Dusk growled as a arrow hit her but she kept it low and quiet so the hunter couldn't hear. She looked back the arrow was in her shoulder blade it was only a flesh wound. Grabbing the arrow she snapped off most of it painfully and tossed it to the side. She had gotten into a tree by this point and was watching her prey. Looking around her she found a sharp looking branch that had fallen and gotten tangled with the others. She pulled it out and threw it like a spear. Hoping to at least cut the human. Then she'd have a good since of her smell. "Why don't you come down here and fight like a real hunter instead of a coward?" She asked being better at hand to hand.


Vladimir grinned and started to count to sixty. "One, two, three," He spaced them out for about two breaths so that they wouldn't get there to quickly.

Lana had been lining up for another shot as the wolf threw the branch. Lana didn't even flinch as it scratched her cheek adn let another arrow fly and watched as it hit the female's leg. "That's because I want his mate to die slowly and painfully... Just to piss him off." she said nad stepped out onto the branch. "You should really go back to your mate before you die... Then I can kill you both at teh same time..." she said and laughed darkly. "He is so stupid... Not knowing why he's going to die... But then again... All men are just stupid bastards." she said and then sho9t another arrow.

"Great you're both sick twisted demonic animals..." she hissed and looked at her knee knowing that it would bruise later but the leather pants she wore wouldn't give the animal the satisfaction of seeing any bruise. Suddenly there was a howle and Night tranformed seeing Dusk, thinking she was shaking with sobs and was stunned as he found her laughing. "what the hell?" he said and then growled as he got an arrow to the other shoulder. That pissed him off.

Night growled wanting to know what the hell was going on but allowed Dusk to launch off him. Seeing what she was doing he pulled out the arrow and jumped to the branch as well. Lana smiled as the she wolf tried kicking her only to flip over night as he jumped up onto the brnach and she drew her staff. Grinning devilishly just as Night did nearly made Night shiver. how could they be so alike, but be from two different worlds? He then launched at her forwardly and then suddenly went to the side. Both of them seemed to move ungodly fast as they both hit and blocked complicated moves, moving farther into the depper and thicker branches. The equality of their fighting was amazing and even though Lana was wounded she kept up with her only bruised brother. "Who the hell are you?!" he demanded as he swung up onto another brnach. She followed swiping at him making him retreat and have to come back towards her for another attack. "You should know bastard." she growled angerily. somehow she tracked his move and kicked him making him hit a tree hard. "good kick" he grunted with a smirk. "Oh we getting cocky brother?" she hissed and Night's eyes widened in shock. Brother?!

Dusk watched and then got an idea. While the two were involved in their fight she used her claws to slash through the branch the two where on hoping to catch one of them off guard. More hoping the hunter and not Night. She held her breath and then doged as the branch fell. She gasped and made it out with only a minor foot injury. She got up and moved ready to fight though she wouldn't be surprised if they'd both gotten off the branch.

Night growled and came at Lana again for the attack. She dodged easily and swung her staff at him expertly. He dodged as she came around in a different path then expected and growled. "I have no family. They're all dead." he snapped angerily. "Thats because I killed them!" she snapped back and dodged his attack. She then saw Dusk ans cut the branch all ofthem were on. She then grasped a higher branch and flipped up onto it expertly. Seeing Dusk Night moved quickly grabbingher by the waist and placing her on another branch safely. "we need to wound her and then leave. We're getting now where." he said and then jumped up after his so called 'sister'.

Night took advantage of the moment as Lana tried tracking the wolf's words and then used his claws to scratch her side horribly but didn't get away fast enough to get away unscratched. He got a nice cut to the side as well. And she retreated farther up into the trees. "Damn animals.... I'll be back." she growled ans then sheathed her sword and moved extremely fast as she jumped threw the trees and Night made no move to follow. "Lets go to the pack Dusk." he said softly.

Dusk fell down out of the tree after she was gone. She'd tried to climb but wasn't good at it. Hitting the ground with a thud she got up and then winced. Adrinalin gone her leg hurt like hell. "Are you ok?" She asked looking at Night. Then she giggled again looking at him. "Man that's funny." She whispered grabbing a stick to walk with. "Stupid human." She said shaking her head lightly and started down the paths back. If he followed he followed if he went a different way whatever. For now she'd just work with what she got. When she got back she'd wrap up her leg and call it a day.


Vlad sighed. "Fifty five...Fifty...screw it. Sixty!" He called running after his alpha. He followed her scent the sweet smell of elemental flames. He lost it at a tree and then jumped into the tree smelling around and finding the path. Each tree took him a minutes to find the scent and then longer to find the direction in which it was going. Why was she always so good at loosing him. It was kind of annoying.

Seeing Dusk fall Night quickly scaled down the tree expertly and then hurried to her side. He then wordlessly took her arm and draped it around his shoulders to take some of the weight off of her injured leg. "thank you for getting rid of her." he said softly and then looked at her questioningly. "But what was so funny?" he asked curiously.

Dusk looked at him and shook her head. "You did most the work." She said softly and then laughed a little. "Um, she was going to kill me. Or at least try. She thought I was your mate. So she was going to kill me and use that to get to you." She said Laughing a little. "I'm sorry its just with your feelings for Solem and me being close to her opposite it makes it kind of funny." She said covering her mouth lightly.

Night looked at her surprised and then a slight blush rose on his cheeks. He then laughed and shook his head. "Well she's sorely mistaken then... It doesn't seem I will ever have a mate so she might as well get that idea out of her head." he said smoothly and smiled looking ahead. "Both you and Solem deserve much better then me that's for sure." he said softly and the breeze ruffled his black hair as he looked down at the ground thoughtfully.

Solem laid still on the ground. She was awake....well sort of. Her mind was completely awake,she was no longer swimming through the darkness as she was before. The only problem was she couldn't move her body....which drover her completely mad. Solem could hear everything.....just not see or speak. Her thoughts where everywhere ever since Night had left her in the camp. She was completely unconscious when he dropped her off.....although she 'woke' after a few minutes. She wanted.....no needed to know if Night and Dusk where successful....or not. No she wouldn't dare think like that. She quickly pushed that thought far from her mind. The only thing Solem could now do was think positive thoughts and wait till she could hear there voices.

Night smiled softly and then chuckled. "hmm well we both have to go get food so why don't we both go into the town early and get some candy together?" he offered lightly and grinned. he then shook his head and looked at her softly. "You just get better."

Vlad couldn't find her he followed the scent all over and then realized he'd done a circle. A breeze slid almost unoticably through the trees and he was able to follow that. Silently he crawled into the tree she was in. He was looking around quietly when he saw that it was just some loose wolf hair that had attracted the strong smell. Sighing he looked around and moved a tree or two over and smelled trying to get her scent again.


Dusk laughed. "You too, what that's the hundreth wound you've gotten today. And I'm not just talking physical here." She said shaking her head some. "Town..uh..no I think I'll pass on that one. I couldn't if I wanted to." She said thinking about her freaking out at the end of the forest line.

Night smiled softly and nodded. "Thats okay..." he said and then chuckled. "Yeah... I used to be the same way, Solem ha to drag my ass there until i got over it." he said smoothly and then sighed. "Yesh... It's been a bad day." he said.

"I don't know if that'll even help. I'd end up super glued to you till we left." She said laughing softly. Then she nodded. "Yeah it's been pretty bad." She said softly as she saw the resting ground. 'Thank god' That was all she could think this was killing her walking on that bad leg. She grinned trying not laugh.
