Veronica thought about it for a second. "December...twenty-fifth. Holy crap, it's Christmas! It's Christmas and I broke up with my boyfriend?! I was stranded in the rain and I had to hitchhike?!" She thought out loud. "I mean it was kind of a good thing at the same time...I mean, I met you two." She smiled then felt guilty about invading on Anna and her boyfriend's Christmas plans, if they had any. So Veronica decided to ask. "Did you have plans with you boyfriend? Are you SURE he's gonna be okay with two random girls over on this holiday?" She was still consious of the circumstances she was under. Then she realized that she should probably contact one of her roommates to say that she's okay and she's spending the night at a new friends' house.

"We're not random, we're friends and that's all he needs to know," Forever said, smiling. "And its Christmas - are you sure we... I... didnt trap on your plans or anything? I'd feel really bad..." she said, rambelling on and on, rubbing her head. She adjusted herself, squirming lightly in her nervousness.

((I know nobody's online but it seriously looks like you need a...no, some, guys in this roleplay XD Yay for random guy characters! I hope you didn't name your boyfriend Crunch XD if you did uhh...I'll edit ^^))

Jake placed the phone he had been using back in its cradle and heaved a sigh before slumping down onto the floor and tugging his shoes off. He swore his parents had the worse timing in the world. Here he was just back from work, completely tired (and not to mention soaked because he'd lent his car to his girlfriend, Anna, to use), and the phone rings. He glanced at the time and groaned again, an hour, they'd kept him on the phone in soaking wet clothing for an hour. There was no way he wasn't getting sick from that. He turned and started making his way upstairs to grab some clean clothes and a hot shower, 'Anna should be home soon...it's Christmas isn't it?'

Nao sighed from underneath his helmet, riding a motorcycle in this kind of rain, definitely not a good idea. It was too bad his father had already lent the family car to his younger brother. So here he was, in the heavy rain, on his motorcycle, getting drenched. He stopped at a red light and turned to see a familiar looking guy standing under an umbrella at the bus stop reading a book. Nao called out a greeting and laughed at his friend's expression when he looked up, "Hey Kenta, need a lift?"

Kenta shook his head, leave it to Nao to be biking even in this weather, "No, I think I much prefer the warmer, less wet, bus."

"Even if it's crowded?"

"Well, I don't think you have a spare helmet with you anyway."

"I can see you brought yours." Nao laughed, leave it to Kenta to be able to guess that he would be seeing Nao on their way to Jake's house for a Christmas party. It was supposed to be a surprise for his girlfriend and the two had volunteered to help set up. "Just hop on already, we're gonna be late if you keep trying to find an excuse not to."

Kenta sighed before checking to make sure there were no cars before closing his book and putting it away and then closing his umbrella and pulling his helmet on before pulling himself on behind Nao, "Just step on it then."

Nao laughed, "As you wish Princess." That earned him a hard smack to the back and he shot off as soon as the light turned green, still laughing.

Veronica shrugged. "I guess if Anna's boyfriend is as laid back as she says he is, he should probably be okay with us staying for a night..." She trailed off and looked out the window. Then she thought about what her now ex-boyfriend would've said about her bringing these people he never met over to their place. He probably would've been okay with it too. He was always trying to help people. And to be honest, all he ever did was look out for Veronica. She felt even worse about the break up now. It was never his fault; it was hers. She felt the need to call him right then and there, but she didn't.

((I keep calling Veronica's boyfriend "her boyfriend" because I haven't figured out a name yet. xP))

Forever took off her hoodie, despite the cold, revealing the strapless corset top that matched perfectly with her black and white Tripp pants. Making a face, Forever fixed her hair and scooted down in the seat, feeling like she was impeding on the couple's Christmas, not really one for Christmas. Forever's 'tradition' was occasionally having her twin and his wife over, having some wine then kicking them out. But not anymore - not since the babies. They've been too buisy making their own traditions. For about four years now, Forever's been alone on this holiday, since the break up of her and her fieance and her ex girlfriend. Yes kids, she swung both ways occasionally. But she was completely over that.

