Neilla closed her eyes as she walked as she lessen to her mp3 player by now. She walked right passed the guy she would have by now been staring at as she walked into the store. She grabbed a cart as she walked thew the store her eyes still closed as she moved about the store grabbing all the items she usually bought for her family.

Nickoles sighed when he finished his food and still felt hungry, exactly like how he felt after his nights. He then headed into the store again and started to pick up some food. He then saw the girl from before and wondered what he should say to her. After a few minutes of thing he decided nothing since he had no idea. He then went on with picking out what food he should get.

Neilla open her eyes as she pulled out one of her head phone and waited in line for the cashier to ring her items up. She noticed how slow the girl was taking hoping she wouldn't have to wait on Neilla. She rolled her eyes as she walked all the way down to the end cashier and put her stuff on the counter knowing the old woman would check her out she always did. Once she had helped bag her stuff and payed the woman she pulled out one of the muffins and handed it to her and thanked her as she walked out of the store. She took a seat just out side the store as she looked at all the things she had to carry home. She hung her head not looking forward to the hike back to her home with all twenty bags. She should have asked for the car. She thought as she sat there.

Nickoles was checked out pretty quickly and he was glad about that. He headed back outside and saw the girl from before. It was as if she was everywhere he was. He was about to home and not look at her again but he saw her with all those bags. He sighed and knew he had to do the right thign and walked over to her. "do you need help?" he asked and he coudl already see people making fun of her and stareing at him like he was a idiot for talking to her.

"No my dad is coming to pick them up. You should go back home your parents must be worried. Besides who wants to talk to a witch." She said as she moved from her set and walked over to her cart putting her hood up as she picked up the bags and hurried off. She already heard the others snickering again. She wished for once she could be in peace she didn't want to live in this town her father had her and her mother got stuck here. They where happy in Italy with their family. At lest there they where loved and even liked here they where just open season for meanness and harassment. She kept her head down as she walked not letting any see her face or the tear that ran down her face from some of their remarks. She was amazed how fast she made it to the woods with all of those bags and that all the people where gone from them. She felt bad for being rude to the guy but he didn't need to be seen with her they would start doing the same to him. She couldn't have friends here they would end up hating her in the end they always did because of how mean the others where to them. She had done the right thing to leave him there she kept telling herself not believing it for a moment.

NIckoles watched her go and then glared at all the peopel calling her names. He walked right up to them and said in a cold tone, "stop making fun of her or else I will get a friend of mine to come and get you." he said and they didnt' take him seriously and just siad he was being stupid. But they stopped saying that after he flipped the one guy onto his back and growled a inhuman like growl. THey all stopped talking and just stared at him. NIckoles glared and then walked away without another word. He knew he had let he anger get hte best of him but he coudlnt' help it. THey where just annoying him since they didn't understand a thing, they knew nothing while he knew more things. He idnd't even notice how fast the word spread and peopel started to avoid him. He just smirked and continued to walk and didn't care if they hated or liked him.

Neilla walked to the waterfall after finding the forest rather hot. She knew her parents weren't expecting her so soon. She had made some good time getting out of there so she could afford a quick swim. She placed her items under one of the rocks where no one would see them and to keep them cool. She loved that this part of the forest was shaded and little sun got in. She removed her hoodie and shoes as she dove into the cool and clear water. She emerged from it as she laughed forgetting all the people who had made fun of her and the guy till she remembered seeing him this morning and felt rather lousy again for what she had done. She wandered how long he would stay and if he would let her make it up to him for her action.

NIckoles was now at the music store and listening to music. He looked around and could see everyone looking at him and some glaring. He smirked to himself and kenw he had just dug himself a hole that he would never be able to dig himself out of. But he didn't care, it wasn't like they where staying long. He was just going to leave soon. He then headed out of there and towards the forest. He found himself a nice clear place and layed down to soak in the sun. He loved hte sun and just wanted to lay like this the rest of the day till he turned into a monster tonight.

Neilla slowly rose from the water as she laid on one of the rocks to dry off after her refreshing swim. She was happy she had wore her black tank top under her hoodie and that she had wore her jean shorts. At lest if any one came she was clothed. She had been laying there for a while when the forest animals come out to greet her. She laughed and giggled as a few of the foxes jumped up on the rock and licked her face wanting her to play with them. She had made the mistake of befriending them when she had first got there and they had got use to her coming to play with them.

