WELCOME TO DELARIA

Main villiages-

HEPHIATA
Known as the villiage of the light elves, this place is the sactuary for all the light elves of Delaria. The princess is known as Yoli. She is a quiet and sweet friendly elf. Everyone loves her. The king is named Sephastus. He is very kind and a good ruler. they rarely have crime here because only light elves are allowed. There are spells in place to keep the dark ones out.

SNAKISON
Known as the villiage of evil and darkness Snakison is dark and depressing and full of evil dark elves. It is located on the top of a jagged cliff and very hard to get to. If you get to it don't hope for comfort because you will be sorely disappointed. It is full of crime and mercenarys. There are only dark elves located here.

ELISTOMIA
The home of the elemental elves Elistomia is neutral. There are some bad guys and some good guys. It is ruled by a council of elders. They make all decisions here. It has its own legal system and rules separate from the other citys in this kingdom.

RULES

1) No godmodding- your elves cannot be all powerful.
2) No controling other peoples characters- If you have to wait for them to reply then wait.
3) You need to post at least once a day- feel free to let me know if there is something that you have coming up and you can not post.
4) Follow the plot- Please try to keep your characters inside whats going on.
5) Have fun fun fun!!!

Short Bio: As the princess of Hephiata Yoli is a light elf. Her best friend/ bodyguard Tylara is the only one who knows her most intimate of secrets. Yoli has never been a fighter. She is a talented healer though. She can even bring people back to life if they have been dead for less than a day and if they did not die of natural causes.Yolis favorite thing to do is play with her animals. She collects birds. Whenever a new spiecies is discovered you know she will be the one going after it.

Artemis walked down the darl allyways of Snakison.He suddenly stopped when he felt something under his foot.Artemis looked down slowly and shook his head when he saw a bloody body."Damn.....thats the tenth one this week.....crime is getting really bad."He whispered to himself.Artemisjumped over the body and went on walking.He heard a few screams a few allies away and sighed. I need a drink.....He thought as he took a right which would quickly lead him to the bar....one of the only shops that didn't get robbed every few hours.

Yoli kicked and screamed as she was dragged through the dark elf city. She was not going to be taken without a fight. She screamed for them to release her or they would pay. The dark elves ignored her and continued to drag her. Everytime they passed an elf she would plead for help but was ignored. She saw a guy walking slowly and yelled at him.

"Please don't let them take me to gaara. I will do anything. My father will pay you anything just please don't let this happen."

Artemis stopped when he heard a girls voice directing to him.He sloley turned his head and quickly recognized the girl as the princess of Hephiata.There had been a award for her for years.Gaara had wanted her as his pet for years.Artemis didn't really care about this although he had not given a good beating to an elf in a few days.This would be an easy fight since there were only 2 dark elves dragging her.Artemis quickly looked around for anything he could use as a weapon.He smiled when he saw a steel pipe only a few inches away.Artemis quickly grabbed the pipe and ran up to the elves.He could see the shock on there faces although it didn't last that long since they where both knocked over by the pipe.He quickly held onto the pipe and grabbed the girl by the hand,pulling her up.Artimes chuckled at the dark elves who where knocked out.Without saying anything to the girl he quickly started to run,pulling her along with him.He was smart enough to know that those elfs would be up in a few minutes.As they ran through the allies he decided to have some conversation."So whats you name?"He asked.

She was in a total state of shock. This dark elf had saved her. She could not beilive it.

"I am Yoli. I am sorry if you are in trouble now. I do not wish to be gaaras pet and my father is sure to attack your city if gaara did anything to me. I do not wish pain or hurt for anyone."

She slowed down running out of breath.

"Why did you save me?"

Artemis stopped,pulling them into a dark ....well darker then most allys.He pinned Yoli against the wall and put his finger against her lips."Be quiet....I here them coming.."He whispered.Artemis watched as the two elfs rushed past them and straight into the crowd.He waited a few minutes before stepping back and leaning against the oppisite wall."Sorry about that love.I didn't need to die today....not yet anyway."He chuckled."I didn't really save you.I was merely getting my daily thirst for blood.It was only a mere coincidence you were there."Artemis said. He kept glancing back outside every few seconds.He knew that the elfs wouldn't find them but....you can never be sure. Artemis sighed." Well you should go home.This is no place for a light elf....nor the princess of light elves for that matter."He said in a serious tone.

Short Bio: Yue is the adopted brother of Princess Yoli. He was adopted when the King and Queen found out the queen couldn't have a child. So one day the King was out riding and he had fell from his horse. He had a very bad cut and this young man came to his aid. He looked at the young man and asked his name. He told the King his name is Yue. Then the King invited him to the castle where he is still to this day. Then five years later Yoli was born and they had a rightful successor. Yue was happy for his new found parents and after awhile started liking Yoli more then just his sister. Yue has the ability to heal minor wounds and fix broken bones. He can't revive the dead like Yoli, but can bring a person back from the brink of death. He also can cure magical poisons, but needs time to do so. Yue is also a skilled fighter, but only fights as a last effort.

Yoli stared at him a moment and frowned.

"Like I would stay here willingly. Thanks for the help but I think I shall find my own way out now. I hope you enjoy your life of crime."

She turned and started walking down the alley quickly as if with purpose. She could not beilive the nerve of some people.

Artemis shook his head slowly as he heard the tone of her voice.He quickly caught up with her and blocked her path so she couldnt continue forward through the ally."Excuse me....either those elfs knocked you around a little to much or your just plain dumb.If you want to get out of Snakison then your going to need me help.....I mean...unless you want to get caught by those elfs and once again be dragged through the allys.I might not be the best person to help you but if it involves danger.....I'll glady help."He said with a smile."By the way....I wouldn't head in the direction your going.....there are some nasty wolves back there that would love a fresh meal."Artemis said.

