Serena was melancholy while listening to them. She believed it was her fault. "If I wasn't around, though... he never would have freaked out" she said quietly, petting Cormac. She gently scratched behind his ear, vaguely listening to the conversation between Kota and Cassiel. She gently kissed his nose, lingering for a few moments before nuzzling her head back up against his neck. "Please be alright" she whispered to him.

"Yes he would have. Over something else." Kota frowns at Cassiel. "Uh, no? He'd bleed out." "Unless I'm healing him as he changes...my only issue is I can't do both at the same time..." He frowns at this. "Don't look at meee," Kota whines, flailing. "The only other person is...well, you know. And that'd be bad if he woke up to that." "Again, unless someone retrains him. But, it's have to be someone he'd care if he hurt." Cassiel chewed his lip. "...How fast can you run, Kota?"

Serena looked up at them. "What are you going to do? He'll be alright, yes?" she asked, scratching behind Cormac's ear. "Please tell me he'll be alright" she pleaded. She didn't know what they were going to do, and she was very curious. She hoped that they could help Cormac.

Serena looks down at Cormac "I'll do my best... I don't know how much help I'd be, though... I'm not very strong... but I'll try" she told Cassiel, petting his fur. "Cassiel... do you think... that he and I could ever be happy together? Taking into consideration what just happened... knowing that I got him mad enough to run away. We fight all the time... but at the same time... we don't. I don't want to leave him... But... I don't want to stay if... if I'm only ever going to be his friend. I love him Cas" she told him.

Cassiel ponders this. "No, you two will never work," Angeni retorts, walking in. "Blind bat, why am I here." She glowers at Cormac's form. "Oh, disgusting." Cassiel sighs. "Ang, come on. You're not touching him. All I need you to do is Gusdif Djemi. Then you can go." "Why should I?" she snaps.

Ang had a point, and Serena knew it "please... please do it" she pleaded. She didn't know what else she could say. After all... what gain could she possibly get from doing that thing... whatever it was called. As far as she knew, Ang wanted Cormac dead. It was would suit her interests more to let him die.

Cassiel sighs, annoyed. "Let's see. I can ruin your entire façade in an instant with two words. Now do it." His voice is suddenly firm and he's frowning. Angeni glares. "Fine, you little fucker, I'm killing his ass if he lays a hand on me, though. He'll end up with his bitch sister." She stands away from him and waits for Cassiel to be ready.

Serena bit back the growl that threatened to come out when Ang mentioned Cormac's sister. She simply petted the fur on his head, waiting for the moment when she would need to hold him down. She looked up at Cassiel, she trusted him to take care of Cormac. He cared for him.

Cassiel sighed and put his hands over Cormac. His hands are shaking ever so slightly. He nodded up at Angeni. "Let's go." Angeni rolled her eyes. "Gimme a sec to remember how to say it." She smirked then began. "Tatianna, mipf ni zuas quvist, ges vjot dsievasi ot op piif. Howi jon jut janepevz cedl epf fu os xovj desi. Tatianna cmott." She said this very carefully as Cassiel closed his eyes. A silver light mixed with a dark red one covering Cormac. When they faded, Cormac was back in his human form, naked. His cuts were still there and Cassiel opened his eyes at the same time Cormac did. Cormac lowly growled at Angeni.

("Tatianna, lend me your powers, for this creature is in need. Give him his humanity back and do it with care. Tatianna bless."

Serena pressed her hand down on him "Cormac, calm down, ignore her... please" she pleaded, focusing her eyes on his. She used her other hand to continue to play with his hair "Cormac... please just ignore her... just this once" she pleaded. She needed to talk to him first and foremost, but she couldn't do that if he was so focused on Ang.

Cassiel smacks Cormac in the head. "She just saved your ass, now shut it." He blinks, realizing he just cursed. He sighs and begins healing Cormac, murmuring as he does. Angeni snapped her teeth at Cormac then turned away, smirking. Cormac slowly calms down, grimacing.

