Rowan spun around quickly jumping in the air yelpping. "I-I-I'm l-looking for Pheobe." He said blushing darkly. He felt like he had been caught doing something bad. Which he might have been without knowing.

the young man smiled and ran his hand through his dark brown hair, which for some reason seemed to twinkle with some fine strands. "you most likely will find her up top, she hates it down here unless it is raining." he pushed away from the door and walked over to Rowan and ran his hand gently along his tail. "I am Shaenlin the Human Flier, but you can call me Shaen. and what is your name little cat?"

Rowan jumped at the touch forcing himself not to yank away his tail as he looked at the man. "R-rowan Sir…" He said softly his ears flicking with worry. He was thank ful that this man didn't seem too scary. Yet any way. Rowan took a shaky sigh trying to relax.

"is it R-rowan or Rowan?" Shean said mimicking Rowan's studded perfectly. "just want to make sure I am saying it right." reaching up he slowly and gently petted Rowans ears. "you don't have to worry I am not going to hurt you. I just am not liked by many off the cats and so I don't get to see your kind often." it was true that he did not see many of the Cat people down where he was, in fact the last Tom of the Circus had told all the cats and kittens they were not allowed near him. he had once taken a liking to that Tom and it had scared the Tom.

"Just Rowan…" He said softly tail flickering. He smiled softly. He didn't see anything wrmg with this man and told him so, "It's just my tail I don't like being touched…" He blushed lightly. "It makes me skittish…" He looked down he didn't know why it bothered him so much.

Shean walked around to look at Rowan’s face, sticking his finger under his chin he forced it up. “Do you not like being touched by any one or just men? And is it just your tail?” his voice was like a purr but was not truly a purr. “do you like girls or do you like guys?”

Rowan blinked at the questions thinking through them. "Anyone really sept my mom…and just my tail…and I-I don't know sir…" He looked down. "Is there a difference?" He frowned thinking. He didn't know what it was like to sleep with some one so he really didn't know.

forcing Rowan's face back up Shaen looked into his eyes. " there is a great different if your with a man or a woman." he smiled a dark smile. "when you wish to lean what it is to be with a man then come find me."

Rowan felt a strange tingle at Shaen's words causing his tail to flicker a bit. "O-o-okay!" He blushed unsure what he had just agreeed to or the look in his eye.

"well then little cat, dont let that nasty tom bully you to much. if he does you can always come here to hide." he let Rowan's chin fall as he back up to the door. "and you will find Phoebe up those sets of stairs." he pointed to a set of stairs that were hidden in the shadows.

Rowan nodded smiling, "Okay…and thank you!" He smiled happily as he raced off to find Pheobe. His tail flickering happily as he dashed up the steps wondering.

Phoebe was lying sprawled on the deck within a bunch of large cables of rope. her arms out and her legs spread wide. she looked rather odd and one might thing she had just fallen from a mast with her belly up like that. but her tail twitched ever few moments as she lay there.

Rowan laughed looking at him his tail swishing happiy and he carefully jumpped up next to her. He sighed thinking.

Phoebe sprang away and was ready to run until she saw who it was. slapping him on the shoulder she growled. "give a body a chance ta wake up before doing dat will ya!"

"s-sory…" He said rubbing his shoulder lijtlu. "I didn't mean to scare you…" He frowned looking down.

“Well then I am glad you are sated in at least that. It would be wrong of me to leave you wanting when I was not, that is why I offered. But next Saturday whatever we are doing we must stop and have some fun. I do not want to pass up another day like that.” Why had he not noticed it was Saturday Tempa wounded. He used to keep such good track of time but now he seemed to be slipping.

“I was napping what did you expect me ta do when you jump right next ta me when I am in the middle of de tether coils. Of course I am going ta be scared, scared of getting squished under a coil sat is too heave for me to pick up.” She said quiet agitated, partly because he had seen her scared.

Ratchet kissed him gently, "Don't fret over it too much love…" He smiled looking at him, "Simetimes you want to give too much…"

"S-sorry I didn't realize…" Rowan paniced whimpering a bit.

“I only want to give you so much love because you’re the first one that I have come a crossed that can give me it back.” Tempa smiled into the kiss then pulled Ratchet down. “now I am wanting just to cuddle, so now you have to bow to my wishes.” His hands freed from the ropes they disappeared back to the Toy box. “so what are you going to vote for the cat?”

