Eve took her hat off, twisting her long brown hair into a bun before she tucked it underneath her hat, she then finished off what was left of her soda, pulling her bag towards her. She then tugged her sketchbook out and flipped it open it a crisp clean page, several pencils were laying next to the bag. She turnned around in the barstool, one hand holding her drawing pad the other with a fine granite pencil. She looked around her for a few moments before she saw the scene that she was looking for and began to draw it, she could barely see Isaac out the window, so that was the first peice she drew, knowing that he wasn't going to stay there to long.

"Woah really? Your naming a song after me?" Lucy started to get more happier, "You should be a rockstar someday, and when you do I'll be your no. 1# fan!!" Lucy covered her mouth. Why did she have to blurt that out? She turned red and looked down on her shoes.
Cal sat on the couch and started to watch some movies, there weren't any good ones at the store though. So he picked some movies with interesting names. So far they weren't interesting, "Ugh, well this is boring." he muttered, he started to miss his sister. Maybe because the house isn't so lively than it usually is, Cal yawned andkept on watching the movie. |
Isaac laughed and ruffled her hair gently, "well If I do become famous I would love to have you as my nimber one fan. He said and didn't tell her he was already a rising star. He like just talking to her like a regular person and have her not squeal about him being a real rockstar. "and I think I will become a rockstar since I have fans like you allreadu."

Cain glanced up from the glass he was cleaning, letting his eyes settle on the paper that Eve was sketching on. Silently he watched for a few seconds until letting the rag fall back to the counter and returning to work. She's good. He couldn't contain himself from saying so, really. "That's amazing," he said quietly, trying not to startle her as he gave the sketch another glimpse. Wonderful, really. |
Eve jumpped a little when she heard someone talking to her, after all she was so engrossed in what she was doing that she had completely forgot about everything else that was going on around her for a moment. She smiled and looked over her shoulder at the bartender, she had finsihed drawing all the people so all she had to do was draw the back ground and some other minor details, she turnned around on her barstool, setting her bad down infront of her and pushed it towards him. "Thank you. I do try my best, after all art is a major part of my life." she said to him as she let him get a better look at what she was drawing, she planned to paint it on canvas latter on once she got back to her home and shop.

Cain looked at the picture more closely, glancing up to see the same scene in real life just outside. "Incredible," he muttered, nodding his head slowly. "You do very good." His brown eyes shot up to the front door as the bell clinked, and in walked someone he wished would have stayed outside. Abel. Though the brothers looked related, their personalities and styles of dress were entirely different. Cain went for a darker look, and was to be found in trouble more than often. Abel was kind, though often distracted . . . and was always wearing despicably clean clothing. As soon as Abel walked up to the counter, his blue eyes covering the length of the entire surface quickly, Cain merely inclined his head in greeting. "Hello, brother." "Good day," Abel responded absently, choosing a seat not far from Eve. "I heard you were here for the barkeep. In trouble again, Cain?" Silence filled the room, and the older brother merely turned away, resuming his work at the sink. Apparently, he wasn't going to be much of a help when it came to answers. |

“Thank you. If you want the picture you can keep it.” Eve said to him, the bell ringed over the door which meant someone else was coming in to the bar, she looked at the man that sat down next to her, they looked like twins which took her by surprise that the only difference that she could see between them was their clothes. “Excuse me, but aren‘t you being a little hard on Cain?” she said to the man that was next to her, she pulled her notebook back towards her and flipped it to another page and began to draw the man that was next to her and the bartender. She believed that she could at least try to get the brothers to get a long even if it was just for a moment, she believed family was the most important thing even though she didn’t have any family.

Listening to Lucy speak with the songwriter, Iva smiled. She was such a sweet girl - a perfect picture of excitement and joy. Watching as the girl spoke with Isaac, she teased the edge of her sleeve for a few moments, merely observing them as they spoke excitedly. How cute.
- "On Cain?" Abel frowned slightly, and then shook his head. "He's been a thorn in my side ever since our family decided to die off and leave him with me." The older male grunted as he pulled a few dishes out of the warm water, raising an eyebrow. "I apologize if I came off sounding rude, Miss . . .?" Trailing off, Abel looked at Eve questioningly, leaving room for her to speak up. |
"Evangeline Amaya. He maybe a thron in your side but he is all you have left of your family." Eve said to her, her voice and face were gaurded of her emotions as she turnned back to the picture that she drawing. She sighed heavily and closed the sketchbook and shoving it back into her bag with her pencils. "Cain, may I please have a glass, screwdriver?" she asked him, really needing a drink so that she could bury the raw emotions that had come up with the word Family, brought up. Her gut twisted up into a knot as she looked down at the counter top, drawing designs into the top with her eyes as she waitted for the alcoholic drink that she seemed to desburtly need at that moment.

"As you wish," Cain replied quietly, his brown eyes glancing over his shoulder before he moved to gather the things he needed for the drink. Setting the order down in front of Eve, the dark-haired youth gave her a thoughtful look. "Be careful." With that, he turned back to his work, washing another few of the dishes that seemed to never disappear entirely.
Abel cleared his throat, blinking rapidly. "I think it's time for me to head home," he said suddenly, standing. "See you later tonight, Cain." Stepping back outside, he glanced at the group near a singer before crossing the street and heading for his car. |
"Thank you, Cain." Eve mumbled before she downed the whole drink instead of sipping at and nursing her drink close to her. She then rubbed at her face as the tight feeling in her stomach losened up and she was able to be free of those feelings that she had buried so long ago. "I am sorry, Cain. I shouldn't have butt into your family life or buisness like that. It also seems like i have upset your brother also." she said to the bartender as she apologize for getting into a conversation that she had no part to be in it in the first place. She felt bad that she had driven the man off when it was clear that he was just picking on his brother and wantted to relax like every body else was doing. She looked down into the empty glass, she knew that she had possible jumpped to a conclusion but it just seemed that it was wrong to her and well she never had a family and thought he should treat his brother better then how she had been treated in foster care.

