Randy smiled. "That's good." Then his smile turned into a small frown. "You're talking of...the one who turned you...right?" His voice was soft and understanding.
Jemini blinked for a moment, her small frown turning into a little grin. "I guess that works." |
"Something like that" She said. It wasn't something she was fond of remembering "In fact, you know, the worst part is, little bits and pieces of memory coming back when you least expect it to" She said
Seth looked at her and smiled when he saw the frown leave her face, which was good because he didn't like that frown on her face she looked much better with a smile "Well find we can just be uncool and have no theme song, gosh women are such joy kills" He said hoping she would know he was joking this time. |
Randy nodded slowly, in an understanding sort of way. "I can understand that. I didn't get the whole memory back for years afterward." It didn't sound like something he'd enjoyed.
Jemini was happy to see Seth smile as well. It made her smile a little more. When he said that though, she had to think for a second on whether or not he was joking. She figured he was though, so she joked back a little. "I guess we'll be uncool then." She had to grin slightly. |
Seth looked at her "WELL you'll be uncool, I'm to cool to be demoted just because I don't have a theme song" He said with a smirk "At least with the female humans anyway" he said
Layla glanced at him "Well, anyway, lets talk about something happier" She said and tired to think of something, but failed. |
Randy nodded slightly. "Well, how about the garden we're going to see?"
Jemini laughed. "It's good to know you hold yourself so high." She thought it was funny that he was so 'self-assured. |
Layla looked at him "Well if we talked about it, seeing it wouldn't be much of a surprise, now would it?" She asked
Seth laughed some "Its a proven fact, I mean I don't even have to look around, to know I'm being looked at" he said |
Randy blinked then laughed. "I guess it would."
Jemini grinned and walked at a normal pace, hands clasped behind her back. "Maybe they just think you're strange." |
"What else is there to talk about?" She asked, mostly to herself. She really didn't know what he was interested in, so it was hard "Well why not tell me some things your interested in?" She asked
Seth looked at her and rolled his eyes "I think you just fail to see, what they see and that is a hot face" He said with a smirk "I mean I could easily get a phone number and a date from one of them if I wanted to" He said |
Randy shrugged slightly to her question, even if it was to herself. Then walked along, looking around a little to see where they were. Then looked at her when she asked about his interests. "Well....I'm not really sure what you mean by that. But, I'd have to say that I love nature, riding and any sort of combat. I guess it's just from where and I grew up." He smiled a little.
Jemini grinned slightly, thinking to herself. 'I didn't fail to see that face of yours.' Then an emotion unknown to her welled up inside her and she had to look away from him so he wouldn't see it. |
"I meant what you like to do, or just what you like in general" She said with a soft smile "Well I can agree on the nature one, after all it is rather beautiful in till human hands touch it" She said
Seth glanced at her and thought her reaction was a little strange "Not that I'm going to, just saying" He said. For some reason he felt bad about saying what he had said "Sorry I'll shut up now" He said |
Randy laughed at himself. "Oh. That's what you meant. Well, I like music, preferably rock or metal." He glanced at her and nodded slightly. "Humans do tend to mess things up."
Jemini took a deep, quiet breath, then looked at him again. "Don't....shut up. It'd be too quiet and I might get lonely." Her voice sounded slightly sincere, but kind of teasing at the same time. Her eyes still showed a little of her dark emotion. She'd never been jealous before. |

"I can see we clearly don't have the same taste in things" She said with a small laugh "But hey you know, they say opposites attract" She said with a soft smile "Yeah, that they do, they don't have much respect for anything anymore" She said Seth looked at her and gave her a smirk but didn't say anything. He didn't plan on talking now, unless she asked nicely he was going to have fun with this. |

Randy gently squeazed her hand. "Opposites have more to argue about." He grinned and winked slightly. Jemini blinked and looked at him, sort of confused. "You're not going to talk to me?" Was he just messing with her? That's what she understood from his smirk. But, what'd she do to deserve that? |

