Randy was happy just being with her. He didn't mind if they talked or not. He smiled at her and nodded. "It is funny...almost in an ironic way."
Jemini smiled and nodded a little. She kissed him back just as he had and smiled happily when he pulled away. "Very." Though she wanted him to stay, she knew he would probably want to sleep. She knew Layla wasn't home yet and it was bugging her in the back of her mind. |
"The world is funny like that I suppose" She said. It really was funny how some things worked out like they did.
"Well then I'm glad" he said with a smile and looked at her, he could tell something was on her mind "Do you want me to stay with you, in till she gets back?" He asked [[Are we going to skip soon? Maybe the next day, or a few days, or a week this time?]] |
Randy nodded slightly, with a smile. He'd glanced at where they were going a few times, to make sure it was the right way.
Jemini nodded a little with a smile. But her face really lit up when he asked if she wanted him to stay until Layla came back. She nodded and hugged him. "Thank you." |
"If you don't know the way, I can get us there" She said with a laugh. It would be kind of funny if she got lost with him, on a path she took every day.
Seth smiled "Why don't we sit on the porch and wait for her to get here? Then I'll go home and you can get your rest" He said as he took her hand and lead her over to the porch to take a seat. |
Randy grinned slightly. "I'm sure I could sniff it out, but if you'd liek, you may show me."
Jemini smiled and nodded, following him to the porch. When they got to it, she sat and sort of pulled him down with her happily. |
"That's a little creepy" She said with a laugh as she started to lead him towards her house "I'm pretty sure this way is easier" She said
"Woah, your stronger then you look I can see" He said with a laugh as he positioned himself next to her and smiled "It's beautiful out tonight" He said and glanced up at the sky |
Randy laughed. "I guess it could be seen as creepy. But, I'll always be able to find you." He smiled.
Jemini giggled softly and laid her head on his shoulder for some reason and looked at the sky too. "Ahh...it is beautiful.." |
Layla looked at him and laughed "Still a little creepy, but don't worry it's okay" She said
Seth looked over at her and smiled "Well it's a lot better than the view you get from Hell" He said with a laugh "Then again almost everything is" He added |
Randy smiled and nodded. "Well that's good."
Jemini blinked suddenly, her remembering that he was a demon was like a slap in the face. She looked down, but kept her head against his shoulder. She didn't know what to do....she wouldn't get away with her feelings for him. |
"Well, there are a lot of more creepy things, I think I should concern myself with" She said with a laugh
Seth looked over at her and sighed "Sorry shouldn't have mentioned it" he said. He knew that, they wouldn't be able together, hell would literally break loose if he was to be with her, then again he was already bending all the rules what was one more? |
Randy nodded with a small chuckle. "Many many more things that you wouldn't want to experience."
Jemini shook her head slightly and looked up at him. "I'm not sure we can get away with this..." She tried to keep her voice even, but you could tell she was trying. |
"I'm sure I wouldn't want to experience them, I can live with semi-stalkerish things" She said
Seth glanced at her and then looked away "I know, but it's worth a try isn't it?" He asked |
Randy raised an eyebrow. "So. I'm a stalker, huh?"
Jemini looked a little down when he looked away from her. Then she just nodded slightly. "It is." She was sort of conflicted about something, so she asked him. "What would we do if they found out?" |
"Well it just sounded a bit like a stalkerish tendency" She said with a laugh "I wasn't exactly calling you a stalker" She said
Seth looked at her and smiled, and then let it fall from his face "I really don't know, but I'm in trouble already" he said with a laugh "If I don't complete the job that is, and I don't plan on it" he said |
Randy looked at her a little oddly. "So...you're saying I'm a stalker in the making?" He was teasing though.
Jemini nodded slightly, not saying anything for a minute or two. Then looked at him a little. "So...you have nothing to lose." |
"Nooo, that's not what I'm saying" She said with a laugh "Just that it's a mild stalkerish tendency as all, now calling you a stalker would be rude" She said
Seth nodded "Pretty much" He said as he looked at her and smile "I do understand that you have everything to lose though, so I won't make you take a risk you don't want" He said |
Randy smiled and kissed her cheek. "Good to know you wouldn't call me one."
Jemini smiled back for a moment, then reached up and kissed his cheek. "This is the first time I've done something that I wanted to and not because I was supposed to or was expected to. I've always done things for other people, not that I'm complaining...I love helping people. But, I want to do something for myself." She smiled sort of lovingly at him. "I do not really mind the reprecutions." |
"Well I may have implied it though" She said with a laugh. He couldn't really help it if some of the powers he had as a vampire came off as a little stalkerish it wasn't his fault or his choice to have them. She was starting to wonder if Jemini was freaking out because she wasn't back yet, or if she wasn't worried at all.
Seth smiled some and looked at her "I kind of know how you feel, except I've never really helped anyone, but myself, but I will help you, protect her when they send out other demons to take care of my original job" He said with a soft smile "Even if it means we both end up dead?" he asked |
Randy just chuckled a little, looking up for a moment to see where they were.
Jemini smiled softly at him. "It really is my job....but I welcome the help. I'm sure Layla would too." At his question her smile slipped slightly. "I know this may sound....odd....but I know I may die....and I really am ok with that, as long as Layla is safe. I wouldn't want to leave you alone though...but, if you died....I'd want to die with you." She blushed softly at her declaration. |
Layla looked over at him and smiled "Were almost there, don't worry" She said. Although she wished they were just a little farther away, she for some reason had faith that she would run into him again soon
"Well I can't complete my job, so I might as well help you complete yours" He said with a smile. He wasn't sure what to say to what she said, he had never heard any such words from someone before "Well lets just hope no one dies, because it would be much happier to live together" he said with a smile |
Randy smiled and nodded. "We are....and I can smell your friend now as well. So, now we know for sure they're both there." For some reason, the angel's name kept slipping from his mind.
Jemini smiled lovingly at him and sort of glomped him. Throwing her arms around his neck in a hug, she'd of probably pushed him over if he let her. |
Layla looked at him and laughed "You know, that's kind of cool in a way, slightly creepy, but cool" She said "You know, are werewolf and vampire clans really enemies?" She asked
Seth looked at her and smiled as he hugged her back "You know, there almost back" He said. He could sense Randy coming, and knew he wouldn't be coming this way without Layla |
Randy just chuckled softly at her comment on him being able to smell them. Then looked at her when she asked if their clans were enemies. "Certain clans on both sides think that they should stick the old ways....but other don't. Now days, most werewolves and vampires just ignore each other, unless they pick a fight of course."
Jemini just kept smiling as she continued hugging him the way she was. She could sort of sense them now that she thought about it. |
"Isn't it kind of silly to live in the past?" She asked as she looked up at him and then looked at the ground as she walked "I don't see the point, in living in the past" She said as they reached her house "I suppose this is where I say good bye" She said with a soft smile
Seth smiled some and looked at her "Now that there back, I do believe it's time for me to leave, but I'll see you in school" He said as he kissed her forehead and stood up "Be careful, please, I can't tell you, there won't be someone else around, after you two" he said |
Randy sighed softly. "And then there are some ancient clans...mostly in Europe....that have deep seeded hatred for one another. Which...is one reason you must be very careful if you are ever to go to Europe." He voice was deadly serious. Then he shrugged slightly. "They didn't do anything to me, so I have no reason to fight them." He looked up when she said they were there. He grinned, almost in a triumphent way. "Told you they'd warm up to each other." He said softly so they wouldn't hear.
Jemini smiled and let go of him. She nodded at his advice. "I'm always careful with people I protect. No matter what." She smiled and kissed his cheek. "See you tomorrow." |