They arrived at the apartment (I'll edit if its a house) and Forever made an even weirder face, putting the hoodie above her head, getting out and running for the house, despite getting her Tripps and 50 dollar boots soaked. A rainbow left her mouth in four different languages as she reached the door, moving out of the way to let the others through, putting her purse down and ringing out her hoodie. "God... damn it!" she grumbled then a few Chinese curses left her lips.

((@Aoi Kazuya- NOOOO! I WANTED TO PLAY MY OWN BOYFRIEND! XD If you wanna play himm, it's fine with me. :3 Tho it might be a bit confuzzling if you play all three of the guys in the RP... Ehh... can you change his name to Jake? LOL.))

Nao arrived in front of Jake's house in record time. He killed the engine before getting off his bike and pulling Kenta after him. "Come on, Anna's bound to be back soon." He glared up at the sky and mentally cursed the rain. A rumble of thunder made him jump and he smiled sheepishly at Kenta as the other boy shook his head.

"Learn to grow up sometime soon why don't you Nao?"

"Hai hai..." Nao nodded and then darted for the front of the building, pulling a set of keys from his pockets. "One of these should be it..." He flipped through them quickly before pulling out a pure blue key, "Ah, here it is~ Color coding works beautifully.

Behind him, Kenta shook his head again. Such a childish guy, how in the world did he get mixed with him in the first place? He looked up as Nao exclaimed happily about finally getting the door open and quickly followed in to get out of the rain.

Jake had just finished his shower when he heard the front door opening. He pulled his black jeans on and left the towel around his bare shoulders before walking over to the banister and leaning over to see who had just arrived, his silver hair dripping water down the staircase, "Hey! You guys are late!"

Nao grinned as he looked up the staircase, pulling his helmet off. His brown hair was a mess but his greenish-gray eyes were sparkling with uncontainable glee, "You can blame the guy who insisted on waiting for a bus before getting onto my bike." This of course earned him yet another hard smack to the back. This time he went stumbling forward and Jake laughed at his friends' antics.

"Don't go around blaming everything on me Nao. Mind if I borrow your bathroom? This idiot's driving got us both soaked through." As if to emphasis his point Kenta pulled at the white shirt that was sticking to his skin and pushed his dripping green bangs out of his blackish-red eyes. his own helmet was already tucked under an arm.

"Of course not." Jake laughed, and waved his friends up. His baby blue eyes sparkled as he watched his friends toss their helmets to the side along with their wet jackets before taking their shoes off and leaving them neatly on the side. Nao dashed up the stairs, tripping on the last step and pulling off a funny save while Kenta followed at a slower pace. Jake shook his head, "You guys know where the bathrooms are. Did'ja remember to bring a change of clothes?" They all nodded and Jake waved them off, returning to his room to pull out a dark blue collared shirt to put on.

When they were done Jake was dressed in black jeans with a blue collared shirt, Nao had on a furry-hooded black vest over a red t-shirt and a pair of white cargo pants, while Kenta had on a green t-shirt and a pair of gray jeans. "Now what?" Kenta asked.

"Dibs on preparing food!"

"I need to finish decorating the tree..."

"Then I guess I'm in charge of decorating the rest of the living room..."

Nao smiled at his friends before walking in the direction of the kitchen, the goggles he had wrapped around his neck bounced with each of his steps. He reached up and slid them up onto the top of his head. He hummed a soft melody as he set to work making a dinner fit for a king...not literally of course.

Jake turned to the only box of decorations left and quickly hung the few remaining ornaments, now he had to figure out how to get the star on top of the tree. He went to the hallway's closet and pulled out a ladder. Then he propped it up next to the tree and climbed up with the star in one hand.

Kenta sighed before bending over to scoop up the pile of decorations that littered the floor. He set them neatly on a table and started hanging up streamers.

