Shadow sighed and turned away. Just because the girl was supposed tobe in charge did not mean that he had any intention of listening to her. She was nothing more than a little girl after all. Demon or not, he seemed older and taller so he was the boss, atleast in his mind.

Alystin layed on the bed, and remembered she had her weapons on her. She took them out and observed them, Wondering if she should leave now, and possibly take out the boy as well. She set them down, and put them under her pillows. Well, She was going to have to do something. And soon.

Shadow looked around the infirmary and then the rest of the place. It was almost like a small apartment, and when he finds a fridge he looks around. He was starving and wondered what Gregory would have. He reaches for the handle to the fridge before he notices several red stains on it.
"What the hell?" He asks before he opens it. Instantly red filled his vision and he had to jump back. Bottles full of what looked like blood lined the top row and then below it where bowls of what looked like meat. He swings the refridgerator door closed swiftly and felt somewhat sick, yet his hunger still remained. |
Alystin's eye twiched as she heard some comotion downstairs. She sighs and gets up, grabbing the knife and hiding it. She goes down and finds Shadow looking sick. "Oh, whats the matter?" She says annoyed. She looks to the fridge and opens it up. She smiles as she sees bottles full of blood sitting in there. She happily takes one and then looked to him, "Oh, is this what your all upset about? Pansy.." She says, turning away and taking a drink.

"You're a sick little girl!" Shadow says looking at both the girl and the bottle with disgust. He could not even iimagine drinking something like that. Seeing the girl drink the blood like it was soda pop made him want to puke.

Alystin sighs, puts down her bottle, goes to the fridge and takes out a new one. She opens it up, and holds the bottle in her hand for a minute, thinking. She smirks, and quickly grabs Shadow and forces the bottle into his mouth, making the liquid go in and catching him by surprize, making him drink it. "This is what I like to call Vamp." She begins, "It's blood, that comes in a bottle for Vampires. And also others, like us. So I thought i'd give it a name." She says.

Shadow was surprised as the blood was forced into his mouth. He drank as little as he could and wraps his hands around the girl's in anattempt to free himself so he could spit it out. 'What the hell is this sadistic girl doing?' He thinks.

Alystin kept on persisting, forcing it to go down. "Come on, drink up." She says, "This is your first lesson." She says, and chuckles. "Don't be a pansy."

Shadow gave in and drank the blood and was surprised at how easily it all went down. What was wrong with him? Why did this seem more satisfying than any other meal? Why did a part of him enjoy it? He finishes and then managestopush himself free.
"What the hell was that?" He asks wiping the blood from his mouth. |
"Well, Did you like it?" She asks, backing up and going back and getting her own bottle again. "It seemed like you did." She smirks, then finds a chair and sits down in it, looking up at shadow while still smirking.

Shadow looked at the girl as though she was crazy.
"Of course I did not like it!" He shrieks at the girl. "Why the hell would you think that I would?" He hisses. He would never admit that he liked it to anyone. Not even himself. |
"Well, you seemed confused, and I took it that you liked it very much, but didn't want too." She says, "I'm your teacher, and this is the first lesson: It's normal for you to like blood." she takes a drink herself, then puts the drink down. She gets up, and goes over and pats him on the shoulder, "This is gonna be fun, being your teacher." She smiles, and starts to walk away.

Shadow looks at the girl for a moment before he felt himself lunge at her uncontrollably. He grabs herwrist and pins it to the wall in an instant.
"Don't you dare treat me like I am some little pet that you intend to teach tricks to." He hisses narrowing his eyes. He felt like he wanted to attack something and the girl was not helping her case by toying with him. |
Alystin was quite surprized at his action, and looked up at him. She knew she was not in the best position to mess with him, but she felt herself not be able to help it. "But you are my little pet now, and I'm suppose to teach you the tricks." She says, and smirks at him. She figured she could take him, since he still didn't know most of his powers, and she had her weapon.

Shadow looked at the stupid girl before he slams his hand againstthe wall next to her to simply scare her. Ashe felt his arm break through the wall he blinks and falls forwards. He manages to catch himself, but not before he found his lips on Alystin's. He found himself stunned at this.

Alystin's eyes widen increadibly, she felt his lips on her, and she couldn't pull away because she was right up against the wall. She stood there a minute, stunned, before she pushed him away. "WHAT?!" Was all she could say, and she stares at him.

Shadow looked at the girl for a minute then at the hole in the wall.
"Whoa I did that?" He asks trying to focus on something else. He needed to think of somethiung, anything to make the situation a lot less awkward. |
Alystin looked to him, and the wall. Was he really going to ignore that? She sighed heavly, and started to walk off. She stopped for a moment, and looked back at him, "Tomarrow, You are gonna pay for that." She says, then starts off again. She shudders at the memory of what just happened, it was awkward, but she tries to calm herself down.. Well, at least he was cute..

Shadow watched the girl leave and he then turns towards a hallway. He walks towards it swiftly and then finds a room. Though he was not all that tired, he laid himself down and focused hard on sleep. It took him quite some time, but eventually, he closes his eyes and dozes off again.

Alystin wakes up the next day, and just lays there in her bed. She looks around the room for a moment surprized, but quickly remembers how she got there and why she was in this place. "Gahh.." she moans, and lays there in bed. She wondered what Shadow was up too. |
Shadow was up early and he decided that since there seemed like there was nothing to do inside, he would have to entertain himself by going through all of Gregory's things. He walked into the office that was at the head of the building and then he began to rummage through the main desk.
Nothing seemed to be too important. All the files were seemingly efficently filed. He continued to rummage through and sighs as he finishes with the first drawer. Nothing good. He almost wanted Alystin to wake up. He figured that it was almost noon. |
Alystin continued to lay in bed, when she heard some rustleing from another room through the vents. She got up, opened the door and yells out into the hallway "Hey! Be quiet!" She says, and starts stumbling back to her bed.

Shadow sighs before he decides that looking around was not worth his time or effort. He wondered how long Alystin planned to sleep and he felt himself growing more and more annoyed at her.

Alystin layed back in bed, happier now that Shadow had stopped his ruckus. She pulls the blankets over her and happily grabs her pillow and lays down and closes her eyes..

Shadow smiles as he realized that he had the perfect opeertunity to play with Alystin before she was too awake before she was fully awake. He creeps towards the door and then smirks and opens it slowly. He sees Alystin laying down and he creeps into the room slowly hoping that she would not notice him before it was too late.
