Katie sat her book down and looked at him."Morning." She said, running a hand threw her long hair. She didn't know if anyone else was up."Well, I don't think breakfast is ready yet but..I wouldn't know." She said, noticing her door was cracked open. She got up and shut it."So at breakfast are you ready to put on our little show?" She smirked, referring that they had to act like they liked each otehr since both their parents were going to be at breakfast today. She sat back down.

Hotaru stopped out side of Katie's door, taking a deep breathe before he knocked on it and opened it to reveal the couple on her bed, his face was neutral as he looked at them. "I have to inform you that your fiancee, Lady Alvilda will not be making the trip to your home, Sir. INstead she will be making a trip to the doctor's home, sadly she seems to be gravely ill." he said to them as he bowed, turnning around and making his way out of her room, leaving the door open, he made his way down the hall back into Alvilda's room, he heard his boss stop in front of Katie's room and was talking to her. HE shut her door and took his place back in the chair he had fallen asleep in last night.

He nodded and was about to reply yes when the door was opened to show Katie's ex. "Well, alright then." he said before the guy left. He looked at Katie and nodded. "Yeah, we'll do that. And well, let's go check if anyone else is up." he muttered, getting out of the bed before tilting his head. "Think my shirt is dry by now?" he asked, smirking somewhat.

Margaret kept cooking, until she had made fifteen omelets. She cleaned her hands, and then walked into the living room and said to Keel, "Come get breakfast." Then she walked upstairs, and knocked on each of her sister's doors. First she knocked on Si'la's and put her head through the door saying. "Come get breakfast." Then she walked into Katie's room, which wasnt a sight she wanted to see. "Breakfast is ready." She said quietly, and then she closed the door. Margaret walked up to Alvilda and sat by her bed. "I hope you are felling better, and if you are, I will bring you some food." She gave her a quick smile, and then walked downstairs to start serving.

Katie frowned when she saw Hotaru enter, then leave. She forced a small smile."I'm sure its dry now.." She said, getting up and putting out a hand for him to take. She knew their parents were already up so they had to start. She was atleast happy that Hotaru didn't like her anymore..or it would've been really akward and she would've felt horrible. "I bet our parents are up already."She smirked when Margaret popped her head in."God..does anybody in this house even bother to ask if they can come in?"

He raised an eyebrow and shook his head. "Apparently not." he commented. He didn't seem to mind it very much though. He did glance at her before tilting his head. "Did you sleep well?"

"Yeah." She blushed a little,remembering that she had woken up with her head on his shoulder."Did you?" She asked,taking his hand and leading him downstairs to the laundry room. She took his shirt down from the clips and handed it to him."Good as new." She said, looking at him.

A dull ache crawled across Aura's body as she squirmed softly in the arms of her love. Realization smacked the female in the face. Love? Wait, what?? Aura desperately tried to remember last night and blushed. She'd broken down into a sobbing mess in front of her almost enemy and new fiance. With a frown, she quietly sighed and realized how she was being held. It was still so overly comforting. Aura didn't dare move for fear of destroying the moment and the beautiful happiness she felt swelling in her chest. A smile graced her sleepy features as she closed her eyes again, moving backwards softly so she had her back pressed gently against Aiden's. Things weren't perfect, and as soon as the both of them were coherent, they would be far from it. But they would make progress Aura at least hoped.

The entire night had been entirely dreamless, until the very end. Aiden opened his eyes to find his filled with Ane's beatuiful face. She was smiling, giggling, blinking at him with her pretty eyes. A strand of black hair fell into her face and Aiden reached up to push it away. However before his hand could reach her face, her expression suddenly became something that resembled terror, or an extreme sadness. Aiden knew this look. The day he'd told her he couldn't be with her anymore, that he was engaged to someone else. He hadn't wanted any connections with her, nothing painfully drawn out, so he'd told her in the harshest way possible, his heart filled with regret, before walking away. He hadn't walked away before he'd seen this face. Now this face was moving farther and farther away from as he reached for her. "Ane!" He called out, the name echoeing silently in his mind. And just like that Ane's face was gone, replaced by pitch black and Aiden was tumbling downwards in slow motion. Far above his head, He could faintly make out Aura's face, watching him fall with a monotone expression.
Aiden jolted awake, his eyes flying open. He took a moment to take a few deep breathes, his whereabouts not even registerring in his mind. He realized that he had his arms around someone and for a moment, he thought it was Ane. This thought made him hold the girl closer. But before a second had even passed he realised that Aura was the one in his embrace. He slid away from her and jumped up, as if something had startled him out of bed. Rubbing his eyes, he stumbled sleepily out of the bedroom and began opening a couple of doors on the upper level of the house before he found a bathroom in which he could lock himself up. His hands gripped a porcelain sink, his knuckles blanches. |
A small screech came from the girl recently wrapped up warmly in Aiden's arms. She hit the floor with a loud THUMP and groaned, grabbing her head in confusion. "What the he-" Aura stopped her words and watched in disbelief as Aiden dashed out the door and away from her. With a large pout forming on her lips, Aura stood up, still slightly gripping her head. Slowly she headed down the hall after Aiden but leapt and flinched backwards in surprise as she heard the bathroom door slam shut hard. Aura frowned and her eyes filled to the brim with sadness. "A-Ai-Aiden?" Her voice was weak, cracked, saddened, and sleepy. "What did I do...?" She asked herself so softly she wasn't sure it could be heard through the wodden door. "What's wrong?" She asked carefully, pressing her forehead against the cool white wood. She didn't dare try the doorknob. He had to have been smart enough to lock it.