Serena smiled, feeling him calm down. "Why did you run away? No... don't answer that. I know why you ran away. I'm sorry, though, for saying those things to you. You just have this talent for making me frustrated... especially in this area. I just... don't know what else to do or say..." she said.

"Telling me the opposite of what you mean just makes you like every woman I knew, besides Sera," he mumbles, starting at Cassiel's hands. "And I'm good at frustrating people. it's a hobby of mine," he quipped halfheartedly. He hisses in pain and tries to twist away. "Stop it, Cormac. You'll be in more pain if I leave you alone." Cassiel rolls ghis eyes and steadies Cormac.

Serena looked away, hurt. She felt tears prick the corners of her eyes. "Why can't you just realize that I'm not lying to you!?! I mean every word! Why can't you just accept that!? I just spent who knows how long scared that I'd never see you alive again! She stood up and stalked away, going to Cormac's bed because it was the best place to go to get away from everyone. She laid down and cried. It hurt so much... he didn't believe her at all. He felt that she was like everyone else. I should have known this would happen... isn't this why I didn't even want to admit that I loved him? she mused as she, once again, cried herself to sleep.

Cormac sits there for a moment. "...I'm not doing this. Everything I say is wrong.> He pulls himself up and goes out to the room above his stable. Angeni smirks and walks in after Serena. "Hey, dumbfuck. You realize you're driving him away. He meant about whatever the fuck you did earlier to make him run off. You just fuckin' fail don't you?"

Ang's voice, not what Serena wanted to hear to bring her out of her slumber. Needless to say, she woke up in a foul mood. "I don't think it really matters whether or not I'm driving him away, seeing as how he doesn't care about me like that. From the very beginning I've fought against falling in love with him, because of this. I always fail, I've failed since the time I was 5 years old. If there's one thing my father taught me it was that. So believe me, you're not telling me anything new. He didn't realize I was telling the truth earlier, he doesn't realize I'm telling the truth now. What am I supposed to do about it? Nothing. I'll be lucky if I can keep him as a friend. I'm sure he freakin hates my huts right now, he certainly wouldn't be the first" she shot back. Her mood was foul, she was tired, and she was heartbroken. Right now, she didn't even care if Ang killed her. At least it would mean that her heart would stop breaking from what Cormac does.

Serena stiffened "what good would talking to him do? I tried that multiple times before and he didn't listen to me then, why would he listen to me now?" she asked, hoping that Ang would actually answer the question instead of just taking that as a sign of "she's not going to talk to him, so I'll go kill him," because that certainly wasn't what Serena intended.

Serena jumped out of bed and ran to the door "no need!" she yelled as she passed Ang. Alright... if I was Cormac and I wanted to go sulk... where would I go....? she wondered before noticing an open door. She walked in and spotted Cormac. She quietly sighed here goes nothing, she thought. "We need to talk. And we need to listen to each other. Neither of us are going to leave until the matter has been resolved... no running away this time... that seems to be our biggest problem. So quit sulking and talk to me" she demanded

"Yeah well, I tried that too, that's why you left, isn't it?" Serena pointed out. She walked up to him and sat next to him "I don't want to be just like any other girl in your life. I want to be different. I'm sorry that I said that I wasn't bothered by you kissing Cassiel... I was just so heartbroken by it... I wanted to keep at least a little bit of pride. I truly believed that you were just toying with my emotions. So to save what little dignity I still had... I lied. And I screwed up. I'm sorry. But what I said after that... in the bathroom, right before you left... I meant every word. Granted some of those were said in anger... like the fact you're just an idiot in tin foil... well... I do think you're an idiot in tin foil... you ran away and you almost died because of it. But... I'm an idiot too... for pushing you to run away. Please believe me" she pleaded.

Serena sighed and hugged her knees to her chest, mimicking his position "well... at least you believe me. What about you? What do you think of me as? I want the truth. Most of these problems come because I don't know what you think of me and I make assumptions based on your actions and how I think people think of me. I don't want to think the wrong thing about you, just as you don't want to think the wrong thing about me. So... tell me" she said.