Layla laughed some at what he said "I suppose that's why so many people get divorced these days" She said Seth looked at her and shook his head yes, he wasn't going to talk. He looked at her and mouthed 'cause you don't want me to' he said without making a sound, he wondered if she could read lips |

Randy nodded slightly. "The key is to win an equal amount of arguements." He grinned playfully. Jemini's eyes widened and she shook her head quickly, looking paniced. "No no no...I want you to talk to me..." She stepped in front of him and took his hands in hers and looked up at him pleadingly. "Please?" |

Randy blinked and looked at her for a moment, then nodded slightly. "True." Jemini looked at him for a moment, then slowly smiled. "Thank you." Then blushed softly and released his hands, stepping back. |

Layla looked around and smiled, it really was beautiful "Why do you know about this place?" She asked as she looked around at all the butterflies, it really was a wonderful place. It felt peaceful, and made her feel like she was free of all the previous worries she had been carrying with her "It's kind of funny, that you would take me some place like this, it's beautiful" She said. He liked rock and metal music, and then he knew such a place like this, she really didn't understand him but she knew there was a lot more then met her eye, to him, so much more she could learn about it. Seth looked around, just have exactly had they managed to get here? Well, he would more then likely be able to find his way back. Damn humans and there complex way of labeling streets, it really was confusing, why couldn't they just use numbers? Instead they had to use words to, stupid. They had to make everything a lot more difficult then it really had to be. "I think were lost" he said with a small laugh as he looked over at Jemini. He was wondering if she was going to spazz out, he could only imagine how bad she would feel if she didn't get back in time to protect Layla if someone was to happen, but he doubted they would send anyone else so soon, but who knew what other races, or other clans were looking for her. |
Randy smiled and watched her reaction to the butterfly garden. He chuckled softly at her question. "I found it on one of my many escapes. I do tire of clan meetings." He then raised an eyebrow at her comment. "Really? How's it funny?" He really didn't get it.
Jemini wasn't really paying attention to her surroundings until he said they were lost. Her head jerked around swiftly, a slightly paniced look about her. "Shoot....shoot shoot shoot." She looked at Seth and looked a little helpless. "What do we do now?" |
Layla glanced at him and raised an eye brow "You must be someone of important then, if you sit through meetings" She said and laughed his question "Butterflies don't mix with rock and metal music" She said
Seth looked at her, she was going to be a mess, how was he supposed to deal with this "I'll get us back, come on" He said and took her hand and started leading her back in the direction they had come from "Hopefully anyway" He said |
Randy laughed a little. "Not that important, I assure you." Then chuckled at her answer. "I'm sure they don't, but I'd like to see butterflies at a concert." Then he laughed.
Jemini nodded slightly and squeezed his hand slightly. She kept up with him, she didn't want to be dragged. She was looking around for anything familiar at all. |
Layla laughed some "Then why would you have to sit through meetings?" She asked as she looked at him "I don't exactly think butterflies would like that kind of music, they would get scared away" She said with a laugh
Seth looked back at her as he continued to lead her "Don't worry so much, if it gets dark we'll find a place to stay, she'll be fine with Randy" He said |
Randy grimaced slightly. "Punishment most likely. I haven't been a good little vampire, so they make me sit through meetings to 'learn what it is to be a vampire'. Or some such nonsense." He then chuckled softly. "Poor butterflies...loud music freakin' them out."
Jemini looked at him, worried. But she nodded slowly, hoping he could find the way back. |
Layla looked at him and laughed "That's actually kind of funny you know" She said and smiled "They don't deserve such torture" She said
Seth stopped walking and pulled her into a hug "It'll all be fine" he said. He didn't really expect them to get lost, and here they were lost, nice. |
Randy looked at her and sighed slightly. "Is my torture amusing?" He nodded slightly. "At least I've done something to deserve torture."
Jemini blinked when he stopped. She was suddenly pulled into a hug which shocked her a little. Then she smiled just a little and hugged him back. "If you say so." She said softly. |