Nickoles sighed as he layed there and wondered what animal would be it tonight. Sometimes he had small signs to warn him what he was going to change into but he wasn't lucky yesturday and do far he was still unlucky. He then closed his eyes and was almost asleep when he felt something wet lick his face. He opens his eyes to see a wolf there and he gently reached out and patted it's head. He guessed he was going to turn into some type of mythical wolf tonight and that Kent he had to be very careful.

Nellia quickly put her hoodie back on as she picked up her items and flowed the foxes as they lead her back the way she had came. She froze as she saw them rush to the guy and begin to play with him as she stared at the wolf and rose a brow. She gently put her items down as she just stared at the lot of them not sure what to make of them. "Not only can you turn into a Griffin but you can befriend wild beast as well. You are full of surprises arnt you." She said knowing he would either deny being a griffin and write or off, ignore her, or just try and avoid the topic.

Nickoles smirked when the other animals came to him and started to play with him. He could alway count on wildlife anywhere to like him since he smelled of magical animals. But he was startled when he heard the girl and looked up at her. He had no idea what to say and thought about running since usually people would try to kill him then but she was different. "Surprises yes but none of them are good for me since they only cause me pain and trouble." he said since it was true.

"Who did it to you? They where rather strong for a curse such as yours. There are two others with it as well arnt there? I sensed you and two others. I had thought witches first. They are rather nasty things and love to come here to start trouble. Then I thought spells. But no it is much worse you are victims of theirs. I am very sorry for everything. I should have stopped them sooner from hurting you. Please forgive me. " Neilla said as she kept her stance not sure if she really wanted to be there. She wanted to run home and lock herself in her room and never come out. But her body wouldn't move or let her it just stud there still as ever as her mind screamed to run. Though her hart wanted to reach out to him and help him. He had so much pain it was obvious.

Nickoles sighed and looked at her as he patted a wolfs head. "it is okay, it isn't the first time I have been hurt. I usually get a scar or two each time I go to a different town. "he said and remembered the last scar. It still hurt slightly. "and this curse has been in my family for genreations. W have lived with it for so long that we have no idea who was the first to have it. My parents are the other two but they have better control then me." he said and then looked at her. Hecould tell she wasn't completely comfortable here and sighed, "your welcome to leave, I wouldn't blame you since it is getting late and my time is coming" he said and knew she would freak if she saw him change.

Neilla could feel the hurt in his voice though he masked it well. She was great a reading people it was her thing as her dear cousin would put it. She missed Italy and all of her family. There they where all miss fits together all with their own gifts and roll there. Neilla had played match maker and healer for the town they lived in. She wished she could heal him. She felt a little hurt as she told her she could leave. She was a shamed of her self for making it obvious how she felt. " No it is not right to leave you. If they come back they might not stop this time. It isn't your fault and you shouldn't be hunted. Neilla is my name." She said as she took a seat on the ground as the foxes came to her and rested one on each leg.

Nickoles looked at Neilla, "it is nice to met you, I am nickoles." he said as he looked over at her. "it wouldn't be the first time since I am a monster" he said and then looked up into the sky. "and it wouldn't Be the first time I was hunted. It would probably be then 14 or 15 time, I lost track." he said as he Tryed to remember how many times his family had been forced out a town. In those hunts he had gotten his worst scars but he was still alive. "and even if you try to explain it wontwork, they will continue to come at me. I am not normal so of corse they will hunt me, to them I am a monster and part of that is right." he said and looked over at her.

Neilla looked at him as she shook her head and looked to the foxes. "At lest you are not a witch. I am not even that and useless. A witch could kill me with a spell in a heart beat. The only thing I can do is read people, heal, steal life force energy and ready auras. At lest in X-men Rouge got the hot guy and the others person powers she touched. Out of my family line I am the darker of our gifts but the weakest. My aunt has the power over weather though she isn't nice like storm is I assure you. Another can make people into living dolls and make them do as she wishes with a thought. My mother can do anything with plants or anything dealing with earth. Me I'm just the laughing stock of the family. The others can make witches tremble and all I can do is make them laugh. So don't give me that garbage I am not normal open your eyes where both in the woods with wild animals that act like house pets. I think we both arn't normal. I want be her much longer My Father is already ready to send me back to Italy. I have ruined my chances of staying here after I killed the livestock here three weeks ago. They picked on me and I lost my temper I killed every leaving thing around me at that time. Though I went back and healed everything. I wished I could help you I know how cruel it is to be the outsider and to have others chase you and want you dead."

