Katie smiled."That sounds great, but do you mind if I go home and grab a few things for everyone? Just like clothes for tomorrow.." She said, knowing she also had to grab a few things.
Ace smiled."I'll go with you dear. And thank you OnYeen, Shadow, For offering a stay in your lovely home." He said, running his hand threw his hair."Drakes outside." He said, hearing the knock on the door. Drake knocked again. Alexander hugged Eclair. Samantha smiled." My knight!" ---------- Squirrel waited for Sophie to bust down the wall. |
Sophie put the Gem back in her pouch and blasted the wall with her energy orb.
OnYeen nodded,"Of course." Shadow nodded,"We owed you guys anyway." Ryu opened the door,"Hello how may we be of service?" Eclair giggled. Bob hugged her tight. |
Drake smirked when he saw Katie and Ace coming up the steps." I heard my kingdom was staying the night here.. and I was left at Hearts."
Cole looked at Reita."Maybe we should get back." Katie and Ace got in the carriage and soon arrived at the Spades kingdom. They went inside. Ace looked around."Hey, I'll go upstairs and just grab something for Alexander, Cole, Drake, And myself to wear tomorrow and you can get yours, Samanthas and Squirrels." Katie nodded, not realizing anyone was there to see her. She kicked off her shoes and stood by the door for a minute. Squirrel walked inside. |
Raien stood, hearing people had come in. He hoped that the butler remembers to tell Katie he's there, in the den. He sighs, hoping that nothing bad has happened, though his heart still ached.

Kate walked into the den to get her book."Oh, hello Raien." She said, running and hugging him. Even if she was confused, she still liked him a lot. "Why'd you come?" She asked.

Raien hugged Katie back, squeezing just a little bit. "My sister burst into my room, telling me I was supposed to come her. Is everything okay?"

Katie smiled a little."Of course, I was just coming back to grab some things and then go back to Clubs to stay the night."
Ace walked in."Hello." He said, staring Raien down. Of course he was mad..but he didn't know katie was engaged..so he automatically thought she was his. |
Raien looked at Ace, raising an eyebrow a little. He wasn't violent but neither was he going to back down. "Hello." He let go of Katie and extended a hand. "I'm Raien Dimund."

"Aren't you the orphan kid? The one that took over diamonds?"He said gruffly, glaring at him.
Katie sighed."Ace don't start anything.." |
Raien dropped his hand. He smiled just a little. "I suppose you could call me an orphan but I am not a kid anymore. And yes, I rule Diamonds." He looked at Katie then back at Ace. "I'm sorry to have intruded. I will take my leave." He looked at Katie. "Send word sometime I suppose." He figured she would understand that. He was hiding his hurt very well but knew that he needed to leave. Ace was back. There was no decision to be made between the two, at least in his eyes. He gave a tiny bow and walked out of the den, heading towards the outside, to his horse and later to his kingdom.

Katie ran after him ,stopping him."I'm sorry about what Ace said..but no matter what i'm still engaged to you. Right?" She questioned. |

Raien looked at Katie when she stopped him, this time not being able to keep the pain from his eyes. "Ace is back, Katie. You love him still. Why would you stay with me? Every reason we were going to get married no longer holds true. You have your king." |
"But I love you!" She said, sighing a little." But if you don't want to get married then fine." She said, having tears in her eyes. She handed the ring back." Just because Ace is back it doesn't mean i'll be with him." She said, turning to go to the door.

"Wait! Katie, I never said that! I would rather we still got married. I love you, you know that. Its just that Ace is back, your king and the man you loved before me. It only seems natural to go back to him." He stood there, not really knowing what to do now.

She sighed."Then are we going to still get married or shall I go back to Ace?" She questioned.

Raien shook his head. "Katie, that is entirely up to you. You know my choice with that already, what I would prefer. You just need to let me know soon. We're supposed to get married in just over a day."

"Then the weddings still on." She said, going over and kissing him."I know you don't want me around Ace..so what if I go to your kingdom? After were married I mean.."

Raien kissed her back. "But what about your kingdom? And what about Ace? Won't he try to kill me or something?"

"He won't try to kill you..he just thinks i'm his. But don't let it get to you..now I have to go back to clubs." She said, kissing him softly."We'll talk about kingdoms at our wedding." She blushed, putting out her hand."Ring?" She frowned, giving him the puppy dog face.

Raien laughed a little. "Who could refuse that sweet face?" He put the ring back on her finger. "I will see you at our wedding then. I'll send Kilyo back sometime tomarrow, so she can bring you then. I love you, Katie."

"Love you too." She said, kissing him again and starting to go to her carriage since Ace had loaded it with clothes." Bye, wait so i'm seeing you tomorrow or two days from now?"

Raien smiled. "Two days from now. Make sure you have everything ready, since that's what I'm doing tomarrow. Kilyo will come tomarrow though."

"K. Oh by the way.." She said, going towards him. She had forgotten that she grabbed the ring fron her dresser drawer. She took his hand and put on a all black ring with a blue shaped diamond, it was the color and the main symbol of his kingdom."Like it?"

Raien's red eyes gleamed. "Thank you," he breathed. He kissed her, passionately. He couldn't help it, he had to.

She blushed." I gotta go." She laughed.
