Emy blinked slightly. "So...he doesn't even leave his house?" She seemed a little sad by that thought. "Sounds lonely..." She looked away for a moment, then looked back at him. "So, would you like me to get you to the Bering Sea? Or where you were caught? I think if I can get my uncle to help I can get you to the Bering Sea in...maybe a day or two from whenever I can get you out of here."

"I would appreciate that..." Léan replied, happily. "But you can just drop me off in any body of water connected to the sea, if that is easier for you..."

Emy smiled. "That's alright. I'll try to get you as close as I can, I promise. It doesn't really matter if it's easy or not. I want to help you as much as I can."

Léan nodded, closing his eyes. "All right...thank you." The gratitude sounded awkward...he wasn't used to thanking, let alone speaking to, humans.

Emy tilted her head slightly, as if studying him. Then made to stand up. "If this is awkward for you, I can leave.." She did need to change, before she caught something.

"If you wish to leave, go on ahead," Léan retorted, pointedly. "I don't mind...if you do need to go, then go."

Emy did stand, but looked at him a little funny. She didn't notice that it sorta looked like she wasn't wearing any clothes by how the stuck to her. "Have I done something to offend you?" Her voice was a little wary, as if she were afraid she had.

Léan cleared his throat. "No. But it does look like you need a change of clothes," he pressed, tone a tad awkward.

Emy blushed again when she realized she was still soaked. "Yeah...umm....do you want the fish, or are you not hungry?"

"You can just dump them in here. I may eat one or two, but I'm not terribly hungry at the moment," Léan decided, quietly.

Emy nodded quickly, looking extremely embarrased. She walked back towards the steps and grabbed the bucket and dumped the fish into the water. "I'll see you in the morning." She said and waved slightly, then escaped behind the door and changed into some clean workout clothes she found in a closet.

Léan watched her leave, amused. He didn't feel too awkward about what had happened. He seemed relaxed. After a moment, he shrugged away his lingering thoughts and began to chase after some of the fish.

She tied her hair back and hauled her wet clothes in a bag. She was in some black shorts and a purple tanktop. She was just glad the outfit wasn't pink. The clothes fit her snuggly though, she also went barefoot. She waved again to him from the other side of the glass and smiled, seemingly no longer embarrased. She then walked out and back towards her car.

Léan waved this time, not seeming used to the gesture. It was strange to him. It seemed they didn't wave all that often in his society as a greeting, or a goodbye.

Emy had seemed a little amused by that. She got a few stares from the gaurds, she could feel them staring at her. Which made her more angry then embarrased. But, she bit her tongue and just went to her car, started it and drove home.

Léan ended up eating three of the fish and leaving the rest for later. He felt more secure seeing fish swimming around him. It felt more like home...though it surely wasn't.

When Emy got home she did a rough sketch of the floorplans of the office thing behind the tank. She also brung up two maps on her computer screen. One of the park and one of the state. She tried to make an escape plan. After awhile she got tired and put the papers away between her matresses and went to sleep.

Early morning and afternoon at the aquarium were the most crowded times. And, they were certainly Léan's least favorite times of the day, now. People poked and prodded at the glass, demanding that the staff make the merman, relaxing on the rocks, do tricks.

Emy came to the aquarium some time between 8 and noon. She hated how many people were demanding tricks, he wasn't a dolphin. She came out from the stairway and stood there a moment. This time in her black jean shorts, orange tanktop with a black skull'n'crossbones on the front, black suspenders, black and orange striped gloves to match the striped leggings and black chucks. She walked out and squatted on the walkway, waving a little to him. "Hey."

Léan tilted his head, and then lifted himself from the rocks, swimming upwards and breaching the surface rather lazily. "Hello."

She smiled at him and leaned back a little, still squatting. "How are you today?" Though she could tell the people were bothering him.

"Tired...hungry. And violent." Léan twitched. "I want to murder them. I am not doing tricks for them--I'm not an animal..." He seemed even more bitter about humankind today than normal. Vast numbers of them both frightened and infuriated him.

Emy nodded. "I know...when I heard what they were shouting and complaining about, I felt like pounding some heads. But, that'd put me in jail and I wouldn't be able to help you." She looked sad at the thought. "Look...I know they piss you off, I'd want to kill them too. But it's not a good thing to do if you had the chance. They may think you're an animal, because they've been told no different. They might just be thinking you are like a dolphin or seal or something. An animal that can be made to do tricks." She shook her head. "But, I'm not defending them, just showing another point of view." She stood. "You said you were hungry, so here you go." She let a couple fish into the water.

Before responding, Léan quickly ducked under and captured one of the fish. He floated back up, nibbling on its side. "I would still like to rip some heads off...if I get the chance...you know I will. That man had better not get cheeky and allow people up on this walkway for money. I will attack..." he admitted.

Emy shook her head a little frantically. "If he does I'll make sure to get it through his head that you will." She sighed slightly. "I wouldn't want anyone being hurt over his 'cheekiness'." She rubbed the back of her head for a moment. His eating the fish like that still made her queasy, but not as much.
