Dana saw Nao talking to someone else now. She looked to the back to make sure that the manager wasn't coming. He'd definitely get mad that Nao was just randomly taking a break to talk to people even though it was legit. She could cover for him. He was one of the only-if not the only-worker at the shop that she would cover for and possibly risk her own job. She thought that Nao didn't deserve to get fired.