Veronica bunched her hair up into a wet, stringy ponytail and looked around. It was nicer than the place she shared with her friends, but then again, she had an apartment. Anna had a house. Back home it was cozy, she was used to it. She always had a little trouble adjusting to other people's living environments - even if she's known them for years. Veronica just felt that she needed to be careful with their stuff and make sure that everything she said didn't offend anyone. "Cool place." She commented. Her waryness all started when she was in ninth grade at her friend, Julie's house...

"Julie! This place is freakin' amazing!" Veronica's green eyes sparkled as she stared at the mansion in awe. "Thanks." Julie answered modestly. "But be super careful. My mom hates when people touch the decorations here. Both of my parents are really strict." Julie and Veronica just met a few weeks ago. They had most of their classes together.

About a half hour had passed and Hulie decided to play catch with a tennis ball she found somewhere. When Veronica threw it back, it hit and smashed an antique priceless vase. She covered her mouth. "I-I'm SO sorry!" She screeched going to pick up the pieces. "I don't care...but my mom...she's gonna freak." Julie explained. Then the door opened and Julie's mother walked in. She started screaming profanities at Veronica. "Julie! What have I told you about bringing your poor, inconsiderate friends over?" It was like someone just hit Veronica. She didn't really take critisizm all that well. More profanities were shouted out. "Mom!" Julie yelled. She had to or else she wouldn't be heard. "Mom!" She tried again. Her mom stopped talking. "It was my fault! I was the one that wanted to play catch! Don't take it out on her! She did nothing wrong! She didn't want to go with it but I told her to!" Her mom was shocked that her "perfect" daughter did that. "You know better, Julie. I'll talk to you about this later." She pointed at Veronica. "Now get THAT out of my house." Veronica wanted to punch her.

((Just had the idea for a flashback and decided to add it xD))

Then Veronica spotted a clear glass vase that held a bunch of tulips. She walked over and glanced at the price tag that was still on it, but pretended to be looking at the flowers. it only cost ten dollars. At least if she broke it, it could easily be replaced. She pointed at it. "Nice." She smiled.

((lol I'm confused about whether it's an apartment or a house now lol. If it's an apartment I'm gonna have to edit everything I just wrote...))

{Well - Forever's on the porch - cussing up a storm, incase anyone missed that post, everyone might have. And apparently, according to Mandy's post, she's inside. From what I see anyway lol}

((Lol. I'll post next, I suppose. Anna hasn't popped up for quite some time... For now, I don't think we should add anymore characters, yushh? :3 I think three guys and three girls in a house for the holidays is enough, lol.))

((@Aoi- Thank youz for editing :] Like I said earlier in the RP... Jake's a laidback sort of guy. I had been thinking of black hair, brown eyes... You know, a typical appearance, but if you want silver hair and blue eyes then that's okay too. He has an extremely cheesy sense of humor that gets everybody laughing. He's likable in general. Low-key, doesn't like drama and stays away from it. Isn't the type to say 'yo'... sorry. Lol. And please, PLEASE - keep the PDA to a minimum. XD Sorry I'm so picky. I'm kinda trying to model him off a specific person I know. Ooh! I must say that I absolutely love Nao's character. : D))

Anna walked up to the door right behind Forever and Veronica, when a flash of something caught his eye and she turned.

A familiar-looking motorcycle, parked sloppily at the sidewalk.

"Oh, no..." Anna muttered under her breath. She pushed past Forever and Veronica through the open door, just in time to hear a crash.

Veronica followed Anna, curious about what happened and what caused the crash. "Anna," She began, "What's going on?" She was genuinely concerned, but also glad that whatever broke wasn't because of her.

((Aha, sorry about short post. I don't know what else to write.))

Forever came right with them, deciding to be funny. "I swear to all gods and lords that what ever it is - I did NOT do it." she said, holding a finger up. Smiling lighlty, she blinked at Anna. "Anna, what's up? Everything... cool? Do I need to beat someone with my boots?" she asked, trying to lighten the mood a bit.

Veronica laughed. "I think you just might be the least clumsy one here out of all of us." She said to Forever. "And I kind of don't think the beating is very necessary...but eh, what do I know? Do whatever you want."

