Night smiled as he watched Solem silently. He ate another piece of candy and then hearing her nazely tone made him chuckl. He unwrapped another starburst and then gently set it on her tongue. "Eat it but keep your nose plugged. It will leave the fruity scent in you nose when you let go." he said softly and then sighed. Looking at the bad of candy he shook his head and then looked at her. "Am I still.... Just that small pup you saved?" he asked softly.

Solem nodded and quickly ate the Star Burst and let go of her nose.She took in a long,deep breath before answering nights question. "Of course not.Your 800 years old Night.Of course I rescued you when I was still just a young wolf but I believe you have shown yourself for the whole pack that you are just as much a wolf as any other.I still see you as my pup though....at times but I know your not.I'll try my best not to but sometimes....I just can't help it."Solem said with a small shrug.

Night closed his eyes as she spoke and for some reason even if he had been expecting it, it cut him deeply. He nearly growled in anger that flared up and he clenched his fists. He didn't want to be her pup anymore. He wanted to be her mate. "I wish that would change..... I wish you would see me.... As more...." he whispered and knew if he were in wolf form his ears would be drooping sadly. "But then again... I don't want to loose what we have." he said almost to himself.

Solem sat back and just stared at Night for a few minutes.She was quite shocked when she saw the anger in his eyes. "I'm sorry...."She whispered.Solem knew what Night was talking about.He wanted her to see him more then just her little pup or best friend.Solem was actually quite shocked why he wanted her to see him as a mate.She lowered her eyes from his face and look down at her feet.Was he really this angry because she just couldn't even think about seeing him as that.Maybe if she tried but for some reason she had always seen his as almost one of her pups.....although she had never had any. "Look...I think I know what your trying to say.I'm sorry Night but I don't know if that will ever happen.Maybe one day but for some reason....we just have to much history and....I don't want that to be destroyed if anything happens.'Solem whispered.

Night's heart shattered at her words and he turned his head away from her. Clutching the branch in need to control himself he shook hishead and shit his eyes tightly. It wasn't fare. Why couldn't he have been accepted at an older age like Dusk? At least then he would be able to earn trust and then Solem would see him as a mate. He then let his head hang and his claws seemed to come out. The pain too much he did what he always did. Jumped and climbed higher. It's exactly what he used to do when he was small ans he still did it when he needed to just move and find a better place to sit then where he used to be. He then sat on the branch and put his head on his knees shielding his face.

Solem eyes followed Night as she watched him climb higher into the tree.She quickly stood and followed Night and stopped when she saw him on laying his head on his knees.She quietly sat next to him and lightly pulling the hair from his face and pulling it behind his ear."Night....I'm sorry.......I just......I don't want what we have crushed if something happens.Your one of the most important person to me and I don't want you hating me."She whispered.Solem could feel the anger and sadness actually pulsing from Night.She felt horrible but that's how she trully felt.Night was to important for her to lose.

Night slowly looked up at Solem and then took her hand in his. He then threaded his fingers between hers ansnlooked into those beautiful eyes. "You would never loose me... Or what we have..." he whispered softly and then pressed his nose to hers lightly before kissing her forehead. He then settled back against the tree but kept her hand in his softly and stroked it with his thumb. "you couldn't loose me if you tried..." he whispers softly almost memerized by her beautiful pale soft skin compared to his deep tanned skin.

Vladimir sighed and followed his Alpha with no questions. He kept up easily and sighed smelling her sister's pack in the wind. "Should we attack them?" He wondered out loud. His eyes flashed as he looked around and worked his way through the underbrush with ease. Even in the human form he was a very graceful creature. He would try to keep his leader on track but she was hard to reason with in moods like these or with in a hundred miles of her sibling.

Solem shook her head. " I don't know.......I want to believe you but some experinces wolves have changes there mind...."She said looking towards Night. " I know what you want me to think of you as.Tell you the truth I've seen the signs across the years you've been in my pack.I've been trying to ignore them.....hopeing as I've let in more females into the pack you would change your mind and find another mate."She whispered looking down at her hand as she felt Night thumb rubbing it softly. Solem looked back at Night."Well if I could ask you a question......why would you want to mate with me? I'm forgetful,a little lazy,although I'm a good fighter I don't get angry easily unless it's my....sister...."She said through her teeth.Her jaw quickly loosened and she let out a small sigh. " Aren't you attracted to Lessa or Dusk.They are both beautiful and quite smart."Solem said.

Night looked at Solem silently as she spoke and a smirk came to his face. Shaking his head he looked at her. "I had a feeling you knoticed over the years." he said softly and then kissed her hand again. "Why don't I?.... Because... Have you seen the way they act around me?... You if all people should know that the others, don't understand me that well.... They think I'm scary I do believe." he said smoothly and then reached up and cupped her cheek. "Youre the only one who understands... That I'm just... Not one to talk." he said with a chuckle and then sighed. "Youre the only one who understands... And... I just... Love you..."