Everything's wrong, Thought Aiden. But he didn't say anything. Instead he only stared at his reflection in the mirror above the sink, thinking of everything that was amiss right now. He took a deep breath and stood up straight, reminding himself that there was nothing he could do about any of this. After another couple of moments, he opened the door and pushed past Aura. He thundered down the stairs and took a seat on the closest chair, hoping to get his mind to clear up.

Keel growled again when the girl came to try to wake him up. He was already awake and standing. The he sighed when she came in again to tell him breakfast was ready. He followed her back to the dining room and sat down, running a hand through his black hair to try to calm it after have slept.
Si'la grabbed Margaret's hand before she could hit her with the fist that she was about to knock with. "I'm standing right here, silly." She smiled at her only younger sister and then headed downstairs, where a few were already sitting. She sat in the chair she always sat at, ignoring her parents death glares at the school girl outfit she was wearing. She smiled at the boy that she hadn't officially met yet when he came and sat down across from her. Then she waited until she could eat. |
Ace smirked somewhat as he followed her down the stairs. "Yeah, I slept well enough." he said before accepting the shirt, having let go of her hand. "Thank you." he said with a small nod, slipping the shirt over his head. He sniffed the air and his stomach growled somewhat. "I think, it's time for breakfast."

She put out her hand again,she was a little nervous."Ready?" She asked, knowing her father was out there. She used her other hand to brush her hair back and then sighed a little,thinking of Hotaru. She knew he didn't care about her but it still hurt to see him.

Aura yelped and fell backwards after Aiden had so harshly brushed passed her. She landed on her butt and flinched again. “Dammit.” She cursed softly before crawling upright and getting back on two legs. Aura stormed down the flight of stairs and dashed over to Aiden before gripping his forearm firmly between her nimble fingers and turned him to face her. “Aiden.” She said seriously, her eyes becoming wet with tears. “What…is…wrong?” Aura begged, pulling him up with all her might and dragging to a more private location. “Please…Whatever I did I’ll stop. I didn’t mean to fall asleep in your arms I truly didn’t…” Aura said with a guilty voice.

"Yeah, let's go." he said, taking her hand again and squeezing her hand somewhat before leading her to the dining room, where the others were.

"Morning." She said softly, leading Ace to the table and sitting down. She noticed her fathers glare. She looked over at Ace with a small smile, knowing her father was really hating it even though they hadn't done anything. Though her dad hadn't spoken up yet.
Drake walked in seeing Ace and Katie holding hands."Doesn't surprise me.."He mumbled to himself and sat down, digging in. She held back and laugh when he saw their fathers faces looking puzzled. |
Si'la saw Ace and Katie and smiled. "Morning you two. Glad to know some of us are okay with these silly marriages." She winked at them. She wasn't actually trying to get her father to glare at her instead, to leave her sibling alone.

Shin chuckled somewhat and raised an eyebrow. "I'm a little surprised, but it's not unexpected." he said grinning somewhat.
Ace smirked somewhat and pulled Katie closer to him, nodding at his brothers. "We just made a few adjustments. We had a lot of fun last night." he added, almost laughing at their fathers face. |
Keel burst out laughing at Ace's comment. It was the perfect beginning to his morning. "OH, that's classic." He managed to say, tears streaming from his eyes from laughing so hard.

"Yep." She said, kissing his cheek and looking towards her father, he hadn't blown yet..but he was about to. But the kurai father looked the most angry out of the two."A night i'll never forget." She said, holding back her grin.

This time, Si'la joined in the laughter. This was truely priceless. None of them had ever been able to find a way to irk him as much as Katie and Ace were doing so right then. She calmed down and just kept a grin on her face.

Shin had almost choked on his waffle when Ace had said the comment about last night but he started laughing as well as Katie helped. "Oh god. So That's why there were some bumps and noises!" he said, not being able to resist.
Ace kept a straight face though he did smirk slyly as he kissed Katie lightly on the lips. "Ah? Sorry little brother for keeping you awake. We'll try not to do it tonight." he said, grinning somewhat. "I suppose there's no choice but to marry her. I mean, gotta make an honest woman out of her." |
"An honest woman? Katie? You have got to be joking me." Si'la grinned, just trying to add fuel to the fire.

"Yes, we'll try not to do it tonight, or just not make that much noise." She smirked, raising her eye brow."I guess theres no choice but to have him marry me father, I mean. What if theres a grandchild in the picture?"
Drake chuckled."You did it enough last nite..god I could hear you from downstairs." The Amaya father cleared his throat, about to say something but stopped himself, just shaking his head a little. |
