast after two days she would see him all the time."If not it's fine, especially since i'll be seeing you a lot more anyways."

Drake blushed brightly."You look..beautiful.."He said, bending his head down and putting his lips close to hers, so she would shoose if she wanted the kiss or not.

Eclair took a glass of water and looked at Squirrel,"Sure, what is it?"

Bob put his arm around her.

Pepper giggled,"Looks like our little friend is getting noticed."

Chess looked over,"Oh Lord..."

Rita kept dancing,"Hello, Cole. I read the future and I saw this moment. Looks like I was right again."

OnYeen and Shadow walked by,"She can tell the future and speak every language. She's awesome." They kept walking.

Ryu walked to the new Quenn,"Do you wish to dance?"

Emily smiled,"Sure, Ryu." And so they did.

Raien smiled at her. "I will have to go home. I still have a lot to do before our wedding." He kissed her forehead, keeping an arm around her waist. "Introduce me to the new queen of Hearts?"

Kilyo's red eyes widened. It took her a couple seconds but she decided to throw all caution to the four winds. She put her lips gently against his. For a brief second she thought, Oh, gawd, what if that's not what he meant?

Samantha blushed brightly. "So..when will it be the right time?" She laughed. "I'm sorry..I'm just so impatient.."

Squirrel frowned. "Could you tell them that i'm back from my journey or searching for my family..and that I have found none of them. And.. maybe ask if I could meet them somewhere? If they don't want to be seen I could go to Clubs..just their the only real family i've ever known besides my own. And I miss them greatly."

Cole smiled."Voulez-vous danser avec moi?" He said in french, asking her to dance with him.

Drake kissed her back, pulling her close to him for a few moments and then letting her go. "Would you like to go inside now?" He asked, blushing brightly.

Katie nodded."Well, we have to wait for her and Ryu to be done dancing." She said, blushing when he put his arm around her waist."I feel like I got the easy part of the deal ..all I had to do was get the dresses and flowers ready." She grinned.