((PDA as in...public displays of affection right? Oh I'm sorry about screwing with your boyfriend's character then >.> if I knew you were going to base him off of somebody I wouldn't have even bothered with making him. T - T wanna PM me with more info so I don't screw him up more?

And thank you ^^ I love Nao as well, and I based him loosely off of myself. Anything he does, idiotic or otherwise, i'd probably do, or have done...now that I think about it...>.>))

"My bad!" Nao called out from the kitchen, "Where'd you hide the mop Jake?" He poked his head out of the kitchen, flour smeared over one cheek. Then he noticed the girls in the doorway, and blinked in surprise. "Uhm...hey there!" he waved one hand, which was sadly holding a whisk and he managed to get a glob of...something in his hair. He groaned before retreating back into the kitchen.

Kenta jumped at the crash and instinctively turned to the biggest troublemaker in the group, "Nao..." he shook his head and sighed before taping the last pieces of streamer up and hopping off the stool he had been using. Then he noticed the girls as Nao waved. He gave them a good natured smile, "Oh, hello there ladies, Anna."

Jake ignored the crash and turned towards the door, having heard it open, "Anna? Is that you?"

((sorry about Jake's short post...I have no idea what his character's supposed to be like anymore so I'm gonna go redo his character design in my head >.>))

Veronica still stood beside Anna. "I'm assuming one of those guys is your boyfriend?" She stepped closer to the guys nd referred to the mess on the floor and on their faces. "How did you manage to do THAT?" She laughed. "And I thought I was clumsy..." Then Veronica regretted saying that worrying again about her first impression.

Forever laughed. "Yo - chef dude - need some help?" she called, not moving for fear of getting everything soaking wet from her dripping clothes and hair. She clutched her hoodie, keeping it sort of on the floor that way she could mop up the puddle so she didnt have to steam clean the carpet.

Anna nodded to Kenta and laughed when she saw Nao pop his head out of the door and pop it right back in. She had always liked Nao and his extremely cheery personality.

Anna pointed to Jake and told Veronica, "My boyfriend's that guy... the one in the blue shirt." She gave him a once-over. She smiled when she saw that he had a piece of tinsel stuck to his foot.

She walked up to him and said, "I have no idea what Nao and Kenta are doing here, but just this once I'll let you get away with it." She stuck out her tongue at him.

Veronica raised her eyebrows. She wondered how they met. Veronica definitely remembered how she and Demetri met...

((Time for another flashback :P))

Veronica was at the waterpark with Julie and her other friend, Chloe. It wasn't the happiest day of her life, in fact, it was one of the saddest. (Veronica and Chloe became friends in third grade. Here, they are in eleventh.) Julie, being the flirtier personality out of the three decided to start talking to some of the guys on line behind them on that slide where you cross your arms, slide down, and land in some type of pool. Since Julie was doing the talking, she let Chloe go first out of the three. Veronica got sucked into the conversation, but was distracted when she heard a scream. It came from the pool.

Veronica looked over the saftey beam. "No. Chloe!" She screamed. It turns out that Chloe fell off the side of the slide and hit her arm on a wooden beam. Demetri immediately rushed over and asked what's wrong. They both pressed the emergency button on the right of the slide and paramedics came. After that, Demetri and Veronica became friends and then...everything else happened.

((...*twitch* I give up T - T you can take Jake back >.> I'm too scared to type anything for fear of saying something wrong >.>

by the way, Mandy, the mess was only on Nao ^^))

Nao poked his head back out again, hair glob free, face flour free, "Nope it's fine, I'm almost done here. My name's Nao by the way, who're you?" He glanced at her wet clothes and frowned slightly, "You look cold in those...you don't happen to have a change of clothes do you?"

Kenta had a gut feeling to check the kitchen and he walked over much to Nao's embarrassment and stuck his head in to access the damage. "Well, it's not as bad as last time, you managed to get the mess to stay around the sink area." He sighed, "I'm surprised you can even make food that tastes as good as it does. No one can guess from the way you cook..."

"That's why nobody's supposed to watch while I cook!" Nao declared, turning his head slightly to pout at his friend.
