Katie felt him grip her and was instantly filled with relief, she stayed close to him, opening her eyes just to quickly shut them again from the rain..she saw her house in the disance."Were almost there." She said in relief. She shivered a little from being wet and cold but was happy she would be able to get home..she was also glad she had taken Ace with her..

He looked a little relieved but knew it was no time to relax. Not until they were Inside the house. Eryk picked up more speed, slightly more urgent now since there was the sound of thunder again, it was louder, and closer than earlier. The winds didn't really help much, since it went against them.

"You can set the table then." Alvilda said to him as she went to a cupboard and opened it up, she had given up on trying to keep him out of the way so she might as well have him do something that needed to be done, she pointted to a door that lead to a little hallway that connected the dinning room to the kitchen. She hadn't heard what Drake had said about her being insane and wantting Shin to sleep in her room, is she had heard it she would have blushed and hide her self but alas she didn't. ONce Shin was out of the room, she sat down at the kitchen table, placing a hand to her head, she wasn't feeling well but she didn't have time to rest. She sighed heavily and stood up once more, moving back to the laundry room to finish folding the laundry.

" i'll put the horse in the stables.." She said just as they reached her driveway. She would wait to thank him until they were off the horse and safe. She sighed seeing the barn doors open."You might as well just take us in there." She said, leaning her head back to be close enough for him to hear her over the wind.

Keel looked at the girl that had said hello. This was the one that he was supposedly engaged to. He was unwelcoming as he always was with younger woman, girls. "Hello." He looked around then started. "Shit. One of your sisters...Si'la, the purple haired thing, she went outside. She was running. I think she was looking for, er, Katie." He wasn't interested in the woman but he wasn't an ass either, perferring people to not get hurt. He stood and then with a singers lungs, his voice bellowed through the house. "DRAKE! YOUR FIANCEE IS OUT IN THIS STORM!"

Si'la had heard her sister and the boy talking about how Katie and Ace were still out in the storm. She had rushed out the door, grabbing rain gear to wear and to bring to them. She rushed along the road but it was getting dark, really dark. She stopped, suddenly realizing that she was lost. Lightning flashed and she grimance. The oiled cloak she wore kept most of her body dry but she had grabbed hers, the one without a hood. Her hair was soaked, plastered to her face when she wasn't moving.

Drake sighed."Fuck.."He yelled as he went down the stairs and out the door, he opened it. "Si'la! their in the driveway, get your ass back here!" He yelled , running and picking her up. He brought her back inside."What the hell were you thinking? Ace has it covered, he won't let your pretty sister go to waste. Their in the damn driveway..let them come in without your whole cry vest..tehy've probably hade a long afternoon.."

Margaret looked out to see Si'la. She said, "Oh, he has her." She pointed towards Drake carrying her. She relaxed a little more knowing her sister would be safe. "Wow, you are loud." Margaret rubbed her ears a little bit, and then scooted away from him, her ears still ringing. She gave him a stern look, and then said, "Margaret."

(( Going to bed XD night))

Ace nodded, though he almost paused when he thought he saw a figure of his brother and maybe one of Katie's sisters outside. Luckily they'd gone inside. He urged the horse to the stables where he stopped in front of one of the stalls. "You go ahead in and check up on your sister, I'll finish up here." he said getting down and offering her a hand to get down to help her.

Shin almost sighed but nodded leaving to set the table for the eight. He glanced out toward the front room, where he heard his brother say something about Drake's fiancee outside in the storm. He was sure that it'd be alright though. Even if Drake wasn't in a very good mood right now. Actually, none of his brothers seemed in a good mood. Maybe it's cause they didn't like the arrangement. Thankfully, Katie and I got a compromise. he thought. It wouldn't be so bad..

Si'la alighted out of Drakes arms, her eyes defiant, sick of this. "Your an asshole, you know that? Thanks for 'rescuing me' but seriously, you don't have to be a jerk about it. I didn't know they were here. I figured i would go find them since they left without rain gear. I'm sooooo sorry I wanted to help my sister. If you'll excuse me, Drake." She turned from him and went farther into the house, going to a bathroom that was upstairs near her own room, where she had left an extra pair of clothes earlier that day for some reason. She shut the door and locked it behind her. She turned the shower on, undressed and got in, washing away the rain and the tears.

Keel looked at the girl. "I should've warned you. Sorry. I'm Keel." He sat back down on the couch, a bit away from Margaret. He really felt like he wanted to kill his father but he had to deal with it for now.

Alvilda wlaked back into the kitchen, putting the potatoes and green beans into two sepreate big bowls with thier serving spoons, she then arranged the steaks onto a big plate. She then took all the dirty dishes to and placed them into the sink and began to wash them, she was still feeling very unlike herself and she had pushed her self far past her limits. There was a loud crashing noise as she finally passed out from overexerting her self with her injury, it was something that she always did, pushing her self until she was sick, her face was flushed with fever, her breathing was quick, she was also sweating, all the clear signs that she was sick.

Margaret looked at Keel as he tried to move away. She wasnt that offended, because she did not want to marry him either. So, Margaret said to him, "You like to yell?" She rubbed her hands together, because the cold was getting to her, but then composed herself, and stopped. She looked Keel in the eye and said, "I am not to happy about this either you know."

Keel chuckled a little. "I don't like yelling. I like singing. And I don't think any of us are happy about it. Are you cold?" He wasn't really concerned per say but she seemed cold. He was fine himself, even without the shirt on and the water still drying. He stood up again, realizing he was still shirtless. "I apologize. I just realized I still do not have a shirt on. If you'll excuse me a moment, ma'am, I will go make myself more decent for your company." He turned and walked into the hallway where the front door was. He opened it and grabbed the shirt he had left out there, ringing it out quickly and taking the towel from around his neck and dried the shirt as best he could. He put it back on, a shudder running through him at the cold. He put the towel back around his neck and went back into the living room. "Pardon my absence again." He sat back down in the same spot as last time.

