Artemis was shocked as to why she was kissing him.He quickly backed up,hitting his head on the broken shelf.Artemis grabbed the back of his head and groaned."Great..."He whispered.Artemis looked over at Yoli with a confused expression."Why did you do that?"He asked.

Yue was just sitting in the garden playing his flute when he got the news. Two guards come to him in the garden "Prince Yue, Princess Yoli is missing. We have intel that says she is in the Dark Elf City Snakison." Yue looks at the guards "Thank you for the information. We should get an elite team to go in and rescue her. We don't want to start an uprising between the dark elves and light elves." The guards run off and Yue goes back to playing his flute and starts to the outer parts of the castle. Thinking about what he could do to help his dear sister.

Yoli frowned at him a moment. She did not especially expect this kind of a reaction. SHe had always thought that boys enjoyed a kiss from a girl. In her city that was a normal reward for when someone helped her out.

"I apologize."

She looked down at the ground frowning. THis place was so confusing.

Artemis shook his head and scooted back over to Yoli."No I'm sorry.It was a bit suprising thats all.I didn't expect you to do that.Most people around here don't do that."He said.Artemis chuckled."Besides I didn't know you wanted me so badly.I wouldn't think the Princess of Light Elves would have a crush on a Dark Elf."Artemis said laying back down.

She looked at him in a funny way for a moment and then laughed.

"I do not have a crush. I was just thanking you. Where I come from thats how a lady thanks a guy. How do dark elves thank each other?"

She leaned in closer to him curious as to what he would say.

Artemis raised a eyebrow at her question."Well if you think beating someone over the head and taking there money,or maybe robbing your friends store is a good way to thank someone then we do it all the time."He said with a chuckle. Artemis smile slowly faded."People don't greet nor thank anyone here. This is hell sweety."He said closing his eyes.

She sighed. There was no point to be in a place like this. She just wanted to go home. She was tired of the illmannered people who treated her badly and to think they did not even thank each other properly.

"I really hope that you will stay in my city after we leave. I know they will treat you good as soon as they find out what you did."

Artemis shook his head."I stay in your city.Yoli.......i'm a dark elf if you haden't noticed and the last time I checked if a dark elf is spotted around Hephiata they get sent to the dungeon."He said turning so he was on his side."The only place I can actually live is in this place...."He whispered.A soft smile spread across his lips."Besides....after I get you back to Hephiata you woudn't need me anymore."Artemis said with a light chuckle.

(Yue is in the castle area in a garden of some kind.)

She stared at him. This was something that he would ever understand. She laid down on her back and looked up at the top of the building. She looked back over at him and frowned.

"Everyone I live around would welcome you to open arms. We are forgiving unlike the people who live here. Besides I would not have even invited you unless I wanted you to be there with me. We do not ignore dark elves anymore. We appreciate everyone for all of their qualities. There are indeed a few who would probably ignore a lot about you but not me and not my father. We are a nice people. You just have never met them before."

Artemis nudged her gently in the shoulder."Alright alright Princess.I get it.Now how about we go to sleep before it's already time to wake up."He said.Artemis closed his eyes and fell into a dreamless slumber.

As usual Artemis woke to gunshots.He quickly sat up and gently shook Yoli."Hey Princess....we need to get up now..."he whispered.

Yoli fell asleep quickly and had horrible nightmears. She woke to loud noises and being poked and prodded. She looked up at Artemis.

"Whats going on?" She asked sleepily.