Solem tilted her head some and started to laugh. "So basically you have no idea why you love me? Wow....and guys say girls or confusing.Your just a big heap of emotions arent you."She said pinching his cheek playfully. " See I know many secrets about you though.......why would you want to love someone that knows some of your darkest secrets......I could tell anyone I wanted.I don't know Night.....maybe it isn't such a good idea to love somone that could easily destroy the little you have of conversation with the pack."She said with a smirk.Even though they where having a serious conversation she just had to lighten it up.Solem wasen't someone who could be serious all the time.....especially with Night.She really loved messing with him.

Vladimir sighed. "Even if we attacked their resting area?" he questioned really itching for a good fight then he smacked himself. "Right stay out of trouble away from your sister and lets slow down so we don't get into trouble." He stated simply slowly to a walk not even out of breath. He stepped onto the path smoothing out his hair and coat. "Come on alpha loosen up as long as we don't' see her and rip her spine out we've got he pack to think about as well. No fighting." He said wondering if she'd role with that. Probably not.

Terra walked with Seth slowly as they walked threw the human town. She could still see Lune and Vladimir in the distance but she didn't really care. FOr once she didn't want to fight today after everything. Humans interested her since they never kicked out there pups when they didn't become what they didn't want you too like her mother did. She then smiled up at Seth, "aren't they interesting." she said and then looked into a shop that had different clothing and saw some stuff that she liked.

"Because you are the alpha, and because I don't stand high enough to use a casual name with you." He said wondering if it annoyed her. "Would you like me to stop?" He asked raising an eyebrow worried he'd angered her. IT was a habit he'd had since he joined the pack and seemed to just carry with him even though she'd asked him to stop once or twice before.

Night looked at Solem and made a face and groaned. "Youre smotherig me! Solem!" he protested and then shook his head retreating so she couldn't pinch his cheeks. He rubbed them and gave a soft growl at her. "I hate it when you do that. It hurts." he said smartly and shook his head. "You can't be serious at all can you?" he said andthen chuckled shaking his head. "Thats one reason I love you. You're a big goofball and the others just don't get to see that side of you." he said with a smile.

Solem frowned and turned away from Night. "So....just because I don't like taking some things seriously doesn't mean I can't be serious......"She said and turned back around witha scowl.She stuck her pinky out and put it to her lip."Sir...I can be quite serious when I feel it is a good moment to do so."She said in a odd accent.Solem had heard a man speaking in such words and thought it was quite funny. "So I think you are quite wrong about me being a "goofball" as you say.'She said.

Night looked at Solem and then hearing her laughed loudly. A real true laugh. Something that hadn't been heard by anyone in a long long time. He held his sides and shook his head leaning against the tree trunk for support as he laughed. "Youve got to be kidding me?!! Not a goofball?! Then what was that accent?! Ans the funny face?!?!" he asked between laughs.

Solem narrowed her eyes and a low growl escaped from her throat as she watched Night burst into laughter. Her eye brow lifted and she shook her head slowly. "I'm not a goof ball....."She growled.Without thinking she pounced on Night,although she was careful enough so that they did not fall from the branch of the tree.Solem landed on Nights stomach and looked at him with serious eyes. "Do you think I'm a goof ball now? I think not. "She said as she poked Nights nose. "I'm thinking your thinking that I'm being quite crazy.'She said with a wicked smile.

Kajel smiled; the young wolf was sweet. He finished the rabbit, nodding his head when she asked if he was "Kajel". He then looked over at the small pack when she explained that he could sleep with them. "Thank you, young one. I'll try to get aquianted with them so that i fell comfortable sleeping with them," he nodded towards the others. the white wolf streched and yawned before getting up and shaking himself.

Night looked at Solem surprised as he pounced on her which had startled humane put them both in really bad positions. He held in a grunt of pain when she landed on him and met her eyes without fear. He then growled back at her with equal strength and authority and then leaned forward and bit her ear. Then letting it go he wrapped his arms around her and whispered,"Thinking you were crazy makes me insane... And I'm not insane." he whispered and then kissed her ear softly.

Dusk blinked softly then her eyes narrowed. Why did everyone call her young one? It drove her nuts. Letting out a sigh she nodded. "Well Caleb is quiet nice so start there. Night doesn't talk much but he's with our alpha Solem anyway. So I guess it leaves only a couple of us. When everyone gets back we're going hunting so you'll have more to eat." She said with a nod. Standing up she shook off and blinked some before nodding again. "I should stop bothering you." She said turning and heading down her ears just slightly slanted back.

Vladimir shrugged. "Ok," He walked with her avoiding a couple people and was only knocked down once, and that was because he moved so Luna wouldn't get ran into.