Seeing him show that he was not going to use her fear to his advantage she smiled. “ah come on just forget it. Da ya think I would hurt ya for just dat little dang?” she ruffled his hair as she pulled him into the ropes. “ya just don’t do dat again, ya hear?”

Ratchet easily cuddled with him. His body relaxing into Tempa like he was a giant teddy bear. Which who knows he might have been. Weirder things have happened. "I don't know it think he should be made to stay but do we really need anouther cat?" He sighed.

Rowan blushed looking at her, "Ah okay…" His tail flicked a bit. "Hey Phee your smart right?"

“I know what you mean, it seems that all the cats come out when we are in a town that has them and all of them want to join. We even have a full attraction set up just so that they can earn money.” He nibbled on Ratchet neck. “And here we are two of the most beautiful men in the world and we don’t have our own main ring event.” It was really not the circus’ fault that they did not have a main ring event. Lady Julian had tried to get one made up for them but they were just too picky to find one that fit them and did not make them feel like children. The problem with being so old.

Phoebe had by now curled up so that she could get more of a catnap. “yah ya might say I am, why?” she looked over at him.

Ratchet sighed, "Ah enough your making me feel old…" He sighed a light smile on his lip as he kissed Temp.

Rowan sighed looking at her, "What the difference between being with a man or a woman?" He asked with a frown.

“I’m making you feel old? With all my time jumping I am the older one of the two of us, just because the evilness of my soul had not caught up to me yet does not mean that I am so young.” Tempa said as he broke off the kiss. “so don’t go saying I am making you feel old.”

“The different?” she looked at him oddly then she surged. “You’re asking the wrong person, but from what I can tell men were made to fit into women well but with men they somehow do it, and depending on who you’re partnered with can be painful or pleasant as it is with a woman. But then I have never been with either so I can’t say.” She looked at him oddly. “You not old enough to be thinking of that yet, you’re about my age and I have not yet gone into heat.” She turned onto her side to look at him. “Why are you asking me any ways? What made you think I would know?” she actually knew more then she was letting on but it confused her that he would ask her so early. Maybe he was an early bloomer and was interested in her that was going to cause a bigger rift with the head tom if he had her first, but maybe that would be better than the tom.

Ratchet chuckled lightly, "Alright…" He smiled softly on occasion he enjoyed watching Tempa get rilles up a bit. He sighed, "Fortunatly tims is not an effective factor in either of our lives so truly what does age matter?"

Rowan opened he mouth to tell her about Shaen, but he remembered what he said about not being liked by the cats so he fell silent and with a sigh began again, "Well my friends mostly…" He frowned, "They are all in High school and are always talking about their girls and boys. And I'm not to young I'm going to High School next year! I just act you…my friend Cass says it's because my parents are the way they are that I'm sehelteres…" Hw scowled looking down, "I hate not knowing things."

“Only time it does matter is when we have to pull the age card to get someone to do what we want or when talking about the children out there.” He jerked his head to the door, and on this side of the flap it was a door. “You do know that if that witches spell ever wears off on me I will end up looking so ugly you won’t want to come near me. It’s the curse of my race, age will show our true natures.”

“so were you to go to a church finishing school or to a privet finishing school?” she had never ran a crossed some one that had gotten that far in the school system, maybe he could help her with the few books she had found. She had never gone to any of the church schools when she was younger, they always preached at you with the lessons. And with her being born on the street and left there to die she did not think they would have taken to kindly to her.

((ok with the time setting they would not have called it high school they would have called it finishing school. Also he would have only had one option if his family is the way he described it and that was getting really good marks in the church schools as he grew up to keep being given a chance to move up in his schooling, which he would do if he is smart enough. I would say he is smart enough to get those marks and keep up with his family. It would have been the work houses for him to support his family if he was not in school))

Ratchet frowned, "Thatvwill be hard love…" He said sadly, "I'll find a way to deal…hopefully the time I spent in Hell will lessen that. I don't thinking I could leave you." He closed his eyes he didn't like talkig about the spell wearing out.

"Church…" Hecsaid softly looking down, "It got harder aferter my parents…" His voice faded off. He smiled lightly, "I'm a good studient and I'll miss it. I don't how much longer I can continue going…"