Nick looked up at her and could feel her pain also. Pain was a familiar feeling to him and it was easy to see it on her. He moved over to her and looked at her, "then maybe we should stick togeather. I mean we are both misfits so why not stay close and try to help each other out while we can." he said as he looked at her and had to admit she looked kinda cute. "and I lost my chance of staying here last night and also having friends when I stuck up for you. But I could care less what they think since you can actually understand unlike them." he said as he looked at her. "and I do t see how your powers can be the laughing stock of your family, they seem ten no twenty times better then my curse to me" he said as he tryed to get her to smile.

Neilla stared at him then just laughed as she began to smile. "Well telling others off doesn't make the greatest impression in the world. " She then looked serous for a moment as she looked at him. "You are correct your curse is much worse. I wish I could help you get rid of it. It would be nice for you to be normal again and not to have any more scars. They look like the hurt something out of Nightmares." She said as she gently patted the foxes on her legs shifting her eyes to them. "You are the first person to ever stick up for me thank you."

Nick smiled at her, "no problem" he said as he looked at her. "and trust me most of the scars do hurt but I have learnd to live with it. The first scar I got was when I was 8 and someone was hunting us." he said and shuddered as he remembered the pain. But he had gotten use to it over the years. But then he thought of something and looked at her, "maybe you can help me get ride of it. YOu have powers, maybe you can get ride of it or help me find a way." he said as he looked at her and hoped that she would help him.

Neilla rose a brow as she looked at him. "I am not sure how my gift could help you. But I am more than willing to help you figure out how to brake your curse." She looked to the sky as she felt her father calling her and hung her head as she looked back to Nick. "I have to go now but I'll be back tonight since I know this is where your other side likes to come." She said as she gently rose and picked up her items and turned heading out of the woods.

Nick watched her go, "just be careful when you come. I will be in a very bad mood probably." he said since he knew when he changed into anything dealing with wolves he had a very bad temper. He then stood up and headed back home to rest a little bit before night came. ONce he got home he picke dup a apple and watched a little t.v. he then saw that they where gather a search party to find the beast form last night and knew he had to be careful.

Neilla smiled as her father greeted her at the edge of the woods and took the items from her. She hurried along side him as they headed for their house. She helped him put the items away as she lessened to the TV her mother had on while she cooked. She tried not to laugh as her mother cursed at the Tv in ten different tongs. She shifted her eyes as her father spoke to her. "She is still up set about the people hunting the poor beast. I haven't seen her this made since your aunt tried to marry me and tried to get you married off to your cousin." Neilla laughed along with her father as they both turned in time to see her mother glaring at them and they both go very quite. "I thinks she is madder. After supper I am going to the woods if that is ok the foxes want me to bring them something. I promise if I see the creator not to harm it." Her father smiled and nodded as he walked to the table and set it as her mother brought the food to it and they ate their dinner.

NIck sighed as his parents got up and ate something. They where all tired and quickly left the room to go into the forest before him. Nick watched them go and ate a little more. He didn't want to go outside and into the forest. He knew he was going to be hunted and he hated that feeling. But the thought of Neilla being in there made him get out of the hotel and headed into the forest. As he walked the sun started to fall and he felt it coming out. He dropped to all fours and growled in pain. Claws bursted out of his hands and a tail sprouted from his tail bone. Soon a huge wolf stood there and his growled. He then took off into the forest and he could feel is body ready to fight anything.

Neilla excused her self after supper and hurried out the rather over sized glass doors to the guardian. She quickly jumped the hedges and ran into the woods. She knew by now since the sun had already set Nick was already in his beast form. She wandered if she could draw his beast from further into the forest where no human ever went if he would come. She smiled as the forest showed her the way to the deepest parts of it using it's live energy to make a path for her to follow as she went. She tried to figure out how to get Nick to come as she ran. She closed her eyes as she ran and made her aura mimic his parents only it was much stronger. She hoped he would fall for it and run after her instead of finding trouble with the humans.
