Dusk growled shifting and running after Lana and Night. She sighed lightly and growled trying to get between the too. Running she tried to tackle the human. "Leave him alone!" She growled although she was angry and probably scared right now she'd put her life on the line for her pack. Night was a pack member and this person thought he'd done something wrong. If she didn't back off Dusk would do something wrong.

Lana growled in anger and then kicked the female wolf in the face. Ignoring the pain in her leg she lashed out with her staff catching the wolf in the forleg. She tengot to her feet and turned to Night angerily. "Im going to kill you." she growled and he growled at her and fazed. He ran at her and she grinned she flipped and moved faster then he would expect. He fell as the blade stabbed him in the back. She then landed on the low branch and yanked the blade from his back. He whimpered and she grinned evily. "Stupid dog... I'll be back." she said and then took off into the trees as her adrenaline died away andshe knew she had to take care of her leg. Night laid there painfully and fazed into his human form even though he didn't want to. Whenever wolves were weak they always took human form.... Because it was the weaker form. He struggled to get up but failed. He was shaking badly and blood was begining to cover his body. He didn't understand it. How could her movements not be tracked? It was as if he was fighting himself because he fought like that, undetectable...

Dusk growled and quickly ran after in the direction she thought the girl was going in. Solem could heal Night. Dusk was a hunter and she was going to hunt a human. She could only follow her scent from the ground part of the way. She climbed up a tree and started to follow that but she wasn't as good in the branches as Night was. Although she struggled Dusk was doing a decent job of following the attacker.

Lana laughed as she heard her follower and put her blade on her back. She drew her bow and shot just missing the wolf's head on purpose. "I wouldn't do somethig stupid wolf." she said and climbed threw the trees faster. It coudlnt be denied. If you compared Night and Lana side by side they were almost exactly the same. But she would never ever accept her brother. He brought shame to her good mother who had done nothing wrong but be beautiful for their father to rape her. And Lana was going to take out the last of her dog blooded bretheren.

Solem eyes widened when she heard the blade drive into Nights side. She was about to tear the girls head off before she just vanished. She is quite good. Solem thought. She quickly transformed into her human form and rushed over to Nights side. She ripped the shirt in half so she could clearly see the wound. As she placed her hands on his side she looked up and growled seeing Dusk run after the hunter. "Damn it!..."She shouted. Solem quickly shook her head. She had to heal Night before he lost to much blood. Solem would go after Dusk in a few minutes. She quickly let the healing magic run through her fingertips and slowly leak into Nights wound. She sung a quite lullaby as she felt the blood flow stop. She slowly opened her eyes and took in a few deep breaths. The wound was almost completely healed. Only a bruise was left from the large wound. She slowly slumped back onto the ground as she felt her energy drain from her. Solem had already used enough of her energy on the wounded wolf before and now she couldn't even move. Solem took so and steady breaths and forced her eyes to move over to Nights face. " You should....be..l...fine now....."She whispered before closing her eyes and being taken over by the dark.

Night whimpered at Solem as she rushed over and knew that if she healed him she would hurt herself. "Dont...." he whimpered softly but it was too late as he felt the cookig sensation of her healing magic. He closed his eyes as she healed him and then feeling her pull away he looked up at her. Seeing her pass out he moved and caught her quickly. "Solem..." he whispered worriedly and nearly snarrle din pain as he realized she hadn't healed his bad shoulder. He then threw back his head and howled hoping that Dusk would come back before getting hurt as well.

Dusk growled at the arrow. "You call us a monster and yet you wear our skin on your back." She muttered to herself. Growling she was going to go faster but heard the howl. And like that she dropped out of the trees and took off disappearing. Leaving human not wolf tracks. She found the two and growled her small frame seemed to tiny to do much help but she seemed annoyed enough to do something. "Solem, are you ok?" She asked walking over and kneeling. Closing her eyes she shook her head. "If only there were a way to take your pain." She said looking at the Alpha and then at Night. She looked down. She hadn't been much help. In fact the only thing she probably was, was in the way again.

