Ethan smiled and nodded. He then blushed a bit more as she cuddled close ans he wrapped his arms around her to cradle her against him. "Im sure they won't mind as long as we're getting better...." he said softly and then kissed her head. It just felt right to do that.
Hatori looked at her and sighed. "Well.... I have been a medical genious since I was small since my family owns a big medical company.... But while I was doing my internship, I met her... Her name is Rin. She was a patient at a different assylum... And I got foolishly close." he said softly and ran a hand threw his black hair. "She was my spring... My happieness... And as she got better I only grew closer to her, helping her everyday... Making sure she took her medicine... And then finally, she was completely healed... When she was released I went to her home and proposed.... After another year we moved in together... But things began getting bad again... Something about her being alone while I worked seemed to make her worse..." he said and thengently shed his coat and set it on the chair before moving to unbotton his shirt. "She began destroying things around the house when she snapped.... And more then once I got in the way..."he said and opened his shirt to reveal the scars riddling his well kept chest. "And then one day.... When we were eating she snapped again, and smashed a glass vase into my left eye.... I'm practically blind in that eye now.... But the trama of seeing me clutching my eye made her go into a depression... One where she blamed every little bad thing happening to me as her fault... It was to the point where she was dying of heartbreak... Though it was a week until our wedding I did the one thing I could to save her.... I erased her memories of us.... She only remembers me now as the doctor who helped her get better." he said and then hung his head and sighed smiling weakly. "And now she's going to be wed in a week..."

Helleina smiled and closed her eyes. "You are the best" she whispered then fell asleep. She found herself dreaming of Ethan and not the dimension. "I am not leaving." she muttered seeing a doctor trying to take her away from Ethan's arms.

Nadya listened to the entire tale in silence. She knew the exact same thing could happen... but she had been looking after D since she started interning here and the more he grew up the more she wanted to keep him to herself. She extended her hand and almost went to comfort him when she saw the scars on his chest, but stopped herself, leaning back against the wall to let him finish his story. "That's horrible..." She couldn't help finding the words 'I erased her memories' as more than a little chilling. She didn't understand if he meant that he surgically removed them or if he put her on a drug or if he had some kind of power. But if all the doctors on this staff had powers like that... it might explain why the patients sometimes disappeared. She looked outside and noticed that it had started snowing. "It's snowing! I knew it was going to snow today!" She moved closer to the window, touching the glass that had partially frosted over. "Hey Hatori? You know what I love the most about the winter? It means that spring is just right around the corner." She looked back over to him and smiled.

Ethan smiled as Hellenia fell asleep and he held her lovingly. Apparently he wasn't the only one who fell asleep randomly.
Hatori looked at her and nodded. "Horrible but it's fine as long as she's happy..." he whispered softly. He began buttoning up his shirt again when he looked at her shocked. She sounded exactly like Rin had when they had shared their first snow day together... A warm smile came to his lips as he walked up next to her and nodded. "Yes... Let's hope Spring comes fast..." he whispered softly. "Nadya.... Just, be careful... I don't want you to have to go threw the pain I went threw... You don't want him forgetting about you.... So just... A bit more space... Between you two..." he whispered sadly and then pulled on his coat again.

was starting to go crazy. He needed Nadya to come back and make it stop. It was torcher having her there making the noise less then her gone. He couldn't be with out her. It was torcher. He would just sit there not talking if she wasn't there. He had to find out what was wrong with him. He wasn't mental and wished someone would believe him and stop giving him pills.

Nadya nodded vigorously and smiled back at him. "I promise. I won't sit on his bed again." She laughed and then abruptly gave him a hug and whispered the next sentence to him. "I hope you find your spring again soon." She walked out the door, checking on each of the patients one-by-one. She saved D's room for last. "I think everything is going to be fine. I've got to get some more stuff together, make sure our crash cart is fully stocked and then get lunch together for the bed-ridden ones. This place always has me on my toes... so I promise to come back and talk to you for a bit after my shift is over, ok?"

D looked up and smiled at her. "Ok but please hurry. You are the only thing that keeps the noises away. All I hear with you here is my heart beat" he said and laid down. "At least I still have my tv." he said joking back to her. "So what did doctor serious want with you?" he asked looking at her worried. He still remembered her words on how the doctors got mad at her a lot.

Hatori smiled and then was surprised as Nadya hugged him. He smiled warmly though and hugged her back. "Thank you." he said softly and then walked backto grab his glasses. He put them on and then leaned against the wall as he looked out the window. "He shook his head at the sight of the snow and then walked out with Nadya holding his clipboard. "Alright... My shift ends when yours does so it's a date." he said lightly and smiled before walking away to visit another patient.

After a while Helleina woke and blushed. "I am sorry about that." she said blushing. "So what do you want to do now?" she asked smiling up at him. "Would you like to go see my room? and maybe you will be right next to me and we could make a secret door and go back and forth to each other's room when people aren't looking or at night and we could sleep just like this" she said and went on and on. You could tell she had been thinking and dreaming of this her whole life.

"Oh... Hatori isn't as bad as all that. He just looks scary. He's actually really nice. At least I think so." She thought about him for a little bit. And what he said about a date after their shifts finally clicked. She shook her head and smiled at D. Out of the frying pan and into the fire she supposed. She wasn't supposed to be going on dates with her superiors either... maybe she should stand them both up. "I just thought of something i really have to do when I get home. My sister has been begging me to help her move and I had already agreed to." She frowned decidedly and nodded her head. "But I'll stop by at least for a little bit. I hate breaking promises."