"You're welcome," the tall youth said slowly, and he dried his hands off while watching Eve for a few moments. "And it's fine. Abel always has been one to torment." His brown eyes drifted to the expensive-looking car that drove off down the street. "And he was only speaking the truth. I don't usually work here."
Looking to the remaining customers, which weren't many considering the early hour, the barkeep leaned against the wooden counter, letting out a soft sigh. |
"It is just....your family and family is all you have when you need them the most. It is hard for people when they have no one to turn to, to have them help you when you needed it. Just because you are doing something that you don't normally do doesn't automaticly mean that your in trouble, you could be doing a favor for a friend or even got a second job." Eve said to him as she watched the ice in her glass melt slowly, she took in a deep breathe and let it out slowly, keeping the feelings that she had about families buried deep down inside her. Her green eyes looked over the man in fronto f her before she took her hat off and let her long brown hair fall out of the make shift bun she put it in earlier to keep it out her face. It made a curtain on one side of her face as she tucked the other side of it behind her ear.

Cain smiled, crossing his arms over his chest and turning his gaze to the door. "I see," he replied quietly, taking a deep breath. Sighing quietly, the dark-haired male moved to take an order from one of the few lingering customers before setting up the drink, accepting payment, and then returning to his spot at the counter. Leaning against the hard surface, Cain frowned a bit. "I'm sorry if we brought up a touchy subject then," he said slowly, glancing up at her face as she messed with her hair. "Abel wasn't meaning to be a bother to anyone but me."
Letting his brown eyes trail up to the clock on the wall behind him, the male smiled a bit. "I'm off in about five minutes, if the real barkeep gets here in time." Cain cleared his throat. "I have someone I need to meet." Right. Another . . . contact from the city. Not something good, according to the law. |
"It is okay and there is no touchy subject. I hope you find the person your looking for."Eve said to him as her face and eyes remained gaurded against her emotions, not letting him see what she was feeling. She pasted on a smile that said she was happy, but it was hard to really tell when her green eyes held no emotions in them, she tucked the other side of her hair behind her ear, she wasn't going to pry into the man's life when she had already done that in a way and felt bad for it. she looked down at her bag before she pulled her sketchbook back out and finished up the picture of the bar that she had been working on. Once she finished it up, complete with bar and bartender, she was even in it slightly, she drew a rose in the corner before she ripped it carefully out her sketchbook and handed it to Cain. "Keep it, it is free of charge." she said to him as she flashed a smile to him, she then placed a twenty on the counter to pay for her drinks before she started to pack her things up once more.

His eyes lingered on the drawing - and he smiled. A true smile, not a false want-to-be lift of the corners of one's mouth. "Thank you, Eve." She had captured him perfectly, even the stoic look on his face looked realistic.
Making sure the money she had placed on the counter covered everything, he slipped it into the register before setting the girl's change out for her to take. "Perhaps I'll see you around then," Cain raised an eyebrow, gently touching the corner of the artwork that Eve had left for him. |
"Your welcome. You might see me around, or i may just be one of those people that turns out to be a figment of your imagenation and dissappear after tonight." Eve said to him as she stood up, placing her hat back onto her head, slinging her bag onto her shoulder, she picked up her change and shoved it into the tip jar. The smile she had on her face was genuine since the word family has been mentioned, it even reached her eyes, she had a kind, soft look on her feminine features as looked at him, she then turnned around and headed towards the door, she stopped in her tracks and looked back over her shoulder at him, her green eyes met his gaze. "Maybe i am just the girl that you dreamed up and your really a sleep at your job." she said to him as she gave him a teasing smile before she turnned and finally walked out of the bar, letting the bell tinkle above her head as it closed shut behind her and with that she was soon out of sight and on her way home.

((*laugh* Oh that would be unfortunate. "Yeah, I met this awesome person the other day. Or, at least, I think I did. I might have dreamed her up." :XD))
"Perhaps," Cain whispered under his breath as Eve stepped out of the pub. Taking a deep breath, he finished cleaning up while he waited for the real barkeep to return. It was roughly fifteen minutes later when the youth heard the door open again, and the rough-looking man that ran the pub stepped behind the counter, shooing Cain away. "Don't let me find ye fighting with my patrons again, lad." Cain smiled, bowed his head, and then headed outside, taking Eve's picture with him. ((:lol: And now we wait? It's not evening, is it? It's still about noon-ish, yes?)) |
((i think so lol but yea that actually happened to a few guys i know because they kept thinking i was a dream and was going to dissappear on them lol it was funny when i didn't show up for a couple of days because i was sick and when i went back to school they just stared at me like i was a dream or a ghost lol it was funny until one of them grabbed my chest to see if i would hit him but i kneed him in the groin instead lol eve is just going to unpack her things and set up her home and store lol that is like on the outskirts of town lol))

"Lucy? Are you ready to go?" Iva smiled. She wishes she had her own siblings...She would be the best big sister ever.... Iva sometimes dreamed of having a family filled with children and a loyal man she loved to come home to...you could say Iva was ...Old fashioned...but thats how she was raised.. |

Isaac looked at the girl with Lucy and held out a hand, "hi, I dont think I got your name." he said as he looked at her. She looked nice and he wondered if she was just passing threw like he was.