Night looked at Dusk his shoulder still blleding. "She's out cold... We née dto return to the pack quickly, who knows that human might be back." he said and then stood painfully with Solem in his arms. "Come on... I'm going to need your help soon." he grunted and began walking. He was still too weak to shift forms but it didn't matter as long as Solem got to safety. "Why would that human be hunting only me?" he whispered confused.

Dusk looked at Night and followed him she stayed close. "I don't know Night. She fights just like you and she climbs trees quick like nothing I've ever seen. Maybe someone thought it'd be funny to make a female of you." She said looking at Night. "I can carry her on my back." She added simply just so he wouldn't break down halfway. She wouldn't be able to keep both safe with out help and that wasn't coming yet.

Night looked at her and nodded. "Or.... She's some how related?" he whispered totally unsure himself. He didn't remember his original mother or father... They had abandoned him... And he had a feeling Solem know though. "That would be wise.... My arm is about to fall off." he said smoothly and watched as she transformed. He then draped Solem on her back and walked next to her the best he could. "It was as if almost looking in a mirror.... She even fought like I do...." he whispered and shook himself. "Thats a lethal combination.... Fighting like I do... And that massive balde..."

Solem could feel herself being carried although she couldn't speak,hear, nor move her body to object. After what seemed like a forever she felt herself being shifted to someone else. As the seconds passed she could start to hear some voices. When the voices slowly started to make words then sentences she finally realized that Night and Dusk where carrying,most likely back to the rest of the pack. She let out a soft groan and patted Dusk lightly since she was still quite weak. "I can walk....."Solem whispered.

Kaze woke up after a long rest. he heard some noise going on, as if someone were hunting another. he tried to get up to help but failed. he laid in the grass, listening and watching around him.
Kajel sat next to a tree that was right on the edge of where they had slept during the night. He was still a little tired and felt like he needed the rest. |
Night heard Solem and shook his head smiling. He rubbed her back soothingly and leaned forward ansnkisses her head. "Just relax... We're almost there and Dusk is doing just fine." he said as he also patted Dusk's back. As he walked his shoulder kept bleeding but ignored the pain and blood and just stuckto using his good arm.

Dusk looked up at Night and nodded. "If she's related wouldn't she be part wolf." She was a little confussed. It made her flinch lightly just because she wasn't expecting it. "Don't worry to much Solem we're almost there." She said softly walking slowly as she noticed the camp just a little ways away.

Night nodded and looked at Dusk. "I think she is part wolf... Very little but still it's there...." he said thinking about what he had seen about this hunter. "She was too fast to be just a human.... And she ignored the pain as if she didn't even feel it." he said and shook his head and closed his eyes. "Now I want to catpture her and ask her who the hell she is... And then ask Solem what she knows." he said softly and rubbed Solem's back softly.

Dusk shook her head softly. "I just want to rip her throat out." She said even though she wasn't a violent person she had her moments. "But I think your idea would be good as long as you kept her locked up away from our camps. Other wise the risk for everyone else specially the young ones would raise." She started thinking and she seemed to relax some. "I don't know why I'm so irritable to day." She muttered noticing she'd been annoyed a great portion of the day.

Night looked at Dusk and then nuzzled the top of her head. "You are just having a bad day... Everyone does...." he said cooly and scratched her behind the ears. "As soon as we get back remind me to wrap my shoulder." he said softly and kept walking. He then stumbled hitting something and looked back to see a dagger. Looking up at the trees his eyes widened seeing the girl. "Dusk.... She's following us.... We need to split up.... She will attack the pack..." he said worriedly and glanced back to see the hunter had dissappeared into the trees again.

Dusk smiled some when she was scratched then the panic hit Night's voice. "I'm going to kill that ugly, attitudinal, self indulging, disgusting dirt bag." She said looking at Night. "Do you think you can get Solem back to the camp? If your alone then, well if your alone then you'll probably be killed." She said with a deep breath. "And Solem would die on the inside." She muttered softly. "Take her. I'll try to distract the hunter." She said simply making up her irritated mind.