Yoli stared at him a moment. She was really getting annoyed by him. All he cared about was himself and it was annoying her.

"I do not need the help of a dark elf. Don't think I can not take care of myself. I am not a light elf princess for no reason. I think I can get out of here without you."

She pushed at him trying to get him to get out of her way.

Artemis sighed and scooted out of the way."Go ahead Princess Yoli.....although I gave you a warning.Next time your in trouble and I'm around I won't be the one saving you...."He said.Artemis looked down at the steel pipe he still had in his hand.He quickly handed it to her with a half smile."Your going to need this.....especially if your going in the direction you are..."Artemis said and started down the opposite way down the ally.

She stood there glaring at him. Just what she needed to be dependant on a dark elf. She growled and followed him keeping a distance of ten yards between them. SHe would at least follow him. She left the pipe there. She did not approve of violence so she would find other ways to defend herself if needed.

Artemis chuckled silently as he heard the footsteps behind him.He soon stopped when they reached the end of the ally.He quickly backed up and turned around to see Yoli.He looked her up and down and slowly shook his head."Alright....your pretty...although your an light elf.That is really bad.....especially if your in Snakison.I think I can fix that though..."He said mostly to himself.Artemis pulled out a small potion bottle from his bag."Ok I stole this from a wizard a few months ago.I don't really need it since I'm pretty dark but I think it will help you."He said putting it in her hands."Drink it. It will turn your skin darker and make you look like a dark elf.It's not permanent so don't worry.It last 12 or so hours."Artemis said.

She took the potion from him and stared at it curiously. It did not look very appetising. She sighed and drank it quickly.

"I appreciate it and thank you for the compliment. I am sure it was so difficult for you to say that."

She glanced at her hands. They had turned a darker color almost blue black. She sighed. Just what she always wanted to be a dark elf she thought sarchastically.

Artemis chuckled at her words.When Yoli had completely turned black he smiled."Good now we won't get caught so easily....also we need to give you some.....wardrobe ajustments."He said and quickly wripped her bottom dress.It was a little shorter then before.He smiled when he was down wripping at her clothes.Artemis ruffled her hair some and stood back when he was finished."Very good.Now you will actually blend in with the crowd......Come on."He said taking her hand and starting down the cobble stone street.He casually walked down.He got a few stares but everyone did in Snakison so he wasent to worried about it.Artemis lowered his head and whispered in Yolis ear."Sorry I had to rip your clothing.As you can see.....thats the fashion here."

She jumped when he tore her dress. It was her favorite dress to. She glared at him a moment. Then she sighed and walked with him.

"While I appreciate your ripping my favorite dress I do think it looks stupid. Why do you dark elves dress so wierd? I grew up being careful of what I was wearing because modesty and chastity is a prized trait."

SHe looked at the other elves they passed and frowned. They were indeed all wearing ripped clothing.

"Well I'm sorry Yoli but people here arent as rich.Anyone that even tries to open a shop here either gets killed or robbed.The only places that can stay in buisness are usually bars."Artemis said.He looked down at his clothing.It wasen't that bad....considering where he lived."You can stay at my place tonight.It's to late to go traveling out of the city.We can leave early tomorrow.."He said.A few minutes went by before be turned and started down a small allyway."My place isn't that far from here.Only a few more minutes and we will be there."

His place? Great........He probably lives in a doorway.

"I would love to thanks for being so considerate. I never knew dark elves were so nice."

She followed him slowly keeping as close as possible so as not to get lost. It was getting dark and she did not know her way around this place.

Artemis soon stopped in front of a small shack.He had found this place empty a few weeks ago.It was a good place to sleep at and it kept him dry during storms.Artemis opened the door and stepped inside.He closed the door when he knew Yoli was with him.He let go of her hand and quickly started to set up his blankets.He rolled some up to make them pillows.When he was done he laid down and looked up at Yoli."You should get some rest.Sorry it isn't as you like but it will do for now.We have to get early...I need to get something before we head out...."He said.

SHe frowned at him a moment. There was no way she was going to sleep on the ground. She was not a commoner.

"Um as much as I appreciate it I think I will stay up tonight. Thank you."

SHe found a small box and sat down on it. She crossed her hands over her chest and stared out of a window.

Artemis rolled his eyes and flipped over so he could see Yoli."Whatever floats your boat.I'm just saying when you have to walk all day I'm not the one that is going to carry you..."He said with a small chuckle.Artemis yawned and closed his eyes."Night Princess....."He whispered before falling asleep.

Yoli watched him with a frown. She looked back out the window. She noticed it was raining. SHe reached up to her cheeks and felt the tears. She had been crying. SHe missed her father so much. She just wanted to go back home. She was sick of this place and she was sick of being here. She just wanted to be home again.

Artemis woke to the sound of rain on the shack.He slowly opened his eyes and looked p at Yoli.He noticed tears running down her cheeks.He sighed and sat up."Look I know you don't want to be here....damn none of us do.I know your not used to sneeking trough allys and sleeping in shacks but until I get you home I promise I will try to keep you safe...so just don't cry."Artemis said in s soft tone.Although he was a dark elf believe it or not he did have a soft side.

She looked at him a moment and then standing up walked over to him. She sat down next to him and put her hand on his.

"Thank you for your help. I promise I will pay you back."

She leaned forward and gave him a gentle kiss on the lips.
