And there she was, Shadows friend. Her beautiful blues eyes looking through the crowds for shadow as she walked to streets of the town nearby. Her lovely hair seemed to glission and dance in the sunlight, making it look golden. Every once in a while she moved and a hint of wings could be seen in the air behind her. There was someone dark behind her, he was a danger to her but she did not know he was there. Something in this dream whispered ‘tomorrow this is happening tomorrow.’

Shadow's hair nearly stood on end. Kain was a destructive angel, a terrifying angel. She couldn't stand humans and often killed when she stepped into their world. He would have to find her tomorrow...

stretching Angelo looked up at shadow. "you ok love? you look like you just saw something that was really bad." he did not remember anything about his last vision.

Shadow cleared his throat. "An associate of mine will most likely be in town tomorrow...she is dangerous, and dislikes humans. It is up to you if you want to go with me, but..." he trailed off.

"if you have a dangerous person coming in I would rather you talk to them before I meet them. I will stay here in the area and keep a look out for people that might try to hurt me our stuff. if you would like I will keep in touch with you by the mind."

"That would be good, thank you. I'll have a barrier up around the house. It will prevent people from coming in, but you can still venture out...only if you absolutely need to--do you understand me?" Shadow sounded serious, concerned.

"Yes I understand. so what shall we do tonight till you have to leave for the town?" Angelo's stomach growled as he moved a bit to see shadow better. it was loud enough that any one in the room would have heard it.

"We should fix something to eat, first of all," Shadow chuckled, ruffling his hair. "I heard that. Do you want to make it, or shall I?"

"I think I would like to make it Shadowmoor. tell me of who is coming over tomorrow." Angelo bounced up and scurried down to the kitchen to started dinner.

~Her name is Kain. She is a very destructive angel who despises humankind,~ Shadow replied, idly. ~She is a menace to human society, so I had best sate her and have her on her way before the day ends.~

~so she is not one we want around. so your just going to talk to her and send her on her way?~ quickly angelo cut up the meat for dinner then tossed it in the pan along with different types of veggies.

~Yes, I will do what I have to.~ Shadow stood up, heading downstairs to the dining room.

warming the small loafs of bread he worked on making sure dinner was ready and not over done. ~how long do you think it will take you?"~

~Up to three hours. You need to be careful and watch the house while I'm out, then. All right?~ Shadow still sounded very concerned for Angelo's safety.

~yes yes do not worry I will not be hurt by anything. It looks like it will be cloudy tomorrow any ways. So you don’t need to worry about an attack on the house.~ Finishing the food he put it on plats and smiled. Severing it with bread angelo sighed. “yes love I will be a carful as I can be.”

"Good." Shadow sighed for a moment, then dug into his food. He seemed stressed out again.

" master do you ever thing that you are worrying to much." Angelo said sweetly. "there are so many thing we cant control that you worry about. you need to let them go."

"I know I worry too much," Shadow replied, defeated, as he ate. "I've always worried too much. I'm always on high alert and such...I rarely fully relax."

"were you relaxed when we were together at the pool earlier today?" Angelo said smiling. he had enjoyed that very much and hoped that they would be able to keep that up for many years to come. but he would have to fix how that ledge was made so that it would be a bit more comfortable to him. there was a rock that might make it even more comfortable but he would have to test it latter.

"Yes, but not completely--I had my guard up. The barrier stayed up, did it not? That was a sign I was not fully relaxed..." The look on Shadow's face was a happy, blissful one. It looked like he wanted to keep it up for years to come as well.

"well I am here till I die or you embrace me, my lord master." reaching out he ran his fingers through Shadows hair. "is there anything you would like to have other then this?

"Food-wise? No. If we still have time to burn, I suppose we could sit and talk about something...but what?" Shadow frowned, idly wondering what time it was.

looking into the court yard Angelo said. "looks to be just past sunset. we slept most of the afternoon away. how about you start telling me about the ideas behind some spells. the book you gave me spoke of them but did not go into much detail so i could not figure it out well."

Shadow nodded and spent an hour or so explaining. It was a useful and interesting topic, so he was absorbed in it.

Angelo listened with wounder and interest to all he had to say. if he did not understand something he asked him to expand on the topic. so by the time Angelo started getting tired again it was near dawn. "shall we take a little nap before you head off?" the vision had been clear it would be near noon that she would be in the city.