Night nodded and looked at Dusk. "I can take her." he said but then grabbed her head and made her look into his eyes. "She has the high ground so when you make a move, make it look like you're going the other way... Make it loo like you're doing something completely different... Its the only way you'll have a chance... And you promise you'll come back." he said firmly and wasn't going to let her go without a response.

Dusk looked at him and then his shoulder. Of course he could take her. Her leg and his shoulder made things even. But then he grabbed her head. Thinking for a moment she nodded. "Make it look different and get back to the pack when I'm done or near death. Got it." She said but then she realized she had to promise. That was the only annoying thing about this situation promises. She hated making promises she wasn't sure she could keep. "I swear I'll come back besides where else would I go?" She asked pulling lightly trying to get her head back

Night smiled and nodded. "Okay..." he said and put his forehead to hers closing his eyes before pulling away and then gently lifting Solem off her back. "Go kick her human ass." he growled approvingly and he quickly set off towards the pack at a trot knowing the sooner he got Solem back the faster he coudl turn around and help Dusk. Lana growled softly in the trees as she finished dressing her wounded leg and drew her bow taunt. If she couldn't kill Night she might as well take out this she wolf first who she believed to probably be his mate. He wasn't good enough to be the Alpha's mate, she saw that, more like a loyal pup to the Alpha.

Dusk turned and growled she shifted into human form she was quicker in the trees. She looked around and listened. Hearing the faintest sound of a bow being pulled back and the wood straining ever so lightly against it. Standing her ground the female waited for the arrow to be released which she could only hope she heard because it was often the noise that was delayed. Narrowing her eyes she waited. She'd doge left into the bushes when the time was right, most likely just missing the arrow. Then climb up a set of branches, jumping to a different tree and keeping up the irratic patter of climbing then falling at random intervals. Hoping to throw off the human. At least that was the plan.

Seth let out a small bark-like noise, preparing to dash after the females. Luna was Vladimir's target, that much was obvious. He chose Terra to chase after. He wasn't much of a fighter, but Seth was one of the fastest in the pack - and he would show as much when he played games such as these. "Go," he rasped, crouching low and waiting until the right moment to burst into a sprint. First in human form . . . but then he slowly shifted into a white wolf, amber eyes intent on his "prey." Ready. |
Solem could hear and feel the panic in Nights voice. She didn't know exactly what was going on but she assumed the hunter was back. She could feel herself being switched over to Nights arms and being carried away from the scene. She wondered where Dusk was until she finally figured out they where splitting up to confuse the hunter where there camp was. Solem opened her eyes very slowly since they still felt like bricks. She struggled to keep them open as she tried to figure out where she was. Solem suddenly felt something warm...but also wet seeping down her arm. She slowly looked up and realized she didn't heal Nights shoulder. She quickly put on of her hands on his shoulder and slowly started to let the magic drip from her fingertips. The most that could happen was she fall unconscious for a few days. She would rather have that then have Night bleed to death. Solem could slowly feel the wound slowly closing and the blood that was seeping out stopped. She stopped when she felt the wound became only a small bruise. Solem let her hand slid off of his shoulder. " Go....help...Dus- "She stopped as she fell into the darkness once more. Solem realized this wouldn't just be a nap now....she would be sleeping for quite some time.

Lana growled and then jumped silently to a better positiona dn shot the arrow. She knocked another arrow and shot that as well hoping to pin the female and then kill her quickly. So then she could wave her dead carcase in her stupid bastard brother's face.
((eh painfully short. >.<)) Night looked down at Solem shocked and gasped as she began healing him. :NO! Solem!" he growled and then snarrled angerily as she passed out. He knew only too well that she wasn't going to wake for a long long time. He then looked as he met the rest of the pack. "Take care of the alpha, she's sleeping but don't let anythign touch her. I have to go." he said and took off fazing onthe run as he knew he had to go help Dusk. |