D's face fell hearing she would come. "Ok" he said sadly and curled with his back to her. What happened to her? She always seemed exited to see him after work. He wanted to know what that doctor had talked to her about. Had he mind washed her? He reached for the remote and turned the tv on loudly to block out what he heard from inside him and Nadya's hear breaking words. He flipped threw the channels and found a doctor show that looked good. He started watching and suddenly there was a girl with the same thing he had. He sat up watching intently now hoping they found a cure for it so he could tell someone. "Nurse look at this" he said to Nadya and pointed to the tv screen.

"What is it?" Nadya stepped closer to D and the TV and tried to see what it was talking about. It was one of those fake doctor shows... and it wasn't even one of the ones that put much emphasis on reality either. She saw a nurse intubating someone on that show before and after that she had lost all faith in it. She did notice that the patient had similar symptoms, but the diagnosis she was given they had already tried treating D for... last year in fact. She also realized he had went back to calling her Nurse instead of her name. Sometimes she wondered if at times like this he even remembered who she was at all. "Several diseases look the same... have almost the same symptoms... but are in fact completely different." She cleared her throat and looked away. "But I've got to get back to work. I'll be back to check on you before my shift ends." She walked out the door puzzled and wondered if maybe she should take Hatori up on that offer.. she could at least try getting him to explain all the stuff she had seen in some of the residents files that just didn't make any sense.

"No. I now this is what I have. I hear what is going on inside of me and so did this girl. They never ran that test on me. I am not mental. I don't belong here." D said then looked at her shocked. "No don't go. I am sorry I called you nurse. I am just heart broken that you can't come." he said reaching for her. "I just really like you. I know it is wrong for a patent and a nurse but I can't stop how I feel for you. I always called you nurse because I was sad and mad at you for always leaving me." he said letting all his feelings out. He looked at her with worry, fear, and love in his eyes.

"I'm not a doctor D.... if I had the authority I would release you. But I can't." Nadya wrote the name of the disease down on the notepad that she kept in the small pocket of her skirt and showed it to him. "This is the name of it, right? I'll have the doctors start researching it more to see if everything fits. Creating a proper diagnosis is hard without a good team to do it. It's possible they made a mistake." Her eyes went wide with the next words out of his mouth... was he... confessing his love for her? She bit the inside of her lip again, this time hard enough to make it bleed just a little. She shook her head and crossed her arms over her chest. "I care about you D... but if I let anything happen at all... I'll lose this internship.. and the I won't be able to be hired on anywhere..." She didn't know what else to say...

Amy ran from the far side of the hospital parking lot " GOD how can i be late on my first day!!!" She yelled angrily at her self as she reached the doors she smiled fixed her long silver hair and walked in the the hospital she went over the the nurses desk to clock in and the walked down the halls to figure which doctor was in charge secretly she hoped it was a young and attractive man with the thoughts of her new boss a huge smile grew across her face

D looked down sadly. "I know. And I don't want that for you." he said then a bright smile spread on his face and he looked up at her. "But if I get the same surgery as that girl to fill up the holes in my ears then I wont be a patent I could help you here." he said smiling up at her hoping she would agree. "We could ask Doctor Joseph to. He would understand." he said sitting up. He hoped she cared for him just as much as he did her.

Nadya smiled at him and nodded. "Well... I think you might have spent enough of your life inside these walls. When you get out I think you just need to go explore... see the world. It's something I may never do." Joseph did seem to have a connection to all of them that none of the nurses seemed to understand. Least of all her. "I'll defiantly have to ask him.. but I do need to keep working or they'll get onto me. I'll see you later D!"

D nodded. "Please come back though." he begged looking at her hopefully. "And I would rather spend the freedom with you. no mater where it is" he said and it was true. He would do anything to be with her. She was the one thing that he had made sure wasn't in the room when he went crazy.

Nadya checked up on all the rest of the patients and ran into the new girl on her way back up to the front to check on the crash carts.. "There you are! I was getting worried! I need all the help I can get!" She divided the stack of folders in half and gave her the top half of the paperwork too. "I think the doctors are trying to keep us busy... all of this needs to be filed." She sat down at the front and surveyed the crash cart before getting started on the paperwork. Placing her pager on the table in front of her, she smiled, everything was in order.

Hatori was walking towards the pill filling room and then was surprised bumping, and seeing the new girl and Nadya. "Seems like you've made it." he said and nodded towards them. "Anyway, I need to change a few things for these patients here." he said handing the paper to Nadya. "And let's not stress her too much this first day..." he said with a chuckle. "She'll get enough of that later on." he said and then held out his hand to the new nurse. "Im doctor Hatori Uo," he said cooly. "And let's try not to run into the patients either... Most of them will have a bossy fit if you're not careful." he said and then kissed her hand. "And of course the pleasure is mine.

Amy smiled "Amelia Lockheart" she said shyly trying hard not to blush, "I worked at my fathers research institute since i was 16, I know what to do" she said trying not to boast she then took the papers nadya had given her and began to file them

Hatori chuckled and pulled away. "I know. I took the liberty of reading your file... Shall I call you mrs, lockheart or Amelia?" he asked cooly. He knew the nerves of the first day and since she was new he was a bit more leneant... But that didn't mean he didn't expect good and great work to be done. "You must have good timing since it's almost lunch break." he commented as he picked up his clip board.

"im not married" she said with a soft giggle "you can call me Amy" she only looked away from the files to take a glace at her new crush, with in no time the papers were filed she than began to clean up the nurses station "is there anything you would like me to help you with" she said as she took a quick glance at his hand to see if there was a ring
