Casey chuckled and pulled him up to her "well lead the way, love, you know how to get there, not me" she said as she bumped his shoulder playfully.

Theo chuckled and nodded. "That I do." Then gently bumped her back, then started walking a little faster than before. He didn't want to leave Kirse alone for too long. He would probably wander off again.

Casey giggled and ran to catch up with him "you know... it's hard enough to keep up with you when you walk at a normal pace, what with your long legs and all. Now you're practically running! Slow down please" she asked as she skipped down the path to follow him.

Theo blinked slightly and slowed down enough for her to keep up. "Sorry. Just excited." He smiled at her. "Plus, I'm worried Kirse might just wander off."

Casey shrugged "you can run for all I care, as long as you carry me. If you don't want to do that, you have to slow down enough for my short legs to keep up" she said with a smirk "Besides, you shouldn't worry about Kirse, he'll be fine. If he does wander off he'll either be close enough for us to find him, or he'll go wander off in the direction we're coming so he can find us... at least i think that's what he would do. You know him better than me" she told him while squeezing his hand lightly.

Theo smiled back at her. "Well...even though that might be true....I still worry about him." He stopped and looked at her. "Arms or back?" He meant how he should carry her.

Casey stopped and blinked "you're... not serious are you?" she asked, a little apprehensive about being picked up. Well... better than being left alone while he runs ahead, she thought "um... either is fine with me... just don't drop me" she responded.

Theo smiled reassuringly at her. "Don't worry...I won't." He bent down and had her climb onto his back. "Hold on to my neck, but not too tightly please." He smiled back at her as he too a firm grip on her legs. "Ready?"

Casey secured her grip around his neck and nodded "ready as I'll ever be" she responded before closeing her eyes, mentally preparing herself for the run. It was one thing to run, it was another to go that same speed when your feet don't even reach the ground. She took a deep breath and smiled "you smile nice" she commented.

Theo nodded and was about to run when she said that. "Really? Thank you. So do you." He turned his head and gently kissed her arm. Then started into a run. It looked like he was running without any weight hindering him.

Casey's grip tightened when he lurched forward, but it slowly loosened back to it's original tightness once she got used to the speed. Her eyes stayed clamped shut and her face buried into Theo's back "if you drop me, I'll kill you" she told him, half joking, half serious.

Theo sighed softly. "You don't believe that I won't drop you, do you?" He kept running though, stopping a couple minutes later. "Hey...we're here."

As soon as her feet touched the ground, she grabbed Theo's collar and gave him a quick peck on the lips "no, I don't think you'd drop me, I'm just nervous about moving when my feet aren't on something solid. And you move pretty fast" she told him. "I have complete faith and trust in you, but you can't blame a girl for having natural fears" she said, sealing her words with a kiss. She was addicted to his taste.

Theo smiled and kissed her back instictively. Then he nodded slightly. "Ok...I'm glad." He then kissed her back again, looking happier. "Do you want to look at the falls?"

Casey's eyes lit up when he mentioned the water "I would love to" she said, trying to sound calm even though on the inside she was bouncing like a kid at Christmas. Of course, as soon as she said that, her excitement burst, she grabbed his hand and all but ran towards the sound of the water. She immidiately jumped into the small lake at the bottom of the falls once she arrived. She floated on her back and looked at the sky, listening to the muffled sounds of the world while her ears were underwater.

Theo was surprised when she did that. He'd ran along with her and went into the water too. He came up laughing, then looked for her. "Hey...can you hear me?" He asked as he swam up to her.

She calmly turned her head to look at him "of course" she said with a smile. No matter how riled up she was, be it from excitement or anger, she was reduced to a state of pure calmness the moment she was in water. It was always like that, unfortunately, that meant as a kid, when she was told to calm down, instead of being told, a bucket of water was dumped on her head. Casey smiled at the memories. She straightened and wrapped her arms around Theo's neck "why dear, I believe if it's even possible, you look even more wonderful now that you're drenched with water" she commented, pushing a lock of hair away from his eyes.

Theo chuckled softly when she wrapped her arms around his neck. "oh really? I do....hmm....maybe I should be wet more often." He grinned and gently kissed her lips.

Casey kissed back with a smile and a chuckle "of course you should. If I had my way, we'd be here everyday. Come to think of it... if I had my way, we'd be living in a cave behind a waterfall. I always felt my calmest around water" she told him, raising up, her intention was to look down at him slightly, but she stopped when she remembered Kirse. "Hey, do you see Kirse?" she asked, spinning her head around.

Theo grinned slightly up at her. "I might just let you have your way." There was a cave, but he wasn't so sure he wanted to live in it. He blinked slightly when she mentioned Kirse. "No...I didn't." Then as if he'd called for him, Kirse popped his head out from under the water with a fish in his mouth.

Casey smiled, removed her arms from Theo and she hugged Kirse "hey there, pup, glad to see you're doing just fine. Whew... you smell like wet dog" she commented, drawing away, not even caring that she had pointed out the obvious.

Theo laughed when Casey did that. "Wet dog...that's good." Kirse made a sound that sounded like a chuckled then he spit the fish out and it swam away unharmed.

Casey shrugged "give me a break, I'm not used to dogs. I tend to point out the obvious about them" she said, a smile on her face. Idea! she thoguht and sent a splash towards Theo and immidiately dove underwater to escape his response. She began to swim away from them towards an underwater rock.

Kirse just dove back underwater to catch more fish. Theo blinked and laughed slightly when he was splashed. "hey!" He looked around and she was gone, he dove under and saw Kirse, then looked around and spotted her foot. He grinned and swam towards her.

Casey looked behind her and spotted Theo coming after her. Her eyes bugged out and her swimming became faster to reach the rock. Once she reached it, she immidiately resurfaced and climbed up onto it and away from the water. She looked back again, he was much closer dang, that boy swims fast, she thought before she started climbing the rocks a few feet away from the waterfall.