Margaret looked at Keel and said to him, "I am not that cold, I will be fine." She looked at the shirt that he put on. "Oh, well you look much better?" She was a little confused, but then she got what he was saying. Margaret turned to him and said, "Oh, singing, huh, I am not that great at that.." She looked down at her feet, tapping them on the floor. She was a little embarrassed that she could not sing.

Keel shrugged. "Not everybody can do it right away. Its normal. If you work at it and get practice, most can do it though, girls in particular. So don't worry about it." He looked around and wondered if anybody else was still around. It was getting late. He wondered what was supposed to happen now, with the storm.

Shin's ears perked as he heard something crash from the kitchen. Putting the plates down he quickly hurried over to the room, skidding to a stop in front of the collapsed Alvida. He frowned and shook his head, picking her up and taking her to the living room to ask her sister where her room was. "Um, excuse me, where's her room?" he asked, slightly in a hurry. He wanted to make sure that the fever would be controlled soon. He could almost smack her for not even thinking of her own health, but then again. Girls were always a mystery.

Margaret, still looking at her feet, mumbled, "Yea, right." But then she looked him back in the eyes, to be proper. She still did not smile though, because she felt no need. Margaret always thought that there was no need to smile, so she only smiled when something was very funny, or if she was happy, these things did not happen often. "How are you going to get home? I mean, how am I supposed to get to your home in this weather!?!"

Katie nodded." I hope shes okay.." She said, giving her hand to Ace, and jumping off the horse."Thanks." She said, forgetting her hand was in his."Well, I hope everything works out between you and my sister.." She said softly. she knew that if they hung out more in front of everyone things would get suspicious so she might as well say goodbye to her friend. Though she still wanted to play cards with him sometime. She gave him a soft smile." And things for getting me here threw the storm." She let go of his hand and leaned in, kissing his cheek for pretty much risking both their lives to get here and still saving both their asses. She then walked out of the barn, not waiting for him to say anything since she just realized she had kissed his cheek. She went to the front door, bursting inside and looking around."I'm home." She said quietly, she went strait over towards the laundrey to get two clean towels since her and Ace were both soaking wet. She wrapped the towel around herself and sat down, waiting for Ace to come in to give him the other towel.

Drake watched his wife to be go and then noticed the shivering Katie come inside. He leaned back, looking out the window for his brother.

((Pst!!!! Shin is in the living asking where Alvilda's room is since she passed out and has a fever besides i thought it would be interesting to have one of them get sick))

Alvilda brow furrowed in her passed out state, she didn’t know who picked her up but she felt it and the first thing that she did was cling to the persons shirt like it was the only thing that was keeping her there. She was burning up with fever, her throat was dry like she had never took a sip of water in her whole life, soon she was fading in and out of coconsciousness. She wasn’t in her completely passed out state, she was vaguely aware of what was going on around her, soon she was breaking out in a sweat, ill from something.

Ace smirked and nodded, "Thanks.. I'll need all the hope." he said easily enough, though he knew he really would need the luck and he hope. Her sister was a bit of a handful from what little he'd seen. When Katie kissed his cheek though he blinked in surprise."No, problem." he replied after she'd left. That had been odd. Not really unpleasant either. he thought as he pulled Eryk in the stall, drying him off before patting his head and putting some food for him he'd found. "Thanks.." he muttered to the horse as he closed the stall before him, glancing up at the sky as the storm came closer. He hurried inside the house, glancing around to see his brother and Katie, with a towel around herself, and one for him. "Sup?" he asked Drake, almost smirking again as he guessed what he'd say about going out in this weather.

Keel snorted. "I doubt anybody will be leaving with the weather the way it is." He looked down the hall when Katie came in. "Looks like our siblings made it. And you should answer Shin..."

Si'la got done with her shower and changed into her dry clothes, a regular long sleeve shirt and a pair of black pants. She slipped her feet into a pair of slippers and then went out of the bathroom and to her room. She stopped. Somebody had been in her room without permission. She growled and threw her wet things in the hamper. She cleaned grabbed the blanket that was used and threw that in the hamper as well. She grabbed her key from her dresser and went out, locking her door behind her, that way nobody but her parents, who's only condition was that they have a copy of the key, could get in without her knowledge or permission.
She went downstairs, to the living room, just in time to hear Keel say that Margaret should answer his brother. She hurried over. "Shin, her rooms upstairs. You can follow me. Or I could help you carry her. Is she going to be alright?"

He felt his shirt being gripped as he'd picked her up, he glanced down at her and frowned. She looks really bad. He looked at Si'la and nodded. "I'll follow you, and, I think she's really sick. She'd cut her hand earlier so I'm unsure if it's part of that. I'm going to need some cold towels to help lower his fever." he said, looking slightly worried.

Si'la nodded. "Follow me. We can take care of her." She lead the way up the stairs and to the girls room. "Here it is. I'll be right back with the towels." She left the room and went quickly to the bathroom, grabbing some towels and a bowl, filling it with cool water. She came back, not quite in the hurry so she wouldn't spill any of it. She set the bowl down on the nightstand and took out the towel she had already put in the water. She wrung most of it out and then handed it to Shin. "Here." She watched him a moment as he tended to her sister. "Your worried about her. Would you rather marry her instead of Katie?" She didn't feel like beating around a bush; her mood still not much improved because of Drake. So she just came out and said it. She smiled kindly though, showing that she didn't mean any harm by it.
